Chapter 1

"Hey Matt, what time is Summer's plane suppose to arrive?" asked his brother, Jeff.
"About noon, would you please come down?" Matt said.
Jeff and Summer dated for 2 years but Jeff's career was taking off and they decided to call it quits but she was coming to see him for the first time in a year. He still loved her deeply and wanted to tell her and hoped she felt the same way.
"Hey bro, she's my first love and I'm nervous about seeing her again" Jeff replied.
"Yeah, I know, but everything will be fine if you just relax" Matt responded.
"Yeah I know" Jeff said.
"You're still in love with her, aren't you Jeff?" asked Matt.
"How did you know?" Jeff said.
"It's so obvious" Matt said.
"Well, she only wants to be friends I'm sure" Jeff said.
"Who knows, maybe things will heat up between you two again" Matt said.
"I hope, bro" Jeff responded.

On the airplane...
Gosh, I can't wait to see Matt and Jeff again especially Jeff thought Summer. I wonder if all my old feelings will come back for Jeff when I see him again she thought. Jeff had been her first love and she loved him dearly. He was always there for her anytime she needed him and 2 years ago he started getting big with his wrestling career and she couldn't hold him back. He had wanted to be a wrestler for years and she wanted Jeff to follow his dream. So they broke up after being together for 2 years. It was one of the hardest things she's ever had to do. She wasn't sure how she could handle spending the summer with him if her feelings were more than friendship feelings. I did the right thing though Summer thought to herself. This is what he wanted, wasn't it? She asked herself.

Back at the airport....

"Matt, I can't take this waiting, I wish the plane would hurry and arrive" Jeff said.
"Jeff, you have got to calm down" His brother replied.
"Wait, her plane is landing now, let's go Jeff" Matt said.
"Matt, Jeff, over here" Summer said.
The moment Jeff looked at Summer he just wanted to run over to her and kiss her, but he knew he couldn't do that.
"Hello Matt" Summer said.
"Hi, sweets, you look fantastic" Matt said. "Thanks, hi Jeff" Summer said.
"Hello Summer, how are you?" Jeff responded.
Gosh, he's so gorgeous. I wish I could just kiss him right now but I know I can't because he wants to be just friends.
"I'm fine, Jeff, it's great to see you again" Summer said.
"Summer, aren't you going to introduce us to your friend?" Matt asked.
"Oh, gosh, I'm sorry guys, this is my best friend, April" Summer responded.
"I have heard so much about you Jeff" April replied.
"Oh, is this a good thing or a bad thing?" Jeff asked.
"Oh all good" April said.
"Anyway, it's so great to see you guys again" Summer interrupted them before April could say anymore.
"Yeah, well, are you guys ready to go to our house?" Matt asked.
"We are staying with you guys?" April asked.
"Oh, it's ok April, we have plenty of room" Jeff said. "Oh, ok, cool" she replied.
So off they went back to the guys house. Jeff and Summer were walking side by side and Matt and April were doing the same just chatting about everything.
"Summer, did I mention how great it is to see you again?" Jeff asked.
"It's great to see you again too, Jeff" Summer sweetly replied.
The 4 of them walked to the guys cars and drove off to the house.
This is going to be a exciting summer she thought to herself.

Chapter 2

"You guys have a great house" April said.
"Thanks" Matt and Jeff replied.
"Summer, are you ok?" asked Jeff.
"Yeah, I'm fine why?" Summer replied.
"I don't know, you look like you are sad or something" Jeff said.
"Nope. I'm fine" Summer responded.
Summer started walking around the house off in her own little world when she came across something that made her stop. She found a picture from 2 and half years go of her and Jeff looking so happy together. She thought about all the times they had shared together. She started to remember their first date when someone startled her.
"That's a great picture of us, isn't it?" Jeff asked.
"Yeah, sorry I didn't mean to look through everything, I just saw this and had to look at it" Summer replied.
"You know you are always welcomed in this house and everything in this house is yours to look at except some things" Jeff replied kinda laughing.
"Hey would you like to go out tonight for supper, just the two of us, so we can catch up on old times?" Jeff asked.
Summer wasn't sure what to say because she knew being alone with Jeff she would be completely helplessly and probably fall back in love with him which she knew she couldn't do. But then again, they were friends and friends go out and do stuff together.
"Sure, Jeff, but what about Matt and April?" Summer asked.
"Oh, I'm sure my brother can find something for them to do" Jeff said.
"Does Matt like April or something" Summer asked. "Couldn't you tell by the way he was blushing when they met" Jeff said.
"Yeah, I suppose so" Summer replied.
"Well, I think I will go find April, I have to talk to her about something, so see you tonight for our, well, what is this?" Summer asked.
"Just two friends going out having a good time. I will always be your friend Summer, always" Jeff replied.
"Same here Jeff" Summer said.
"See you in a couple of hours" Summer said and then walked off to find April.

In the living room...

"Hey guys, what are you doing?" Summer asked.
"Not much, just chatting and watching tv, where have you been?" asked April.
"Oh, Jeff and I were in his room talking" Summer replied.
"Oh, so are you guys going to do anything tonight?" asked April.
"Umm yeah, we are going out for supper, is that ok with you guys?" Summer said.
"Yeah, that's fine, we will probably just hang out here and get to know each other and I will probably make dinner" Matt said.
"April, I've seen this guy cook, order pizza" Summer said laughing.
"Hey, shut up, I am a good cook" Matt said.
"Oh, ok" replied Summer.
"April, can I talk to you in the other room for a minute?" asked Summer.
"Sure, be right back Matt" April replied.
"Ok" Matt said.

In Summer's room....

"So, what's up Sum?" April said.
"First of all, I hate that nickname" Summer said laughing.
"Yeah, I know but you love me so you will get over it" April replied.
"LOL, ok, anyway, I need to talk to you about Jeff" Summer replied.
"He's such a nice guy, you were right" April said.
"Yes, he's a great guy, but I am really worried about tonight" Summer said.
"How come? Aren't you guys just friends now? April asked.
"Well, yeah, but I am so terrified my feelings will come back for him and I know he just wants to be friends and if my feelings do come back, I don't see how I can spend the whole summer here" Summer replied.
"Oh, girl, look, you need to calm down, are you sure that Jeff wants to be just friends?" asked April.
"What do you mean? Of course he does" Summer said.
"Well, I've seen how he looks at you and it's not like a friendship way, I think he still loves you girl" April said.
"Not like that anymore so I just have accept the fact that me and Jeff are just friends" Summer replied.
"Well, don't worry about it, Summer, becuase if Jeff wants things to change, I think he will say something" April replied.
"I guess so, well I have to get ready now" Summer said.
"Ok, I am going to go back in the living room with Matt, call me back in here if you need anything" April replied.
"Thanks April, you're the best" Summer said.
"Yeah I know" April said laughing and left the room and left Summer deep in thought about what would happen on her "friendship" date with Jeff.

In Jeff's room..

I can't wait for tonight Jeff thought. I wonder if Summer feels the same way that I do. I've never stopped loving her even though we have been apart for over a year. I'd do anything to have her back as my girlfriend but I just know she doesn't feel the same. Jeff's deep in thought when he hears a knock at the door.
"Come in" Jeff said.
"Hey little bro, what's up?" Matt asked.
"Not much, just getting ready for my evening with Summer" Jeff said.
"I bet you are real excited about that" Matt said.
"Yes, I am, but you know we are just friends because that's all she wants to be" Jeff said.
"Who knows, maybe she wants you back" Matt said.
"I doubt that,she was the one that broke up with me, remember?" Jeff said.
"Yeah, but a few minutes when she was telling me and April what she was doing tonight, her face just lit up when she said she was going out with you" Matt said.
He knew how much his brother loved Summer and it crushed him when they broke up but he knew Summer didn't do that because she stopped loving Jeff.
"Do you think Summer still has feelings for me, Matt?" Jeff asked.
"I'm not sure, but maybe you will find out tonight" Matt said.
"I hope, well I need to finish getting ready" Jeff said.
"Ok, bro, later" Matt replied and walked out of the room.
This is going to be a interesting evening Jeff thought to himself but he couldn't help but smile thinking of the girl he knew he would love forever.

Chapter 3

"Hey Summer, are you ready?" Jeff asked.
"Yeah, I'll be out in a minute" Summer responded.
"Ok, I will wait for you in the living room" Jeff said and walked into the living room.
He was so nervous because it had been a long time since he had went out with Summer.
He was wearing the clothes she had bought him for his birthday that year. Even though they weren't together she always remembered his birthday. He had on black pants with a baby blue shirt. That was Summer's favorite color so he definitely wanted to be wearing that color.
When Summer entered the room, Jeff's eyes lit up.
"Wow, you look great, Summer" Jeff said. "Thanks" Summer sweetly replied.
She was wearing her favorite outfit, baby blue shirt and her black mini skirt. I hope I don't seem like I'm flirting Summer thought to herself.
"Well, are you ready?" Jeff asked.
"Yeah, let's go" Summer said.
"Bye Matt, Bye April" Jeff and Summer said together.
"Bye guys, don't do anything we wouldn't do" Matt and April replied laughing.
"Oh grow up guys" Summer replied and slightly smiled at Jeff as they walked out.

Outside...

"Ok, you expect me to get on that thing" Summer said.
"Oh, come on, you know I wouldn't let anything happen to you" Jeff said.
"I'm not getting on your motorcycle" Summer insisted.
"What are you so afraid of?" Jeff asked.
"All you have to do is hold on to me and everything will be fine" Jeff went on.
"Ok, ok, fine, but if anything happens to me" Summer started to say.
"I would never let anything or anyone hurt you Summer" Jeff said and Summer couldn't help but smile a little.
"Ok, let's go" Summer said and got on the motorcycle and put her arms around Jeff's waist.
Gosh, I don't know how I am going to get through this evening without kissing Jeff Summer thought to herself. I have no choice, he just wants to be friends she thought.

At the restaurant.....

"Wow, this is a nice place" Summer said.
"Yeah, Matt and I go here all the time, we love it" Jeff said.
They were showed to their seats and Jeff suddenly became extremely quiet.
"Jeff, are you ok?" asked a concerned Summer.
"Oh, yeah, sorry" Jeff answered.
"What's wrong?" Summer asked.
"Nothing, I'm ok" Jeff said.
"Jeffery Hardy, I know something is wrong with you and I demand you tell me what it is" Summer said.
"I can't Summer, please don't ask me again" Jeff said.
Summer was really worried because Jeff was always honest with her.
"Please, Jeff, tell me what's wrong?" Summer asked again.
"I was just thinking" Jeff said.
"About what?" Summer asked.
Jeff did not want to answer her but he knew he had no choice.
"About how much I wish we were still a couple" Jeff said while Summer almost choked on her drink..

Chapter 4

"What did you say, Jeff?" Summer asked.
"Nothing, I didn't say anything" Jeff said.
"Yes, you did, you said you wish we were still a couple" Summer said.
"Well, maybe I did, but just forget, I shouldn't have said that. I know you want us to be just friends" Jeff said.
"No, it's ok Jeff, but yes right now I think we should stay friends" Summer said even though she knew she wanted more with Jeff.
"Let's just finish our supper ok, we can talk about this some other time" Summer said trying to break the tension.
"Ok, that's sounds good" Jeff said.

Back at the house...
"It doesn't really matter to me, what would you like to watch?" April asked.
"Hmm, well, I love Julia Roberts, so how about Pretty Woman?" Matt asked.
April couldn't help but laugh out loud.
"You have Pretty Woman" April said.
"Yeah, is that a problem?" Matt asked.
"Oh no, that's a great movie. I know Summer loves Julia Roberts too and I didn't think guys really liked that movie" April said.
"Yeah, I know Summer does. Jeff bought the movie for her because she loves Julia and she just left it with us. He watches it constantly" Matt said.
"Jeff really still loves Summer, doesn't he?" April asked.
"Oh, yeah, he never stopped loving her. She meant the world to him and it completely broke his heart when she broke up with him" Matt said.
"But I thought they broke up because she felt she was holding him back from his wrestling career" April said.
"What?" Matt said.
"Oh my gosh, you didn't know that was the reason" April said.
"No, she told him they were just growing apart" Matt said.
"Oh god, Matt, I shouldn't have said anything, please don't tell Summer or Jeff that I said anything" April said.
"Ok, I promise I won't, but, I have a question for you and I would appreciate you giving me the truth" Matt said.
"Ok, what's the question?" April asked.
"Is Summer still in love with Jeff?" Matt asked.

Back at the restaurant...

"So, what do you want to do now, Summer?" Jeff asked.
"It doesn't matter to me" Summer replied.
"Well, how about the park? We use to go there all the time remember" Jeff said.
"Yeah, I remember. That's sounds good, let's go" Summer said.
"Ok, come on" Jeff said and together they walked outside.

Back at the house...

"Hello April, did you hear me?" Matt asked.
:Yeah, sorry, well to be quite honest, I think Summer still has feelings for Jeff but I really don't know" April said.
"Oh ok, well I know my brother wants to get back together with Summer and from what you have been telling me, maybe she wants that too so will you help me?" Matt asked.
"Help you? with what?" April asked.
"Help me get them back together" Matt said.
"Ok, sure, I just hope they don't hate us" April said.
"No, they won't, trust me" Matt said.
"Well ok, but what are we going to do?" April said.
"I have no idea, I was hoping you would have an idea" Matt said laughing.
"Hmm, well, let me think about it while we watch the movie and hopefully I can come up with something" April said.
"Ok, well, let's watch the movie" Matt said and the two of them ate their dinner and watched Pretty Woman.

At the park...

"Hey remember how we use to chase each other and I would ALWAYS tackle you" Jeff said.
"Yeah, but I let you tackle me so there..we all know I'm a faster runner than you are" Summer said.
"Oh really, well, want to find out?" Jeff asked.
"Sure, but you won't catch me" Summer said and took off running.
"Hey, come back here" Jeff yelled chasing after her.
Finally, he caught up with her and took her to the ground and both of them were laughing.
"Hey, Jeffery, get off me, this isn't funny" Summer said even though she was laughing.
"Ok, ok, you are such a party pooper" Jeff said.
"Oh grow up" Summer said.
"Help me up please" Summer said.
"Ok, give me your hand" Jeff said and he took Summer's hand and desperately wanted to kiss her but he held back.
"Ok, so what do you want to do now?" Summer asked breaking the silence. She could feel her heart pounding when he took her hand.
"Well, we could just go over there and sit on that bench and just talk" Jeff said.
"Ok, that's sounds good" Summer said and they walked over to the nearest bench and sat down.
"So, what's been going on with your career?" Summer asked. She was very curious how things were going with that.
"Great actually but thankfully we have the summer off" Jeff said.
"Yeah, I'm so glad that you guys are off" Summer said.
"Do you ever watch us on Monday nights and Thursday nights?" Jeff asked because he was curious if Summer ever thought about him.
"Honestly, I never miss either night. If I'm not home, I record it" Summer said.
"Really?" Jeff said very pleased by her answer.
"Yes, I love watching you guys. You're both very talented wrestlers" Summer said.
"Thanks" Jeff said. "So, what's been going on with you?" Jeff asked.
"Well, I've been going to school and working after hours at the school" Summer replied.
"Oh, that's cool" Jeff said.
"Yeah, so, Is Matt dating anyone?" Summer asked.
"Nope, but I think he likes your friend" Jeff said.
"Really?" Summer asked kinda surprised.
"Yeah" Jeff replied.
"How do you know?" Summer asked.
"We're brothers, I just know these things" Jeff replied.
"Oh ok" Summer responded.
"Well, it's getting late, we should be getting home" Summer said.
"Yeah, come on" Jeff said and took Summer's hand and led her to the motorcycle and they drove home.

At the house....
"Wonder why all the lights are off?" Jeff asked.
"I'm not sure, does Matt usually have the lights off?" Summer asked.
"No, we usually leave a light on when one of us is out" Jeff said.
They walked up to the stairs and unlocked the door and walked inside.
"Aww, look who cute they look" Summer said.
"Yeah, we better not wake them. Matt's real grumpy when you wake him up" Jeff said.
"Well so are you Jeff" Summer replied.
"Hey, that's not funny" Jeff said kinda laughing. "Sure it is" Summer said.
"Well, I'm going to bed now, see you in the morning" Summer said and started to walk away.
"Summer?" Jeff said.
"Yeah" Summer replied.
"Nothing, good night" Jeff said and walked into his room.
"Good night Jeff" Summer said as she walked into her room wondering what Jeff was wanting to say.
God, why didn't I just tell her tonight that I still love her Jeff thought to himself. Well, because she only wants to be friends he thought. I guess I just have to accept the fact that we will only be friends from now on Jeff thought as he turned off his light and drifted off to sleep.

Chapter 5

The next morning...

"April, wake up" Matt said.
"What?" April said.
"We fell asleep on the couch, did Jeff and Summer come home?" Matt asked.
"I'm sure they did" April said.
"Well, I'm going to check Jeff's room" Matt said and got up from the couch and walked down the hall.
"Jeff, are you awake?" Matt said.
"Yeah, come in Matt" Jeff answered.
"Hey, bro, did you have fun last night?" Matt asked.
"Yeah but I really realized something" Jeff said.
"What's that?" Matt asked.
"I'm still head over heels in love with Summer and there's not a damn thing I can do about it because she just wants to be friends" Jeff replied.
"Oh Jeff, I'm sorry, are you sure she doesn't feel the same way?" Matt asked.
"Oh, I'm sure Matt, it's real obvious that she wants us to stay friends" Jeff said.
"Who knows, maybe something will change and Jeff I really hope it does because I know how much you love her" Matt said.
"Thanks bro, if you don't mind, I'd like to be alone now" Jeff said.
"Sure, no problem, I'm going to go see Summer" Matt said.
"Ok" Jeff replied as Matt walked out of his room.

In Summer's room....
"Hey Sweets, can I come in?" Matt asked.
"Sure, Matt, come in" Summer replied.
"Hey babe, how are you this morning?" Matt asked
"I'm ok" Summer replied.
"Are you really ok?" Matt asked.
"Yes, no, I don't know" Summer replied. "I don't think I can tell you" Summer responded.
"Why not? I thought we were friends" Matt said.
"We are, Matt, but I'm not sure what I'm feeling" Summer said.
"What do you mean?" Matt asked.
"I don't know" Summer said.
"Now, sweetie, you know you can tell me anything, you can trust me" Matt said.
"Yeah I know but I'm just I don't know" Summer said.
"Scared of telling me, right?" Matt asked.
"Yeah, I guess so" Summer said. "Ok, here it goes" Summer started.
"Last night while I was out with Jeff I realized something, something I've known for a long time but really couldn't admit it to myself" Summer went on to say.
"What did you realize?" Matt asked.
"That I'm still in love with him" Summer said.
"Oh wow, you have to tell him sweetie" Matt said.
"I can't, he only wants to be friends remember and Matt you promised not to say anything, so please don't" Summer said.
"I promise, I won't say a word, but I really think you should tell Jeff" Matt said.
"Maybe someday but not right now, I just can't" Summer answered.
"Well, ok, I'm gonna go back in the living room with April now" Matt said.
"Ok, thanks Matt for listening" Summer said.
"Anytime, sweetie, you know I'm always going to be your friend" Matt said and kissed her on her forehead and walked out of the room.
Gosh, what now she thought. April knows I'm still in love with Jeff and now Matt knows. I have to tell him but I can't because I can't lose my friendship with him Summer thought to herself. Well, it looks like you will have to hide your feelings and just be his friend she thought.

In the living room..

"Well, guess what I found out" Matt said to April.
"What?" April asked.
"Well, my brother admitted he is still head over heels in love with Summer and she told me the same thing but neither one is telling the other because they think they are meant to be just friends" Matt said.
"Wow, this is crazy" April said.
"Yes, I know, but you know something" Matt said.
"What?" April asked.
"My brother and Summer deserve to be happy with each other and damn it, I will get them together if it's the last thing I do" Matt replied.
"I'll help you Matt" April said.
"Thanks, let's go grab something to eat and think about what we are going to do" Matt said.
"Ok, let's go" April said and together they walked out.

An hour later....

"Hello, where is everyone?" Summer asked as she walked in the living room. She found a note from Matt...

Summer & Jeff,
April and I went to grab something to eat. Be back shortly.

Well, wonder when they will be back? Summer thought to herself. She walked into the kitchen looking for something to eat when Jeff walked into the room. "I'm fine, how are you?" Summer said.
"I'm ok, what are you doing today?" Jeff asked.
"I don't know, you?" Summer responded.
"I'm not sure, I don't feel too well so probably hang out here" Jeff said.
"Yeah, you do look kinda sick, here let me feel your head" Summer said and she put her hand on his forehead.
"Omg, Jeff, you're burning up, go get in bed and I will fix you some chicken soup" Summer said.
"But Summer.." Jeff whined.
"I said go to bed mister" Summer demanded.
"Ok, fine, I'm going" Jeff said and walked down the hall but before entering his room he looked back at Summer and just smiled.

Chapter 6

"So, Matt, what do you suggest that we do?" April asked.
"I don't know really, maybe we should just wait a while and see if one of them decides to tell the other how they feel" Matt replied.
"That's sounds good" April said.
"Yeah, I mean really, I don't see how the two of them can spend the entire summer together and not let each other know how they feel" Matt said.
"There is something that I just don't understand April" Matt said.
"What's that?" she asked.
"Why did Summer think that she would be holding Jeff back from his wrestling career?" Matt asked.
"I have no clue" April replied.
"I mean she was always supportive of what he was doing so I don't quite understand why she would think something like that" Matt went on to say.
"Who knows" April responded.
"You know, this morning I talked with Summer and the way her eyes lit up when she talked about Jeff, it was just so sweet" Matt said.
"I really think she cares about him, I just wish she would let him know" April said.
"Yeah but that's how Summer is. I mean it takes her a while to let someone know her true feelings" Matt said.
"So, enough about them for the moment, are you dating anyone?" April asked.
"Nope, I'm single, what about you? Matt replied.
"No, I'm single too" April said smiling. She couldn't help but fall so deep in love with Matt's beautiful brown eyes.
"Cool, so listen, would you like to go out with me, on a real date, I mean?" Matt asked.
"Sure, Matt, that would be great" April replied and Matt just smiled.

Back at the house...

"Here you go Jeff, some nice chicken soup" Summer said when she walked into his room.
"Thanks, you're the best Summer" Jeff said.
"It's no problem really. I want you to feel better" Summer said.
"Is there anything else I can get for you? Summer asked.
Yeah, you he thought.
"Umm, I don't think so, not at the moment anyway" he replied.
"Oh, ok, well I will be in the living room, so just yell if you need anything" Summer replied and started to get off the bed to walk out of the room.
"Hey Summer wait" Jeff said.
"Yes, Jeff" she replied.
"Will you stay in here for a while?" Jeff asked.
"Ok" Summer answered.
"I'm done eating now, that was really good soup" Jeff said.
"Thanks, let me have your bowl and I will take it to the kitchen and come right back if you want" Summer said.
"Yeah, that would be great" Jeff said.
"Ok, be right back" Summer said.
Summer walked into the kitchen and was about to go crazy. Man, I want to kiss him so bad she thought. What am I going to do? Well, I can't think about this right now. I need to get back to Jeff she thought and walked back into his room.
When she opened the door she found him sound asleep. She walked over to him and gently kissed his cheek and walked quietly out of the room.
Jeff woke up as soon as she left long enough to smile to himself and then quickly feel back asleep.

Chapter 7

> A few hours later...

"Hey Summer, whatcha doing?" Jeff asked when he came in the living room.
"Oh, I'm just watching MTV, I love this song" Summer replied.
"Isn't that 98 Degrees?" Jeff asked.
"Yeah, how did you know?" Summer asked.
"Hey, I know that you love them" Jeff sweetly replied.
"Yeah, I do and The Hardest Thing is one of my favorites by them" Summer said.
"Yeah, it's cool" Jeff said.
"What are you doing up anyway?" Summer asked.
"I'm feeling much better so I thought I would come and see what you were doing" Jeff replied.
"Oh, well, come sit down and we can watch tv" Summer responded.
"Ok" and Jeff walked over and sat down next to Summer.
"So wonder when April and Matt are coming home?" Jeff asked.
"Who knows with those two" Summer said.
"Yeah, so umm, can I ask you something?" Jeff said.
"Yeah, sure go ahead" Summer answered.
"Are you seeing anyone right now?" Jeff asked hoping the answer would be no.
"Uh, no I'm not seeing anyone at the present time" Summer replied.
"What about you?" she asked.
"No, I mean I've been out with a couple of girls but none of them" Jeff said but suddenly stopped.
"None of them what?" Summer asked very curious at what he meant.
"Nothing, I just didn't click with any of them" Jeff said.
"Oh, ok" Summer replied and went back to watching tv.
"Oh gosh I love this Christina Aguilera song" Summer said.
"Yeah, I Turn To You right?" Jeff asked.
"Yeah, it's a really sweet song, it reminds me of someone" Summer said.
"Oh really, who?" Jeff asked.
"No one" Summer replied extremely embarrassed now.
"Oh come on, tell me, please" Jeff said with a puppy dog face.
"Oh man, don't do that to me" Summer said but Jeff kept pouting.
"Ok, It reminds me of you and how you were always there for me" Summer said which left Jeff in shock.
"I'm always going to be here for you Summer" Jeff replied finally and then gave her a hug.
Gosh this feels so right Summer thought. So why can't I just tell him how I feel? Maybe soon I will be able to tell him she thought.
"Jeff?" Summer said but before he could respond Matt and April came home.
"Hey guys" Matt said.
"Hey, where did you guys go?" Summer asked.
"Oh, we just went to eat and drove around for a bit" April said.
"Oh, sounds like fun" Jeff said.
"Yeah, it was, so what did you guys do?" Matt asked.
"Not much, Jeff was kinda sick so I just made him some chicken soup and then he took a nap and since he got up we have been watching tv" Summer says.
"Oh, cool, hey this song is awesome" April said.
"You like God Must Have Spent A Little More Time On You?" Jeff asked.
"Yeah, hey Sum, remember we used this song to describe umm" April said but stopped as soon she got an evil look from Summer.
"Hey don't stop now, what did this song remind you of?" Jeff asked very curious.
"Oh nothing, April is just acting crazy again opening her big mouth when what she needs to do is shut it" Summer responded.
"Sorry Sum, I didn't mean to say anything" April said.
"Nevermind" Summer replied and went back into her room and closed the door.
"Is she ok?" Jeff asked.
"I think so, but I don't think I should have said what I did" April said.
"Ok, bro, are you confused as me?" Jeff asked.
"Yes" Matt said.
"I'm going to go find out what's wrong" Jeff said and walked to Summer's room. "No, please go away Jeff" Summer answered but Jeff came in anyway.
"Summer, what's wrong?" Jeff asked as he went and sat next to her on her bed.
"Nothing, please leave me alone" Summer replied.
"You've been crying, please tell me what's wrong?" Jeff responded.
"It's nothing, Jeff, please leave me alone, please" Summer said.
"Ok, well, look if you need to talk, you know I'm here" Jeff said.
"Thanks, close the door on your way out" Summer said.
"Ok" Jeff said and got up and left the room.
Man, what am I going to do? Summer thought. I love Jeff so much and I just know he doesn't feel the same way. Oh well, you have to get rid of your feelings for him she thought. She laid back on her bed and turned on the radio and cried as a song that was playing the first time Jeff told her he loved her came on. The song was "Swear It Again" by Westlife and everytime she heard it she couldn't help but to cry thinking back on all the great memories she had shared with Jeff.
He's moved on and now I have to do the same Summer thought as she continued to cry herself to sleep.
