Significance of NG name/why it applies to me: Because I'm spicy - always changing. always looking for flavor. Spice makes me think of warm (cinnamon), hot (paprika), sweet and bitty (ginger). Spice adds flavor - all this and much more is me.
What makes me unique from the other dancers: All people are unique. There will never be another you and there will never be another me. We all have our own styles and flair. I'm very expressive when I dance. I feel what I'm dancing, and I let that show through in my movement and in my face - I'm animated.
My dancing/performing background: I began dancing at the age of 3. I have formal training in ballet, modern and jazz, but I found a love for hip hop/street dancing in my teens. I've danced with many teams - including Reebok's national performance team. I've danced in several music videos, including artists such as R. Kelly and The Graveyards, with upcoming appearances in Kid Rock's latest. I've also been involved in several dance companies for which we travelled, putting on different shows, including many dance fashion shows, and I can't forget my dance experience in the '96 Olympics. In addition to countless shows and performances over the years, I've also choreographed for many groups from the Nitro Girls, D.C. Dancers, Reebok, Miss Fitness USA Competitors and various production companies.
