1. TWF Champion: Randy Orton- Just days away from defending his Championship at WrestleMania, Orton continued with the mind games on Rampage. Just moments before the show went off the air, Melina turned on Wakeman to join Randy Orton. This encounter will be about more than just the TWF title. I think this one is personal. Last time: #1- No Change.

2. GeNext- Dibiase and Rhodes have a tag team title match at Mania. And Jason Oliver has a one on one match with HBK at WrestleMania. "The King of Sting" definitely has the momentum on his side leading into the match. Who will walk out of Mania as the victor when it's Kickstart vs. Sweet Chin Music? Last time: #2- No Change.

3. Money Mike- Mike was successful in six man tag action, and if you'd ask him he's ready to defeat the Ram at Mania. Last time: #4- Up 1 Spot.

4. Sean O'Haire- O'Haire was on the winning side on Rampage in the six man tag. He will participate in another match with 6 participants at WrestleMania, but it will be every man for himself in the Jackpot match. Last time: #5- Up 1 Spot.

5. Scott Steiner- Steiner lost a little momentum heading into the big Jackpot match at Wrestlemania, as he was upended by Nails on the latest edition of PrimeTime. Last time: #3- Down 2 Spots.

6. Nails- Nails may be gritty and determined, but Samaiel is young and hungry. Will the wiley veteran be able to overcome the recent mind games played by Samaiel? Last time: #9- Up 3 Spots.

7. TWF Tag Team Champions: United Nations- William Regal was able to do the U.N. proud by defeating the legendary "Hammer" Greg Valentine. Last time: #10- Up 3 Spots.

8. Rampage Tag Team Champions: Eddie Saint James/Boogeyman- The Boogeyman lost his match against Ted Dibiase and now he and his partner will defend the belts against Dibiase and Rhodes. Last time: #7- Down 1 Spot.

9. Richard Ramsley- Ramsley scored the pinfall in six man tag action on Rampage and he now has hopes of ending Sebastian Cain's King of Cable title reign at WrestleMania. Last time: #11- Up 2 Spots.

10. Mark Henry- Mark Henry seemed to be a shoe in to face Rockwell for the Intercontinental title, but in an unexpected turn of events, he was outdone by John Morrison. Last time: #8- Down 2 Spots.

11. Rob Van Dam- Van Dam drops lower on the Power 25 as he was M.I.A on Rampage. No Mania moment for RVD this year as he isn't even on the card. Last time: #6- Down 5 Spots.

12. TWF Universal Champion: Edge- The man who has been Universal Champion for nearly two years isn't going to have an easy task come WrestleMania, but he can rest a little easier knowing CM Punk won't be the guest referee. Last time: #15- Up 3 Spots.

13. Mr. Kennedy- Kennedy wanted a match for Mania and now he's got one with the "Million dollar mogul" PJ Cash. Last time: #12- Down 1 Spot.

14. Samaiel- Samaiel has been impressive over the last month, and he shows he has the mindset to walk into Mania and fight tooth and nails, no pun intended, with the most hardcore superstar in TWF history. Last time: #14- No Change.

15. ECW World Champion: Travis Wakeman- Just a few shows removed from admitting he was battling a disease, the number one contender for the TWF Championship destroyed Troy Gafgen on Rampage. Orton made his way out and just as it looked like the two might get there hands on each other, Melina turned on Wakeman and now will be in the corner of Orton for WrestleMania. Last time: #16- Up 1 Spot.

16. "The Show" Joe Corey- This battle of mind games seemed to be going Corey's way, that is until he came face to face with the man from the dark side. Corey won't be able to run when the bell tolls at WrestleMania. Last time: #20- Up 4 Spots.

17. Sylvester Terkay- The Manbear is another guy who has slowly been making his way down and possibly off of the P25. He needs to get back into things or the next time we see him he might be "On the Border". Last time: #13- Down 4 Spots.

18. J.J. "The Ram" Ramplin- Ramplin was pinned by Richard Ramsley on Rampage during the six man tag, but The Ram will now move on to WrestleMania and to his one-on-one match with Money Mike. Last time: #17- Down 1 Spot.

19. The Requiem- Kevin Thorn and company would usually be going over strategy leading into the biggest show of the year. However, they can't game plan, because they only know one of their opponents. One could say they are at an early disadvantage. Last time: #19- No Change.

20. Chris Masters- The man who main evented WrestleMania 9 will not participate in WrestleMania 10 after losing the last spot in the Jackpot match to Axl Irvin. Last time: #18- Down 2 Spots.

21. Intercontinental Champion: Jordan Rockwell- Rockwell doesn't seem to be himself lately, and he blew the match for CM Punk on PrimeTime. As good as Rockwell is, one really has to wonder.. .how much of a chance does he stand against Edge? Last time: #21- No Change.

22. John Cena- On PrimeTime, Cena addressed the doubters and promised that his WrestleMania match would tear the house down in Pasadena. Last time: #23- Up 1 Spot.

23. King of Cable Champion: Sebastian Cain- At WrestleMania, Cain will defend his King of Cable championship against Richard Ramsley. Both men were part of the six man tag team match on Rampage, Cain was on the losing side of things. Last time: #22- Down 1 Spot.

24. PJ Cash- The PrimeTime prodigy appeared on the latest Rampage looking for a WrestleMania match. He found one in Mr. Kennedy, and the two will face off at Mania. Was accepting the match a wise investment on Cash's part? Last Time: #25- Up 1 Spot.

25. Shawn Micheals- A victim to yet another "Kickstart" at the hands of "The King of Sting", it appears the momentum is on Oliver's side heading into the biggest event of the year. Last Time: #24- Down 1 Spot.

On The Border

Matt "Madik" Cruz- Since losing to Money Mike at Main Event, Cruz hasn't been in action. He'll be at WrestleMania... just not in the ring.

Monica- Not in action on Rampage but at TWF's Main Event Monica captured the Women's Championship.

Jaden Core- This mysterious star got a win over Trevor Murdoch on Uprising.

Evan Bourne- In the opening contest of Uprising, we were treated to Bourne's aerial supremacy, as he thwarted Super Crazy's attempt at distraction and put Mike Hayashi away with the shooting star press.

Troy Gafgen- Gafgen looked as if he might have gotten the biggest win in his TWF career, but that was at the start of the match before Wakeman beat him into unconsciousness.

Chris Tirpak- Tirpak took part in the six man tag team match on Rampage, unfortunately his team couldn't get the win. At WrestleMania he won't have anyone to look out for but himself.

Chaos Wolf- One year ago, Wolf was ECW Champion defending his title at WrestleMania. This year though, he will have a surprise in store, as two mystery partners will join him in his six man tag at the granddaddy of 'em all!

John Morrison- Morrison is undeniably becoming a bigger star every week, and he pulled off the upset of the year against Mark Henry this past PrimeTime. I can see IC gold in his future.
