*Highlights of Manami Toyota vs. Yamada are shown. This is her last AJW match. Yamada kicks Toyota. Yamada nails a Full Nelson Suplex. Yamada does her reverse spinkick. Yamada nails her Reverse Gory Special Bomb for a 2 9/10 count. Toyota does a sloppy top rope slingshot sunset flip w/ twist for the pin. Yamada gets flowers and says some stuff.

*Aja Kong talks a bit then the commentators talk some more. Some reporters also talk about the show. One of them seems to be a little bit crazy. The two even do a little dance. Ha Ha!

Yuka Shiina vs.Chaparrita Asari
Shiina wants to shake, but Asari has none of it and walks away. Shiina attacks her behind with a lot of stomps! Shiina gets a nice armdrag, but Asari comes right back with a nice body scissors arm drag. Asari follows up with two Double Handspring Mule Kicks! Asari gets a underhook suplex for a two. Asari snapmares Yuka and locks on a facehook! Asari lets go and settles for just bodyscissors. Shiina fights out and jumps on Asari. Asari stops the attack by getting rope break though. Shiina manages to lock on a half crab, but Asari gets rope. Shiina kicks her outside. Asari cautiously gets in the ring, but Shiina dropkicks her anyway. Shiina levels Asari with another dropkick then locks on a boston crab. She turns it into a half crab. Asari gets rope again. Asari blocks a slingshot catapult by kipping up! Wow! Never seen that one before! Asari follows with a crossbdoy for a two. Asari turns heel and starts stepping on Shiina's fingers. Asari locks on the figure four leglock! DOH! The move is used way too often! Shiina gets rope to break the hold. Shiina gets a backslide out of nowhere for a near fall.

They exchange slaps until Asari goes crazy and destroys Shiina with a plethora of slaps. Shiina comes right back with a running corner dropkick. Shiina gets two facesmashers for a two. Asari throws Shiina off the top. Shiina comes right back and dropkicks Asari right outside! Shiina follows with an ok plancha suicida. Shiina slams Asari, but Asari blocks a flying splash with a boot. Asari kicks Shiina outside and follows her out with a superb PLANCHA SUICIDA! In the ring, Asari nails a missile dropkick, but Shiina avoids her Sky Twister. Honestly that sky twister would have had no chance of hitting anything! Shiina nails an ok missile dropkick for a 1...2...shoulder up. Asari comes right back with a corner rana for a near fall. Shiina blocks a german with a rollup for a two. Asari nails a super rana for a 1...2. Shiina rolls Asari into a pin. 1...2...3. SHIINA WINS! Didn't see the finish coming. This match was ok. It had some good spots, but overall the match felt pretty dry. Probably because Shiina's offense was bland. Asari was pretty good though. The match could have been better. **3/4

Kumiko Maekawa vs. Tomoko Watanabe
They shake hands to begin. Watanabe avoids two kicks right off the get go. Watanabe blocks a third with a crazy dragon screw leg whip! Watanabe goes right for the figure four, but Maekawa easily gets rope. Watanabe puts on a leg lock, but Maekawa gets rope again. Maekawa finally gets some kicks in, but Watanabe comes right back with a slingshot crossbody for a 1 count. Watanabe slams Maekawa and gets a slingshot elbow drop for a two. Watanabe goes right back to the legs with a boston crab. Watanabe turns it into a texas cloverleaf. Good leg work! Watanabe stops her from getting rope and transitions into a cross armbreaker. Maekawa gets rope anyway. Maekawa gets a kneelift and a high spinkick for a two. Maekawa goes into a cross armbreaker after but Watanabe gets rope. Watanabe does the old corner whip/running face smash combo. She follows up with a SWANK~ hip toss into the cross armbreaker, but Maekawa gets rope of course and rolls outside. In the ring, Maekawa makes a come back with a snap kick for a near fall. Maekawa follows up with two awesome thrust kicks for a 2 3/4 count. Watanabe ducks an axe kick, so Maekawa decides to kick her right in the back of the head! Ouch!

Watanabe comes back with two lariats for a 1...2..shoulder up! Maekawa flips through a backdrop suplex, but takes a lariat anyway. Watanabe nails an Off the Top Rope Vertical Splash Body Press for a near fall. Maekawa knocks her off the top rope with an axe kick. Maekawa follows with her Knee Face Driver for another 2 3/4 count. Maekawa continues the advantage with another axe kick for a 2 5/6 count. Maekawa starts to call for something, so Watanabe lariats her down. Watanabe then plants Maekawa on her head with a SCREW DRIVER (Belly to Back Powerbomb) for the win! UGH! Good match! Watanabe made the match. She carried Maekawa. The match ending made sense in a way because Maekawa was still kind of inexperienced at the time. Her calling out a move made sense. The match was good for the most part. The match could have been better with actual selling & a story. It could also have been a bit longer. Overall a solid match match though. ***1/4

Manami Toyota vs. Kaoru Ito
Here we go! They go to shake and they both turn on each other! Ito ends up getting a fujiwara armbar with Toyota easily getting rope. Toyota comes right back with a top rope slingshot crossbody. Ito turns the tide again with two flying body attacks and a half crab. Toyota gets rope though. Ito gives her a painful double stomp right after. Ito goes right back to the half crab then a leg grapevine. Toyota pulls her hair trying to get out! Ito ends up getting a texas cloverleaf. Ito lets go and drops an elbow. Toyota ducks a lariat and goes into the ROLLING STRETCH CRADLE! Too many! 1...2..shoulder up. Toyota nails her trademark top rope dropkick for a two. Ito sees an opening and locks on a cross armbreaker. Toyota gets rope. Toyota calls for a Test of Strength and raises her hand higher than Ito can reach! HA! HA! Ito wants to lower it, but Toyota goes higher! Ito says forget it and hip attacks Toyota down twice for a two.

Ito slams Toyota and nails an off the second rope somersault senton w/ twist for a two. Ito goes back to the cross armbreaker. Toyota bridges and manages to get rope with her foot. Ito locks on the half crab then a camel clutch. Out of nowhere Toyota rolls up Ito up in a cool way for a two then gets a dropkick. Ito blocks a cross armbreaker and tries for her own, but Toyota gets rope. Ito locks on a figure four leglock, but hurts her leg in the process. Toyota locks on her own figure four leglock. Ito gets rope eventually. Toyota ties up Ito in the ropes and destroys her with a dropkick for a two! Ouch! Toyota ducks a second rope body attack. Ito blocks a german and ducks a lariat then flying body attacks Toyota down. She follows with two double stomps and a running elbow drop for a two. Ito goes up top and misses a flying double stomp! Ito ducks a lariat and CHOKE SLAMS Toyota down. Toyota stops her from going up top by kicking her outside.

Toyota follows with her CRAZY TOP ROPE DROPKICK SUICIDA! Toyota slams Ito, but Ito avoids a moonsault and TOP ROPE DOUBLE STOMPS Toyota for a near fall. This is getting good! They both block each others moves and Toyota backdrops Ito outside. CLAP! CLAP! Toyota follows with her running springboard plancha suicida! Toyota puts Ito on a table, but Ito blocks the top rope splash suicida with her boots! GAH!! Ito throws Toyota on the floor then goes up top!! OH NO! Ito nails a TOP ROPE DOUBLE STOMP SUICIDA on poor Toyota! In the ring Ito blocks a rollup with a powerbomb into an awesome jacknife roll for a 1...2...near fall! Toyota blocks a Superplex and ends up top rope dropkicking Ito in the back of the head for a 2 5/6 count! NEAR FALLS! Ito blocks the Japanese Ocean Cyclone (Shoulder Mounted Crossed Armed Suplex), but Toyota ends up hitting an ok Japanese Ocean Suplex (German Suplex with arms crossed behind back) for a near fall.

Toyota follows up with her JAPANESE OCEAN CYCLONE SUPLEX for a 2 9/10 count! Toyota nails a painful moonsault splash, but Ito blocks a second one. Ito nails two TOP ROPE DOUBLE STOMPS in succession for a 1...2.BRIDGE! Toyota avoids a third Top Rope Double stomp and stops Ito on the second rope. Ito ends up turning a shoulder mounted suplex into a CROSS ARM SCISSOR, but Toyota gets rope. Ito nails a Super Fishermanbuster for a 2 9/10 count. Toyota comes back dropping Ito on her head with a german suplex. Ito stops Toyota up top, but Toyota ends up SUPER SUNSET FLIPPING Ito for a 1...2...2.999999999! Toyota follows up with her JAPANESE OCEAN BACKDROP HOLD (Belly to Back Suplex Crossed Arms Through Leg) for the 1...2...3! The winner - Manami Toyota. AWESOME MATCH! Ito & Toyota were both awesome and seemed to be at the top of their games. The build was great. The finish and the near falls were done to perfection. The match was also pretty fast paced which is a plus. My only complaint was the lack of selling, but other than that this match was just a masterpiece. ****3/4

Mima Shimoda & Etsuko Mita (Las Cachorras Orientales) vs. Aja Kong & Kyoko Inoue
LCO! LCO! Aja & Kyoko attack LCO! Brawl! Kyoko throws Shimoda into some chairs. Shimoda grabs one of the chairs and hits Kyoko with it! Aja drags Mita in the crowd and Shimoda throws a table at Kyoko! VIOLENCE! Shimoda drags Kyoko up in the crowd and throws a chair at her. Shimoda starts throwing chairs at Aja! Mita then levels Aja with a chair. Shimoda & Kyoko both get in the ring. Mita throws away her chair and tells Kyoko to do the same. Kyoko doesn't and hits Shimoda with the chair! Kyoko beats on Shimoda & knocks Mita over. Shimoda comes back with a high kick! Shimoda face smashes Kyoko and Mita viciously hair grab takeovers Kyoko twice! Mita nails a piledriver and Aja looks on with a now cut up face. LCO choke Kyoko on the rope. Aja walks in the ring!!! Shimoda tries to attack, but nothing phases Aja and Aja headbutts her down. Aja stops Mita's choking on Kyoko and headbutts Mita. Finally, Shimoda yakuza kicks Aja down. Somebody comes in and snaps Kyoko's neck on the rope! The same person tries it again and Kyoko punches them!

Shimoda takes her down and locks on a rear chinlock & bites her head!! Kyoko fights up and bites Shimoda's hand! Shimoda comes right back by biting Kyoko's arm. Kyoko gets the advantage with a corner DDT. Aja in! Aja destroys Shimoda with stiff kicks, chops, and punches. Shimoda fights back, but Aja sandwiches her with a running corner clothesline for a two. Shimoda starts grabbing at Aja's face and Mita comes in & starts choking Aja with a towel! Kyoko tries to stop it by choking Mita with a towel, but LCO start choking Kyoko! Geez! Shimoda ties up Aja in the ropes. Mita in! Mita bites at the already bloody head of Aja! UGH! Aja comes back with a body attack! Aja rakes Mita's face on the rope & steps on her face! Aja hair mares Mita three times & Shimoda challenges her. Kyoko comes in and hits Mita with a chair. Kyoko looks to go for a submission, but Shimoda throws a chair at Kyoko to stop it. Mita knocks Kyoko down with a BLAZING CHOP (Double Open Hand Chop)! Kyoko blocks a Death Valley Bomb with a DDT though.

Aja blocks Shimoda's kick then Aja grapevines Shimoda's legs, while Kyoko does the same to Mita's. CLAP! CLAP! They both do a little dance!!! Kyoko rolls over with the grapevined legs, while Aja surfboards Shimoda with the legs grapevined. Mita comes back by dropping Kyoko on the rope throat first. Shimoda running neckbreaker drops Kyoko twice for a two. Kyoko stops Shimoda up top by running up the ropes and nailing a TOP ROPE BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX. Aja gets on the second rope, but Shimoda ends up knocking her outside. Mita knocks Kyoko out as well. Saya Endo grabs both of them then Mita assists Shimoda on a SPRINGBOARD SOMERSAULT PLANCHA SUICIDA! Shimoda picks them up and Mita nails a Tope` Suicida Through Ropes on to them. BRAWL TIME! Mita puts Aja into a table, but Aja hits Mita with a can. Kyoko lariats Shimoda down in the crowd. Aja tries to toss Mita OFF THE BALCONY! AH! Mita tries to HANG Aja with a rope, but it is stopped thankfully! Back ringside, Shimoda starts leveling Kyoko with a plastic lid! Aja starts walking back to the ring with a fire extinguisher. This getting kinda messy. LCO stop her on the apron. Kyoko hits Mita with a chair. Aja sprays the fire extinguisher and creates a huge cloud! Mita breaks a chair over Kyoko's head, while Shimoda knocks Aja outside with a chairshot. Shimoda gets a 2 3/4 count on Kyoko! K...YOKO! K...YOKO!

Shimoda top rope dropkicks Kyoko into a pile of chairs!! 1...2..SHOULDA UP! Kyoko lariats LCO down! How did she come back so fast? Aja & Kyoko toss Mita then Shimoda into the pile of chairs. Aja destroys Shimoda with a chair then bounces another chair off Mita's head! EH! This is a beating! TABLE IN! Aja PILEDRIVERS Shimoda through the table for a 1...2...2.99999999999999. Aja drops Shimoda on her head with an unprotected piledriver/powerbomb, but Mita makes the save. Aja makes the cover again and gets a near fall. Outside Mita puts Kyoko into a table. Aja starts pouring juice on to Shimoda! For what reason I don't know! Back in the ring, Aja knocks down Shimoda then Aja & Kyoko double shoulderblock her. Kyoko sandwiches Shimoda in the ropes with a LARIATOOH! TWICE! Shimoda blocks a german and tags in Mita! Mita blazing chops Kyoko down three times for a two count. Kyoko comes back with a slingshot back elbow smash on both LCO. Aja & Kyoko then nail a shoulder mounted suplex/off the top rope back elbow combo for a 2 7/8 count. Shimoda escapes a thunderfire powerbomb and GREEN MISTS Kyoko!

Kyoko blocks something, but Mita blazing chops her down. Kyoko lariats Mita down, but Shimoda stops her up top. Mita follows with her SUPER SHOULDER MOUNTED SUPLEX for a 1...2...2.999999999999! SO CLOSE! Shimoda kicks the ref for that! Kyoko lariats Mita & tags in Aja. Shimoda hits Aja with a chair. LCO then ducks an Aja crossbody. Mita shoulder mount suplexes Aja and Shimoda flying splashes her...1...2..shoulder up! Aja stops Mita up top, but Shimoda tosses Aja off. Mita off the top rope chairshots Aja!! Aja just falls! 1...2...near fall. Aja blocks a Shimoda tiger suplex, so Mita bounces a chair off her head. Aja ducks a chairshot and Shimoda accidentally gets hit! Aja slams Shimoda and squashes her with an off the second rope splash for a near fall. Someone stops Aja up top. One of those LCO worshippers I guess! Kyoko out of nowhere german suplexes Shimoda off the turnbuckles then Aja nails her diving back elbow drop for a near fall. Shimoda flips through a backdrop suplex and nails a german suplex for a two, with Kyoko hitting her with a trash bin in the process. Shimoda sets up for a tiger suplex on Aja again, but Kyoko hits her with the trash bin again! SO MUCH VIOLENCE!

Aja backdrop suplexes Shimoda for a 2 5/6 count. Someone tapes Kyoko to the ropes, while Aja gets a whole bunch of chairs in the ring. Aja BRAINBUSTAAHS Shimoda on the mess for a 1...2...SAVE BY MITA!! Mita hits Aja with a chair and tries for the Death Valley, but is too weak to pick her up! DEATH VALLEY BOMB (!) hits on the chairs ....1...2...save by Kyoko. Kyoko powerbombs Mita on the chairs and tries to revive Aja. Kyoko helps her up and holds Shimoda in position. Aja SPINNING BACKFISTS Shimoda down. 1...2...3! COUNTO THREE! The winners- Aja & Kyoko. OH MY GOD! SO MUCH TYPING! This was probably the best brawl I have ever seen. The pace wasn't slowed too much compared to others using this style. Everyone was at the top of their game. The brutality in this was off the scale. The spots in the match were great. The build and story were also great. The problems were the lack of psychology or selling! Usually when you do this type of match stuff like that seems to go out the window! Even with those flaws this match was awesome anyway. ****1/2

Recommendation: GET THIS TAPE! AJW! It is what wrestling is all about. You honestly can't go wrong buying this tape. Every match in here is somewhat good. The last two are just awesome. Like I have said before: if you like wrestling for wrestling get this tape if not just don't bother. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
