TWF TV

Denver Coliseum

Denver, Colorado

August 6, 2017

Attendance: 5,007

The shot opens inside a dimly lit arena. Fans are applauding as a cameras pans across it, still showing several empty seats. Inside the ring, the very recognizable Jim Cornette stands, holding a microphone. He is wearing a T-shirt with the original TWF logo on it.

Jim Cornette: "Ladies and gentlemen, it is my pleasure to welcome you to a new era of professional wrestling. Those of you who are here in attendance no doubt have some semblance of the historical value that the TWF brought to the wrestling industry. Tonight, we re-ignite that flame. Tonight, on Sunday August 6, 2017, the TWF is reborn!

THE CROWD CHEERS IN APPROVAL

For those that don't know me, my name is Jim Cornette. I have been involved in the professional wrestling business since 1975 and if you don't listen to my podcast, you know that I loathe much of what wrestling has become nowadays. But here, with the TWF, I know that will not be the case. That is why I have accepted a position as the new commissioner of this company!

ANOTHER LOUD CHEER IS HEARD

So what happened to the TWF? I mean, this company had the wrestling world in the palm of its hands. It was running shows all over the world and drawing audiences that were approaching 100,000 people at some of its big pay-per-views. Unfortunately, some people out there are greedy. The WWE is greedy and it decided that it would no longer allow its talents to work for the TWF in any shape, form or capacity! It decided that it would take all of its intellectual property and leave this place in ruins! On top of that, the WWE was even able to steal the TWF's Universal title!

LOUD BOOS FOLLOW

Now if you've followed the wrestling industry for any length of time, you know that anyone who Vincent Kennedy McMahon has decided to leave in the dust, has never been heard from again. Well, this company is going to attempt to buck that trend!

MORE BOISTEROUS CHEERS ARE HEARD

A new owner has decided to pick up the scraps of the TWF and take a chance that no one wanted to take! This person has given the TWF a chance to come back and who knows, maybe it will reach that level again someday. Oh and by the way, this person has requested to remain anonymous at this time, but I can tell you that they have given me the keys to the kingdom, so to speak, so I'll tell you guys what the God damn deal is!

A HUGE CHEER IS HEARD

We are going to wrestle on this show! We are going to produce wrestling the way it's supposed to be! This is not sports entertainment! You will not see us promote things other than wrestling on this broadcast! We don't care if we have a television partner, because we have invested a ton of money in the TWF Network, where all of our content can be seen! If you like wrestling, this is the place for you! You will see several faces from the TWF's past! We will establish new titles, produce new pay-per-view events and frankly, we will give a solid alternative to that crap they're putting out in New York!

THE CROWD OF OVER 5,000 FANS HAS REACHED A FEVERED PITCH

So what I would like......

WITH THAT, CORNETTE IS INTERRUPTED BY "MONEY, POWER, RESPECT" BY THE LOX. TWO MEN WEARING NICE BUSINESS SUITS STEP OUT ALONG WITH A WOMAN IN A VERY NICE PANTSUIT. FANS QUICKLY RECOGNIZE THE TRIO AS TAYLOR MADE, SYLVESTER TERKAY AND GINA CARANO. TAYLOR MADE GRABS A MICROPHONE AND THE THREE HEAD INTO THE RING.

Cornette: "Listen guys, I'm not gonna tolerate being interrupted. I'm sure what you have to say is...

Taylor Made: "With all due respect, Jim, I...... we wanted to be the first to address these people and let them know what's in store. Jim, you and I have reached a wonderful contract agreement and I mean no disrespect, but I wanted to talk to these people and let them in on what it looks like to have success coming from every pore on your body!

THE CROWD BOOS

For those of you who don't remember me, my name is Matt Taylor, better known as Taylor Made. I don't have that name for the heck of it. I was already well to do before the TWF closed. But let's talk about the man you saw before that happened. I put on a smile and a suit, had a gorgeous girl on each arm, and some of you even liked me. And then I was unceremoniously dispatched from this place with no gold, no friends, no girl, and not one of you cared. (Crowd mumbles). I had nothing. But then I went to work. I built up wealth. I built up my portfolio. I built up my net worth and I did that without a single one of you. I am more successful than I have ever been and I did it all by myself. Now I have come back to this lowly, disgusting, peon-filled wasteland to show all of you exactly what you can make of yourself if you just had a little self-respect and any sort of work ethic. (Crowd has turned, boos rain down on the ring)

As any successful businessman will tell you, while you build your empire by yourself, you need an army to run it. I will be looking for some qualified applicants to join my team. I am looking for people who know the value of a dollar. Who understands that business is making money, not making friends. And most important, I am looking for people who want to be the very best, by learning from the absolute best....Me. But as you can see, I've already found some people worthy enough to roll with me.

TAYLOR GRABS CARANO BY THE HAND AND PULLS HER IN FRONT OF HIM.

You probably know quite well who this woman is. You probably liked her during her previous run in the TWF as well. She is a former TWF Women's champion. She was awarded the 2010 Diva of the Year. Trust me, these are not accolades she really cares about. And you know why? Because ever since the TWF closed, not one wrestling organization in the world has reached out to her. Not one fan has contacted a wrestling organization in support of her. No one has done a thing. But regardless of what you all think, she's one of the most successful Women's MMA fighters of all-time and she isn't afraid to show her face publicly like that pig Ronda Rousey!

LOUD BOOS ARE HEARD

And then of course, every strong group needs someone to make sure no one from the outside infiltrates it. And that is what the Manbear, Sylvester Terkay is for! You all remember this guy, right? A former ECW World champion! A former Rampage Tag Team champion! And of top of that, the 2008 TWF Wrestler of the Year!

THE CROWD LOUDLY BOOS

Don't worry, he never cared about you guys anyway. So as you can see, I have already assembled quite the group. But I'm not done. I'm still looking. And that is going to continue tonight. The Gold Standard has arrived, we will see if you measure up."

Taylor, Carano and Terkay exit the ring to a chorus of boos but instead of going to the back, they go to a group of 5 seats that have been sectioned off by a red velvet rope in the front row and has a red carpet underneath. A security guard with a black shirt that reads VIP and an earpiece lifts the rope so Taylor, Carano and Terkay can make his way inside and have a seat. A cocktail waitress brings Taylor a bottle of champagne and three glasses as the group settles in for the night.

THE SHOT THEN SHIFTS OVER TO A RINGSIDE BROADCAST POSITION WHERE SCOTT HUDSON AND MATT STRIKER ARE SEATED.

Scott Hudson: "Well hello everyone and welcome back to the TWF! Quite the start we have here tonight in Denver, Colorado"!

Matt Striker: "And it's only fitting that we're here, Scott. The TWF planted its roots right here in Denver back on June 30, 2000 and I am so proud and feel so privileged to be on this ride".

Hudson: "We have plenty of action and news for you guys tonight and we will sort through exactly how the TWF will plan to move forward with Jim Cornette as its commissioner".

Striker: "I for one could not be more happy about the selection of Cornette. The man is a wrestling genius who is not going to take anything off anyone".

"BARBIE GIRL" BY AQUA COMES ON OVER THE LOUDSPEAKERS AND A PINK CORVETTE PULLS INTO THE ARENA WITH KEN DOLL AND LACEY VON ERICH SITTING ON THE BACK END. MOST OF THE CROWD BOOS HASTILY.

Hudson: "We're ready for our first match of the night and look at this.... it's the return of the pink corvette".

Striker: "Ya know people can laugh and make jokes about this guy all they want, Scott, but in the old TWF, he was working his way high up the ladder. And have a look at Lacey Von Erich, lord have mercy".

Hudson: "The daughter of the late Kerry Von Erich will lead Ken Doll into this match and into the future of the new TWF".

Ken Doll w/ Lacey Von Erich vs. Duane Douglas (invitee)

The TWF used invitees from Rocky Mountain Pro on this show. Check out therockymountainpro.com for bios on each of them.

Duane Douglas, a wrestler with military training was the first guy out. Early on, it seemed like he matched up quite well with Doll, but the tide turned when Doll raked his eyes and then used a nasty knee to the midsection to take of the starch out of Douglas. After reversing an irish whip, Doll hit an incredible dropkick that snapped Douglas' head back. Doll went up to the top rope and hit a flying legdrop which led to the 3 count.

"BARBIE GIRL" PLAYED AGAIN AS LACEY VON ERICH CAME IN TO CONGRATULATE DOLL.

Hudson: "Tremendous performance there for Ken Doll over a game Duane Douglas. That legdrop was incredible"!

Striker: "Doll is a guy to keep tabs on TWF fans, this guy can get it done in the ring. He's one of the best athletes in the wrestling world and I can tell you, he's gonna do big things here".

The shot opens inside a gym and as the camera pans around it stops next to a man lifting a barbell which has plates that read 350 pounds.

Voice: "They said I wasn't good enough to be a world champion

(Sound bite of Jordan Rockwell winning the TWF World title)

(The man is shown with his back to the camera hitting a punching bag)

They said I couldn't be a main eventer

(Sound bite of Rockwell vs The Undertaker)

(The camera zooms in on the left knee showing a scar)

They said I couldn't return from a career-threatening injury.

(The camera pans out revealing Jordan Rockwell, drenched in sweat)

They said I'm to old too still go to war.

(A statistic is shown saying Rockwell turned 40 years old on June 7th)

Jordan Rockwell: "I beg to differ"!

BACKSTAGE

IN THE BACK, TWF BACKSTAGE CORRESPONDENT JENN STERGER IS STANDING WITH ONE OF THE TOP NAMES IN TWF HISTORY.

Jenn Sterger: "Here with me at this time is none other than "The Show" Joe Corey. Joe, when the TWF announced it would be making its return, one of the first names fans out there likely thought about was yours. Can you tell us how you're going to approach this run with the TWF"?

Joe Corey: "Well, not to disappoint people, but I don't think there's much left for me to accomplish inside the ring. Now, that's not to say that I won't get into the ring to slap someone around when it's deserved but right now, I want someone to be able to use my knowledge and my experience to get ahead here in the TWF. That's right, I am actively looking for a new client to serve under me and utilize those tools. So if you don't mind, I have work to do".

COREY WALKS AWAY

BACK TO THE RING, MIL MUERTES IS IN THE RING WITH CATRINA

Hudson: "You are looking at one of the names recently signed by the TWF and this is a guy I am very interested in with this relaunch, Matt".

Striker: "Mil Muertes was just announced as being from beyond the grave so that's a little weird but I gotta tell ya, I've been on hand and in person for some of what this guy has done in Lucha Underground and he's a vicious, aggressive wrestler that will take your head off if you aren't careful. And don't sell Catrina short. He's beautiful, but she'll also stop at nothing to get what she wants".

Mil Muertes w/Catrina vs. Big Vig (invitee)

This match actually started out as a bit of a power struggle between the two men but when Big Vig missed with a wild clothesline, Muertes ran right through him with a bit of a spear. He then went to the top rope and showed extreme athleticism for a man his size, taking Big Vig out with a crossbody. He then delivered the Flatliner to put Big Vig away. After the match, Catrina slithered into the ring and licked the face of the downed Vig.

Hudson: "My God... what the heck was that"?!

Striker: "That's known as the Kiss of Death, Scott... a ritual that Catrina performs on all of Mil Muertes' victims. There's no coming back from that".

Hudson: "Well one thing's for sure... this is a very dangerous man and one that could become a major force in the TWF".

The scene comes alive backstage in what appears to be an empty corridor. Production boxes are scattered here and there as the camera makes its way around. As the shot moves around the corner, the camera comes face to face with a man. As the camera pans out we get a better look at him. He's got long, brown hair, and piercing blue eyes. He's wearing a black wife beater with white pants. He's got two tattoo sleeves and is in decent shape. As the man looks into the camera, he scratches his head.

Man: "You all probably have no idea who I am. It figures because it was always that way in the world of the TWF. You see, in this company it was always kiss ass or be killed. You couldn't succeed in this company without being friends with the higher ups. It was always about who you knew instead of how hard you worked. I was never one who prided myself on hobnobbing with the elite. I never wanted to be friends with Travis Wakeman or Money Mike. I wanted to be seen as the best wrestler in the TWF. Unfortunately, during my first run that wasn't the case.

(The man runs a hand over his face and strokes his beard.)

I started with the TWF in 2008 and was successful in developmental. I knew that if I was given the opportunity I could thrive and I began to make a name for myself. Now, admittedly I was an arrogant rookie but when you're young and brash you sometimes don't see your faults. I ended up debuting on Rampage and even though I should've been happy...it was nothing but misery. There wasn't a true platform for a guy of my skill set to hone my craft. No, it was just crap, after crap, after crap. All the while I saw guys who I started out with...like Sebastian Cain and Richard Ramsley get pushed to the moon. Now, some would argue that it was sour grapes but if you all really knew me you would say that I am not one to complain. I work my ass off day in and out to be able to stand here and say that I am the best wrestler there is.

(The man takes a deep breath and collects his thoughts.)

Since the TWF closed I've been continuing to work in other promotions. I was a EMF and GEW World champion! I put on matches that were considered instant classics. I went on to prove that I was as good as I said I was. Now, when the officials in TWF reached out to me about a return, I knew I needed to come back...to show them all what I am about. This is going to be a great awakening in the TWF because I am going to show everyone that you don't have to kiss ass to make it to the top of the card. Hard work pays off and I'm living proof and that will be evident when I become TWF Champion. I play by my own rules and if I'm supposed to tow the company line...then it's going to be one hell of a battle.

(The man looks down at his watch and chuckles.)

Well, I've got to run...but big things will be happening soon. TWF, I hope you're prepared for me...because I intend to shake things up and rage against the machine. 2017 is going to be my year...the year of Troy Gafgen.

(Troy smirks into the camera as the shot fades to black.)

BACK IN THE RING, WE'RE READY FOR MORE ACTION.

Austin Pyromania vs. Curtis Cole

This was an athletic contest and Pyromania seemed to be in better shape than he ever was in the TWF before. Curtis Cole hit several high flying moves and even got a two count after catching Pyro with the Whisper in the Wind. But Pyromania turned a crossbody attempt into a nasty powerslam and was able to get the three count off of it.

THE REFEREE RAISED PYROMANIA's HAND AND HE PULLED COLE UP AND PATTED HIM ON THE BACK, CLEARLY IMPRESSED WITH HIS EFFORT.

Hudson: "A great show of sportsmanship there and man oh man, does Austin Pyromania look great or what"?

Striker: "He really did. He took some big shots in that match and rolled with them. I'd love to see this guy take off under the new banner here".

AS PYROMANIA WALKS TOWARD THE BACK, AN UNFAMILIAR SONG PLAYS OVER THE LOUDSPEAKERS.

"Black Honey" by Thrice begins to play as Richard Ramsley makes his way to the ring. Dressed only in his black jeans and boots, he drags what appears to be the TWF King of Cable Championship along the floor beside him. He tosses the title into the ring before rolling in under the bottom rope and retrieving it. Once he's recovered it, he motions for a microphone. The crowd boos heavily, causing Ramsley to smile. He motions for the crowd to quiet down as he sits down in the middle of the ring, draping the title over his legs.

Richard Ramsley: "Shhh...it's been a long time, guys. A real long time. So let's all quiet down so we can have ourselves a nice little chat.

The crowd continues to boo, but despite this, Ramsley continues.

So, four years ago...four years ago, the TWF as you and I knew it died. Now, I remember that night, vividly. We all went out, put on a hell of a show, and then...that was it. Travis personally came and collected the TWF Heavyweight Championship...the tag titles, the women's title....but, uh....Travis never got around to me. I never got the handshake, I never got the "thanks for all your hard work," none of that.

Ramsley lifts the King of Cable Championship up, and looks at it, a loving look upon his face.

So, the way I saw it...there was a reason for that. See, there were no sad goodbyes for me. No "Best wishes," no "farewells," and I thought about why that was...and then, it clicked. See...Travis knew. Hell, the whole locker room knew. The TWF wasn't dead, no...it just needed a change. What it needed...was an icon. And...heh...who better than me, right?

*The crowd begins to boo again as Ramsley stands up*

See, it started to make sense to me. No one took this title from me. I never got a phone call, a letter, an email, NOTHING telling me that this title was to become inactive! So, you see, the TWF lived on...it lived on in me, the last remaining TWF champion! So what did I do? I fought. I wrestled. I packed my bags, shipped out to Japan, I defended my championship. Three years later....and I'm still here, baby!

*Ramsley hoists the title above his head, causing the crowd to explode into boos*

So when I showed up to the arena today, I came as a champion; I came ready to defend my crown. But you know what I was told? I was told...that the King of Cable Championship is no longer an active title....which means, sadly, ladies and gentlemen...that my title reign ended about 15 minutes ago.

Ramsley takes one more look at the title before shrugging and tossing it into the crowd.

1,879 days! That means that my title reign lasted 1,879 days! You know what that means, people? It means that I am OFFICIALLY the longest reigning champion the TWF has ever had! ME! Richard Ramsley!

*The crowd erupts into jeers, some fans even going so far as to toss their cups into the ring

You all can boo all you want, but the fact remains that I am the greatest champion the TWF has ever seen! No, no, you know what? I'm going to take it a step farther...I AM the TWF! Me! I kept the name alive for the past four years, the only reason people even remember this damn company is because of me! So I want all of you, I want Travis Wakeman, I want every single guy in the back to know one thing: This. Is my. Show. I am THE TWF icon, the top guy, the main event. And it's only a matter of time before I have championship gold around my waist again, and once I've got it...I'm never letting it go.

"Black Honey" begins to play again as Ramsley drops the microphone in the middle of the ring, and makes his exit toward the back.

Hudson: "Well then.....

Striker: "I don't see people lining up to tell him any differently and he has a point, no one ever beat him for that title"!

Hudson: "I'm sure we'll all see.... and hear... much, much more from Richard Ramsley".

BACKSTAGE....

IN THE BACK, JENN STERGER ENTERS A ROOM WHERE JIM CORNETTE IS SEATED AT A DESK.

Sterger: "Mr. Cornette, did you want to use this time to make your announcements"?

Cornette: "Yes, I'll take it from here, Jenn. Please, go get me a cup of coffee or something.

STERGER WALKS AWAY.

Okay, bring that camera in close because what I have to say is very important. We just had Richard Ramsley out there talking about titles but I want to address the situation involving the titles we actually do have here in the TWF. To start with, there will be a World, Women's and Tag Team title. Starting on the next show, we're going to have a women's tournament and a tag team tournament to crown new champions. Some of the women I have signed for this tournament are Ivelisse Velez, Rosemary and former TWF Women's champion, Monica. As for tag teams, those of you who know me best know how much I value tag team wrestling. Just to give you an idea of some of the names for that tournament include The Young Bucks and the legendary Steiner Brothers, back together again. Finally, we're going to dust off that old TWF World title and have ourselves a huge battle royal. Once that battle royal gets down to four wrestlers, the match will end. Those four wrestlers will then compete in a fatal four way. The wrestlers who don't get pinned in that match will move to a triple threat match. The two men who aren't pinned in that triple threat match will go one on one at our very first pay-per-view, TWF Resurrection. This battle royal will feature several former TWF champions including Jordan Rockwell, Matt Cruz, Jason Oliver, Kevin Thorn, Nails..... there will be guys like Chaos Wolf and Chris Tirpak in this thing.....

JUST THEN, CORNETTE IS CUT OFF WHEN SEBASTIAN CAIN WALKS INTO THE ROOM.

What the hell? I thought you didn't want to be part of this"?

Sebastian Cain: "I changed my mind. I have unfinished business here. You still have that contract"?

Cornette (smiling from ear to ear): "Why yes I do".

BACK IN THE ARENA, SCOTT HUDSON IS IN THE RING WITH A MICROPHONE.

Hudson: "Ladies and gentlemen..... at this time I'd like to welcome a new TWF signing. He is a second generation superstar. A man who is sure to fly with the daredevils and stay on the ground with the most technical. He is the creator of the Hiroshima Bomb and master of the Gundam Buster. He comes to us from Mexico's AAA and was trained by the legendary Great Muta and Ultimo dragon. He is the son of TWF Hall of Famer Kid Gundam. He is Kid Gundam, Jr."!

A GENERIC JAPANESE TUNE COMES ON. THE CROWD IS MIXED WITH A FEW CHEERS FROM FANS WHO ARE FAMILIAR WITH HIM.

Kid Gundam Jr.: "You know fans it's really great to finally set foot in a TWF ring! Growing up I'd watch my dad on TV and would say to my mom.....I'm going to be like dad. And when I got old enough, I hit the road with him and watched my dad won the TWF Lightheavyweight championship for the first time. I saw Jordan Rockwell battle Edge at WrestleMania 10! I watched Travis Wakeman win the Royal Rumble twice! I watched epic matches with Dylan Jansens, Joe Corey, Shane Thompson beating my dad for his title and let's not forget the multiple times dad faced the legend Weapon R! And yet finally......here I am! So what's next in the plans for Gundam jr? I'm going to start off where I left off in AAA! I mean you don't become three- man tag team champions for nothing, you don't just receive a shot at the Cruiserweight championship and we had to earn it through round robin action and sometimes 3 matches a night. So fans of the TWF universe, not only do I plan to earn a shot at my first TWF title, whether it's where dad excelled in the Lightheavyweight division (crowd explodes) or tag team action with maybe dad himself (crowd erupts again) or perhaps someday the TWF World Championship(crowd cheers again). But I plan to make a name for myself and move to the forefront of the Gundam legacy! So TWF, I'm here to show you all that I'm ready to live up to the legacy. I'm ready to show you why I'm the Ultimate Gundam"!

GUNDAM JR.'s MUSIC HITS AGAIN AND THE CROWD CHEERS, SEEMING LIKE THEY REALLY LIKE THE THOUGHT OF KID GUNDAM's SON IN THE TWF.

OUTSIDE THE ARENA.....

THE SHOT PICKS UP OUTSIDE THE ARENA. THE SUN HAS SET AND DARKNESS IS STARTING TO SET IN. SUDDENLY, MONEY MIKE, CARNEY AND CRIS HENNING ARE SHOWN LOOKING AT A LARGE SIGN THAT SAYS "THE TWF RETURNS.... TONIGHT"!

Money Mike: "Did you really think we weren't going to be a part of this thing? But unlike most of the losers inside that trashy arena, we're not going to walk in and hope we get used on the show. No, no, no.... this is The Empire and just like when the TWF ended, Money Mike, Carney, Henning and Wakeman will soon be running things once more. You may be asking yourself, where is Stephanie McMahon? Well, she decided that her father and her father's company was worth more to her than The Empire, so I told her to hit the bricks. The issues between the TWF and WWE drove a wedge into our marriage and she felt that everything Vinnie Mac had always promised her would be taken away had she stayed with me. That's fine, because I have now rekindled things with my first love......

WITH THAT, FORMER TWF DIVA MYSTICAL COMES INTO THE SHOT AND GRABS MONEY MIKE's HAND BEFORE THE TWO SHARE A KISS.

Money Mike: "You guys have anything to add"?

Carney and Cris Henning (at the same time): "Empire..... for life".

Money Mike: "We'll see you all real, real soon. But not until we're good and ready".

BACK INSIDE THE ARENA, "HYSTERIA" BY MUSE HITS AND P.J. CASH COMES OUT TO A MIXED REACTION. THE CAMERA GETS A SHOT OF THE ANNOUNCE TABLE, WHERE M.X. OGDEN HAS JOINED HUDSON AND STRIKER.

Hudson: "P.J. Cash is on his way out for action here as we continue this edition of the TWF and at this time, we have been joined by one of the most recognizable names in TWF history.... M.X. Ogden".

M.X. Ogden: "Thanks for having me, guys".

Striker: "Now M.X., I have to confirm this rumor.... have you really not signed a contract to compete in the TWF"?

Ogden: "That is one hundred percent correct, Matt, and I don't intend to either".

Hudson: "Care to elaborate on that? It seems you should be one of this company's top priorities".

Ogden: "Well I'm glad you feel that way and when I get on Twitter, it's clear that most of the fans feel that way. Unfortunately, that message never got to the front office. But that's fine. I've enjoyed incredible success competing over in Japan and I don't need it. I'm happy to come back and do things like this so I can see some old friends, but that's all I need".

Striker: "Very well then, how does this match shape up to you"?

Ogden: "I've always been a huge fan of P.J. Cash. Much like me, he was held back and not given the opportunities he deserved. I've told him about the opportunities overseas, honestly".

P.J. Cash vs. Humphrey Jacobs I (invitee)

P.J. Cash was matched up against a guy he clearly wasn't completely prepared for, as the young, brash Humphrey Jacobs hit him with a discus elbow and a massive powerslam shortly into this match. But when he went to the top rope for a flying elbow drop, he missed everything. Cash then grabbed him by the back of the head and rammed him face-first into one of the top turnbuckle a ridiculous 27 times. Thrown for a complete loop, Jacobs found himself on the wrong end of the "Cash Register" as Cash picked up the win.

"HYSTERIA" BY MUSE PLAYED AS CASH EXITED THE RING AND CAME AND SHOOK THE HAND OF OGDEN.

Ogden: "Very impressive win there for P.J., he clearly hasn't lost a step".

Striker: "That was a wonderful comeback Cash against a guy that....

Ogden: "Looks like my work here is done, guys. Enjoy your night".

OGDEN TAKES OFF HIS HEADSET AND SETS IT ON THE TABLE BEFORE WALKING TO THE BACKSTAGE AREA TO A PRETTY GOOD CHEER.

A HIGHLIGHT PACKAGE IS SHOWN OF EDDIE SAINT JAMES AND MONICA. THAT IS FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR DYLAN JANSENS FOLLOWED BY THE WORDS "CATCH THESE TWF ORIGINALS..... SOON.

"Amazing" by Kanye West hits and "The Show" Joe Corey starts to make his way to the ring. The crowd is giving him a mixed reaction, as their hatred towards Corey is equal to their excitement to see him in the ring again. Corey steps into the ring in a black suit with a bright orange shirt underneath and grabs a microphone.

Joe Corey: "Hello Denver, Colorado! Damn it feels good to walk down that ramp again. And the fact that some of you people were cheering for me, it really means something to me.

The crowd starts to cheer loudly

It means that you people are right in the palm of my hand, just like always.

Corey laughs as the crowds cheers turn to louder boos

Now down to business. When the rumors started about the TWF coming back, I have to admit that I was not sure if I was going to come back. I mean what more is there for me to do here? I am a former King of Cable, a King of the Ring and a former TWF Universal Champion. Hell, I was even the ECW World Heavyweight Champion. There is not much else that I can do to build up my resume any more than that. But then my phone rang, and it was Jim Cornette. And when Jim Cornette calls you, you pick up the phone. I voiced my thoughts to Mr. Cornette and he completely understood what I was saying, but then he said something to me that really hit a cord. He said to me, "Your career has already reached heights that not many people will ever get to attain, but that is when it is time to solidify your legacy". And that is when I got to thinking, what do I want my legacy to be. This show has been going on for a long time, and I can tell you all right now, there will never be a sequel. However, anyone who pays attention to things in the entertainment world knows that the money is not in the sequel, it is in the remake. The ability to take something great, and bring it to a new generation, and that is just what I am going to do. I am here to scout this roster and find the man who can fill my shoes. The man who is going to be the face of this revival. The man who is going to keep my legacy going long after I hang up my boots. I think that person is out there, either in that locker room or maybe someone who has never been in the TWF before. But I tell you this, don't think this is a retirement. There are plenty of people out there who still have some receipts coming to them. And the thing they will all learn is that I, and my protege, do not take things lying down. And they will also learn that it is, has, and always will be.... Showtime!!!

Corey starts to leave the ring but stops and walks to the middle of the ring, bringing the microphone back to his mouth

Period"!

Corey drops the mic and leaves the ring as "Amazing" is rivaled by the chorus of boos that are leading him up the entrance ramp.

Striker: "Strong words from Corey and if I'm one of the men in that locker room, I'm doing whatever I need to do in order to catch this man's eye"!

Hudson: "We heard from Corey earlier in the evening and have has made his intentions well known. Who could end up aligning themselves with one of the top competitors in TWF history?
