Just two days after the Christmas holiday, the superstars of PrimeTime came to the newly renamed Scottrade center and played host to a huge crowd. Chaos Wolf and Vlad the Impaler w/ James Mitchell and Chae vs. Alex Arion and Frankie Ciatso (invitees) Chaos Wolf and Vlad seem to be clicking on all cylinders as they took it to the two young superstars brought in as their competition. After Arion was taken out by Vlad's "Light's Out" manuever, Chaos Wolf pulled Ciatso up and delivered the "Chaos Driver", hooking the leg for the win and impressing both their managers in the process. Triple Threat Match Ultimo Dragon vs. Carney vs. Gregory Helms This match was part of the mini-tournament Jordan Rockwell set up last week in his role as general manager for the night. The winner would meet Paul London later tonight on PrimeTime for the right to battle Daivari at War in the Winter for the Lightheavyweight title. Helms seemed to be the odd man out here as both Carney and the Dragon worked on him. Helms was able to knock the Dragon out of the ring with a jump kick to the face but Carney rolled him up from behind for a very near fall. Carney was then able to catch Helms with the "C-Drive" but Ultimo came in to break up the count just before the referee reached the count of 3. Helms fired back and kicked the Dragon in the gut before whipping him to the corner but when he ran in, the Dragon backdropped him out of the ring. Carney came from behind, trying to catch Ultimo with a backdrop suplex but Ultimo flipped off his shoulders, right into a clever rollup to steal the match, setting up a showdown later tonight with London. AS ULTIMO DRAGON's MUSIC PLAYED AND THE FANS APPLAUDED HIS EFFORTS, THE STAGE WAS SET FOR PRIMETIME. PRIMETIME GOES LIVE
AS PRIMETIME COMES ON THE AIR, AN IN DEPTH VIDEO IS SHOWN DETAILING THE HELL IN A CELL. GRAPHIC FOOTAGE OF SOME PAST MATCHES INSIDE THE CELL IS SHOWN, LEAVING AN UNEASY FEELING FOR VIEWERS. THE SCOTTRADE CENTER IS THEN SHOWN AND THE CAMERA GETS A SHOT OF THE OMINOUS CELL HANGING ABOVE THE RING. THOUSANDS OF SCREAMING, WILD FANS ARE SHOWN IN THE STANDS, READY FOR THE SHOW. Michael Cole: "For the first time in TWF history, a Hell in a Cell match will take place on live television"! JBL: "It will be hell on Earth for two bitter rivals, Jordan Rockwell and Axl Irvin! I can't wait to watch them beat the holy hell out of each other"! THE FANS COME TO THEIR FEET AS "THIS FIRE BURNS" BY KILLSWITCH ENGAGE PLAYS AND CM PUNK STEPS OUT TO A HUGE CHEER. Cole: "We're ready to end the year 2006 on a very big note here on PrimeTime and we're starting things off with CM Punk"! JUST THEN, PUNK IS ATTACKED FROM BEHIND BY FINLAY, WHO KNOCKS HIM DOWN ON THE STEEL ENTRANCE RAMP, IGNITING SOME LOUD BOOS. JBL: "And look at this, the fighting Irishman is all over him"! Cole: "What the hell is Finlay doing?! We've got a match between these two scheduled....... FINLAY CONTINUED THE ASSAULT, SMACKING PUNK OVER THE HEAD WITH HIS SHILLELAGH BEFORE SENDING HIM HARD INTO THE STEEL RING STEPS. FINALLY, A FEW OF THE AGENTS FROM THE BACK CAME OUT AND PULLED FINLAY OFF. Cole: "What the hell has gotten into Finlay?! This was an unprovoked attack"! JBL: "Unprovoked? Finlay was sending a message to this guy Punk and in my opinion, that's exactly what he is"! Cole: "I know CM Punk was very much looking for redemption in this one after losing to Finlay in the King of the Ring tournament and then Finlay telling him it would be a joke if he were ever king"! JBL: "Finlay was prophetic with that comment"! A PROMO GRAPHIC IS SHOWN FOR TONIGHT's CHAMPION VS. CHAMPION MATCH BETWEEN BOBBY LASHLEY AND RANDY ORTON. Cole: "Well fans you don't want to go away because in addition to the Hell in a Cell match, the Intercontinental champion Bobby Lashley will face the Universal champion Randy Orton one on one"! COMMERCIAL BREAK...... A COMMERCIAL FOR GATORADE FOLLOWED BY A PREVIEW FOR THE MOVIE "NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM" FEATURING BEN STILLER. RETURN FROM BREAK.... BACKSTAGE..... WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS, A FURIOUS CM PUNK COMES UP TO MARIA. CM Punk: "Finlay..... you wanna attack me from behind?! You say you like to fight, well then let's fight! You and me, at War in the Winter"! BACK INSIDE THE ARENA, BOOS ARE HEARD ALL OVER AS RENE DUPREE's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT ALONG WITH DAWN MARIE, WAVING THE FRENCH FLAG. Cole: "So CM Punk has responded to that ridiculous attack by Finlay with a challenge for War in the Winter"! JBL: "And if I was a betting man, my money would be on Finlay all the way! We're talkin' about a guy who's made his living on beating people up and he's been doing it longer than CM Punk's been alive"! Cole: "Well speaking of War in the Winter, a mixed gender tag team match has been signed involving these two facing the bizarre duo of Kevin Thorn and Ariel"! THE LIGHTS GO OUT AND A RED HAZE FALLS OVER THE ARENA AS KEVIN THORN's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT IN A BLACK SUIT AND HE IS CARRYING A BLACK WALKING STICK. WITH HIM ARM IN ARM IS ARIEL, WHO SHOWS HER FANGS TO THE CAMERA. JBL: "Bizarre doesn't begin to describe these two freaks! But even though Halloween has been over for months, they still look better than that idiot in the ring with that disgusting French flag"! Cole: "Well this will be Dawn Marie facing Ariel one on one". JBL: "C'mon Ariel, knock some sense into Dawn Marie! She's way to good for that coward Dupree"! Ariel w/ Kevin Thorn vs. Dawn Marie w/ Rene Dupree The match started and Dawn seemed a little intimidated by the vampiress, who charged her and took her to the mat, ramming the back of her head into it while having a handful of hair. Dawn was able to push Ariel off and whip her to the corner. But Ariel got in a back elbow as Dawn ran in before tossing her into the corner. She then showed her flexibility, using her foot to choke Dawn in the corner. After whipping her to the mat by the hair, Ariel went for an elbow drop but missed miserably. Dawn then hit a snapover neckbreaker before shooting her to the corner, following in. Dawn climbed to the middle turnbuckle and was pounding away on Ariel until she grabbed her and just dropped her on the back of the head. Ariel then put both feet on the middle ring rope as referee Chris Kay made the 3 count. Match Time: 4:24 After the match, Dawn argued the decision with Kay, trying to let him know that Ariel had her feet on the ropes. But Thorn came into the ring and grabbed Dawn by the hair. She was in a lot of trouble but Dupree came into the ring, hitting Thorn in the back with his flag, breaking it in the process. That gave Dawn the time to hurry out of the ring but Thorn looked on with a devilish look in his eyes as Dupree and Dawn Marie left the ring. JBL: "Big mistake Dupree! Now he's got Dracula pissed off"! Cole: "It will be Kevin Thorn, or Dracula as you call him, and Ariel taking on Rene Dupree and Dawn Marie and I have to agree partner, Dupree probably didn't make the best decision there". JBL: "Did I tell you you could call me partner? Don't try to get chummy with me you...... fruit booty"! BACKSTAGE..... CAMERAS IN THE BACKSTAGE AREA PICK UP A CONVERSATION BETWEEN JOHN CENA AND JOHNNY HAZARD. John Cena: "Hey man, I ain't tryin' to criticize you or anything, but I know we've had each other's backs lately, what was up with you last week"? Johnny Hazard: "Several years ago, I was pretty tight with Eddie Saint James and Monica. Plus, I didn't really want to see you F-U a woman, man". Cena: "Well what about now, you guys still friends"? Hazard (thinking about his answer): "I don't know". HAZARD WALKS AWAY AND CENA SEEMS TO STILL HAVE SOME QUESTIONS. "FIREFLY" BY BREAKING BENJAMIN HITS AND CHRIS PLATOON COMES OUT TO A PRETTY GOOD CHEER. SNITSKY IS SHOWN IN THE RING, WAITING FOR HIM. Cole: "John Cena will face Eddie Saint James at War in the Winter but the question seems to be what role will Johnny hazard have in all of this"?! JBL: "Yeah, it looks like Johnny Hazard's got a decision to make and for a guy who probably has trouble tying his own shoes, it's gonna be a tough one"! Cole: "Chris Platoon set to take on Snitsky here and after getting a win last week, Platoon could get on a bit of a roll with a win here". Chris Platoon vs. Snistsky Platoon locked up with the big man Snitsky but was thrown into the corner like a small child. Snitsky moved in with a swinging shot but missed and Platoon fired back with 3 right hands before hitting the ropes and drilling him with a running forearm. Platoon then hit a swinging neckbreaker before locking Snitsky in a version of the crossface. Snitsky fought the move, avoiding the submission and was able to roll over and nearly pin Platoon. Platoon popped up and ducked a clothesline but after hitting the ropes, Snitsky kicked him right in the face with a big boot. Snitsky then picked him up for his sidewinder slam but Platoon was able to wiggle free and then catch Snitsky with a facebuster right on his knee. The move broke the nose of Snitsky open and made him easy pickings for the "Last Chance". Platoon rolled Snitsky over and got the 1......2.......3. Match Time: 5:38 JBL: "Now that's a quality win, Michael! This Chris Platoon might have some promise after all"! Cole: "Well he's got the microphone now". Chris Platoon: "Ric.... Ric Flair. I've been waiting all day man, so come on out, I gotta talk to ya man". Cole: "Well we know that Chris Platoon invited Ric Flair here tonight, but I didn't see him here today, did you"? Platoon: "Come on Ric, don't keep me waiting, we need to talk". JBL: "I have a feeling Chris Platoon is about to be sorely disappointed". IT BECOMES CLEAR THAT FLAIR IS NOT IN THE BUILDING AND PLATOON TAKES THE MICROPHONE, THROWING IT ANGRILY AT THE MAT. THE CROWD STARTS TO BOO AND PLATOON BEGINS TO LEAVE THE RING, BUT HAS A FEW WORDS WITH SOME RINGSIDE FANS FIRST. Cole: "Chris Platoon is obviously not happy as it appears Ric Flair didn't make the trip". JBL: "I'm sorry, but Ric Flair has better things to do right now than to worry about what this guy wants to talk about! That's what they invented the telephone for"! Cole: "Platoon obviously wanted a public meeting with Flair who is one of the men he credits for getting him in to the TWF and the wrestling business in general, maybe Flair didn't get the message"! COMMERCIAL BREAK....... A COMMERCIAL FOR PRIDE FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIPS "HARDCORE KNOCKOUTS VOL. 3" IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR TRAVELOCITY.COM. RETURN FROM BREAK.....TWF RE-WIND SHOWS FOOTAGE FROM LAST WEEK OF THE BLOOD BROTHERS' ATTACK ON ROWDY RODDY PIPER RIGHT AFTER HE ANNOUNCED THAT HE HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH LYMPHOMA CANCER. THE HIGHLANDERS CAME OUT TO MAKE THE SAVE. BACK TO LIVE ACTION, "COME ON" BY WATERPROOF BLONDE PLAYS AND DUSTIN KASH COMES OUT WITH HIS TAG TEAM TITLE AROUND HIS WAIST. HE IS ALSO CARRYING HIS BLACK STAFF. Cole: "I gotta say that in all my years here in the TWF, I don't know if I've ever seen anything more disgusting than what the Blood Brothers did last week to the legendary Hot Rod". JBL: "Well on a serious note, let's wish Rowdy Roddy Piper, a legend in this business no doubt, a full recovery. But what I don't agree with is that the Highlanders have ended up getting a tag team title shot, one that they don't deserve, out of this"! THE HIGHLANDERS' MUSIC HITS AND RORY McCALLISTER COMES OUT TO A BIG CHEER. Cole: "Well that's the Blood Brother's problem now and who are you to say that they don't deserve a title shot"? JBL: "Unlike you, Michael, I now what it takes to get it done in that ring. The Highlanders are close, but they're miles away from what Dustin Kash and Sean O'Haire are doing in the tag team division right now". Cole: "Well that all remains to be seen at War in the Winter but tonight, it's one on one. Shane McMahon, who is back tonight, has ruled that both Sean O'Haire and Robbie McCallister are barred from the ring for this match". Dustin Kash vs. Rory McCallister The bell sounded to start the match and a cocky Kash walked up to Rory and paintbrush slapped him across the face. Rory responded with fury, rocking the tag team champion with right hand after right hand before winding his arm up and dropping him with a stiff shot. After hitting the ropes, Rory drilled Kash with a big knee lift and covered Kash for the 1......2........, but Kash was up. Rory pulled him up and tried to lock him in for a suplex but Kash blocked it and got in a kneelift of his own. He then shot Rory to the ropes and kicked him right in the face with a shuffle kick. Kash then got down, driving the base of his knee into the face of Rory before pulling him up and sending him shoulder first into the steel ring post. After a backdrop suplex, Kash made the cover but Rory got his right shoulder off the mat just in time. Kash then pulled him up, setting him on the top turnbuckle. It was clear that Kash was looking for a superplex, but Rory fought him off, pushing him to the mat. Rory then got his footing and flew off with a double axe handle smash, connecting with it. The Highlander had new life as he pulled Kash to his feet, whipping him to the ropes. But Kash avoided a double sledge and pulled Rory face first down onto both his knees. The very innovative move allowed Kash to pick Rory up for a brainbuster drop and he covered him for the 1........2........3. Match Time: 8:32 JBL: "That's exactly what I was talking about, Michael, the Highlanders are close, but the Blood Brothers are worlds ahead of them"! Cole: "Well we'll see how things go when they each have their partners involved at War in the Winter but you have to give the Blood Brothers some credit, like them or not and I'm sure most of our fans don't, they get it done in the ring". BACKSTAGE..... DRESSING ROOM...... JOHNNY HAZARD IS GOING THROUGH HIS LOCKER WHEN MONICA WALKS IN. Monica: "Hey Johnny". Hazard: "How'd you get in here"? Monica: "The door was open, why, you scared of me? I just came by to say thanks for helping me with that moron Cena last week. HAZARD SEEMS TO BE A BIT STANDOFFISH. Johnny, I know you may not agree with the lifestyle Eddie and I have assumed, but we're still the same people. Remember the times we used to have? Remember how we used to be in our little cult? We could do it all again, right here in the TWF. The Army of Darkness has a spot for you Johnny, think about it". MONICA LEAVES THE ROOM AND HAZARD REMAINS EMOTIONLESS AS HE SHUTS HIS LOCKER. THE FANS COME TO THEIR FEET AND LOUDLY APPLAUD AS BOBBY LASHLEY's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT WITH THE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE AROUND HIS WAIST. Cole: "It's time for the champion versus champion match and this man will be one of six superstars competing for the Universal title at War in the Winter"! JBL: "Well much like the Highlanders, Bobby Lashley is a true diamond in the rough! But much like the Blood Brothers, Randy Orton is world's ahead and this musclebound monkey Bobby Lashley is about to find that out"! BOOS FILL THE SCOTTRADE CENTER AS RANDY ORTON COMES OUT TO "BURN IN MY LIGHT" BY MERCY DRIVE. HE HAS THE UNIVERSAL TITLE AROUND HIS WAIST AND HE MAKES THE BIG "O" SIGN WITH HIS ARMS AS PYRO SPRAYS DOWN FROM ABOVE THE SET. Cole: "Well I don't think I need to mention how hard it is to retain the title in the Elimination Chamber, in fact, it's never happened before"! JBL: "I can't believe these people in St. Louis, this is Randy Orton's hometown, show him some respect"! Cole: "Neither title is on the line in this one but one of these guys could gain a ton of momentum heading into War in the Winter"! Non-Title/Champion vs. Champion Intercontinental Champion: Bobby Lashley vs. Universal Champion: Randy Orton After a lockup, the much more powerful Lashley backed Orton into a corner. Referee Charles Robinson moved in and asked for a break. That's when Orton got in a thumb to the eyes before drilling Lashley with 2 sharp european uppercuts. From there, Orton dropped him with a standing dropkick before showing off for the crowd, drawing even more boos. After shooting Lashley to the corner, Orton flew in with a bodysplash but missed everything. Lashley followed up by pressing Orton above his head military style and slamming him to the mat. After back to back clotheslines, the Intercontinental champ was feeling it. But Orton got up with a shot to the bread basket before pulling Lashley down face first onto the middle turnbuckle pad. He then pulled him up, looking to whip him to the far corner but Lashley reversed it, only to whip Orton towards Robinson. Orton was able to put on the breaks but moved out of the way as Lashley went for a clothesline. Lashley turned Robinson inside out with it! Orton tried to follow up with the "RKO" but Lashley caught him and just tossed him across the ring. He went and pulled him up but suddenly, Edge was in the ring. He waited for Lashley to turn around and when he did, he went for his spear but Lashley moved and Edge struck Orton with it! Lashley then moved in and picked Edge up, tossing him over the top rope and to the floor. He then turned his focus back to Orton and he scooped the Universal champion up onto his shoulder, driving him into the mat with a running powerslam and hooking the leg for the 1.......2.......3! Match Time: 7:25 Lashley popped up, arms outstretched as if he'd just won the title himself. The crowd went wild as his music played. Cole: "Wow, can you believe that?! Bobby Lashley has defeated the Universal champion"! JBL: "A serious miscue by Edge! If I was Orton, I'd be pretty pissed off right now"! LASHLEY WALKED UP THE RAMP, SLAPPING HANDS WITH FANS AS EDGE AND ORTON HAD SOME WORDS IN THE RING. Cole: "And you have to wonder wha kind of ramifications what we just saw will have on the Elimination Chamber match at War in the Winter"! COMMERCIAL BREAK........... A FOX PROGRAMMING AD FOR THE NFL IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR "FAMILY GUY". RETURN FROM BREAK.... DRESSING ROOM..... AS PRIMETIME RETURNS, JORDAN ROCKWELL IS SHOWN IN HIS DRESSING ROOM, HEAVILY TAPING HIS HANDS IN PREPARATION FOR THE HELL IN A CELL MATCH. BACK IN THE ARENA, DAIVARI HAS COME OUT FOR GUEST COMMENTARY. HE IS WEARING A DRESS SHIRT AND SLACKS AND HAS THE LIGHTHEAVYWEIGHT TITLE WITH HIM. HE SHAKES HANDS WITH JBL AND TAKES A SEAT AND PAUL LONDON's MUSIC HITS AND HE RUNS DOWN TO THE RING, SLIDING UNDER THE BOTTOM ROPE. JBL: "Take a seat Daivari, glad to have ya". Daivari: "Glad to be here, JBL, let's get this match started". Cole: "We are ready for our final match in this mini tournament that was set up by Jordan Rockwell to decide a number one contender for your title, Daivari. I want to know, what do you think of this concept Rockwell came up with"? THE ULTIMO DRAGON's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO A GOOD CHEER AS FLAMES RISE FROM EITHER SIDE OF THE ENTRANCE RAMP. Daivari: "What do I think, Michael? (Daivari shouts something in some foreign tongue) Rockwell can put whoever he wants in there, I am the best lightheavyweight PrimeTime has to offer and at War in the Winter, I'm gonna prove it"! JBL: "Please Daivari, I only have one request tonight. Please speak english while you're out here, I want to make it home to see my wife". Cole: "We've seen Paul London and the Ultimo Dragon put on some great matches in the past including at WrestleMania seven and this should be a great match as well"! JBL: "Okay, without giving me the politically correct answer, which one of these guys would you rather face, Daivari"? Daivari: "You think I care about being politically correct? I could care less which one of these guys I face, I'll beat them both"! #1 Contender for Lightheavyweight Title Ultimo Dragon vs. Paul London After a handshake to start the match, Ultimo and London circled each other, looking for an opening. London was able to get Ultimo in a standing waistlock and take him to the mat. After a deep arm drag, London hit the ropes but Ultimo came back with a drop toehold before hitting the ropes for a basement dropkick. Ultimo then hit the ropes again but London popped up and drilled him with the dropsault. Looking to get a shot at regaining his title, London lifted Ultimo onto his shoulder for a backdrop suplex but Ultimo used the top rope to push himself off, landing behind London and rolling him up for the 3 count and just like that, it was over. Match Time: 2:47 Ultimo Dragon celebrated the win and just as he and London were about to shake hands, Daivari came in and hit both of them in the head with his title belt. Cole: "Now what the hell was that for"?! JBL: "He said he could beat both of these guys and it looks like he just did"! Cole: "Ultimo Dragon has won this match and Daivari will have to put his money where his mouth is at War in the Winter! He says he's the best lightheavyweight PrimeTime has to offer, well he'll have to beat one of the best lightheavyweights of all time if he wants to keep that title he just used"! BACKSTAGE....... AXL IRVIN AND TRACI BROOKS ARE SHOWN IN THE BACK WITH MARIA. Maria: "Axl, in a matter of moments, you will take part in the history making first ever Hell in a Cell match on live television". Axl Irvin: "You mark my words, Maria, one way or another, I will make history tonight". SUDDENLY, A COMMOTION IS HEARD AS SOMEONE IS YELLING "HELP". CAMERAS SCRAMBLE OVER TO SEE WHAT IT IS AND RORY McCALLISTER IS HUDDLED OVER HIS COUSIN ROBBIE WHO IS IN A POOL OF BLOOD. EMTs RUSH OVER AND RORY YELLS "IT WAS THE BLOOD BROTHERS". John Cena vs. Gangrel w/ The Lost Boy Cena had his troubles with Gangrel, becoming distracted after Eddie Saint James and Monica came out on stage to observe. Gangrel took advantage, rocking Cena with right jabs before connecting with a swinging neckbreaker. After 2 big elbow drops, Gangrel pulled him up and whipped him to the corner but Cena stuck a foot into his face as he charged in before crushing him with a clothesline. Cena tried to go into his explosive offense, hitting a swinging sideslam drop before delivering the 5 Knuckle Shuffle. But Gangrel sensed the "F-U" coming and rolled out of the ring. When Cena went after him, Gangrel stood up and punched through the ropes, catching Cena right in the throat. He then came into the ring and distracted referee Mickey Henson a bit as The Lost Boy pulled Cena down over the top rope. Gangrel then grabbed Cena, looking for the Impaler but in a tremendous act of strength, Cena lifted him up and tossed him across the ring. Cena then hoisted Gangrel up and dumped him with the F-U, hooking the leg for the 3 count. Match Time: 10:10 Cole: "A great win for John Cena there and he did it right in front of his opponent at War in the Winter"! CENA STOOD IN THE RING AS "THE TIME IS NOW" PLAYED WHILE THE SAINT AND MONICA LOOKED ON, STARING BACK AT HIM. JBL: "Eddie Saint James and Monica just got in some good scouting of their opponent but the real question in all of this is where does Johnny Hazard stand"?! THE CELL BEGINS TO LOWER, CAUSING A BIG POP FROM THE FANS. Cole: "Well coming up next, two men with a growing hatred for one another..... Jordan Rockwell..... Axl Irvin..... Hell in a Cell"! COMMERCIAL BREAK...... A COMMERCIAL IS SHOWN FOR THE NATIONAL DRUNK DRIVING LAW, OVER THE LIMIT, UNDER ARREST FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR SOUTHWEST AIRLINES. RETURN FROM BREAK.... RINGSIDE..... AS PRIMETIME RETURNS, THE CELL HAS COVERED THE RING AND "LIT UP" BY BUCKCHERRY HITS, BRINGING AXL IRVIN OUT TO SOME TREMENDOUS HEAT. TRAILING HIM IS THE LOVELY TRACI BROOKS. Cole: "For the first time in TWF history, a Hell in a Cell match will be held on live television and it is just moments away"! JBL: "I still can't believe we are witnessing this Michael, this match is usually reserved for the grand scale, for the big pay-per-view match! I can't wait to see it"! "BACK IN BLACK" BY AC/DC PLAYS AND JORDAN ROCKWELL COMES OUT TO AN INCREDIBLY LOUD OVATION, HIS SIGHTS SET STRAIGHT ON AXL. Cole: "They've had a Last Man Standing match at TWF Eruption, a Bed of Nails match at King of the Ring that ended in a draw and tonight, they both enter the depths of hell"! JBL: "This is a career shortening match, Michael and I know something about facing Jordan Rockwell! I blame him more than anyone else for my in ring career being over, I was never able to take off here on PrimeTime and it is all that man's fault! There is nothing I'd like to see more than Axl Irvin beat his ass tonight"! Hell in a Cell Axl Irvin w/ Traci Brooks vs. Jordan Rockwell The crowd was on fire for this one as nearly everyone was on their feet, in awe of the structure the men were competing in. Axl came out firing, throwing a right hand which Rockwell responded to with one of his own. A tradeoff of punches ensued and Axl was able to get a very low kick in before grabbing Rockwell by the back of the head but Rockwell put the breaks on and tossed Axl out of the ring. Quickly, the steel structure that is the cell became an offensive weapon. On the outside of the cell, Traci screamed as Rockwell rammed Axl face first into it before ramming him face first into the steel ring steps. Rockwell was showing a very aggressive side and showed Axl no mercy as he threw him into the steel ring post. Rockwell then rolled Axl back into the ring as cameras got a shot of Traci putting some sort of foreign object into the cell. Rockwell picked Axl up, looking to deliver the Rocksmasher. But Axl countered out, elbowing his way free before kicking Rockwell right in the crotch. Axl then set his sights on the object Traci put into the cell and he went and grabbed it. It was some sort of lead pipe. He brought it into the ring and drove it into the head of Rockwell as he got to his feet. Thinking he'd pulled the upset, Axl made the cover but Rockwell kicked out at 2 and a half! Axl went outside and grabbed the steel ring steps, tossing them over the top rope and into the ring. But Rockwell got to his feet and ran over Axl with a clothesline. Rockwell then picked up the very heavy stairs himself and bounced them off the head of Axl, busting him open. Rockwell then tossed Axl out of the ring again, using the fencing of the cell to grind Axl's face against. Rockwell smirked at Traci as she yelled at him through the cell but fans were shocked to see her spit in his face! As Rockwell wiped it off, Axl picked him up and drove him into the wall of the cell. He then pounded on him with right hand after right hand, bloodying the face of Rockwell. Axl rolled Rockwell into the ring, very confident about his chances. But as he moved Rockwell over towards the ring steps, Rockwell suddenly picked him up and drove him right into the steps with the Rocksmasher! Axl cringed in pain and the fans couldn't believe their eyes as Rockwell covered Axl right on the stairs for the 1........2.......3. Match Time: 17:20 Cole: "Oh my god! Axl Irvin might never be the same after being driven into those steps"! JBL: "And in just days, both these men will enter the Elimination Chamber! You can't consider either man a threat to win that match"! ROCKWELL, HIS FACE COVERED IN BLOOD, LOOKED DOWN AT AXL AS THE CELL WAS PULLED FROM THE RING. ROCKWELL LEFT THE RING AND TRACI RAN IN TO CHECK ON HER MAN. Cole: "Axl said he would make history tonight and he did! The man to lose the first ever Hell in a Cell match on live television"! OFF AIR............
