OCW Owner Paul Michaels announced on February 19th that Mr. Tyrone Morris is no longer the OCW Commissioner. Taking over for Mr. Morris is none other then recently retired "Wicked" Billy Meyers. So OCW would like to say congratulation to the NEW Commissioner Billy Meyers.
