Spokane Arena

Spokane, Washington

Attendance: 9,493

September 17, 2004

The people in Spokane were very rowdy in anticipation for this huge event and police had to take 2 disorderly men to jail after a scuffle in the parking lot. But once inside, fans grabbed merchandise and took their seats as a good portion of the arena was filled by the start of Uprising as the lights turned on over the ring.

Axl Irvin vs. Mark Jindrak

Coming off losing his Hardcore title, Irvin was very aggressive with Jindrak who took a beating but was able to turn the tide with a dropkick. After a big powerslam got him a 2 count, he went to the top rope and came off with a reverse flying clothesline. But an alert Axl rolled out of the way of it and when Jindrak got to his feet, Irvin was waiting with the "Axl Cutter" which got him the 3 count.

Akio and Sakoda vs. Kid Gundam and Ultimo Dragon

Gundam hooked up with Ultimo Dragon who is becoming a new ally to him to battle his former henchmen. In a match that nearly went 10 minutes, the fans were prepared for PrimeTime with an edge-of-their-seats spotfest. After Ultimo hit a flying spin kick on Sakoda. He and Gundam sent Akio to the ropes but Akio ducked a double clothesline and dropkicked the Dragon out of the ring. Gundam blocked a martial arts kick and shot him to the corner, charging in. But Akio moved and he posted his right shoulder as Sakoda recovered to combine with Akio for a double STO takedown that slammed the back of Gundam's head into the mat and got them the 3 count.

AKIO AND SAKODA WERE GIVEN A TON OF HEAT AFTER THE UPSET AND THE CUE WAS GIVEN TO START PRIMETIME.

London tried to defend himself and create some offense at the same time but Low-Ki was able to connect with a kick to the chest followed by a running double thrust. He then whipped him to the corner and went for his cartwheel kick but London, who'd apparently done his homework, moved aside to avoid any contact and rolled him up with a bridge to get the 1......2......3 and the champion was beaten, upset by London.

But after a shot to the lower body with a kendo stick, Nails smacked it over Clark's head and he went down in a heap. Nails then threw him through the ring ropes to the floor and followed him out. After whipping him into the barricade and the announce table, Nails removed the padding to expose the concrete before driving Clark into it with a sideslam. "Choose Your Path" Tag Team Match

Rob Van Dam and Jordan Rockwell vs. Rhyno and Charlie Haas w/ Ted Dibiase

This match brought the night to an exciting close as Rockwell and Haas, the two men who fought to a 0-0 draw in the 20 minute Ultimate Submission match just weeks ago, started things off. Haas went into a standing hammerlock from a collar and elbow tie but Rockwell showed his mat prowess with a hip lock takeover into a reverse chin lock. Haas rolled his head out and shot Rockwell to the ropes but Rockwell came off with a hard shoulder tackle. He made the tag to RVD who went for the Rolling Thunder but Haas was waiting with his knees up. Haas then tagged in the manbeast, exposing the ribs of RVD for a kick from Rhyno. Rhyno's focus then bacme the ribs of RVD and after a big powerslam, he locked in a bear hug on the mat. But Rockwell came in to break it up. Moments later, RVD hit a spinning heel kick on Rhyno followed by a cartwheel moonsault but Rockwell came in and pulled RVD off! Rhyno then delivered a big spinebuster to RVD and he had the 3 count but Haas came in and pulled him off. As Rhyno and Haas argued, so did the other 2 and RVD made the tag to Rockwell, telling him to "go get it then". Rockwell hit both Rhyno and Haas with right hands but when he went to the corner hammering on Haas, Rhyno came from behind with a backdrop suplex. Haas then went to his corner and slapped Rhyno's shoulder to tag himself in. This started a shoving match between Haas and Rhyno and Rockwell knocked Dibiase off the mat as he tried to calm them. Rockwell then went at Haas but Rhyno was able to "Gore" him. RVD came in and took care of Rhyno, knocking him to the floor. He then took him out with a baseball slide. But an oppurtunistic Haas emerged and picked Rockwell up, delivering the Exploder Suplex as referee Mike Enos counted the 1......2......3 to become the new #1 contender! Dibiase let out his trademark laugh as Enos raised Haas' arm.
