1. GeNext- Jason Oliver has clearly emerged as the capable leader of this young group. I don't remember the last time Oliver lost on PPV, and he has to be in line for some kind of title shot. His success is rubbing off on young Cody and Ted, as they picked up a tag team victory the following Rampage. Last time: #2- Up 1 Spot.

2. TWF Champion: Randy Orton- Orton retained his championship at the Rumble in an impressive win against RVD. Then he kicked the new ECW champion Travis Wakeman right in the head. A good week at the office for Mr. Orton. Last time: #3- Up 1 Spot.

3. Scott Steiner- Scotty Steiner was able to qualify for the WrestleMania Jackpot match by defeating a former TWF Champion, High Octane. Last time: #4- Up 1 Spot.

4.Rob Van Dam- After all the momentum Rob Van Dam had built up heading into Royal Rumble, one RKO was all it took to stop it. And the fact that he wasn't seen on Rampage at all doesn't help either. Last time: #1- Down 3 Spots.

5. Money Mike- After a rather forgettable performance in the Rumble match, Money Mike brutally attacked Matt Cruz and his former Horsemen running mate J.J Ramplin after a tag team contest this past rampage. Last time: #5- No Change.

6. Rampage Tag Team Champions: Eddie Saint James/Boogeyman- They may not be the most technically gifted tag team champions we've ever had in the TWF, but they live to fight another day with the tag titles around their waists. That is, thanks to a DQ finish due to interference from Money Mike. Last time: #6- No Change.

7. Nails- After a brutal inferno match at the Royal Rumble, Nails now knows that Samaiel has him in his sights. Last time: #8- Up 1 Spot.

8. Mark Henry- At the Rumble, Mark Henry was able to beat Matt Hardy rather easily to advance in the IC Championship tournament. Then on Primetime, he pinned Matt once again in a tag team match. Henry is on quite a roll. Last time: #10- Up 2 Spots.

9. Richard Ramsley- Another very disturbing promo coming from Chicago's pride and joy, well maybe not, but still this guy has some skill on the microphone. And whoever he has his sights on is in big time danger. Last time: #9- No Change.

10. Sean O'Haire- Sean O'Haire is definitely on a downward spiral, as he lost his King of Cable title at the Royal Rumble to Sebastian Cain, and then lost in a tag team match to Cain and Axl on the following Rampage. Last time: #7- Down 3 Spots.

11. TWF Tag Team Champions: United Nations- The UN continues their domination of the tag team division, as they were able to defeat the upstart team of Carney and Turrican on PT. Last time: #11- No Change.

12. TWF Universal Champion: Edge- Edge brought us his Championship Address, and although it was mildly entertaining, it ended up backfiring on him. Last time: #14- Up 2 Spots.

13. Mr. Kennedy- After attempting a repeat performance at the Royal Rumble, the former TWF Champion found himself on the outside looking in at the end of the pay per view. Last time: #12- Down 1 Spot.

14. Sylvester Terkay- Well it was a good reign while it lasted, Manbear. One will have to wonder if Terkay will even get a rematch, with Wakeman's sights most likely focused on his upcoming WrestleMania title match. Last time: #13- Down 1 Spot.

15. Samaiel- This hired hit man must have a death wish as made evident with his most recent actions against Nails. Last time: #15- No Change.

16. Travis Wakeman- Add another Championship to Wakeman's ever growing list of accolades. However he may not be able to remember his victory after Randy Orton punted his skull all the way back to Colorado. Last time: #24- Up 8 Spots.

17."High Octane" Damion West: West was in the Rumble match, but like 29 others was eliminated. He then lost in a Jackpot Qualifying match on PT. One has to wonder if High Octane is running low on fuel. Last time: #16. Down 1 Spot.

18. J.J. "The Ram" Ramplin- Although JJ Ramplin is one of the brightest young superstars in all the TWF, he definitely got turned down a few watts, being left a bloody mess in the middle of the ring by Money Mike. Last time: #17- Down 1 Spot.

19. The Requiem- The Requiem were thirsty for blood this past PrimeTime, and were looking to sacrifice Gina Carano. However, Chaos Wolf played the night in shining armor, saving her from a certain demise. Last time: #18- Down 1 Spot.

20. Chris Masters- The Masterpiece has certainly fallen from his pedestal. A little over a year ago he was on top of the world as the youngest world champion the TWF has ever seen. Time will tell if he can get back in the title picture. Last time: #19- Down 1 Spot.

21. John Cena- Cena rebounded from a triple threat loss at the Royal Rumble, by defeating the Samoan Bulldozer Umaga, making the monster tap out. Last time: #23- Up 2 Spots.

22. "The Show" Joe Corey- Corey revealed that he was the one behind the assault of the Undertaker months ago. He says he isn't afraid of the Undertaker, but until he proves otherwise, he stays put. Last time: #20- Down 2 Spots.

23. Sebastian Cain- After a career defining performance at the Royal Rumble, Cain emerged as the King of Cable Champion. He then proved to the world again that he is better than Sean O'Haire after his team won a tag match on Rampage. Ladies and gentlemen of the TWF. your savior has indeed arrived. Last time: Unranked

24. Intercontinental Champion: Jordan Rockwell- If Rockwell wants to make any moves in the Universal Title hunt, or even the P25, he's going to have to do more than interrupt a championship address. Last time: #21- Down 3 Spots.

25. Matt "Madik" Cruz- Matt Cruz was a matter of seconds away from becoming one half of the Rampage Tag Team Champions. However, Money Mike thwarted any chances of that happening with a sickening steel chair shot to Madik and his partner Ramplin. Last time: #22- Down 3 Spots.

On The Border

CM Punk- At the Royal Rumble, CM Punk was just another one of the 29 guys that didn't win the 30-man match, but on PrimeTime, he advanced in the Intercontinental championship tournament by pinning Gregory Helms.

Evan Bourne- Losing his newly won title to Kenny Doane was something Evan Bourne never even considered, he got a little revenge on PrimeTime defeating the first member of the Doane-ation.

Troy Gafgen- Already in the Jackpot match, Gafgen made sure that Jeff Hardy wouldn't be.

Chris Tirpak- Tirpak picked up a pretty impressive win against Elijah Burke to qualify for the WrestleMania Jackpot match. Maybe Tirpak can strike gold for the second year in a row?

Chaos Wolf- Wolf came to the aid of Gina Carano on PrimeTime, just moments before Kevin Thorn and Ariel had planned to sacrifice Carano.

PJ Cash- Still sour about not competing in the 30-man rumble, the PrimeTime Prodigy threatened to sue the TWF for breach of contract. This led Arn Anderson out to put a stop to it, but instead the Enforcer was assaulted by Cash who was armed with a clipboard.

Dockland Destroyer- Last time Dockland made it into the top 25, but since that time he has been burned by Nails and thus falls back on the border.

Dylan Jansens- Jansens had a good showing in this years Rumble match, but was nowhere to be found on Rampage. Former World Champ or not, if you want to move up you have to at least show up.

Gina Carano- Gina Carano has Chaos Wolf to thank because she was almost the victim of a sacrifice at the hands of the Requiem.

Mike Knox- Mike Knox was looking to make an impact in the Royal Rumble but was victim to the same fate as all the others. He was apparently backstage grooming his beard somewhere on Rampage, but he definitely wasn't wrestling.

Finlay- This Irishman lost in tag team action on the latest PrimeTime.
