1. TWF Champion: Randy Orton- At TWF's Main event, Orton teamed with his King of the Ring opponent in a losing effort. Randy Orton returned from that loss, and at King of the Ring became the TWF Champion. On the following Rampage, he was supposed to put his newly won belt on the line against RVD, that never happened because Randy Orton attacked Van Dam before he could get to the ring. Will the Legend Killer's success fall short on the next Rampage? Last time: #1- No Change.

2. GeNext- M.X. Ogden had the upperhand at the Main Event but when he stepped in the ring with D'Lo Brown at King of the Ring he was seemingly unprepared. Luckily for M.X., he had another chance to defeat D'Lo and he did, as well as getting a spot in the Royal Rumble. Jason Oliver became the 2008 King of the Ring and on Rampage he capped it off with his coronation, when he disrespected Jerry Lawler. Oliver along with Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes beat down Lawler. Last time: #11- up 9 Spots.

3. Eddie Saint James- St. James did not have a good night at King of the Ring, losing to Money Mike, but on Rampage, Eddie along with the Boogeyman captured the Rampage tag team belts. Last time: #6- up 3 Spots

4. Money Mike- Mike defeated Eddie St. James at King of the Ring with help from Starman. On Rampage, Mike has Eddie booked in a tag team match against the Knockout-Tapout Connection and to the surprise of many, St. James and Boogeyman left with the tag team titles. Last time: #7- up 3 Spots.

5. TWF Universal Champion: Edge- On PrimeTime the Universal Champion asked for a new number one contender to step up. At show's end, the new number one contender stepped up revealing himself to be "High Octane" Damion West. Last time: #14- up 9 Spots.

6. Intercontinental Champion: Mark Henry- Mark Henry has had his way with Jordan Rockwell lately, most recently pinning Jordan Rockwell in the main event of PrimeTime. Rockwell is hungry for revenge and he might just get some. Last time: #15- up 9 Spots.

7. Nails- On PrimeTime, Gregory Helms demanded some competition from Shane McMahon, and he got just that when he was fed to the hockey mask wearing freak, Nails. Nails made quick work of Helms and left the arena with another win under his belt. Last time: #12- up 5 Spots.

8. Scott Steiner- Since Scott Stiener has arrived on the PrimeTime scene, he has been most notably known for making his valet, Cherry's, life a living hell. Finally someone has seen enough and came to Cherry's aid, that someone being CM Punk. It looks as though things between these two are just getting started, at War in The Winter they will battle for Cherry's contract. Last time: #16- up 8 Spots.

9. King of Cable Champion: Sean O'Haire- At the TWF main event, Sean O'Haire and his tag team partner defeated Travis Wakeman and Chris Tirpak. At King of the Ring, O'Haire had apparently been asnwering important phone calls that were meant for Sebastian Cain which angered Cain and on Rampage, Cain decked O'Haire with a right hand, sending him to the floor. What will be the next chapter in this bitter rivalry? Last time: #3- down 6 Spots.

10. Richard Ramsley- Richard Ramsley hasn't seen much action since his win against former TWF champion Mr. Kennedy. Will a win next week bring this mentally unstable star back to the top of the Power 25? Last time: #4- down 6 Spots.

11. Mr. Kennedy- Mr. Kennedy has been on a downward spiral since the TWF main event. First losing in tag team action, then losing his TWF heavyweight championship to Randy Orton at King of the Ring, and on Rampage he wasn't in action. Next week, Kennedy faces J.J. Ramplin. This could be the chance the former champ needs to prove that he is still on the top of the TWF. Last time: #5- down 6 Spots.

12. ECW World Champion/Rampage Tag Team Champion: Sylvester Terkay- The last few weeks have had some high's and low's for Terkay and Burke. At the Main Event, Terkay played some mind games with his King of the Ring opponent and at King of the Ring, the Manbear finished off Joe Corey. Unfortunatel, for the Knockout-Tapout Connection, their tag team title reign ended on the most recent edition of Rampage. Last time: #2- down 10 Spots.

13. Travis Wakeman- Wakeman and his tag team partner for the TWF's Main Event couldn't get the job done. However, King of the Ring is a different story as he defeated Chris Masters. On the following Rampage, Wakeman defeated his opponent and was attacked by Mike Knox. Next week, Wakeman will square off against Knox in singles competition. Last time: #8- down 5 Spots.

14. TWF Tag Team Champions: United Nations- The dominant force that is the U.N. may not be as dominant as once believed. At King of the Ring, the muscle of the U.N. known as Kozlov, wrestled in a losing effort against the eventual king Jason Oliver. Things didn't get any better as William Regal lost to the fighting irishman to kick off PrimeTime. Last time: #9- down 5 Spots.

15. J.J. "The Ram" Ramplin- "The Ram" lost to the eventual king Jason Oliver during the King of the Ring Tournament. He then appeared on Rampage and we found out that next week on Rampage, J.J. will face Mr. Kennedy. Last time: #10- down 5 Spots.

16."High Octane" Damion West: Following King of the Ring, Damion West can now add the name "PJ Cash" to the list of things he's beaten. Right above Cash's name is his former drug addiction. Now, West moves forward and is next in line for a Universal title shot against Edge. First time on P25.

17. Matt "Madik" Cruz- Last time we saw Cruz, he was on Uprising in competion against Rob Storm, in a match that he won. Next week Madik will go head to head with Richard Ramsley. Last time: #13- down 4 Spots.

18. Chaos Wolf- Wolf wasn't victorious in his tag team match on PrimeTime, but he didn't exactly stick around for the results of the match either. The brawl between Wolf and Samaiel spilled into the crowd. It appears that these two are far from over. Last time: #18- No change.

19. Samaiel- Samaiel and Chaos Wolf can't seem to get enough of each other as both men were involved in the main event of PrimeTime in tag team action. The team of Samaiel and Mark Henry picked up the win, but I don't know if either Wolf or Samaiel know that, as their brawl spilled into the crowd long before the conclusion of the match. Last time: #23- up 4 Spots.

20. The Requiem- This week Requiem members Gangrel and Drusus were featured on Uprising, where the vampire duo was victorious. Last time: #17- down 3 Spots.

21. John Cena- After lack of success at King of the Ring, John Cena teamed up with Matt Hardy on PrimeTime and the duo was victorious over Joe Corey and John Morrison. Cena didn't have time to celebrate because soon after the win, he was attacked with a steel chair by his tag match opponent Joe Corey. Last time: #24- Up 3 Spots.

22. Chris Masters- Chris Masters hasn't experienced a win since the Main Event, because since then he's lost to Travis Wakeman at King of the Ring. He didn't appear on Rampage, maybe it has something to do with a nose injury or maybe he still can't believe his Masterlock was broken. Last time: #20- down 2 Spots.

23. Sebastian Cain- Sebastian Cain hasn't stepped in the ring for some time but he has definately made his presence known. The table's have turned and now it's Cain who is finally getting some revenge on O'Haire. It started on Rampage with an unfriendly right hand to the face of Sean O'Haire. Last time: #22- down 1 Spot.

24. Jordan Rockwell- Rockwell has gotten the short end of the stick as of late most recently on PrimeTime, when he was pinned by Henry. I don't think Rockwell will stop coming after Mark Henry until he gets what he's been fighting for. Last time: #19- down 5 Spots.

25. "The Show" Joe Corey- For Joe Corey, 2008 didn't go as well as 2007 did. Corey was defeated by former ECW member Sylvester Terkay at King of the Ring. Then losing in a tag match on PrimeTime. Hopefully for the sake of "The Show", 2009 will be more succesfull. Last Time- Unranked.

On The Border

Gina Carano- Carano seems right at home in the wrestling ring, picking up another win on PrimeTime against Maria.

Finlay- After a few failed attemts by Finlay to defeat members of the U.N., he was able to get a victory over William Regal. If Finlay's success continues he should start to climb the P25.

Dylan Jansens- Last we saw of D.J., he was losing to Jason Oliver in the King of the Ring Tournament at the Main Event. If Jansens competes next week on Rampage, he might begin to once again climb the Power 25.

Dockland Destroyer: After a succesful debut, the crazed lunatic from the Docklands picked up another win against Super Crazy.

D'Lo Brown- D'Lo defeated M.X. Ogden at King of the Ring but on Rampage, he was not so lucky and this time it was M.X. who defeated Brown. It looks as though D'Lo will not have a spot in the Royal Rumble with his most recent loss.

CM Punk: Punk tried to do what he thought was right on PrimeTime by stopping the humiliation of Cherry, but because of it he was the victim of a low blow by Scott Stiener.

PJ Cash- After weeks of assaulting Damion West, Cash fell short at King of the Ring and was defeated by High Octane. On PrimeTime, a depressed Cash seemed to have something on his mind.

Chris Tirpak- At Main Event, Chris Tirpak teamed with Travis Wakeman and it was "Lights Out" for Tirpak who lost the match for his team but on Uprising he was able to pick up a victory over Lance Cade.
