A globe spins wildly around the screen finally coming straight out against the screen like its going to come off, with the words "Netlink Wrestling Organization: Random Ruffhouse!" emblazoned across it.
"Kountry Korners" by Goldfish Don't Bounce plays as the scene changes to inside a room with lots of rows of televisions set up above a control panel. Ralph Lillard stands in the middle smiling.
Ralph Lillard- Hello, I'm Ralph Lillard with another installment of Netlink Wrestling's Random Ruffhouse! The fallout from Evolution has not yet been seen and tested, but the special presentation of Ruffhouse exploded with some shocking news! The show was scheduled for four matches, but due to Ichabod's absence after the beginning of the show, there was a lot of chaos. Ichabod appeared at the arena to announce that the show and the next Malice were dedicated to the memory of his cousin and best friend Wafer, then promptly left.
The show opened with some footage that was delivered last minute to the arena... lets check it out.
One of the screens to the left zooms out to fill up the entire screen as we watch the special footage that opened Ruffhouse.
We are suddenly taken away from the arena and to footage somewhere on a tropical island. Not just any island…but Prof. Zandor’s secret island. His lab facility is seen for a moment before the shot goes inside where we see one of Zandor’s labs a complete disaster. It looks as if a tornado went through it. Walls are broken, glass is shattered, everything is destroyed. Doors are broken off of hinges and there are small fires. Zandor stands in the center of the room and he himself looks to be in no shape. He’s dirty and looks to have been beaten up. He looks down at Spuddy who is wearing a little miniature sling on one arm.
Hank - What the heck happened to Zandor??
Zandor looks down at his little plastic potato head and frowns.
Prof. Zandor - This is going to change everything. I failed. Once he steps back into the ring and everyone figures out what’s happened, there is going to be some problems. Why did I let this happen Spuddy?? WHY??
Zandor breaks down for the first time we have seen him visably upset. The scene cuts back to the arena.
Hank - What was Prof. Zandor talking about?? Weltmeister?? I’m lost.
Michael D - That’s not a surprise Hank.
Ralph Lillard- At the moment no one knew exactly what had happened to Zandor and his island, but we are taken back to the announcement at Evolution that Weltmeister was unable to compete in the Run of the Mill due to being in a coma... was this the truth?
The first match began with newcomers Manson Kain, Diamond Kid, and Matt Steele facing off in a triple threat, but the match came to disastrous results. Take a look.
The screen effect takes place again and we see Manson Kain in the ring with The Diamond Kid.
Hank- This could be it Mike! He's going for The Legacy of Kain!
Kain applies the chokehold as Matt Steele is going up top... but look at this!
Michael D.- Its Adam Payne, PKA's partner in Aggravated assault!
Payne rushes up the ring apron and nails Matt off with a bat he had in tow. Matt falls to the outside as Kain is choking the DK. Payne slides in and nails Kain and then lifts up Matt Steele for the Paindemonium! The ref is frantically calling for the bell when Payne rushes over to him and hits the Power Line! He stands there in the mess of bodies and finally slides back out!
Hank- What the hell?!
Ralph Lillard- Aggravated Assault causing mayhem once again, but at Ruffhouse they got twice as brutal as at Evolution. And with no front office in the building, no one could stop them! Look at this footage!
Cameras are focusing in on a burnt out wall where an explosion has just happened backstage. There are still some small fires burning. In the room, Ryan Osbourne lies unconscious, while out in the hall way, Riley Knight is crumpled against a wall.
Hank- Whoever set off that explosion got lucky that both men were in the right place at the wrong time Mike... but who??
Mike D.- Look Hank!
PKA wanders down the hallway surveying the results of the explosion with a sick smile. He picks up a walkie talkie and speaks into it.
PKA- Payne? Its done, do your part.
Ralph Lillard- Payne continued on to attack Sean Graves and Phantom Poet. PKA himself seeked out Plague and completely destroyed him, and Plague had to be carried to the hospital. Aggravated Assualt nearly ended the whole show with their attacks.
In the middle of the show another tape was delivered to the technical staff featuring more on the Professor Zandor story.
The scene focuses on the footage.
The show shifts back to Zandor island once again as Zandor continues to pace around his destroyed lab. He stops and looks at Spuddy who is standing in a pile of debris.
Prof. Zandor - I know it’s all because of that stupid mind machine. I really didn’t think this would happen…
We see Zandor stare off into space as he thinks about what unfolded. The screen begins to wave and distort as we the viewers see into Prof. Zandor’s thoughts over the last week.
Prof. Zandor - SAY CHEESE!!
Prof. Zandor throws the switch and activates the mind machine which is hooked up to Weltmeister. Sparks begin to fly as Weltmeister shakes and convulses in the chair almost as if he was in an electric chair. Darren Gazinya looks on and smiles knowing that all the information this machine is providing is going directly into Weltmeister’s brain. The information…everything known about all the stars in the company. Finally the machine shuts down and the smoke clears. Zandor approaches Weltmeister and removes the device from his head. Weltmeister is unconscious.
Prof. Zandor - Uh oh. That wasn’t supposed to happen.
Darren - What do you mean that wasn’t supposed to happen?? What did you do to Weltmeister??
Prof. Zandor - Quick let’s get him to my medical room.
Zandor pulls out a stretcher and they roll the big man onto it. He wheels the stretcher out of the room and down a hall passing numerous doors before turning and entering one of them. The old man has trouble keeping up as he heads down the hall. As Darren passes one of the doors he can hear some thumping and the same muffled cry for help behind one of the doors as they heard when they first arrived on the island. Darren stops at the door and reaches for the handle when he can hear Zandor shout for him down the hall. He stops from turning the handle and heads down the hall to Zandor’s medical room.
Prof. Zandor - OK, I’ve given him some shots which should bring him around in a few hours. There was just so much information going into that mind of his it shut him down. He just needs a nap. In the meantime, I gotta head out and collect some coconuts with Spuddy. I’m building a jet ski made completey from the coconut shell! You just watch over this big goof for a while.
Zandor turns and scatters out of the room not even letting Darren get a word in. Darren looks down at the giant Weltmeister and begins to speak.
Darren - Nothing will be able to stop you now. Everyone in the Run of the Mill match won’t stand a chance. If only they knew as much as you are going to know. You’ll have to fill me in on everything so I know as well….OR….
The old man looks to have an idea. He gets up and heads down the hall back into the lab with the mind machine. He heads over to the chair and has a seat. He looks around with an evil grin before strapping the helmet to his head. He looks at the switch and with a bit of a reach he flips it on using his cane. The machine springs to life and begins to spark and send currents into the old mans brain. Smoke fills the room before the scene switches back to the arena.
Ralph Lillard- While everyone was on the edge of their seats to see how this would turn out, it was time for the main event. Jugernaut and Rammer represented nWo/NWA Canada against the NWA Tag Team Champions Frank Merrit and Jeffrey Hatemonger from NYCW. Lets take a look.
The screen zooms out once again.
Rammer and Hatemonger are on the outside and Hatemonger has Rammer in the air. He powerslams Rammer against the security barrier.
In the ring, Jugernaut is holding dominate against Frank Merrit. He sets him up on the turnbuckle and superplexes him across the ring!
Hank- Did you see that?! Merrit and Jugernaut are the legal men here now, and if Hatemonger doesn't get in that ring, we could see nWo's first ever NWA Championship Gold!!
Michael D.- I don't think it was wise tangling with Jugs after that bout of brutality at Evolution, and certainly not Rammer after his humiliating loss of the Television Title shot!
Jugernaut climbs down as Hatemonger enters the ring. They run at each other and slam into each other in a double clothesline. Both men go down in a heap.
Michael D.- They can't even count that as a pin without Hatemonger being legal, Hank!
Slowly they come to their senses as Hatemonger is the first one up. They've fought a long hard match. He lifts Jugernaut up and drags him over to where Merrit is getting up. They set him up in a spike piledriver! Merrit goes for the pin as Hatemonger watches on, but Rammer is up and pulls Merrit out! Hatemonger reaches down to pull him back in, but Rammer overpowers and slides Merrit out and begins to administer knees to his face. The ref is busy explaining to Hatemonger that he has made the tag, and Hatemonger gets a hungry look on his face as he turns to Jugernaut. But Jugernaut is up and grabs Hatemonger up for a Burning Hammer!!! At the same moment, Rammer is up top and nails a senton bomb on Hatemonger! Jugernaut goes for the pin 1-2-3!!!
Hank- Oh My God Mike!! Jugernaut and Rammer have nabbed the NWA Tag Team titles!!
An official hands the men their belts as they look down at Hatemonger and Merrit in disgust. They walk out as the former tag champions stir up and walk out together, patting one another on the back for a good match anyway.
The scene switches back inside of Zandor’s lab. Darren and Weltmeister lay on stretchers inside the medical facility. Prof. Zandor paces back and fourth looking worried.
Prof. Zandor - Spuddy, it’s been days now and they still aren’t awake. They even missed the Run of the Mill match. Darren’s going to kill me.
Suddenly Darren begins to stir. He wakes up and rubs his head. Zandor helps him sit up. The old man looks around confused.
Old Man Gazinya - Where am I? What did those doctors do to me?? This is all Dick’s fault. I’ll get him for locking me up in this institution. No good son that’s all he is.
Zandor looks shocked at the words the old man is saying. The old man looks up at Zandor.
Old Man Gazinya - What the hell are you doing here? Where are the doctors??
Before Zandor can say anything Weltmeister sits up and looks around the room. He spots Zandor and sees the old man.
Prof. Zandor - Welty! How you feeling buddy?
Weltmeister looks around and begins to speak. In perfect English.
Weltmeister - Other then being a little groggy I feel pretty good. I think your machine worked. I know things I’ve never thought about before. Things about Ichabod, Brian Graves…and even YOU!
Zandor gulps and looks at the old man.
Prof. Zandor - Like what?
Weltmeister looks over at the old man and back at Zandor.
Weltmeister - That’s NOT Darren. You little weasel. You brain washed him! I don’t know how I know this but I know. You claimed to have kidnapped Darren back in the WoW days and took him back through time to 1950. When in fact, you never did that. Instead you got hold of Old Man Gazinya here and brain washed him into THINKING he was Darren. He’s nothing but a Gazinya and it looks like your little brain machine worked in reverse on him. He doesn’t remember a thing! Look at him.
The old man is still looking around in a daze. He spots Weltmeister and jumps back.
Old Man Gazinya - Who the hell are you, freak!? Nice mask. You’re probably one of them sick bastards that play in Dicky boys movies aren’t you? Get me the hell out of this hospital.
Prof. Zandor begins to sweat knowing that the truth is coming out. He grabs a hold of Spuddy and runs out of the room and down the hall. Weltmeister gets up and chases him. Weltmeister easily catches Zandor in the hall and grabs him by his lab coat.
Weltmeister - What have you done with the REAL Darren??
As if on cue the muffeld cry for help behind the door is heard. Weltmeister picks up Zandor and tosses him through the door breaking it off it’s hinges. Zandor lands in a heap on the floor. In the center of the room as none other then the younger version of Darren tied to a chair with a gag in his mouth. Weltmeister approaches him and releases him, pulling the gag out of his mouth.
Darren Zillaman - Thanks a lot. Who the hell are you??
Weltmeister - My name is Weltmeister. You’ve been held captive here by this crazy lunatic for over a year. I’m from the nWo.
Darren Zillaman - The nWo?? What happened to WoW??
Westminster - I’ll explain everything on the way home. But first, it’s time to re-decorate!
Weltmeister picks up Zandor off the ground and begins to beat the living hell out of him. He throws him back in the hall way and into a variety of his lab rooms. Breaking the doors and walls in the way with Zandor’s prone body. He smashes beakers and test tubes over Zandor’s head and throws him through tables. Experiments are tossed to the ground creating small fires. Finally, Weltmeister delivers a “Warhead” on Zandor right into the mind machine breaking it into pieces. Zandor lays in a heap unconscious. The viewers see the screen wave and distort once again as we see the battered and beaten Zandor once again back from his recolection. He shakes his at his totalled lab and looks down at his “hurt” friend Spuddy.
Prof. Zandor - The REAL Prez Darren is back. Who knows what will happen?
The show goes off the air.
