1. TWF Champion: Jason Oliver/GeNext- GeNext saw their stock rise sky high. First, the man in command, Jason Oliver, became TWF World Champion at Meltdown. And on the latest Rampage, Ted Dibiase got a huge win over Randy Orton. Has GeNext become GeNow? Last time: #1- No Change.
2. Rampage Tag Team Champions: The Boogey-Saints- The Boogey Saints continue to prove their worth as Rampage Tag Champions, this time defending the straps against the very talented Hart Dynasty. Last time: #4- Up 2 Spots.
3. Intercontinental Champion: Mark Henry- It was a momentous night for Mark Henry at Meltdown, as he became the Intercontinental Champion. However, he lost in a tag team match with Kenny Doane against John Morrison and Evan Bourne. Last time: #5- Up 2 Spots.
4. Edge- Edge was victorious at Meltdown against Mr. Kennedy, and in impressive fashion. However, on Rampage he turned his focus on Axl Irvin and his Jackpot briefcase, stealing it after running through him with a spear. What does Edge have planned? Last time: #9- Up 5 Spots.
5. Randy Orton- The Legend Killer has watched his world collapse around him. He lost his precious TWF Championship at Meltdown, and then was upset by Ted Dibiase on Rampage. Is the Age of Orton RKOver? Last time: #2- Down 3 Spots.
6. TWF Tag Team Champions: Paul Burchill and Rene Dupree- The United Nations are still the elite tag team on Primetime, and they had a rather easy match against The Sex Pistols on UpRising. They made quick work of them, and are now awaiting their next challengers. Last time: #8- Up 2 Spots.
7. Mr. Kennedy- Mr. Kennedy planned on getting back into the world title picture, but a spear from Edge at Meltdown put a hault on any of those plans. Last time: #3- Down 4 Spots.
8. King of Cable Champion: Sebastian Cain- After a classic ladder match with Richard Ramsley at Meltdown where he successfully defended his King of Cable title, Sebastian Cain was victorious on Rampage in a tag team match with his next challenger Jaden Core, whom he will face at Main Event. Like they say, no rest for the weary. Last time: #15- Up 7 Spots.
9. "The Show" Joe Corey- While Joe Corey may not have been able to defeat The Undertaker at Meltdown, he may have finally put the issue behind him, as he was victorious in a tag match against Taker and Chaos Wolf on Primetime. Last time: #10- Up 1 Spot.
10. The Requiem- The Requiem as a group had something to celebrate this past Primetime, as it was announced their leader Kevin Thorn will take on Jordan Rockwell for the Universal Championship in the near future. Last time: #14- Up 4 Spots.
11. Richard Ramsley- Richard Ramsley is losing whatever sanity he had piece by piece. Although he lost at Meltdown, he may have accomplished his long term goal, putting Sebastian Cain through hell. But Ramsley seemed different, even more so than usual on Rampage. Last time: #7- Down 4 Spots.
12. PJ Cash- The Million Dollar Mogul was able to cash in on his very first TWF PPV win at Meltdown. He followed it up on PrimeTime with a tag team victory. Maybe joining forces with "The Show" is really starting to pay off. Last Time: #19- Up 7 Spots
13. Samaiel- Samaiel tried to offer his services to his opponent Carney on Primetime, but Carney wasn't having any of it. Samaiel made him pay for that decision, defeating him with the "Hells Hammer" in a convincing manner. Last time: #11- Down 2 Spots.
14. Chris Masters- Masters took on Sylvester Terkay, and the match quickly erupted into a brawl which was forcefully broken up by TWF officials. Seems Masters isn't the only physical specimen on Primetime. Last time: #18- Up 4 Spots.
15. Nails- While Nails wasn't on Primetime, Wally Willson was. And he gave a message to Blade, and it sounds as though Blade is barking up the wrong tree. Last time: #12- Down 3 Spots.
16. Jaden Core- As the number one contender for the King of Cable title, Jaden Core has to be feeling good heading into his match at Main Event. He picked up the pin for his team when he tagged with Sebastian Cain on Rampage against Dolph Ziggler and Troy Gafgen. Last Time: #23- Up 7 Spots.
17. J.J. "The Ram" Ramplin- J.J wasn't in action on Rampage, but he had a bit of a run in with Eddie Saint James, and he told him exactly how he really felt about him. Last time: #13- Down 4 Spots.
18. Chris Jericho- Y2J had an agenda heading into Meltdown, and he accomplished what he aimed for by beating High Octane. He followed that up with another impressive win, this time over Matt Hardy on Primetime. Chris Jericho is one to watch out for. Last Time: #25- Up 7 Spots.
19. John Morrison- The Shaman of Sexy lost his coveted IC title at Meltdown, but gained a measure of retribution as he and Evan Bourne defeated Mark Henry and Kenny Doane on Primetime. Last time: #21- Up 2 Spots.
20. Shane Thompson- After a brutal match with Jordan Rockwell in which he failed to become Universal Champ, Shane Thompson took out his frustrations by mouthing off to John Cena, which backfired. Last Time: #17- Down 3 Spots.
21. Chaos Wolf- After a valiant attempt at teaching PJ Cash a lesson in respect at Meltdown, Chaos Wolf was looking for revenge on Primetime, but fell victim to the Showstopper and lost in tag team action. Last time: #20- Down 1 Spot.
22. Jack Swagger- Swagger backed up all his trash talk at Meltdown, defeating Matt Cruz. He did it once more with a win over the veteran Chris Tirpak on Rampage. The Oklahoma native is a very big deal. Last Time: Not Ranked.
23. Damion West- Damion West fell at the hands of Chris Jericho in a very competitive match at Meltdown, but gave the fans a show on Uprising using a 450 Splash to pick up the win over Gregory Helms. Last Time: #22- Down 1 Spot.
24. Evan Bourne- After pinning Kenny Doane in a tag team match on Primetime, Evan Bourne's name has to be at the top of the list for the next shot at the Light Heavyweight Championship. Last Time: Not Ranked.
25. Sylvester Terkay- Sylvester Terkay has always been a force to be reckoned with, and he wants everyone to know it, including "The Masterpiece." Terkay and Masters went at in on Primetime, and for some reason I think it isn't over with these two. Last Time: Not Ranked.
On The Border
John Cena- Many considered Cena the heavy favorite heading into Meltdown against Kevin Thorn, but Cena lost. John was being badmouthed by Shane Thompson on PT. He took exception, and beat the crap out of Thompson.
Matt "Madik" Cruz- Matt Cruz had to feel let down after his defeat by Jack Swagger, but CJ Lethal didn't make dealing with it any easier, as he rubbed it in Cruz's face. Cruz replied with a right hand to Lethal's face.
Troy Gafgen- In a losing effort on Rampage, Troy Gafgen teamed with Dolph Ziggler to take on Sebastian Cain and Jaden Core. What makes it worse, Gafgen took the fall for his team.
Chris Tirpak- Tirpak was looking to make a dent in the ego of The All American American, but he fell victim to the vicious gutwrench powerbomb and fell short on Rampage.
