Another show was held in Canada in front of a huge audience, the second big show from up north this week. Taylor Made vs. Rob Conway Two of the biggest egos on PrimeTime collided here and they had a good match that was very competitive. Conway got the upper hand after catching Taylor with a powerslam but when he pulled him up, Taylor blocked a german suplex by holding the top rope and then got in a mule kick that the referee never saw which led to the "Customizer" and Taylor got the 3 count. Bahamut vs. Kato w/ Sonny Onoo The much bigger, stonger Bahamut dominated this match with the masked Kato and after a full nelson slam, he was ready to put him away. But Tanaka came running out from the back just as Sonny Onoo got up on the apron. Bahamut saw Onoo go into his pocket and he grabbed him by the collar, flinging him into the ring. But as the referee helped Onoo out, Tanaka came in from the other side and threw a handful of salt in Bah's eyes and Kato followed up with a stiff superkick that allowed him to get one of the biggest upsets in a long time. THE ORIENT EXPRESS CELEBRATED THE WIN AND THEY WERE BOOED BY THE NEARLY 15,000 PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE AS THE SHOT FADED OUT ON BAHAMUT, TRYING TO CLEAR HIS EYES. PRIMETIME GOES LIVE *THIS EDITION OF RESULTS WILL BE CONDENSED. AS PRIMETIME COMES ON THE AIR, FOOTAGE IS SHOWN FROM FOUL PLAY OF ORLANDO JORDAN HELPING JBL AND CHAOS WOLF DEFEAT JORDAN ROCKWELL AND CHRISTIAN. THAT IS FOLLOWED BY THE SCENE FROM LAST WEEK OF ROCKWELL AND CHRISTIAN CALLING JBL's ARMY TO THE RING BUT INSTEAD, CHRIS PLATOON CAME OUT AND OFFERED HIS SERVICES. AFTER THE OPENING MONTAGE IS SHOWN, THE ARENA COMES INTO THE SHOT AND MICHAEL COLE OPENS THE BROADCAST WITH JESSE VENTURA AS "NO LEAF CLOVER" BY METALLICA HITS, BRINGING EDDIE SAINT JAMES AND VLAD THE IMPALER OUT ALONG WITH JAMES MITCHELL. No Disqualifications Eddie Saint James and Vlad the Impaler vs. La Familia It was noted several times during the match by Cole and Ventura that La Familia requested this match due to the beating they took last week. It looked like this time would be no different as the physical tandem of Vlad and The Saint just took it to them. After a double DDT took Psychosis out of the equation, Vlad and Saint James worked on Super Crazy, sending him out of the ring with a double hip toss and Crazy landed hard on his own hip. Vlad then hit Psychosis with the "Lights Out" but Mitchell told him to pull him out of the cover at a 2 count. The Saint then delivered the "Death to Humanity" and Psychosis was done but again, Mitchell wanted to see more pain and suffering. Vlad and Saint James then set Psychosis up for the spike piledriver but Super Crazy got on the apron with a chair in hand and ran across, throwing it in Saint James' face which knocked him off the turnbuckle and he took a hard spill on the floor. Crazy then cracked the chair over the head of Vlad before holding it up in front of his face as Psychosis came off the top rope with a missile dropkick, kicking the chair right in Vlad's face. The crowd went nuts as Crazy covered Vlad to get the 1........2........3, completing a huge upset. Mitchell couldn't believe it as La Familia celebrated the win while still suffering the effects from the battle. Match Time: 5:53 BACKSTAGE AREA....... JOHNNY HAZARD IS SHOWN HAVING SOME FUN WITH HIS LADIES, THE HAREM WHEN JADED MENHIR APPROACHES HIM AND LOOKS AT THE LADIES IN DISGUST. HE THEN TELLS HAZARD THAT GUYS LIKE HIM ARE EXACTLY WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE BUSINESS. HAZARD TAKES A BIT OF EXCEPTION TO THAT AND CHALLENGES MENHIR TO A MATCH FOR LATER TONIGHT. JBL's music hits and the fans boo while JBL's limo pulls into the arena featuring the customary longhorns on the hood. The booing turns to cheering as Jordan Rockwell gets out of the limo dressed like JBL wearing a suit along with what looks like a wig and a cowboy hat. He quickly flashes a toothy grin and does a two step as he makes his way out of the limo to the ring.
Jordan Rockwell (as JBL): "Ottawa, I have come here before you tonight to make a very special announcement and that is that I have decided to change my name and I will be changing it to my given name that I was born with that I am proud of, so from now on I shall now and forever be called the name of JBS and that is because my name is John Bradshaw and I am full of......... well you all know. So I want you all to join me in chanting my name, JBS....JBS....JBS!
The fans begin chants of "JBS" over and over.
And why? Why should you chant my name? It's because it's people like me that is what is wrong with this country! A man that is greedy, self serving and only cares about one thing and that is me. And I know there are other people like me in this world so I will let you all live through me and I will be your champion and I will be your representitive here in the TWF on PrimeTime because I am a wrestling fraud! And the rest of you that have good taste and common sense can cheer for the better man and his name is Jordan Rockwell!
The fans cheer at Rockwell's name.
Yes that's right! I will admit Rockwell, you are the better man and I am jealous of you and all that you have done here on PrimeTime while the only things that I ever did that were impressive was to be the first wrestler in history to both suck and swallow at the exact same time!
The fans begin chants of "you suck".
And I swallow! Just ask Orlando Jordan and Chaos Wolf, why else would anyone wanna team with ol' jelly belly Layfield? And I would include Chae in that but well, to be honest, I agree with Christian thar std's are bad news!
The fans begin chants of "Rockwell" as "JBL" jumps.
Whoa, you almost gave ol' JBS a heart attack there, I thought Jordan Rockwell was coming down to kick my ass, and I want to also take this time to let you all know that along with Orlando Jordan and Chaos Wolf, yours truly JBS, John Bradshaw full of.... well you know, we all did a remake of an award winning movie and here is a look at the movie poster!
A picture appears on the PrimeTron of JBL, Orlando Jordan and Chaos Wolf all dressed like cowboys in a passionate embrace and Chae's head on a horse's body and the movie title at the bottom is "Brokeback Mountain 2" as the fans cheer.
All of a sudden the real JBL hits the ring and he and Rockwell begin trading shots but then Rockwell ducks a shot and goes under JBL and lifts him up for and drops him with the Rock Smasher!
Chaos Wolf and Orlando Jordan hit the ring to help JBL as Rockwell slides out and "Back in Black" by AC/DC hits. Rockwell takes off the jacket, tie and shirt he wore out and tosses them out into the crowd and he then places the cowboy hat on one young fans' head. As he walks up the aisle, he stops atop the stage and raises a fist in the air before going to the back. COMMERCIAL BREAK....... RETURN FROM BREAK.... RINGSIDE...... Rome vs. Dustin Kash w/ Sean O'Haire After destroying The Boogeyman at Foul Play, Sean O'Haire and Dustin Kash have sent warning to the rest of the PrimeTime locker room not to get in their path. The first man to do so was Rome and he and Kash waged a tough, hard fought war. Rome came out on the attack, taking it to O'Haire's disciple with back to back clotheslines and a huge powerslam. Kash kicked out of a cover at 2 and was able to sling over Rome as he was whipped to the corner but he landed right on his shoulders. Rome was looking for a British Bulldog-like running powerslam but O'Haire grabbed the feet of Kash and helped him get down. Rome turned and caught Kash with a clothesline before knocking O'Haire off the apron with a right hand. O'Haire tried to get up but as he put his hand on the mat, Rome stomped on it. But Kash got up with a fury, attacking Rome like a wild animal, pulling at his face and eyes before getting him to his knees then getting a running start before kicking him right in the face. Kash then pulled Rome up and put the weightlifting champion down with a hard DDT. He made the cover but only got a 2 count. The two continued to trade blows as O'Haire got up, yelling at Rome. Referee Mike Enos did his best to keep O'Haire out of the match but Rome again made his way over to him. Kash came over and caused a distraction with Enos and O'Haire chopped Rome in the groin. Kash then came from behind with a rollup to get the quick 3 count. Match Time: 12:51 BACKSTAGE.... DRESSING ROOM...... RIC FLAIR FINDS AXL IRVIN IN HIS DRESSING ROOM AND INFORMS HIM THAT HE HAS GOTTEN THEM A TAG TEAM MATCH FOR LATER TONIGHT. HE TELLS AXL HE WOULD PREFER THAT TRACI BROOKS ISN'T ANYWHERE AROUND FOR THEIR MATCH. AXL DOESN'T SEEM TO LIKE IT, BUT HE AGREES TO LEAVE HER IN THE BACK. CHRIS MASTERS IS IN THE RING AND HE ANNOUNCES THAT THERE WILL BE A "MASTERLOCK CHALLENGE" TONIGHT. HE OFFERS $10,000 TO ANYONE IN THE CROWD WHO CAN BREAK THE HOLD. A YOUNG, GOOD SIZED MAN GETS UP FROM HIS SEAT WHEN MASTERS CALLS HIM AND COMES TO THE RING, GRABBING A SEAT. HE ALLOWS MASTERS TO APPLY THE "MASTERLOCK" AND DESPITE HIS EFFORTS, HE IS EASILY DEFEATED, SOMETHING THE CROWD IS NOT HAPPY WITH. MASTERS THEN DARES TAZ TO PUT THE "TAZMISSION" ON HIM EVER AGAIN, SAYING IF HE DOES, IT'LL BE THE LAST THING HE DOES IN THE TWF. BUT TAZ COMES OUT TO A HUGE RESPONSE AND GETS IN MASTERS FACE, SETTING OFF A BRAWL. MASTERS KNOCKS TAZ TO THE CORNER WITH 2 STIFF RIGHT HANDS BEFORE CHARGING IN WITH A CLOTHESLINE BUT TAZ MOVES OUT OF THE WAY AND COMES UP BEHIND HIM, LOCKING IN THE TAZMISSION. MASTERS SEEMS LIKE HE HAS BEEN CHOKED OUT AND THE CROWD GOES WILD AS "THUG SUPERSTAR" PLAYS AND COLE MAKES NOTE THAT TAZ HAS PUT MASTERS DOWN WITH HIS HOLD FOR THE SECOND TIME NOW. COMMERCIAL BREAK......... RETURN FROM BREAK.... RINGSIDE....... Jaded Menhir vs. Johnny Hazard w/ The Harem Menhir accepted the challenge issued earlier in the evening by Hazard who was looking to make Menhir eat his earlier words. Jaded came at Hazard with a style that was new for him, showing off a martial arts based attack. After several knifedge chops and kicks to the body, Menhir springboarded off the ring ropes and kicked Hazard in the back of the head. Hazard fell face first to the mat as Menhir rolled him over but could only get a 2 and a half count. Menhir then tried to load Hazard up for his torcher rack but Hazard slipped off and pulled him down by his chin to the mat, a form of Edge's Edge-O-Matic. Off an irish whip, Hazard then caught Menhir with a spinebuster before going to his corner and asking for a kiss on the cheek from his 4 lovely ladies who gladly obliged. This did however allow Menhir time to recover and he waited for Hazard to turn around, kicking him in the stomach when he did. Menhir then pulled him in for a DDT or suplex but Hazard swung out of it and got Menhir up for the "Toxic Drop", putting him down hard on his head and getting the victory. Match Time: 6:32 BACKSTAGE....... CAMERAS CATCH UP WITH A CONVERSATION BETWEEN CHAVO GUERRERO AND TAYLOR MADE. Chavo Guerrero: "I mean, you and I have both been in the Rampage locker room, so we'd half know what to expect, but PrimeTime's become a home, ya know"? Taylor Made: "I hear ya man, I've had success here and there but there would be a new selection for me to choose from, if you know what I mean". BOTH MEN JUST LAUGH AS THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE RING. Axl Irvin and Ric Flair vs. The Brood Flair and Axl looked just as good as they did at Foul Play when many feel they should've become tag team champions. Flair started the match with Gangrel, schooling the vampire with some of his old school tactics. Flair began to work on the right knee of Gangrel, clearly setting up the figure four but after punching his way out of a shinbreaker attempt, Gangrel hit a wicked swinging DDT manuever. He then made the tag to the Lost Boy and Johnny Swinger came into the ring, trying to capitalize on the Nature Boy. As Flair began to take a beating, the crowd got behind him. After being whipped to the corner, Flair caught Swinger with a back elbow before coming up to him and with referee Mickey Henson in the right place, he mule kicked him before tagging in Axl. Axl smashed Swinger across the chest with a double sledge and began to feel it after back to back clotheslines. He hit the ropes but Gangrel stuck his knee up in his back which brought Ric Flair in and he knocked Gangrel to the floor with a knifedge after physically grabbing the man's genitals. Swinger missed with a clothesline and Axl hit the "Axl Cutter" to get the 1.......2........3. It was the best a tag team has looked in some time on PrimeTime and it was done with Traci Brooks in the back. Match Time: 6:07 COMMERCIAL BREAK.......... RETURN FROM BREAK..... RINGSIDE..... MARINER, THE BRAND NEW NUMBER ONE CONTENDER FOR THE LIGHTHEAVYWEIGHT TITLE COMES OUT TO DO GUEST COMMENTARY. HE TELLS COLE AND VENTURA HE's NOT SURPRISED TO BE IN THE POSITION HE IS IN BECAUSE HE's A BORN CHAMPION AND IT's ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE HE TAKES THE BELT FROM PAUL LONDON. Non-Title Match Edge vs. Lightheavyweight Champ Paul London Wow was all anyone who watched this match could say. The current Lightheavyweight champ and the former 2 time Universal champ put on a show that was one of the best matches of 2006 to this point. The fans were on the edge of their seats as the men traded move for move and went counter for counter. In all, the match featured a total of 11 two counts of which most belonged to Edge but he could not put London away. After a flying clothesline off the top rope, he measured London for the spear but London got out of the way and edge posted his left shoulder as London went to the top rope, coming off with the mushroom stomp. He then hit the ropes and drilled Edge with a flying wheel kick but Edge kicked out just in time. At this time, Mariner commented on how impressed he was with London's ability but added that London and fans of the TWF would soon see a new side of Mariner. London went to the top rope, possibly looking for the 450 splash but Mariner got up from his seat, tossing off his headset. The distraction was enough to allow Edge to get up and knock London's feet out before climbing to the top rope and bringing London off with the "Edge-a-Cution" for the academic 3 count. "Holy Shit" chants rang through the crowd as "Metalingus" by Alter Bridge played and Edge had his hand raised. Cameras showed Mariner and he was very happy with the end result. Match Time: 14:15 BUT JUST AS EDGE GOT TO THE TOP OF THE RAMP, RENE DUPREE AND DAWN MARIE CAME OUT. EDGE WAS EXPECTING A FIGHT, BUT DUPREE ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THE ONLY WAY THEY WILL BEAT BATISTA AND TAKE THE UNIVERSAL TITLE FROM HIM WAS TO DO IT TOGETHER. AFTER A TENSE STAREDOWN, EDGE SHOOK DUPREE's HAND. THE CAMERA THEN SHOT TO THE BACK WHERE BATISTA WAS WATCHING ON A MONITOR AND THE GRIN ON HIS FACE SAID HE DIDN'T SEEM WORRIED AT ALL. BACKSTAGE........ JBL, CHAOS WOLF, CHAE AND ORLANDO JORDAN ARE SHOWN YN THE BACK. Orlando Jordan: "Come on JBL, we can't let Rockwell get away with what he did out there". JBL: "Oh trust me Orlando, no one disgraces my name and tries to embarass me like that and gets away with it. You've got a match with Christian tonight and we'll take care of business there. But that's not my worry right now". Jordan: "It's not"? Chaos Wolf: "Nah, we gpt this draft coming up man". JBL: "And we have to figure out a way to insure that none of us are selected to go to one of the other shows because according to Shane McMahon, everyone is eligible to be drafted, even the damn referees"! Chae: "I think I have an idea". TWF Intercontinental Title Match Challenger: Mordecai vs. Heidenreich Many thought this would be the night that Heidenreich lost the title as he faced his stiffest challenge. After weeks of fights and sneak attacks, these two big men went at it for the gold and there wasn't very many wrestling holds used. It was like a heavyweight boxing match as the two traded punches, both to the head and body. After staggering Mordecai with his impressive hand throwing ability, Heidenreich hit the ropes but ate a big boot. Mordecai then resorted to removing on of the turnbuckle pads, getting a furious look on his face when referee Charles Robinson tried to stop him. But Heidenreich got up and was back on the attack. After a few more right hands, he went for an irish whip but it was reversed and Mordecai grabbed him by the throat. Heidenreich kicked him in the stomach to get free before grabbing him by the back of the head and running him to the corner, ramming him into the exposed turnbuckle. But Heidenreich wasn't satisfied with that as he did it two more times and Mordecai had been busted open. Heidenreich then hit the ropes and drilled him with a lariat before covering him for the huge win. Ventura argued that Heidenreich should have been disqualified but Cole responded with the fact that it was Mordecai who removed the pad in the first place. Match Time: 7:02 COMMERCIAL BREAK......... RETURN FROM BREAK....... RINGSIDE..... WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS, BOBBY LASHLEY COMES TO THE RING WITH THE PICTURE OF ROSA PARKS THAT WAS LEFT IN HIS DRESSING ROOM LAST WEEK, QUESTIONING HOW IT GOT THERE. MUHAMMAD HASSAN COMES OUT AND SAYS HE LEFT IT THERE AS A REMINDER THAT THE TREATMENT ROSA PARKS GOT THAT FATEFUL DAY ON THE BUS HASN'T CHANGED FOR BLACKS AND TELLS LASHLEY RATHER THAN QUESTION WHY HE CLAIMS DISCRIMINATION, HE SHOULD SIDE WITH HIM ON IT. BUT LASHLEY CALLS HASSAN A "WHINY BITCH" BUT DAIVARI COMES FROM THE CROWD BEHIND LASHLEY AND LOWBLOWED HIM. HASSAN THEN CAME TO THE RING AND HE AND DAIVARI DOUBLE TEAMED LASHLEY BEFORE HE PUT ON THE CAMEL CLUTCH. WHILE IN THE HOLD, LASHLEY WAS SHOUTED AT BY DAIVARI AS THE CROWD BOOED LOUDER THAN THEY HAD ALL NIGHT. FINALLY, HASSAN RELINQUISHED THE HOLD AND HELD HIS HANDS UP IN SOME SORT OF PRAYER AS HIS MUSIC HIT AND THE CROWD WAS ALL OVER THE TWO. WHO WILL GO WHERE? FIND OUT ON TWF MAIN EVENT!!! Orlando Jordan vs. Christian It was time for the main event and in this match, Jordan was able to live up to what he has been saying, showing some true athleticism against the former Universal champion. After staggering him with a few stick and move jabs, Jordan went for a home run right hook but Christian moved and pulled him to the mat with a reverse DDT. This allowed Christian to open up on Jordan and after using a beautiful hurracanrana, he seemed to have him on the brink of defeat when, to no surprise, JBL ran out along with Chaos Wolf and Chae. But before they could get involved, Jordan Rockwell came out with Chris Platoon. Rockwell met Chaos Wolf on the ramp and a tradeoff of shots began. Platoon tried to go after JBL but Chae jumped on his back, pulling at his eyes. Referee Mike Chioda was trying his best to restore order but he didn't see JBL get into the ring and flatten Christian with the "Clothesline from Hell". This allowed Jordan to crawl over and drape and arm over the chest of Christian as Chioda turned to register the 1.......2......3. JBL AND HIS ARMY CELEBRATED THE WIN AS THEY LEFT THE RING WHILE ROCKWELL AND PLATOON HELPED CHRISTIAN UP IN THE RING. OFF AIR........
