1-The MLW International Title was vacated at Spring Slugfest 2002 to start a new time in MLW. A Turmoil Match took place at the first MLW Saturday Night Fire on June 22, 2002 to crown a new MLW International Champion. The last 2 competitors were the Hot Shot and Big D with Hot Shot getting the win.

2-ABH Matt Casey and Big D were interrupted before the match by MLW Owner, Hot Shot Eddy Cashmere. Cashmere put himself in the match making it a Triple Threat Tag Match. This meant that two wrestlers were in the ring and anyone could tag the third man in. Big D pinned ABH after a miscommunication between Cashemere and Casey follwed by a Diamond Cutter.
