1. TWF Champion: Randy Orton- Randy Orton once again became the TWF Champion at Main Event with an assist from former GeNext member Cody Rhodes. At War in the Winter, Orton can rid himself of Oliver for the foreseeable future, if he and Cody Rhodes can win the big tag team match against Oliver and Dibiase. Last time: #5- Up 4 Spots.

2. Jason Oliver- After being screwed out of the TWF Championship at Main Event by Cody Rhodes, Jason Oliver got a shot at redemption, and he dismantled Rhodes in the main event of Rampage. Oliver and Ted Dibiase need to beat Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes at War in the Winter for Oliver to get a rematch for the TWF title. Last time: #1- Down 1 Spot.

3. Intercontinental Champion: Mark Henry- The Intercontinental Champion was successful in a six man tag team match on Uprising, as he teamed with The Highlanders to take down Tatanka, Austin Pyromania, and Taylor Made. Last time: #3- No Change.

4. King of Cable Champion: Sebastian Cain- The King of Cable, Sebastian Cain, was able to hold onto his title once again at Main Event. On Rampage, Cain let everyone know he isn't buying into Muhammad Hassan's promise of being a "changed man". Time will tell if Cain's skepticism is founded or not. Last time: #8- Up 4 Spots.

5. Edge- Edge made the mistake of getting within the reach of Axl Irvin this past Rampage, and was torn apart. Edge may be regretting ever taking the Wrestlemania Jackpot briefcase from Irvin, and perhaps even more so after War in the Winter. Last time: #4- Down 1 Spot.

6. Rampage Tag Team Champions: The BoogeySaints- One half of the Boogie Saints, Eddie Saint James was in action, as he took on JJ Ramplin and was on the losing side of things. However, Saint James has issued a challenge for The Ram to find a partner to challenge him and the Boogeyman for the Rampage Tag Championships at War in the Winter. Last time: #2- Down 4 Spots.

7. "The Show" Joe Corey- Joe Corey showed us all that he is back to his winning ways, as he defeated Paul Burchill, who was looking for an apology for Corey hitting his sister in the face with a door. Last time: #9- Up 2 Spots.

8. Mr. Kennedy- Mr. Kennedy was doing a bit of lobbying with the Rampage general manager to get himself into the Royal Rumble match early. However, before he can even look towards the Rumble, he has an upcoming confrontation with Big Zeke, Ezekiel Jackson. Last time: #7- Down 1 Spot.

9. PJ Cash- PJ Cash displayed his own french tickler against one half of the tag champs, Rene Dupree, on PrimeTime. Now Cash heads to War in the Winter where his tag team title shot awaits. Last Time: #12- Up 3 Spots.

10. TWF Tag Team Champions: Paul Burchill and Rene Dupree- The UN weren't able to extract the revenge they were looking for, as both Rene Dupree and Paul Burchill lost in one on one matches against their opponents and challengers for War in the Winter. Last time: #6- Down 4 Spots.

11. The Requiem- The Requiem were looking to gain some momentum heading into Kevin Thorn's match against Jordan Rockwell at the pay per view. However, they were on the losing side of a six man tag match, as they lost to Rockwell, John Morrison, and Carney. Last time: #10- Down 1 Spot.

12. Richard Ramsley- As of late, Richard Ramsley has been a bit different. On Rampage, he was seen rewinding footage of Sebastian Cain talking about becoming a positive person. Ramsley has shown weakness and emotion for the first time. The real question is, what does Troy Gafgen want to do with Ramsley? Last time: #11- Down 1 Spot.

13. Chris Masters- Masters was looking to make it two in a row against Sylvester Terkay, but it was not to be as he fell victim to the Heart Punch. The rubber match between the two will be at War in the Winter. Can The Masterpiece prevail? Last time: #14- Up 1 Spot.

14. J.J. "The Ram" Ramplin- JJ Ramplin has had an ongoing problem with one half of the Rampage Tag Team Champions, Eddie Saint James. On Rampage, Ramplin picked up an impressive victory over Saint James. Now, at War in the Winter, Ramplin will have the chance to take something else from Eddie. The Rampage Tag Team titles. All he has to do, is find a partner. Last time: #17- Up 3 Spots.

15. John Morrison- This past Primetime, Morrison teamed up with Carney and Jordan Rockwell and was victorious in the main event. This has to be motivation for Morrison to continue to grow as a TWF superstar. Last time: #19- Up 4 Spots.

16. Nails- Once again, we were teased by Wally Willson with a possible Nails appearance, but he let us all know that the Hardcore icon will be in Toronto to face Blade, in a regular one on one match of all things. Last time: #15- Down 1 Spot.

17. Chris Jericho- Chris Jericho is eager to get into the main event scene on Primetime, and what better way then to challenge The Undertaker. What will Jericho have to say to the man from the dark side? Last Time: #18- Up 1 Spot.

18. Jaden Core- For the first time since he has joined the TWF, Jaden Core has lost two consecutive matches. This time, it was Zack Ryder who got the best of him. Core better be careful, as it seems that Ryder may be on to something, as far as Core's identity is concerned. Last Time: #16- Down 2 Spots.

19. Shane Thompson- Shane Thompson has been avoiding Cena for weeks, but he couldn't stay out of the reach of Cena this week. The two fought out into the crowd, a glimpse of things to come at War in the Winter. Last Time: #20- Up 1 Spot.

20. Sylvester Terkay- Terkay got a measure of revenge against Chris Masters on Primetime, using the devastating Heart Punch to his advantage. The Manbear will be looking to prove that he is the superior monster on the Primetime roster come War in the Winter. Last Time: #25- Up 5 Spots.

21. Chaos Wolf- There was much concern backstage on Primetime about who was taking out members of the roster. Chaos Wolf was accused of the crime by High Octane, but quickly left the arena as the finger was pointed at him. Last time: #21- No Change.

22. Jack Swagger- Jack Swagger looked very impressive on Uprising before Rampage, as he defeated someone dressed as Cyclops from the X-Men series. Swagger has been on a roll ever since defeating Matt Cruz at Meltdown, and he is one of the best young stars on Rampage. Last Time: #22- No Change.

23. Carney- The main event of PT saw Carney tagging with John Morrison and Jordan Rockwell. Carney was the man that picked up the pinfall for his team, after hitting Drusus with the Swanton Bomb. That has to be a big confidence booster for this TWF veteran. Last Time: Not Ranked.

24. Drew McIntyre- Another week, another disqualification loss, as Drew McIntyre used the shillelagh against Finlay once again. However, he seems to have no problem with the losses, as long as he does the damage to his target. Last Time: Not Ranked.

25. Muhammad Hassan- Muhammad Hassan hasn't been in action in the TWF for quite some time. That all changed on Rampage when he defeated Bill Cutting in his return to the squared circle. However, it is going to take some more time to convince the fans, and more importantly Sebastian Cain, that he really is a changed man. Last Time: Not Ranked.

On The Border

John Cena- John Cena has a score to settle with Shane Thompson. He was on opposing sides in tag team action, where his team picked up the win by DQ. He got his hands on Thompson as they brawled through the arena, but something tells me that isn't enough for Cena.

Damion West- Damion West claimed to have seen Chaos Wolf attacking Chavo Guerrero backstage, and then tried to convince him that he knows what he is going through. Wolf would have none of it however.

Evan Bourne- Evan Bourne was scheduled to get another crack at Kenny Doane's Light Heavyweight Championship, but never even made it into the ring before he was jumped from behind by the Doane-Nation.

Matt "Madik" Cruz- It looks as though Matt Cruz has a problem on his hands. Ever since CJ Lethal joined the Rampage roster, he has targeted the Texas Longhorn fan, claiming that Cruz is a disgrace to Texas. Surely the veteran Cruz will have something up his sleeve for the disrespectful newcomer.

Troy Gafgen- Recently, Troy Gafgen has been attempting to befriend Richard Ramsley, one of the most unfriendly guys on the roster. On the most recent Rampage however, it is clear that Troy may be beginning to get through to him.

Chris Tirpak- Tirpak joined Shelton Benjamin to take on the newly formed alliance of Rob Storm and Lance Cade, and they were successful in putting a halt to their nonsense... for the time being.

Blade- Blade got back at Chavo Guerrero for the loss he suffered at Main Event, using his "Cutter" finishing move. At War in the Winter, he faces his toughest challenge to date in the Hardcore Icon, Nails. The playing field could be in Blade's favor, as it is a regular one on one match.
