August 13, 2009

For the first time ever, PrimeTime was held from the wrestling-rich city of Raleigh. Fans in the arena were eager to see what a post-draft PrimeTime would look like, but things first got started with Uprising.

Colt Cabana vs. Todd Sexton (invitee)

After spending his entire, short TWF career in Badlandz and SlaughterHouse, Colt Cabana was ready to show what he could do after coming over in the 2009 draft. His first opponent was NWA Anarchy Wrestling superstar Todd Sexton, invited to the show for a tryout. But Cabana never let him get off the blocks, taking it to Sexton from the opening bell. After a nice powerslam, Cabana came up with 5 or 6 unique pinning combos to nearly end the match. Back on their feet, Sexton got in a thumb to the eye but after running the ropes, Cabana took him out with a textbook dropkick. After shooting Sexton to the corner, Cabana flew in with a double knee strike to the chest that knocked all the wind out of Sexton. That led to a very innovative double underhook into an overhead backbreaker drop from Cabana, a move he calls the "Colt .45" and that was it.

Finlay vs. Gregory Helms w/ Talia

In one of the most competitive matches in the history of Uprising, these two men went back and forth for over 11 minutes. Finlay's bruising style controlled the first half of the match, but after taking the Irishman out with a low dropkick to the right knee, Helms took control. After drilling him with the Shining Wizard, Helms made the cover and got the 1..........2........., but Finlay kicked out. Talia got up on the apron and tried to distract the referee while Helms attempted to remove one of the turnbuckle pads. But Finlay got up and went over towards Talia. Helms ran up from behind but Finlay moved out of the way and threw Helms right into his girlfriend, knocking her to the floor! Finlay then connected with the "Celtic Cross" to get the win.

CM Punk vs. Samaiel

Punk battered Samaiel with kicks to the legs and body for much of this match and Samaiel was forced to resort to eye gouges and chokes to stop his momentum. After catching Samaiel with a stiff round kick to the head, Punk ripped the referee for not admonishing his opponent. He then flew in with a flying knee but Samaiel moved out of the way and then dropped Punk over the middle ring rope, choking him several times while using nearly all of the ref's count. He pulled Punk up and ran at him but Punk used a drop toehold to put Samaiel down over the ring rope. Then, he proceeded to give him a dose of his own medicine, choking him as well. But he didn't release the hold in time and the referee called for the bell, disqualifying Punk. Punk pulled Samaiel up anyway and delivered the "GTS" before leaving the ring, staring a hole through the referee while "This Fire Burns" played.

PRIMETIME GOES LIVE

AS SOON AS PRIMETIME COMES ON THE AIR, "RAP SUPERSTAR" PLAYS AND THE BLACK AND WHITE OPENING MONTAGE VIDEO RUNS. FOOTAGE OF ALL OF PRIMETIME's NEWEST SUPERSTARS, SYLVESTER TERKAY, CHRIS JERICHO, CHRIS MASTERS AND COLT CABANA HAS BEEN SPLICED IN.

THE ARENA THEN COMES INTO THE SHOT AND OVER 12,000 FANS ARE SHOWN CHEERING AND SCREAMING FOR THE SHOW TO START BEFORE PYRO EXPLODES INTO THE RAFTERS.

Michael Cole: "It is a new day here on TWF PrimeTime following the 2009 TWF draft and we are live from Raleigh, North Carolina for what promises to be a tremendous show"!

Honky Tonk Man: "Well we could sit here all night and talk about the new superstars PrimeTime received in the draft, Michael, but the biggest news coming out of the show was the fact that the Universal title is now vacant"!

VLADIMIR KOZLOV's MUSIC COMES ON AND HE COMES OUT TO NOTHING BUT BOOS. HIS OPPONENT FOR THE NIGHT IS ALREADY IN THE RING.

Cole: "We will certainly touch on that later tonight as Shane McMahon is scheduled to make an announcement regarding the situation, but one of the other big things coming out of the draft was the fact that this man's former group, the United Nations, was basically picked apart with both Harry Smith and William Regal being drafted away from PrimeTime".

HTM: "Vladimir Kozlov will have to start fresh here on PrimeTime but something tells me that's not gonna be a problem"!

Cole: "Truitt Fields will provide the opposition tonight".

Vladimir Kozlov vs. Truitt Fields (invitee)

A regular competitor in NWA Anarchy Wrestling, Truitt Fields was up against the Moscow Mauler and he provided no real competition. Fields was the quicker of the two men and was able to get in some kicks to the legs and body but when he threw a dropkick, Kozlov just swatted it away. Following a nasty sambo suplex, Kozlov drove a headbutt into the chest of Fields, knocking all the wind out of him. He followed that up with a one handed slam he is calling the "Iron Curtain" and that was it.

Match Time: 3:38

Cole: "A very easy win here for Kozlov who may be without a group, but he still possesses the same raw skills he's always had"!

HTM: "Wait, Kozlov's got the mic".

Vladimir Kozlov (in very broken English): "Starting now...... I will defeat all superstars on PrimeTime....... one by one. There are no superstars here who can do what I do and there is no one here who can beat me"!

KOZLOV DROPS THE MICROPHONE AND HEADS OUT OF THE RING AS HIS MUSIC PLAYS.

Cole: "A very strong message from Kozlov sent out to basically the entire PrimeTime roster".

HTM: "And I might have to agree with him"!

Cole: "Well stay tuned, because still to come tonight..... whoa, wait a minute.... oh my"!

JUST BEFORE KOZLOV GOT TO THE BACK, SYLVESTER TERKAY STEPPED OUT. THE TWO MEN STOOD NO MORE THAN 5 FEET FROM EACH OTHER, ENGAGED IN A TENSE STAREDOWN AS PRIMETIME WENT TO BREAK.

COMMERCIAL BREAK........

A COMMERCIAL FOR RED BULL IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY A PROGRAMMING AD FOR THE NFL ON FOX.

RETURN FROM BREAK.... SHANE McMAHON's OFFICE......

WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS FROM BREAK, SHANE McMAHON IS SHOWN SITTING AT HIS DESK. THE UNIVERSAL TITLE BELT IS POSITIONED ON THE DESK IN A GLASS CASE.

Shane McMahon: "As many of you are aware, the Universal title was vacated after Edge was drafted over to Rampage. Shane Thompson was directly involved in costing Jordan Rockwell the title and although many ideas have been given to me by the championship committee as to how to crown a new champion, I have come to the most logical conclusion. So at our next pay-per-view event, TWF MeltDown, it will be Jordan Rockwell versus Shane Thompson in a three stages of hell match. Those stages will be announced on the next edition of PrimeTime. Thank you and enjoy the rest of tonight's action".

THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE RING WHERE MARK HENRY AND CHRIS MASTERS ARE WAITING WHILE MASTERS' MUSIC PLAYS.

Cole: "What a huge announcement, partner"!

HTM: "Shane Thompson said he'd find a way around that bogus stipulation that he can't win the title when Rockwell is the champion, and he's done it"!

"LIVE FOR THE MOMENT" BY MONSTER MAGNET PLAYS AND MATT HARDY COMES OUT ALONG WITH THE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION JOHN MORRISON TO A VERY GOOD CHEER.

Cole: "Well I don't think I like Thompson being rewarded for his actions at the TWF draft, but the storied rivalry between he and Rockwell has been well documented and now...... now we're gonna have a three stages of hell match"!

HTM: "And right now we've got a big tag team match featuring one of our new superstars who came over in the draft, former World champion Chris Masters"!

Cole "And who can forget the Intercontinental title tournament finals where John Morrison skated by the World's Strongest Man"?

Mark Henry and Chris Masters vs. John Morrison and Matt Hardy

This match never really resembled a tag team match and was just a brawl from the outset. Masters tangled with Hardy after the bell sounded as Henry made it clear he wanted to get his hands on Morrison. Morrison was able to use his quickness to get out of Henry's way and he then used his feet to attack Henry with several kicks. Hardy was able to catch Masters with a flying clothesline after reversing an irish whip and he and Morrison then double teamed Henry. They were able to knock him out of the ring with a double clothesline before Morrison flew over the top rope but was caught in mid air. Henry then rammed him with all his power into the steel ring post. In the ring, Hardy tagged Masters with 3 right hands before setting him up for the Side Effect. But Masters elbowed his way out of the move and threw a clothesline. But Hardy ducked and kicked him in the abdomen before going for the "Twist of Fate". Masters pushed him away though and Matt then fell into his clutches. Masters had the vaunted "Masterlock" on and despite Matt's best efforts to fight it, new PrimeTime referee Steve Armstrong called for the bell.

Match Time: 4:29

HTM: "That's it! Masters has put Matt Hardy away with the Masterlock! There's just no escape to that hold"!

Cole: "Well I don't know if that match should've even been made official, the ref sure had his hands full, but Masters and Henry are victorious".

CHRIS MASTERS' MUSIC PLAYED AGAIN AND HE AND HENRY LEFT TO A HEALTHY DIET OF BOOS.

HTM: "I look for big things here on PrimeTime for Chris Masters..... he is a former two time TWF World champion, ya know"?

BACKSTAGE AREA........

IN THE BACK, MARIA IS SHOWN DOING SOME STRETCHING IN AN OPEN AREA WHEN ARIEL SAUNTERS UP.

Ariel: "Ah..... Maria.... ready for our match tonight?

ARIEL GETS IN VERY CLOSE AND RUNS HER FINGER ACROSS MARIA's FACE, PLAYING WITH HER HAIR.

Just remember..... it's just you out there tonight and me..... I always have my Requiem. Maybe going to Shane McMahon and asking for a match tonight wasn't such a good idea after all".

ARIEL WALKS AWAY WITH A SATISFIED SMILE ON HER FACE. MARIA ON THE OTHER HAND, SEEMS VERY WORRIED.

BACK IN THE RING, RICKY ORTIZ's MUSIC IS PLAYING AND HE IS WAVING A BLACK TOWEL OVER HIS HEAD. SOME OF THE CROWD SEEMS TO ENJOY IT.

Cole: "Back to the action here and we've got Ricky Ortiz and his Ricky-O rally towel ready for action! (laughs) I get a kick out of this guy".

HTM: "You would".

"EXs AND OHs" BY ATREYU PLAYS AND PJ CASH COMES OUT. HE IS IMMEDIATELY BOOED, MORE THAN USUAL, BUT HE SEEMS TO ENJOY IT.

Cole: "And here comes PJ Cash and this crowd is all over him. They haven't forgotten what he did to Holly Madison from the Girls Next Door".

HTM: "Well they need to get over it..... I'm sure he's called her and apologized. He was just frustrated and rightly so".

Cole: "Apologized? I doubt it".

WHEN CASH GETS INTO THE RING, ORTIZ HAS A MICROPHONE IN HAND.

Ricky Ortiz: "PJ.... before we get into our match here, I just wanted to tell you that I know a few excercises that would really help your stress level, dude. Check it out.... first, you..........

JUST THEN, CASH PUNCHES ORTIZ RIGHT IN THE FACE WITH A RIGHT HAND AND STOMPS ON THE BACK OF HIS HEAD SEVERAL TIMES. REFEREE MIKE ENOS ASKS FOR THE BELL TO START THE MATCH.

Ricky Ortiz vs. PJ Cash

Cash angrily attacked Ortiz for the first minute or so in this match before pulling him up and slapping him right across the face. Cash then turned and picked up Ortiz's towel off the mat but when he turned around, Ortiz charged out of the corner with a clothesline. Following a big legdrop, Ortiz picked Cash up and bodyslammed him to the mat. From there, he tried to position Cash for a suplex but when he lifted him up, Cash was able to slip free and land behind him, pulling him to the mat with a reverse neckbreaker. A cover from Cash got a 2 count but a flying kneedrop kept Ortiz on the mat. Cash then turned and taunted the crowd when he pointed at a celebrity in the house, well known stand up comedian Gallagher. Cash seemed to have some harsh words for Gallagher but when he turned around, Ortiz caught him in a small package, 1..........2..........., but Cash pushed out. Both men scrambled to their feet and Cash caught Ortiz with the "Cash Register" out of nowhere to stun the crowd. He rolled atop Ortiz and hooked the outside leg as Enos pounded the mat 3 times to give Cash the win.

Match Time: 5:19

Cole: "Whoa..... that Cash Register came out of nowhere"!

HTM: "Just when it looked like Ricky Ortiz might steal this one, Cash puts him out of commission"!

Cole: "And now PJ Cash has the microphone".

PJ Cash: "Guess what?! Guess who we've got in the house tonight? Why, it's that guy Gallager! Aren't you a comedian or something?

THE CAMERA FOCUSES ON GALLAGHER IN THE CROWD AND HE SEEMS TO BE ENJOYING THINGS.

Tell ya what, funny man, how would you like an oppurtunity to come into this ring tonight and get these people to laugh"?

THE CROWD CHEERS, ENCOURAGING GALLAGHER.

Cole: "I don't like the sound of that for some reason".

PJ Cash: "Oh yeah, we love celebrities showing up at wrestling shows here on PrimeTime, so come on in, maybe it can resurrect your career".

GALLAGHER STANDS UP TO A HUGE CHEER AND SECURITY HELPS HIM OVER THE BARRICADE. HE THEN GOES UP THE STEPS AND ENTERS THE RING.

PJ Cash: "Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but you are a North Carolina boy, right"?

Gallagher: "Born in Fort Bragg.... yes I am"!

THE CROWD LOUDLY POPS AT HIS ANSWER.

Cash: "Well, fans, you don't want to go away. Coming up next..... it's Gallagher"!

THE SHOT FADES OUT TO GO TO BREAK.

COMMERCIAL BREAK..............

A COMMERCIAL FOR MADDEN '10 FOR PS3 AND XBOX 360 IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR THE GILLETTE FUSION RAZOR.

RETURN FROM BREAK......

A TABLE WITH A WATERMELON ON IT IS SET UP IN THE RING AND GALLAGHER IS HOLDING WHAT APPEARS TO BE A SLEDGEHAMMER.

PJ Cash: "Are you guys ready to see this guy smash a watermelon! He's made a career doing it and apparently, he thinks that's what you guys paid to see tonight"!

THE CROWD CHEERS BUT RIGHT WHEN GALLAGHER LIFTS THE SLEDGEHAMMER OVER HIS HEAD, CASH JABS THE MICROPHONE INTO HIS TEMPLE BEFORE KNOCKING THE TABLE OUT OF THE WAY.

Cole: "Oh come on! I knew he had something like this in mind"!

FROM THERE, CASH GRABS GALLAGHER AND DELIVERS THE "CASH REGISTER" RIGHT ONTO THE WATERMELON WHICH NOW LAYS ON THE MAT, CRUSHED.

HTM: "Now that's how to smash a watermelon"!

OFFICIALS RUN OUT FROM THE BACK AND ORDER CASH OUT OF THE RING. HE LOOKS DOWN AT THE COMEDIAN WITH A SICK GRIN ON HIS FACE BEFORE LEAVING THE RING.

Cole: "This is absolutely absurd! What the hell is this guy's problem"?!

HTM: "He is sending a message to any celebrity who thinks about showing up here to PrimeTime in the future"!

Cole: "I just..... I just can't put this into words"!

BACKSTAGE..... SHANE McMAHON's OFFICE........

SHANE McMAHON IS IN HIS OFFICE WHEN BLADE COMES IN.

Shane McMahon: "Blade.... what can I do for you".

Blade: "Well, I know you are the man to go through when you want something here and I've been here long enough that I'm ready to make an impact. Some of the guys in the back might be afraid to do this, but I'm not. I don't care where and I don't care when, but I want Nails in the ring".

SHANE LOOKS UP FROM UNDER HIS BROW, ALMOST SMILING.

Shane McMahon: "Really? Well, I am kind of busy tonight, my guess is you'd get what you want by going straight to the man...... be my guest".

BLADE TAKES A LONG LOOK AT SHANE BEFORE LEAVING THE ROOM.

"BREAK THE WALLS DOWN" IS HEARD AND CHRIS JERICHO COMES OUT TO A MIXED REACTION AS THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE RING. HE IS DRESSED IN A SUIT AND TIE.

Cole: "Well here is something I wondered if we'd ever see! Chris Jericho is here on PrimeTime"!

HTM: "And this is the draft pick I am most excited about coming to PrimeTime"!

Cole: "Well he's obviously not dressed to compete, so what's Y2J doing out here"?

Chris Jericho: "So after all these years....... the time has come. After all these years.... Chris Jericho is on PrimeTime!

AGAIN A MIXED REACTION, BUT SEVERAL CHEERS CAN BE HEARD.

What I wanted to do tonight was to come out here and make one thing crystal clear to you people and I might even say this twice since we are in North Carolina and I know the intelligence level is not that high out here.

THE BOOS START TO POUR IN FOLLOWING THAT COMMENT.

I am not here to earn your cheers or hear your applause. I am not here to perform cute little moves, come out here with a bunch of catchphrases or parade around here with some kind of crappy rally towel! I am here for one reason and that is to prove that I am the best wrestler in this busines..... period! So if that means I need to go through Jordan Rockwell, Shane Thompson, Joe Corey or John Cena..... I don't care. I will come out....................

JUST THEN, JERICHO IS INTERRUPTED BY THE SOUND OF "STRONGER" BY KANYE WEST.

Cole: "Wait a minute..... it's Damion West"!

HTM: "For what? I didn't hear Jericho call this idiot out here?! This is Jericho's show"!

WEST GETS ANOTHER MICROPHONE AND COMES INTO THE RING.

Jericho: "Just what in the hell do you think you're doing out here"?

Damion West: "Oh I was in the back and I heard all this talk about you being the best and basically saying you're gonna take this show over, which is fine, but a guy like me takes a little offense to that, ya know why"?

Jericho: "Why is that"?

West: "Because your claim that you're the best wrestler in the world is nothing but complete B.S."!

THE FANS CHEER

Cole: "Whoa.......

Jericho: "Oh is that right? Tell me, is this coming from the guy who used to paint his hair blue or is this coming from the guy who nearly killed himself sticking a needle in his arm"?

WEST LOOKS DOWN AT THE MAT BEFORE DROPPING THE MICROPHONE BUT OUT OF NOWHERE, HE DRILLS JERICHO WITH HIS SUPERKICK. HE THEN STANDS OVER Y2J AND BERATES HIM BEFORE LEAVING THE RING AS "STRONGER" PLAYS AGAIN.

Cole: "Wow! Jericho might have just swallowed his front teeth"!

HTM: "That was a mistake, Damion..... a big one"!

Cole: "Jericho said he didn't care who he has to face here on PrimeTime..... I think someone just volunteered"!

THE SHOT FADES OUT............

COMMERCIAL BREAK.....................

A COMMERCIAL FOR STARBURST IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR GEICO AUTO INSURANCE.

RETURN FROM BREAK...... BACKSTAGE.......

WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS, LENA YADA IS IN THE BACK WITH PAUL BURCHILL AND KATIE LEA. BURCHILL HAS HIS TAG TEAM TITLE OVER HIS SHOULDER AND KATIE LEA IS HOLDING THE OTHER HALF OF THE TAG TEAM TITLE BELTS.

Lena Yada: "Paul Burchill, I know you are about to go out there for your match, but I was wondering if you could give us some idea of what will happen to your tag team titles now that your former partner, Harry Smith, is on Rampage".

BURCHILL WALKS RIGHT BY LENA BUT KATIE LEA STOPS.

Katie Lea: "That will all be settled soon enough. My brother is allowed to name a new partner to hold these titles with him and I have a feeling that person will be known to the world very soon".

Taylor Made w/ Austin Pyromania vs. Paul Burchill w/ Katie Lea

Paul Burchill got a good look at both of the men who comprise the number one contenders for the tag team titles, but Taylor Made was his opponent on this night. On several occassions, Pyromania kept Katie Lea at bay, preventing her from getting involved. In the ring, Taylor Made went on an offensive roll after catching Burchill with a flying wheel kick after he reversed an irish whip. Taylor was able to connect with a running senton bomb before going to the middle turnbuckle. After walking the ring rope, he flew off with an elbow and dropped it right across Burchill's chest. Taylor ran the ropes but Katie Lea grabbed his right foot, nearly tripping him up. Taylor turned around and grabbed Katie Lea, getting a handful of hair but Burchill came from behind with a chop block to the right knee. Outside the ring, Pyromania came up from behind Katie and slapped her right on the backside. She was startled by this and the crowd enjoyed it very much. But in the ring, Burchill had completely changed the complexion of the match, keeping Taylor on the mat and working extensively on his right knee. Burchill applied a few different holds to apply stress to that knee before pulling him up and delivering a shinbreaker. Burchill made the cover, but Taylor was able to get him off at 2. Burchill pulled him up but Taylor came up with a small package out of nowhere and nearly won the match. But right when Taylor got to his feet, Burchill smashed him with a clothesline. He then pulled Taylor up and tried to deliver a fisherman suplex but Taylor broke free and put Burchill down with a big DDT. Seeing this, Katie Lea got up on the apron and that brought referee Charles Robinson over. Pyromania tried to come around but out of nowhere, Rene Dupree, who hasn't been seen in quite some time, pushed Pyromania from behind and he went face first into the steel ring post. Dupree then got into the ring and clotheslined Taylor in the back of the head. As Dupree got out of the ring, Burchill covered Taylor before Robinson turned to make the 3 count.

Match Time: 5:29

Cole: "What the hell is this?! That's Rene Dupree"!

HTM: "You're darn right it's Rene Dupree, Michael! What a way to make your TWF return"!

AS BURCHILL's MUSIC PLAYED, HE AND RENE DUPREE WENT UP THE RAMP ALONG WITH KATIE LEA, PROUDLY HOLDING UP THE TWF TAG TEAM TITLES AND BURCHILL LICKED HIS WOUNDS, DESPITE THE VICTORY.

Cole: "It seems that Burchill has found a new partner in the form of the French Phenom"!

BACKSTAGE...... DRESSING ROOM.......

IN A DRESSING ROOM, JOE COREY IS SHOWN LACING HIS BOOTS IN PREPARATION FOR HIS MATCH. TITO ORTIZ AND PJ CASH ARE INSIDE THE DRESSING ROOM, JOKING ABOUT WHAT CASH DID EARLIER TO GALLAGHER.

Tito Ortiz: "Hey, Show..... you ready for your match, man"?

COREY STANDS UP FROM THE BENCH HE's SITTING ON.

Joe Corey: "I'm not even thinkin' about Chavo Guerrero. I'm ready to go out there tonight and make a statement....... a statement that things between the deadman and I....... are far from finished".

THE SHOT RETURNS TO THE RING WHERE MARIA IS NERVOUSLY WAITING.

"MI DESTROYERO" COMES ON AND ARIEL COMES OUT FROM THE BACK, FOLLOWED CLOSELY BY GANGREL AND DRUSUS.

Cole: "Well we have divas action up next here on PrimeTime but the worried look Maria has on her face might be for good reason because Ariel's not comin' alone".

HTM: "And she shouldn't. Sh told Maria that the Requiem would be out here tonight so if I'm Maria, I think I might do my best to make nice with these folks".

JUST AFTER THE BELL RINGS, BOTH GANGREL AND DRUSUS GET IN THE RING AND ALONG WITH ARIEL, THE 3 OF THEM ARE STALKING AN INCREASINGLY TERRIFIED MARIA.

Cole: "Oh come on..... what do they have in mind"?

SUDDENLY, "MY TIME IS NOW" COMES ON AND JOHN CENA COMES OUT FROM THE BACK TO A PRETTY BIG POP. HE JUMPS INTO THE RING AND IS MET WITH BOOTS FROM BOTH GANGREL AND DRUSUS. BUT HE IS ABLE TO EASILY SHAKE THOSE OFF BEFORE GETTING TO HIS FEET AND TAKING OUT BOTH GANGREL AND DRUSUS WITH RIGHT HANDS AS ARIEL GETS OUT OF THE RING. BUT FROM BEHIND, KEVIN THORN RUNS OUT AND GETS INTO THE RING, JAMMING HIS WALKING STICK INTO THE BACK OF CENA's HEAD.

Cole: "Oh what a shot! The walking stick to the head by Kevin Thorn and Cena has been dropped"!

HTM: "And when he wakes up, he'll be able to think twice about why he came out here tonight".

Cole: "Why he came out here? He came out to help Maria for cryin' out loud! Who knows what The Requiem would've done without Cena"!

"MI DESTROYERO" PLAYED AGAIN AND THE REQIUEM LEFT, HAPPY WITH THEIR HANDYWORK, AS MARIA CHECKED ON THE FALLEN CENA.

HTM: "And now he'll have a big lump on his head to remind him that this was a mistake"!

COMMERCIAL BREAK.....................

A COMMERCIAL FOR BEST BUY IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR FEBREZE.

RETURN FROM BREAK.... RINGSIDE.....

WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS, "BULLS ON PARADE" BY RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE IS PLAYING AND THE YARD BOSS IS IN THE RING WITH THE DOCKLAND DESTROYER WHO LOOKS VERY MOTIVATED.

Cole: "We are back here live on PrimeTime and there you see the Dockland Destroyer who has been out of action for nearly five months since he went to war with Nails in an inferno match".

HTM: "And he didn't pick an easy match to come back for, Michael, one of these guys may be on the shelf after this one here tonight".

THE FANS COME TO THEIR FEET IN CHEER WHEN "REMEMBER THE NAME" BY FORT MINOR COMES ON AND CHAOS WOLF STEPS OUT TO A BIG CHEER.

Cole: "It was Chaos Wolf who issued this challenge several weeks back and his word is this will be his last Lights Out match as he wants to concentrate on climbing the ladder here on PrimeTime".

HTM: "Well this might be his last match period if the Dockland Destroyer has anything to say about it".

Cole: "Over the years these Lights Out matches have taken on several variations but tonight, once both competitors have gone outside the ring, the object will be to get back into the ring and if your opponent can't return to the ring by the count of ten, the match is over".

Lights Out Match

Dockland Destroyer w/ Yard Boss vs. Chaos Wolf

Before the bell even sounded, these two men were toe to toe trading shots. Back and forth the two slugged it out until DD got a knee up in the gut of Wolf before dropping him with a clothesline. He then picked Wolf up and pulled him over to the ring ropes, using the top one to choke him. DD then took a couple steps back and ran in, but Wolf used the top rope to lowbridge him and DD went sailing over and hard to the floor. When he got back up, Wolf flew over with a plancha and he landed right on the Destroyer. Wolf then pulled him up but he was momentarily distracted by the Yard Boss, allowing DD to hit him in the back of the head with so much force it knocked him into the barricade on the entrance ramp. He then pulled him up and slammed him face first into the steel ramp before heading back to the ring. Dockland Destroyer got in and ordered referee Mike Enos to count. 1..........2............3...........4........., Wolf started to stir. 5.......... 6........., making his way back to the ring, Wolf was able to slide in at the count of 8. DD was all over him, putting the boots to his head. Wolf got up and the Destroyer clotheslined him over the top rope, following him out. The Yard Boss reached under the ring and pulled out a mop. He tossed it to DD but when he turned around, Wolf kicked him in the gut, knocking it loose. He then picked up the mop himself and broke it over the Destroyer's back. From there, he grabbed DD by the back of the head and walked him up the ramp, heading into the backstage area. Cameras followed as Wolf threw DD into the wall before grabbing him and pulling him into a room that had the door open. It was some sort of office and Wolf found several weapons to use. After smashing him over the head with a 3 hole punch, Wolf picked up a stapler and drove one into the forehead of the Dockland Destroyer. From there, Wolf shut DD's head in the doorway in one of the more dusturbing instances in recent memory. Dockland Destroyer laid on the office floor in plenty of pain before Wolf left the room, closing the door behind him. Cameras stayed on the Dockland Destroyer, who was doing his best to regain his senses. Finally, he reached up and turned the doorknob, opening the door. Slowly, he crawled out and using a nearby stack of crates, was able to get to his feet. But right when he did, Chaos Wolf was standing there holding a steel chair and he smashed it over the head of the Destroyer! Fans inside the RBC Center loudly cheered as Wolf headed back to the ring. He was able to get back inside and it was academic from that point. Enos administered the 10 count to bring the match to a close.

Match Time: 12:19

Cole: "And that is it! Chaos Wolf has turned Dockland Destroyer's lights out"!

HTM: "And I gotta say, I don't think the Dockland Destroyer was ready for this..... he took one heck of a beating"!

AS "REMEMBER THE NAME" PLAYED, WOLF STARED AT THE YARD BOSS WHO SLOWLY WALKED BACK UP THE RAMP TO RETREAT.

Cole: "There is no doubt about that and it looks like the Yard Boss is on his way to pick up whatever is left of him"!

BACKSTAGE.......

IN THE BACK, BLADE IS TALKING WITH TWF AGENT PAUL ORNDORFF AND IS GROWING INCREASINGLY FRUSTRATED WHEN LENA YADA COMES UP.

Lena Yada: "Blade.... any luck on getting that match with Nails"?

Blade: "Well apparently your hardcore icon didn't feel like being here tonight. So Nails, I hope you're at least somewhere watching because on the next PrimeTime...... I want a match or a fight or whatever the hell you want to do! Hopefully, you'll feel the need to show up".

BLADE WALKS AWAY AS THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE RING WHERE CHAVO GUERRERO IS AWAITING HIS OPPONENT.

"MISERIA CANTARE" COMES ON AND JOE COREY STEPS OUT FROM THE BACK. BUT INSTEAD OF HIS USUAL LONG, DRAWN OUT ENTRANCE, HE MARCHES DOWN TO THE RING AND GOES RIGHT AT CHAVO.

"The Show" Joe Corey vs. Chavo Guerrero

Chavo didn't know what hit him as Corey was all over him. Corey flung him into the corner and hit him with so many right hands he nearly got himself disqualified. Referee Mike Chioda pulled Corey back and once he was able to shake off the affects of the early attack, Chavo delivered a dropkick right to Corey's left kneecap. After a nice flying forearm, Chavo went to lock Corey up for the 3 Amigos but Corey countered and threw Chavo chest first across the ring. After a perfect flying knee caught Chavo right in the face, he picked him back up and delivered the "Showstopper". But he didn't stop there. Corey pulled Chavo up and delivered a second Showstopper, this one seeming even more forceful than the first, before rolling him over to get the 1............2.........3.

Match Time: 4:10

Cole: "Joe Corey has just walked right through Chavo Guerrero, who is no slouch, partner"!

HTM: "A fire has been lit inside The Show and now he's got a mic...... this should be good".

Joe Corey: "Undertaker....... listen up Undertaker.... wherever you are! WrestleMania may be over, but it's sure as hell not forgotten. Ya see, everyone thought I was scared to face you. Everyone figured you'd go right through me..... maybe even put me out for good. But I took you to the limit, Deadman, and regardless of what these people think, it wasn't supposed to go down that way! So now........... NOW...... I am going to give you the chance to finish the job! I am going to give you the chance, in a match that I know you'll like! I want you, Deadman....... I want you at MeltDown........ in Hell in a Cell"!

Cole: "What?! You gotta be kidding me"!

HTM: "Uh.... something tells me he's very serious".

"MISERIA CANTARE" PLAYS AGAIN AND COREY THROWS THE MICROPHONE ASIDE BEFORE LEAVING THE RING.

Cole: "Joe Corey either has a ton of confidence in his own abilities..... or a death wish"!

COMMERCIAL BREAK.............

A COMMERCIAL FOR KFC IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR CAPITOL ONE CREDIT CARDS.

RETURN FROM BREAK.... BACKSTAGE......

WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS "FULLY ALIVE" BY FLYLEAF COMES ON AND SHANE THOMPSON COMES OUT ALONG WITH DOINK THE CLOWN. BOTH HEAR THE SOUNDS OF BOOS AS THEY COME OUT FROM THE BACK.

Cole: "We are back here on PrimeTime and here comes the strange duo of Shane Thompson and Doink the Clown. You know this guy better than I do, partner, what the heck does he have this clown around for"?

HTM: "I haven't asked him a stupid question like that, Cole! What I do know is that earlier tonight, we found out that he will compete for the Universal title at MeltDown"!

EVAN BOURNE's MUSIC PLAYS AND HE COMES OUT TO A GOOD CHEER, READY FOR ACTION.

Cole: "And that will be a three stages of hell match with Jordan Rockwell and if you ask me, this will be a huge challenge for the young Evan Bourne".

HTM: "Evan Bourne has primarily been a competitor in the lightheavyweight division but I remember a guy who started his career the same way and became one of the most decorated stars in TWF history. Any idea who I'm talking about"?

Cole: "Of course..... Shane Thompson".

Shane Thompson vs. Evan Bourne

The bell sounded to start the match and Thompson offered to shake the hand of Bourne. Hesitant, Bourne looked to the crowd who told him not to accept, but he took his eyes off his opponent long enough for Thompson to slap him across the face. After 3 hard forearms, Thompson shot Bourne to the ropes but he first missed with a clothesline and then a big swinging backhand before Bourne caught him with a flying crossbody to get a long 1 count. Both men got to their feet but Bourne was able to strike Thompson with kicks to the back of each of his legs. Thompson then threw a clothesline that Bourne ducked and he came back with the Pele kick to put Thompson on the mat. After a standing moonsault, Bourne pulled Thompson up and whipped him to the corner but when he ran in, Thompson stuck his right foot in his face before drilling him with a superkick. Thompson went for the cover but Bourne was able to get a shoulder up off the mat at about 2 and a half. Thompson loudly complained about the pace of the count to referee Charles Robinson. Robinson gave it right back to him but as the argument continued, Doink the Clown pulled out some sort of foreign object from the pocket of the coat he wore to the ring but just then, Jordan Rockwell ran out to a monstrous cheer. He clotheslined the clown in the back of the head and Thompson saw Rockwell, exchanging some words with him. He then went back to Bourne and reached down to pull him up but as he did, Bourne pulled him into a small package to get a quick 1.......2.........3 before quickly getting out of the ring with the win!

Match Time: 6:05

HTM: "No way...... he didn't get three"!

Cole: "Yes he did! Evan Bourne has won it"!

HTM: "And it's all Jordan Rockwell's fault"!

AS BOURNE's MUSIC PLAYED, HE AND ROCKWELL STOOD OUTSIDE THE RING LOOKING BACK AT AN IRATE THOMPSON. ROCKWELL HELD UP ONE FINGER ON EACH HAND, SAYING THE WORDS "NOW WE'RE EVEN".

Cole: "Rockwell is telling Thompson that this is payback, although not quite since Rockwell didn't cost Thompson the Universal title here".

HTM: "Well Rockwell might've won this battle, but I promise ya that Thompson will have something up his sleeve in order to win the war at MeltDown"!
