December 15, 2006

The stars of PrimeTime made the trip to the Pacific northwest just 10 days before Christmas and it was a unique night to say the least.

Johnny Nitro vs. Silas Young (invitee)

The night started off with Nitro in a showcase match against Silas Young, invited to the show to compete. Nitro really looked solid in this one though and defeated Young by pulling him off the top turnbuckle with a DDT.

Chris Masters vs. Glen Gilberti (invitee)

Many fans remembered Gilberti from his days as the Disco Inferno in WCW. He did his best to battle the powerhouse Masters but after ducking a clothesline, Gilberti hit the ropes only to be erased by Masters' version of the Polish Hammer and that led to the 3 count.

PRIMETIME GOES LIVE

*THIS VERSION OF RESULTS WILL BE CONDENSED DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS.

AS PRIMETIME COMES ON THE AIR ON FOX, THE SHOT OPENS UP IN AN OFFICE AND JORDAN ROCKWELL IS STANDING THERE WEARING A BLACK AND ORANGE PRIMETIME T-SHIRT AND A PAIR OF BLACK PANTS.

Chants of "Rockwell" begin before he can even start talking.

Jordan Rockwell: "Ya know something Seattle, tonight is kind of a bittersweet moment for me cause on one hand, Axl and I beat the crap out of each other at King of the Ring and while it ended the way it did, I walked out of that match on my own and Axl, lemme tell you that we will settle this once and for all, I promise.

The fans inside cheer.

And the other reason is because a good freind of mine in Shane McMahon got beat up and taken out by the TWF's version of Fat Albert and let me say this to you Mr. world's strongest man, I want you to remember what you did at King of the Ring cause the next time I see you and I kick the fat off your fat ass, I want you to understand why it happened! And believe me it will happen!

The fans cheer again.

Now I got a kick ass show lined up tonight. For starters, I will begin with the Lightheavyweight division because we have a pay-per-view coming up and Daivari needs a opponent, so here is what I am going to do. Over the next two weeks we are going to determine a number one contender in three matches, the first of which will be a fatal four way match right here tonight involving Super Crazy, Paul London, Bill Cutting and Chavo Guerrero. Then next week, Gregory Helms, Ultimo Dragon and Carney will meet in a triple threat with the winners of both matches facing off to determine the number one contender next week and speakin of Mr. Helms, tonight he will go one on one with CM Punk.

The fans cheer at the mention of CM Punk's name.

Secondly tonight we are gonna have ourselves a good old fashion smashmouth tag team match when Bahamut and Strife take on the reunited Vlad the Impaler and Chaos Wolf and finally, after talking to Shane on the phone earlier today, he wanted me to send out a special congratulations to a guy that represented PrimeTime to the fullest at the King of the Ring and that is the Saint. So tonight Shane 'O wanted to reward him for his effort and hard work so in a match with John Cena.

Now I say I am done talking cause I think it's time.......

The fans cheer.

So I just got one last question for you, what time is it?

The fans yell out in unison.... "show time"!

Damn right"!

THE SHOT FADES INTO THE OPENING MONTAGE AND "RAP SUPERSTAR" PLAYS AS VIDEO CLIPS ARE SHOWN OF NEARLY EVERY SUPERSTAR ON THE DIVISON.

THE SHOT THEN OPENS INSIDE KEY ARENA WHERE THOUSANDS OF SCREAMING TWF FANS ARE SHOWN AS MICHAEL COLE OPENS THE SHOW, SITTING ALONE AT THE BROADCAST POSITION. SUDDENLY, A FAMILIAR TUNE HITS AND A WHITE LIMOSINE WITH BULLHORNS ON THE HOOD PULLS INTO THE ARENA. THE BACK DOOR OPENS AND JBL STEPS OUT, TIPPING HIS COWBOY HAT TO THE CROWD. MOST EVERYONE BOOS AS HE MAKES HIS WAY DOWN THE RAMP TOWARDS THE BROADCAST POSITION. JBL GRABS THE EXTRA HEADSET AND TELLS COLE THAT HE IS THE NEW COLOR COMMENTATOR FOR PRIMETIME.

Fatal 4 way match

Bill Cutting vs. Chavo Guerrero vs. Paul London vs. Super Crazy

This was the first stage to determine a number one contender for the Lightheavyweight title under Rockwell's plan and the first man to get a decision would be the winner. There was action all over the ring and the match didn't last long. Each man had the chance to win but after a double underhook into a powerbomb, it looked like Cutting had Chavo pinned, but Super Crazy broke up the pinfall attempt. Crazy then shot Cutting to the ropes and caught him with a nice dropkick before leaping to the top rope, presumably looking for his moonsault. But London came up and used his dropsault on Crazy to knock him all the way to the floor. Cutting came up from behind, grabbing London around the waist but London used a nice go behind into a dragon suplex and Cutting couldn't beat the 3 count as London won the match, advancing to face the winner of next week's triple threat for the number one contendership.

RETURN FROM BREAK..... BACKSTAGE.....

PRIMETIME RETURNS AS RANDY ORTON AND EDGE ENTER THE OFFICE OF JORDAN ROCKWELL.

Randy Orton: "I can't believe we have to answer to you tonight, what the hell do you want"?

Rockwell: "Watch your mouth there champ, I could.....

Edge: "You could what?! Come on Rockwell, Randy and I don't have time for games, so either tell us what you asked us here for or let us go and enjoy the evening in this dump Seattle"!

Rockwell: "So demanding. Fine, I'll cut to the chase. You guys remember when you attacked Bobby Lashley at that press conference"?

Orton: "Oh yeah, we remember that"?

Rockwell: "Yeah, and you guys thought you'd just get away with it like that. Well Lashley is here tonight and I have given him the oppurtunity to select anyone in the locker room as his tag team partner tonight to face the two of you".

Egde: "What?! You can't do that"!

Rockwell: "I just did, so you boys better go get ready".

EDGE AND ORTON LEAVE THE OFFICE IN AN UPROAR AS THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE RING.

Strife and Bahamut vs. Chaos Wolf and Vlad the Impaler w/ James Mitchell and Chae

The legenedary team of Strife and Bahamut took on Chaos Wolf and Vlad, who have a similar relationship to Strife and Bahamut, great friends, but better enemies. Strife and Bah controlled the match from the outset, taking turns wearing down Chaos Wolf. After a sidewalk slam by Bahamut, he made the tag to Strife who hit the ropes and kicked him right in the face with a running boot. He then shot him to the corner and charged in but Wolf moved out of the way and after a backcracker, he rolled to his corner and made the tag to Vlad. Vlad then came in, putting the boots to the Locomotive. After pulling him up into a swinging neckbreaker, Vlad turned and took a cheap shot at Bahamut. But after hitting the ropes, Strife caught him with his always impressive swinging chokeslam. Strife fell into a cover but Wolf flew in to break up the 3 count. Bahamut came into the ring to even up the odds and that's when the 2 managers outside the ring decided the match. As James Mitchell distracted referee Charles Robinson, Chae took off one of her high heel boots and threw it to Chaos Wolf and hit Strife right in the face with it. Vlad then muscled the big man up and was able to hit the "Lights Out" and covered him for the upset as Wolf held off Bahamut.

CAMERAS GET A SHOT OF THE KEY ARENA FROM THE OUTSIDE INCLUDING THE MARQUEE WHICH READS "TWF PRIMETIME..... LIVE TONIGHT"!

Gregory Helms vs. CM Punk

This was just an incredible match, in fact, it was one of the best on PrimeTime all year. Punk came out looking to wear Helms down and set up the "Anaconda Vice", but Helms did a great job fighting it off and after catching Punk with a reverse DDT, he took control of the match. Helms was able to keep Punk controlled in a reverse chin lock but Punk eventually worked his way up and used a backdrop suplex to break the hold. After kicks to the legs and body, Punk shot Helms to the corner, looking for a running knee strike to the head. But Helms moved out of the way and then threw Punk shoulder first into the steel turnpost. As Punk fell to the mat, Helms struck him with a shining wizard and made the cover for the 1......2......., but Punk kicked out just in time. With both men on their feet, they traded right hands back and forth. Punk used a whip kick before shooting Helms to the ropes but after ducking a clothesline, Helms pulled him in for the "Nightmare on Helms Street". Punk pushed his way out of the move but Helms responded with a jumping clothesline that knocked him to the mat. Helms then went to the outside of the ring and came off the top rope with a crossbody block. But Punk moved out of the way and as Helms got to his feet, he backed into the corner, allowing Punk to hit the running knee to the head. He followed that up with the Uranage and made the cover for the 3 count and the win.

RETURN FROM BREAK..... BACKSTAGE......

PRIMETIME RETURNS JUST AS JORDAN ROCKWELL FINISHES A PHONE CALL. ROCKWELL TURNS TO THE CAMERA AND SAYS HE WAS JUST TALKING TO SHANE McMAHON, WHO HAS MADE THE MAIN EVENT FOR WAR IN THE WINTER. IT WILL BE AXL IRVIN VS. EDGE VS. RANDY ORTON VS. TAZ VS. BOBBY LASHLEY VS. ROCKWELL IN AN ELIMINATION CHAMBER MATCH FOR THE UNIVERSAL TITLE!

Chris Platoon vs. Tanaka w/ Sonny Onoo

Chris Platoon was matched up against one member of the Orient Express, a group he's had his troubles with in the past. But after absorbing some martial arts kicks from Tanaka, Platoon caught his foot and threw it over the top rope before grabbing him by the back of the head and ramming him face first into the turnbuckle. Tanaka fell to the floor outside, but Platoon didn't want to give him a second to recover, following him out and rolling him back into the ring. Platoon then went for an irish whip but Tanaka reversed it, only to put his head down a little too early and Platoon used a facebuster on his knee to set up the "Last Chance" and that led to the victory.

Match Time: 4:25

After the match, Platoon got the house microphone, with a message to one of the men who helped him get into wrestling.

Chris Platoon: "Man, did that feel good! I just wanted to take a moment here to talk to my good friend Ric Flair.

THE CROWD CHEERS AT THE MENTION OF FLAIR's NAME.

Yes, that's right, cheer him, the man deserves it! Ric, I know it's been awhile since you've been here on PrimeTime, but I had some ideas I wanted to toss around with you. You know I've always respected your opinion, so if it's at all possible, I'd like you to be here on PrimeTime next week"!

THE CROWD CHEERS AS "FIREFLY" BY BREAKING BENJAMIN PLAYS PLATOON TO THE BACK.

BACKSTAGE......

ROCKWELL IS IN HIS OFFICE WHEN AXL IRVIN COMES IN WITH TRACI BROOKS. ROCKWELL RISES FROM HIS CHAIR, PREPARED TO FIGHT.

Axl Irvin: "You're lucky you're GM for the night, Rockwell, or else I'd knock you silly right now. But I came here because I'm not satisfied with our match ending in a draw at King of the Ring, and I hope you're not either".

Rockwell: "You know I'm not".

Irvin: "Fine, then I have an idea, and since you're the GM, you have no excuse not to make the match. Next week, for the first time in history, you and I have a Hell in a Cell match on national television"!

ROCKWELL GETS A SLIGHT GRIN ON HIS FACE.

Rockwell: "I didn't think I'd ever like anything that came out of your mouth, but I do like that idea. You're on".

Axl: "Good....... see you next week".

AXL AND TRACI LEAVE THE ROOM AND ROCKWELL GETS A VERY SERIOUS LOOK ON HIS FACE.

Kevin Thorn w/ Ariel vs. Rene Dupree w/ Dawn Marie

Ariel and Dawn Marie seemed to be having a battle out of who could get more of a reaction from the male fan base in the crowd. But in the ring, Thorn and Dupree traded shots while looking to pick up an important win. Dupree got in a thumb to the eye and shot Thorn to the ropes for a big clothesline. After 2 big elbow drops, Dupree performed his French Tickler dance before pulling Thorn up. But Thorn reversed an irish whip and kicked Dupree right in the face with a big boot. After a sideslam, he lifted the Frenchman up for a suplex and placed him over the top ring rope, nailing his devastating top rope Stunner. He easily could've pinned Dupree there, but he put him down with the Crucifix Powerbomb and covered him for the 3 count.

COMMERCIAL BREAK.........

RETURN FROM BREAK..... BACKSTAGE.......

AS PRIMETIME RETURNS, MARIA IS STANDING BY WITH EDDIE SAINT JAMES AND MONICA.

Maria: "Eddie Saint James, you made an amazing run through the King of the Ring tournament, reaching the finals. We almost had to hear you refer to yourself as King James".

Eddie Saint James: "Yeah, that's really funny, Maria. But I can still refer to myself as the king of PrimeTime and tonight, John Cena will find that out in the ring. Everything is going great right now, we just need one more piece to complete our group".

Maria: "And what would that be"?

MONICA GRABS THE MIC FROM MARIA.

Monica: "That would be our old friend, Johnny Hazard, coming home, and joining our army..... our Army of Darkness".

"THE TIME IS NOW" PLAYED AND JOHN CENA CAME OUT, READY FOR HIS MATCH. BUT EDDIE SAINT JAMES RAN UP FROM BEHIND AND ATTACKED HIM, ASSAULTING HIM ON THE ENTRANCE RAMP. THEY BRAWLED ALL THE WAY DOWN THE AISLE BUT CENA REVERSED AN IRISH WHIP AND SENT THE SAINT INTO THE STEEL RING STEPS. HE THEN ROLLED HIM INTO THE RING AND GOT IN HIMSELF BEFORE CLOTHESLINING THE SAINT OVER THE TOP ROPE AND TO THE FLOOR ON THE FAR SIDE.

BUT MONICA CAME IN AND JUMPED ON CENA's SHOULDERS, TRYING TO CHOKE HIM FROM BEHIND. BUT CENA FLUNG HER OVER HIS HEAD TO THE MAT AND THEN PICKED HER UP FOR THE "F-U". THAT's WHEN JOHNNY HAZARD RAN OUT AND ASKED CENA TO PUT HER DOWN. CENA, WHO HAS TEAMED WITH HAZARD LATELY, OBLIGED BUT WAS VERY SURPRISED BY HAZARD's ACTIONS. CENA LEFT THE RING AND BOTH MONICA AND THE SAINT SEEMED VERY HAPPY.

BACKSTAGE AREA........

CAMERAS SHOW BOBBY LASHLEY ENTER THE DRESSING ROOM OF TAZ AND ASK HIM IF HE's READY, INSINUATING THAT HE's SELECTED HIM AS HIS PARTNER FOR THE TAG TEAM MAIN EVENT.

THE CROWD COMES TO THEIR FEET WHEN THE PLAYING OF BAG PIPES IS HEARD AND ROWDY RODDY PIPER COMES OUT WITH A BIG SMILE ON HIS FACE.

Cole: "Look at this..... it's the Hot Rod! What's he doing here"?!

JBL: "I'm amazed, Michael, how long has it been since we've seen Rowdy Roddy Piper in the TWF"?

Cole: "It's been several years at least and it looks like he's gonna address the crowd"!

Rowdy Roddy Piper: "Wow.... you guys are great. Thank you.... thank you so much.

AFTER A NEARLY 5 MINUTE OVATION, THE CROWD QUIETS DOWN A BIT.

As a lot of you know, I have been diagnosed with lymphoma cancer. But, I want to make a promise to all of you that I will fight this the way only the Hot Rod can and I promise you that this will not be the last time you see me in a TWF ring!

THE CROWD CHEERS VERY LOUD AS CHANTS OF "ROWDY" BREAK OUT.

ALL OF THE SUDDEN, “COME ON” BY WATERPROOF BLONDE HITS AS RED PYRO SHOOTS UP FROM THE STAGE AND THE BLOOD BROTHERS MAKE THEIR WAY TO THE RING TO ONE OF THE LOUDEST SETS OF BOOS OF THE NIGHT, EQUIPPED WITH THEIR FIGHTING STAFFS, AND HOLDING MICROPHONES BEFORE MAKING THEIR WAY TO THE RING.

Cole: "What the hell is this"?!

Dustin Kash: "I can’t take this… shut the hell up!! These people don’t want to hear about some senior citizen moaning and groaning about his one hundred and seventy-two different diseases"!

Sean O’Haire: "One hundred and seventy-one of them sexually transmitted"!

Dustin Kash: "They wanna hear about the greatest tag team champions in the history of the TWF, the Blood.....

Piper: "Now you better watch your mouth when talking to the Rowdy one, because the way I see it… these fans would rather hear about just about anything than you two fools"!

THE FANS CHEER LOUDLY AT THAT COMMENT.

Dustin Kash: "Shut up! Shut up! You’re going to pay for that one Piper! You see there’s a reason you don’t wrestle anymore… and that is because you suck in the ring almost as much as you do out of it"!

Sean O’Haire: "We all know the only reason you wear those skirts is so that you and the other Scotsmen can have easy accessibility between each other if you know what I mean"!

Dustin Kash: "Yeah, you damn washed up monkey! Get out of the Blood Brothers ring NOW before we take you out"!

Roddy Piper: "Now hold on just a minute, is it just me or is......

DUSTIN KASH THEN CHEAPSHOTTED PIPER WHO WAS MIDSENTENCE, HITTING HIM RIGHT ACROSS THE FOREHEAD WITH HIS FIGHTING STAFF, BUSTING HIM WIDE OPEN. DUSTIN KASH THEN LIFTED AND HELD A DEFENSELESS PIPER UP AS SEAN O’HAIRE KICKED HIM RIGHT IN THE GROIN BEFORE SMACKING HIS STAFF OVER HIS HEAD, OPENING THE CUT EVEN MORE. DUSTIN KASH THEN SLID UNDER THE BOTTOM ROPE AND GRABBED HOWARD FINKEL's CHAIR BEFORE THROWING IT IN. HE THEN SET IT SITTING UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING AND THEN GOT PIPER IN POSITION FOR A RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP RIGHT NEXT TO THE CHAIR. SEAN O’HAIRE RAN TO THE ROPES AND RAN BACK WITH AN STO TO COMPLETE THE BLOOD BROTHERS’ STO/RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP COMBINATION RIGHT ONTO THE STEEL CHAIR, FLATTENING BOTH PIPER AND THE STEEL CHAIR OUT. HOWEVER MOMENTS AFTER, THE HIGHLANDERS RAN TO THE RING CHASING THE BLOOD BROTHERS OUT. THE BLOOD BROTHERS RAN OUT THROUGH THE CROWD LOOKING QUITE PROUD OF THEMSELVES AS EMT’S RAN TO THE RING AND THE HIGHLANDERS HELPED RODDY PIPER ONTO A STRETCHER, LOOKING QUITE WORRIED.

Cole: "Thank God for the Highlanders! How disrespectful can you be! This is a man, one of the great men in the history of this business, who has been stricken by an awful disease, being destroyed by our very own tag team champions! It's a damn shame"!

JBL: "Well normally I'm a fan of aggressive behavior, Michael, but that was disgusting! Those two men should be damned ashamed of themselves and if they're not, I'm definitely ashamed of them"!

THE FANS CLAPPED AS RORY AND ROBBIE McCALLISTER HELPED PIPER OUT OF THE RING AND TO THE BACK.

COMMERCIAL BREAK.....

RETURN FROM BREAK..... RINGSIDE.....

Edge and Randy Orton vs. Bobby Lashley and Taz

The bell sounded and the crowd was very into this match as evidenced by the noise in the arena. Taz had a quick series with Orton before making the tag to Lashley who was hungry to get a piece of his opponents. The second he came into the ring, Orton made the quick exchange to a reluctant Edge, who came into the ring and ran into the brick wall known as Lashley. After 2 stiff clotheslines, Lashley lifted him up above his head for a military press slam before shooting him to the corner and charging in with a shoulder to the gut. Lashley the made the tag to Taz but as Taz tossed Edge around the ring, Orton came around to the other side and pulled Lashley off the apron and he hit his head face first on the ring steps. Referee Mike Chioda ordered Orton back to his corner while in the ring, Taz went for the "Tazmission". But Edge snuck in a mule kick that Chioda never saw before catching him with the "Edge-a-cution" for the 1.......2.........3.

Match Time: 3:55

Edge had gotten the Taz monkey off his back, defeating him for the first time in several times. Cole and JBL closed out the show with comments on the match along with previewing the Elimination Chamber match that has been announced for "War in the Winter". "Metalingus" by Alter Bridge played as Orton and Edge celebrated the win before the shot faded out.
