Much like Rampage earlier in the week, PrimeTime was under the lights in a small venue, perhaps the smallest that a live show has ever been in. But it didn't stop PrimeTime from delivering a great show and in a fan friendly twist, anyone who could produce the ticket stub to the February 16, 2004 show in Uncasville, which was PrimeTime Powerball, got a free Jordan Rockwell t-shirt. Ultimo Dragon vs. Bryan Danielson Ultimo Dragon took on Danielson, who has competed all over the world as the American Dragon. But after missing with a top rope corkscrew sault, Danielson was dropped with a flurry of kicks that concluded with a spin kick to the head. Ultimo then hit the ropes for the Asai moonsault and that gave him the victory. Tajiri vs. Aries Tajiri seemed overmatched but like he does in every match he's in, he brought the fight to his opponent. After missing with a clothesline in the corner, Aries found himself in the Tarantula. Tajiri then kicked him in each side of his rib cage and went for the Buzzsaw Kick but Aries ducked it and locked in the Gas Mask. Tajiri was able to escape with a mule kick to thr groin but when he went to his knees, Aries got in a lowblow that the referee didn't see and he followed that with a sweeping DDT to get the pin. Rome vs. Luther Reigns The Uprising main event was the same as last week, but with a different result. Early in the match, Tiger Ali Singh came out and the distraction allowed Reigns to take over. But when he walked into a huge clothesline, a fired up Rome lifted him up and dropped him with a cradle bomb we've yet to see him use and it got him the 3 count. AFTER THE MATCH, SINGH APPLAUDED THE EFFORT OF ROME WITH A BIG SMILE ON HIS FACE. ROME STARED AT HIM FROM THE TURNBUCKLE AS UPRISING CAME TO A CLOSE. PRIMETIME GOES LIVE
PRIMETIME's MONTAGE ROLLS AS THE SHOW COMES ON THE AIR ON FOX, SHOWING ALL THE SUPERSTARS OF THE DIVISION WHILE "RAP SUPERSTAR" PLAYS. THE O'NEILL CENTER THEN COMES INTO THE SHOT AND THE VOICES OF MICHAEL COLE AND JESSE VENTURA ARE HEARD. Michael Cole: "We welcome you to TWF PrimeTime with one heck of a show lined up"! "OOOH CHAVO" IS HEARD AND CHAVO GUERRERO's MUSIC COMES ON, BRINGING HIM OUT TO A LOT OF HEAT AND HE SEEMS TO LOVE THE BOOS. Jesse Ventura: "Two titles will be on the line tonight Michael and we're startin' off with one of those now"! Cole: "And in addition to that, we can tell you all that Nails and Jordan Rockwell have agreed to some sort of face off tonight, in the ring"! PAUL LONDON's MUSIC HITS AND HE RUNS OUT TO A BIG CHEER WITH THE LIGHTHEAVYWEIGHT TITLE AROUND HIS WAIST. Ventura: "I can't wait to see that after what we saw at the end of PrimeTime last week, with that message from Rockwell"! Cole: "Fans have been waiting to see this match ever since Chavo Guerrero was eliminated as the result of a time limit draw in the first match of the Lightheavyweight invitational at WrestleMania, a match that Paul London won". Ventura: "Ever since London captured that title, he has been one of the most impressive superstars here on PrimeTime. It's gonna take a great effort by Chavo tonight to regain that belt"! TWF Lightheavyweight Title Match Challenger: Chavo Guerrero vs. Paul London The night started with a fantastic contest that featured several high spots. For the first half of the match, it was all Chavo who took control after an eye gouge followed by some stiff european uppercuts. After slowing London down with a choke over the middle rope, Chavo kicked him right in his gut, which he left unprotected. Chavo then yelled "it's my title"! to which the crowd loudly booed. Chavo stayed on the offensive, stopping the gritty London anytime he tried to make a comeback. Chavo shot London to the ropes but was way off with a clothesline and London came back with the beautiful dropsault. From there, he pulled Chavo up for some stiff knifedge chops. He then shot him to the corner and jumped in but Chavo moved and he racked himself in the corner. Chavo then grabbed him for the "Gory Bomb" but London blocked it by holding the ring ropes. Chavo let go of the hold but London kicked him right in the face before delivering a Sky High powerbomb. London then went to the top rope for the 450 splash but Chavo got his knees up in his gut. London was in a lot of pain from the impact and Chavo covered him for the 1.......2....., but London was up. Chavo again went for the Gory Bomb and this time, London swung one of his arms free and Chavo went right into a small package to and was pinned to his disbelief. Match Time: 8:09 Cole: "Oh what a counter by London and he is still the champ"! Ventura: "That is why I love lightheavyweight matches Michael! The action....... Cole: "Wait a minute"! JUST THE, 3 MEN CAME FROM THE CROWD IN STREET CLOTHES AND ATTACKED LONDON FROM BEHIND. IT WAS ESSA RIOS, PSYCHOSIS AND SUPER CRAZY. Ventura: "What the hell is this?! It's a gang attack on London"! FINALLY, THE BEATING STOPPED AS CHAVO PULLED THE 3 MEN AWAY AND HE SEEMED PRETTY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AS THE FOUR OF THEM LEFT TO CHAVO's MUSIC AND SOME SERIOUS BOOS. LONDON TRIED TO PULL HIMSELF OFF THE MAT BUT HE WAS HURTING. Cole: "The champion has taken a serious beating! Chavo has apparently rounded up some superstars from the Mexican wrestling ranks to form some sort of gang if you will"! Ventura: "London will have to look over his shoulder everywhere he goes Michael". BACKSTAGE AREA...... CAMERAS SHOW RANDY ORTON IN THE BACK TALKING TO AN UNKNOWN FEMALE WHEN BATISTA COMES UP. Batista: (clears throat) Randy Orton: "Oh, hey I'll catch up with you later. THE GIRL WALKS OFF AS ORTON TURNS TO BATISTA. What's up big man"? Batista: "Look, I know we lost our match last week but we both know those guys cheated. So instead of starting to point the finger at each other, like they want us to do, let's just stay on on the same page man". Orton: "That's cool with me man". THE TWO SLAP HANDS AS THE SHOT FADES OUT. COMMERCIAL BREAK...... A COMMERCIAL FOR RENUZIT AIRLETS IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR AMERICA ONLINE. RETURN FROM BREAK.... RINGSIDE.... "TNT" BY AC/DC HITS AND VLAD THE IMPALER AND CHAOS WOLF EMERGE FROM THE BACK WITH CHAE. Cole: "Welcome back to PrimeTime as we get ready for tag team action and Jesse, how great is it to see this team together again"? AKIO AND SAKODA ARE SHOWN IN THE RING AWAITING THEIR ARRIVAL. Ventura: "I'll admit that I was surprised to see Chaos Wolf back in the full swing of things so quickly but I definitely don't expect he and the Impaler to be very cohesive after such layoff". Cole: "Akio and Sakoda to provide the opposition and they're gonna have to rely on their speed and quickness and they're gonna come out victorious". Chaos Wolf and Vlad the Impaler w/ Chae vs. Akio and Sakoda Chaos Wolf started the match against Akio as Chae clapped and cheered her man on. Akio avoided getting caught but after hitting the ropes, he ran into a hard shoulder tackle and hit the mat. When he got up, Chaos shot him to the ropes and kicked him in the gut before a swinging neckbreaker. Vlad then tagged in and slammed Akio right onto the knee of Wolf before making the cover but Sakoda came in to break it up. Vlad was a little perturbed by this so he tossed Akio into his own corner, allowing him to tag in. Sakoda came in and ducked a wild swing and after 2 kicks to the midsection, he gave Vlad a thrust to the throat before whipping him to the corner. Sakoda charged in with a yakuza kick that found the mark before taking Vlad down to one knee for a martial arts chop to the back of the head. Akio then asked for the tag and together, they shot Vlad to the ropes. But Wolf slapped his partner's back to tag himself in and when Sakoda put his head down too early, Vlad kicked him in the head. Vlad then turned into a jumping spin kick from Akio who badmouthed him a little, not realizing Wolf was now the legal man in the match. After a kick to the stomach, Wolf delivered the "Chaos Driver" hooking the leg to get the 3 count as Vlad got to his feet. Match Time: 5:31 Cole: "Oh that's the Chaos Driver and no one's gettin' up from that"! Ventura: "I stand corrected again"! AS "TNT" PLAYED, CHAE RAISED THE HANDS OF BOTH MEN AND THE CROWD LOUDLY CHEERED. Cole: "A great win for Vlad and Chaos Wolf as they get back into the thick of things in the tag team division"! TWF RE-WIND SHOWS THE CONFRONTATION LAST WEEK BETWEEN TAYLOR MADE AND AXL IRVIN IN WHICH AXL WAS LEFT LAYING AFTER CATCHING A RIGHT HAND FOR HIS COMMENTS. BACK TO LIVE ACTION, "LIKE A PIMP" BY DA BAND PLAYS AND TAYLOR MADE COMES OUT TO A GOOD REACTION. Cole: "That was last week where Taylor Made decked Axl Irvin and because of that, we've got this match tonight"! WITH TAYLOR ABOUT HALFWAY DOWN THE RAMP, AXL IRVIN RUNS OUT WITH TRACI BROOKS BEHIND HIM AND SMASHES TAYLOR IN THE BACK WITH A STEEL CHAIR. Ventura: "Oh what a shot! This is exactly what this young punk Taylor deserves"! WITH TAYLOR DOWN, AXL HITS HIM WITH 2 MORE CHAIR SHOTS ACROSS THE BACK AND TRACI LOVES WHAT SHE SEES. Cole: "This is a damn sneak attack! No one deserves that"! FINALLY, AGENTS COME FROM THE BACK AND REMOVE AXL AS HE IS LOUDLY BOOED. Ventura: "Well this should serve notice to that womanizer Taylor Made..... Traci is off limits"! BACKSTAGE..... EDGE IS SHOWN TAPING HIS HANDS RIGHT BEFORE HIS MATCH WHEN SHANE THOMPSON COMES UP. Shane Thompson: (sarcastically) "Ah Edge, my good old buddy. Listen, good luck with Orton tonight". Edge: "Perhaps you've forgotten that I am the number one contender and I can have a title shot whenever I choose! Who knows, after I defeat Orton next, maybe I'll take my shot right afterwards"! EDGE WALKS AWAY AS THOMPSON JUST SHAKES HIS HEAD, SMILING. COMMERCIAL BREAK...... A COMMERCIAL FOR GEICO AUTO INSURANCE IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR CASTROL GTX. CHRIS PLATOON IS SHOWN IN AN ISOLATED ROOM, BEATING A PUNCHING BAG. Audio Voiceover: "The news hits like an explosion. Doctors say you have a life threatening illness. THE CAMERA MOVES IN CLOSER ON PLATOON WHO STARTS TO ATTACK THE BAG WITH QUICKER PUNCHES. After overcoming that, there is no challenge to great. Chris Platoon is coming to the TWF, and he wants to put all superstars on notice". PLATOON STOPS BEATING THE BAG AS THE CAMERA ZOOMS IN ON HIS FACE. HE STARES INTO THE CAMERA FOR A MOMENT BEFORE SPEAKING. Chris Platoon: "Notice has been served". COMING SOON TO PRIMETIME...... AS PRIMETIME COMES BACK LIVE, A PROMO GRAPHIC WITH JORDAN ROCKWELL AND NAILS IS SHOWN. Cole: "Still to come tonight, a huge face off between Jordan Rockwell and Nails"! RICK "THE MODEL" MARTEL's MUSIC IS PLAYING. Ventura: "But here it is Michael, something we have been without way too long here on PrimeTime.... the Fashion Show"! Cole: "Oh joy". MARTEL IS SHOWN ON HIS BEAUTY SHOP LIKE SET WITH HIS BLACK SHADES ON. Rick Martel: "It is time once again everybody for the Fashion Show! THE CROWD LOUDLY BOOS. And ya know, I've always considered Connecticut to be a nice place, that's why I'm so surprised how poorly you people look tonight. MORE BOOS ARE HEARD. So, as a token of my kindness, I have a booth set up outside the arena full of my special fragrance, Arrogance, for a low price of course". Cole: "Gimme a break". Martel: "So with that, let's get to our very special guest tonight, along with the Nature Boy Ric Flair.... Mike Cirianni"! "SAD BUT TRUE" BY METALLICA HITS AND CIRIANNI COMES OUT ALONG WITH FLAIR TO A LOT OF BOOS. Ventura: "This should be a great segment Michael. Three terrific talents all on the same stage". MARTEL SHAKES HANDS WITH BOTH MEN. Martel: "Thank you guys for being here tonight. Mike, many are calling you the hottest superstar on PrimeTime right now and ever since you won the New Years Battle Royale, I think that's pretty accurate". CIRIANNI GRABS THE MICROPHONE. Mike Cirianni: "Thank you Rick, that means a lot coming from you. But from these people out here, it doesn't mean a damn thing! I am the top superstar on PrimeTime and I've proven that over the last few weeks! I shed the image of Stone Cold Steve Austin and if you didn't notice, he hasn't been back since I beat Batista at Foul Play. Then, I went and beat Randy Orton and last week in a tag team match, I beat them both! So Rick, there is only one man that I haven't faced, who I really want to defeat". Martel: "Ah... so can you give us a hint as to who that might be"? Cirianni: "I am going to wait until next week, right here on PrimeTime, so that everyone has a chance to think about it. But next week, that person will be revealed and hopefully, he has the guts to face me". FLAIR GRABS THE MIC. Ric Flair: "Whooooooo"! "SAD BUT TRUE" HITS AGAIN AND MARTEL LETS BOTH MEN SAMPLE A SPRAY OF ARROGANCE AS THE FANS BOO. Cole: "Who the heck is Cirianni referring to"? Ventura: "I don't know butwhoever it is, I don't think they want to face this guy, he's beaten everyone lately"! Cole: "Well he says next week that person will be revealed". BACKSTAGE..... TED DIBIASE HANDS ROB CONWAY A WAD OF CASH. Ted Dibiase: "That's for last week but if you become the number one contender for the Intercontinental title tonight, there will be more where that came from. You're making me look good Rob, keep it up". Rob Conway: "I plan on it". "METALINGUS" BY ALTERBRIDGE HITS AND EDGE POPS OUT TO SOME BOOS AS SMOKE FILLS THE ENTRYWAY. Cole: " He reminded everyone earlier that he is the number one contender and Jesse, he can get that shot any time he wants it". Ventura: "Even later tonight if he so chooses"! "BURN IN MY LIGHT" BY MERCY DRIVE PLAYS AND RANDY ORTON STEPS OUT AS HIS PYRO FIRES OFF ON THE SET. Cole: "Well someone with a close eye on the title situation is this man, the young gun Randy Orton"! Ventura: "And he had his chance at Foul Play but we all know how that turned out don't we"? Cole: "Orton came up a little short in that match against Shane Thompson but a win here over Edge would go a long way in him getting another shot at it". Edge vs. Randy Orton This was one of the better tv matches in some time for the TWF as two of PrimeTime's biggest names went move for move with one another. After a tie up, Edge spun Orton into the corner and disobeyed referee Brian Hebner's request for a clean break, smacking Orton with a cheap shot. But all it did was fire up the 24 year old prodigy and after 3 right hands, Orton dropped him with a european uppercut. But off an irish whip, Edge avoided his big dropkick by grabbing the ropes to stop his momentum. He then pulled Orton up and went for the impaler DDT but Orton countered right into the "RKO" only to have Edge push out of it. He then ran Orton down with a clothesline before going to the top rope and flying off. But Orton took him right out of the air with the dropkick and rolled onto him for the 1.....2......., but Edge got a shoulder up. Orton stayed on him with some more right hands before taking him down with a reverse backbreaker. Orton made another cover but Edge again was up at 2. Orton then tried to lift him up but Edge escaped and brought him right down with the Edge-O-Matic for the 1.........2......., but Orton was up. The fans were really into it by this point as Edge pulled him up but had an irish whip reversed and was shot up into the air with a backbody drop. Orton then pumped his fists with energy before going to the top rope. After measuring Edge, he flew off with a cross body block but Edge drilled him with the spear on his way down! Fans couldn't believe what they just saw as Edge hooked the leg and Hebner counted the 1.........2........., but no, again Orton was up! Edge was pulling at his own hair in frustration before sending Orton to the corner but he ran right into a big foot followed by an Orton swinging neckbreaker. Just then, Shane Thompson came running out and got into the ring but Orton drilled him with a couple right hands before Batista came out. Batista came in to make the save, clotheslining Thompson over the top rope. He then went to clothesline Edge but smashed Orton instead when Edge ducked. Edge then dropkicked Batista in the back, sending him out of the ring. Edge turned his attention back to Orton but Orton punched him in the gut and went for the RKO. But Edge countered it again and lifted Randy up into an electric chair. But instead of dropping him face first to the mat, he dropped him throat first over the top rope and rolled him up to get the 1.........2........3. Match Time: 9:34 "METALINGUS" PLAYED AGAIN AS EDGE SMILED DIRECTLY AT THOMPSON. Cole: "Edge has won it here but I gotta wonder, was Thompson out here to help Edge or Orton"? Ventura: "It doesn't matter now because Edge is still the number one contender and this alliance of Orton and Batista isn't working out so well"! IN THE RING, AN APOLOGETIC BATISTA TRIED TO HELP ORTON UP BUT HE DIDN'T WANT IT. Cole: "There you see Batista trying to make amends for his mistake there but let's face it, he probably cost Orton the match". COMMERCIAL BREAK...... A COMMERCIAL FOR BURGER KING FEATURING DARTH VADER IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR MSN. RETURN FROM BREAK... RINGSIDE.... Rene Dupree w/ Dawn Marie vs. Dylan Jansens After their backstage confrontation last week, in which Dupree told Jansens he was a disgrace to France, this match came about. Dupree controlled from the outset, using a big clothesline to slow down Jansens before locking in a reverse chin lock. Jansens tried to rally behind the crowds "USA" chants and he drove two elbows into the gut of Dupree once he got to his feet. He then tried to run to the ropes but Dupree yanked him down by the hair. Referee Mike Enos got in the face of Dupree, warning him about the hair pull but as he did, Dawn Marie pulled Jansens down over the middle rope. Dupree then picked him up onto his shoulder and hit a running powerslam. But instead of going right into the cover, Dupree performed the French Tickler dance and then made the cover but Jansens was up after two. Dupree pulled him up and tried to duplicate the powerskam but DJ slipped off his shoulders and used a school boy for a very near fall. Dupree responded with a big clothesline but when he whipped Jansens to the corner and ran in, he posted his right shoulder when he moved out of the way. Jansens then delivered a reverse neckbreaker drop before going to the top rope, connecting with a missile dropkick. That's when both Muhammad Hassan and Tiger Ali Singh came out, looking to interfere. But before they could, Rome came out and got on the other side of the ring. Hassan and Singh didn't know what was going on and neither did Dupree after he delivered a side Russian leg sweep. But after missing a clothesline off an irish whip, Dupree found himself locked on DJ's shoulders, in the "Dragon's Bane". Dupree did all he could to fight the pain and Dawn Marie screamed from the floor but finally, Jansens was able to earn the submission. Match Time: 5:53 Cole: "Dupree has finally given in to the unbearable pain of the Dragon's Bane"! HASSAN STARED ACROSS THE RING AT ROME. Ventura: "Well it looks to me like Muhammad doesn't have what he thought he had with Rome"! "OVER MY HEAD" BY LIT BLARED OVER THE LOUDSPEAKERS AS JANSENS STOOD IN THE RING, STILL FEELING THE EFFECTS OF THE DAMAGE HE SUSTAINED. Cole: "A great win under the belt for Jansens but I don't think this situation is over yet between all of these men". BACKSTAGE..... CAMERAS IN THE BACK SHOW NAILS LOOKING AT HIMSELF IN THE MIRROR. HE PUTS BOTH HANDS ON THE HOCKEY MASK HE IS WEARING. SEAN O'HAIRE's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT HOLDING THE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE UP WHILE BEING BOOED. Cole: "Nails is scheduled for that face off a little later tonight with Jordan Rockwell. Ah don't tell me...... Ventura: "Oh yeah, for the second week in a row our Intercontinental champ is gonna provide guest commentary"! Cole: "How lucky we are". O'HAIRE GETS TO THE BROADCAST TABLE AND GRABS THE EXTRA HEADSET. Ventura: "How are ya champ"? O'Haire: "Doin' well. (he shakes Ventura's hand) Don't even offer Cole". "MONEY, MONEY, MONEY" HITS AND TED DIBIASE BRINGS OUT HIS "MONEY MAN", ROB CONWAY. Cole: "Fatal four way match to determine a number one contender for your title Sean, are you gonna help Conway win like you did last week when he faced RVD"? A.J. STYLES' MUSIC HITS AND HE IS OUT TO A BIG POP. Ventura: "Did you see the bonus Conway picked up for that? I'd tell him he owes ya"! O'Haire: "You never know about me". Cole: "Well I'm not gonna try and argue with you, but out of the four men in this match, who would you not want to face the most? RVD is in it ya know"?! THE ROAR OF A RHINOCEROS LEADS INTO RHYNO's MUSIC AND HE COMES OUT TO A MIXED REACTION. O'Haire: "Are you trying to say I'm afraid of RVD? I'm the Intercontinental champion Michael, I'll face any of these guys"! "ONE OF A KIND" BY BREAKING POINT PLAYS AND OUT COMES ROB VAN DAM TO A VERY BIG POP FROM THE FANS AND FROM HIS PYRO. Ventura: "Okay let's calm down, quit antagonizing the man Cole"! Cole: "Just doing my job". O'Haire: "Let's get one thing clear right now, whoever wins this match isn't really gonna be winning much because when they get into the ring with me, all they're gonna do is suffer". Cole: "First man to pick up a pinfall or submission here will be the number one contender". Fatal Four Way/#1 Contender for Intercontinental Title Rob Conway w/ Ted Dibiase vs. A.J. Styles vs. Rhyno vs. Rob Van Dam As the bell sounded, Conway and Rhyno, who have been allies in the past, decided to work together against the athletic Styles and Van Dam. Conway had Styles in the corner, pounding him with some stiff punches as Rhyno drove his shoulders into RVD's abdomen in the opposite corner. After giving each other a quick look, they each went for an irish whip but Styles reversed his and sent Conway into a spin kick to the face by RVD. Rhyno tried to come out of the corner with a "Gore" but RVD leapfrogged it. However, it did connect with Styles. But before Rhyno could make a cover, RVD caught him with a few kicks to the body followed by a jumping kick to the head. RVD then checked on Styles and helped him up but when he turned his back, Styles rolled him up with a bridge and nearly got the win. RVD got up and gave Styles a shove but Conway hit him in the back from behind. Styles then matched up with Rhyno, who he had a tremendous match with last week. After catching Styles with a great belly to belly suplex, Rhyno readied himself for another Gore. On the other side of the ring, Van Dam dispatched Conway with his step over heel kick. He then went to the top rope but instead of going for Conway, he took Rhyno out with a flying martial arts kick to the chest. But when RVD got up, he was taken out by a wheel kick from Styles. Styles then went to the top rope but RVD recovered and ran up the turnbuckle, bringing him off with a flying arm drag! RVD then sent him to the ropes but Styles dropped his head to avoid another flying spin kick and then he kicked RVD in the stomach and set him up for and delivered the "Styles Clash", rolling RVD over for the 1.........2.....3. Match Time: 7:14 Cole: "He got him! A.J. Styles has become the number one contender"! Ventura: "That's the last guy I would've picked in that match"! STYLES' MUSIC PLAYED AS O'HAIRE ROSE FROM HIS SEAT AND REMOVED THE HEADSET, HOLDING UP HIS BELT. Cole: "A.J. Styles is used to being an underdog Jesse, he's always been told he was too small, not good enough! It's time for the doubters to realize just how good this guy is"! O'Haire: "And whenever he faces me, he's gonna be the underdog and for damn good reason, how's that for an analysis"? Ventura: "I'll second that opinion"! BACKSTAGE..... DRESSING ROOM....... CAMERAS ARE IN THE DRESSING ROOM OF STRIFE AND BAHAMUT. Strife: "We're on next... this is it"! STRIFE SHOVES HIS PARTNER AND BAHAMUT SHOVES HIM BACK. Bahamut: "We've been here before big man, let's go get those titles back". THE SHOT SHOWS THE STEEL CAGE HANGING ABOVE THE RING. THE CROWD IS LOUDLY CHEERING IN ANTICIPATION OF IT LOWERING. Cole: "Well there you see the steel cage in which the tag team titles will be decided and it's next"! COMMERCIAL BREAK...... A PREVIEW FOR THE MOVIE "SISTERHOOD OF THE TRAVELING PANTS" IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR DURACELL BATTERIES. RETURN FROM BREAK.... RINGSIDE.... AS PRIMETIME RETURNS, THE CAGE HAS BEEN LOWERED AND "BOMBSHELL" BY POWERMAN 5000 HITS, BRINGING STRIFE AND BAHAMUT OUT TO A HUGE CHEER. Cole: "This is the match we've been waiting for and it's a rematch that PrimeTime fans have been waiting for since that fateful night at Foul Play"! Ventura: "Well when someone calls them the best tag team in TWF history, I think it's debateable now, where it wasn't before". "MIND SET" BY MERCY DRIVE PLAYS AND JASON OLIVER COMES OUT WITH HEIDENREICH, BOTH OF WHOM HAVE THEIR TITLE AROUND THEIR WAIST. Cole: "It's considered to be one of the biggest upsets in TWF history but if it's repeated tonight Jess, that claim of the best tag team ever could take a serious hit"! Ventura: "We saw them redeem themselves for their loss at WrestleMania to Rampage's Jamal and Rosey and they will have to do so again against a team that matches up very, very well with them". TWF Tag Team Title/Steel Cage Match Challengers: Strife and Bahamut vs. Jason Tiger Oliver and Heidenreich The cage door was slammed shut and the bell sounded as the 2 teams stood across the ring from each other. Then, they began trading shots, Oliver with Bahamut and Strife with Heidenreich. Oliver slowed Bahamut down with a knee to the face and Heidenreich began throwing some serious open hands that began to hurt Strife. Oliver then grabbed Bahamut and with a running start, he rammed him face first into the cage. Heidenreich choked Strife in the corner as Oliver made the first attempt to escape the cage. But Bahamut grabbed his foot and pulled him down and it appeared as though the ankle of Oliver was severely twisted. Bahamut then came over and helped Strife with the massive Heidenreich. After a double suplex, Strife went over and removed one of the turnbuckle covers. Oliver did his best to get to his feet but he was hobbled. But he showed a great tolerance for pain as he kicked Bahamut right in the face and Heidenreich then smashed Strife in the corner with a clothesline. Heidenreich then began to climb the cage but Strife positioned himself under him and pulled him down right into the "Wrong Destination". Bahamut then got up and blocked a right hand from Oliver before ramming him into the exposed turnbuckle bolt. Bahamut then put the bleeding Oliver down with the STO and both Bahamut and Strife began to go up the cage as the crowd came to their feet. Simultaneously, they hit the floor on the other side and the bell sounded. Match Time: 3:53 Cole: "They've done it! Strife and Bahamut have once again become TWF Tag Team champions"! "BOMBSHELL" PLAYED AGAIN AS REFEREE MIKE CHIODA HANDED STRIFE AND BAHAMUT THE TITLES. Ventura: "Just when you thought they were on the decline, they come with a performance like this"! Cole: "What resiliency! What perserverance! RIGHT AFTER STRIFE AND BAHAMUT WENT BACKSTAGE, JORDAN ROCKWELL CAME WALKING OUT TO A BIG CHEER. Wait a minute, there's Rockwell". Ventura: "Did it slip your mind Cole? We've still got this face off"! ROCKWELL CLIMBS INTO THE RING AS THE CAGE RAISES UP AND GRABS A MICROPHONE. Jordan Rockwell: "Come on Nails! Come on out here and give everyone the truth! Quit hiding behind everything"! "HELL's GUARDIAN" BY SLIPKNOT HITS AND NAILS COMES OUT. Cole: "And here we go"! Ventura: "This is gonna be good"! NAILS COMES INTO THE RING AND GOES RIGHT AFTER ROCKWELL, TACKLING HIM BY THE LEGS. BUT ROCKWELL FIGHTS BACK UNTIL CATCHING A HEADBUTT FROM NAILS. NAILS THEN SENDS HIM TO THE ROPES BUT MISSES WITH A CLOTHESLINE AND ROCKWELL HITS THE "EXTREME MEASURES" AS THE CROWD GOES WILD. ROCKWELL THEN PULLS NAILS TO A SEATED POSITION. Cole: "He's going for the mask"! AFTER A BIT OF A STRUGGLE, ROCKWELL REMOVES THE HOCKEY MASK BUT BEHIND IT IS....... CHRISTIAN! Ventura: "That's Christian"! ROCKWELL SLAMS THE MASK TO THE MAT AS CHRISTIAN ROLLS OUT OF THE RING AND HURRIES UP THE RAMP. Cole: "We still don't know the damn truth behind that mask"! OFF AIR......
