Brief Background
Floyd grew up in Queens, NY. He never had many friends, his parents never really cared about him. They never showed much attention to him, and he got into many fights as a kid. In sixth grade he hospitilized a kid in his class after one of his fights. His parents had no choice but to send Floyd away to Juviniale hall. He was put away for four years of his life, while doctors ran tests on him to try and figure out why he was so violent. When he was released, he recieved notice that his parents had died in an auto accident. He lived in a foster home for a couple of years and decided to get a job. He saved every penny he earned and attended wrestling school in upstate NY. He graduated top of his class. He then was picked up by the NWPW. He then came onto the scene as "Floyd The Barber." He wrestled in that federation for awhile, and won the NWPW Cruiser Weight title. He decided to move on to bigger and better things, when he joined his brother, (Not known at the time) Godzilla's federation, the BAW. He won the BAW IC Title there. But the doors shut. Floyd then joined the WFF, a federation where Godzilla told him to go. President HBK liked what he saw in Floyd The Barber, and decided to give him a chance. After a few matches, he became known as simply, "Floyd." He won the WFF Hardcore championship, and got to meet many big names. He met people like Hard-Kore, and perhaps the man that Floyd respected the most when he was training, Neo Draven. Floyd remained in the WFF for awhile, and then sadly, Floyd moved on to bigger and better federations. Floyd had a few small Stints in a few other federations, the ABW, which was owned by a man named Jeff Lightning. He finally tasted real gold when he won his first World title at age 29. The doors then became shut shortly after winning the world championship. Soon after ABW, he wrestled in a federation called DCW. He had his most success in this federation. He was signed, and he was given a world title shot in his first match. A triple threat match, Floyd vs. Basher Vs. The Collector. He won the world title in his first match with the DCW. He held the title for quite sometime, after several matches with The Collector, and perhaps his most bitter rival, "The Outsyder" Adam Lax. After being attacked by his brother, Godzilla for weeks, it was time for Floyd to face Godzilla in a match up. Added to the mix was Triple X, and Adam Lax. In perhaps the greatest match in DCW history, Triple X was able to pin Adam Lax and win the DCW World title. Floyd was injured serverly after falling off the stage after battling it out with Godzilla. He was out of action for several months, and came back to a huge reaction. After a long run with the DCW, DCW was closed down. After DCW Closed, Floyd was inducted into the DCW Hall of fame. Floyd then went on to a few other federations, The EMF, and a few other federations here and there. He then came back up some time later in RKW, a well known federation. He wrestled there for awhile, winning the RKW Hardcore championship. He then got injured again. Now 32 years of age, injuries started to get to him. He had to quit RKW. He went back home and tried to nurse his injuries. He met a 19 year old kid named Justin, and liked what he saw in him. He trained Hardcore Justin and Justin went off to PRIDE with Floyd as his manager. After some time as managing Justin, Floyd then decided he would also join Hardcore Justin in PRIDE as a full-time wrestler. PRIDE Soon shut it's doors once again after yet another match up with long time rival Adam Lax. Floyd then "retired" from wrestling. He came out of retirement, and joined a few other federations, including the TFWF, another well known wrestling federation. He then moved on to a small run with JCW, a small federation, bounced from fed to fed, including a run with 2PW, another version of PRIDE, to a federation called APW. APW was the last federation Floyd has been in. Now 38 years of age, he is assumed retired. Floyd has a few television apperances here and there, but he has not confirmed that he has retired. Look for a possible return in the future!
