The last time PrimeTime was held inside Conseco Fieldhouse, a new Lightheavyweight champion was crowned. Would lightning strike twice? Fans came out in full force for the first PrimeTime of 2010 and it all got started with Uprising.
Matt Hardy vs. Blake Albright (invitee) Blake Albright is an indy wrestler from Tulsa, Oklahoma and was very excited to be invited to this show. Going by the name the "Poster Boy", Albright was able to sneak in an undetected low blow on Hardy and really got some good shots in. But when he lifted Matt up to the top rope and called for a superplex, Matt pushed him to the mat and then came off with his flying legdrop. Moments later, the "Twist of Fate" sealed Albright's fate and gave Hardy a much harder fought victory than he probably anticipated.
Femme Fatale Title Tournament- First Round Eve Torres vs. Talia This was the debut match for Eve Torres, the sexy diva who graduated from Southern Cal. On the other hand, Talia has never had a singles match as she's always been in the corner of her man, Gregory Helms. She came out wearing a black and pink outfit with the word "Hustler" on her shirt. After the verbal spat between the two on Main Event, they got right after it. Eve seemed the more athletic of the two and caught Talia with a very nice dropkick. She then went for a back handspring into a moonsault but Talia got her knees up right in her chest. Talia made the cover and got a near fall. She then pulled Eve up and whipped her to the ropes but when she dropped her head a little too soon, Eve capitalized with a sit down facebuster and that got her the victory. Eve advances to the second round!
6 Man Tag Mark Henry and The Highlanders vs. Tatanka, Austin Pyromania and Taylor Made Henry and Tatanka had quite the battle in this one and Henry finally got control after catching Tatanka with a vicious clothesline. He then smashed the Native American with an avalanche in the corner before making the tag to Robbie McCallister. Robbie came in and hammered away at Tatanka but Tatanka was able to block a suplex and then scoop Robbie up, slamming him to the mat. After flying off the top rope with a tomahawk chop, he tagged in Taylor Made who set Robbie up for the "Customizer". But before he could deliver it, Rory came into the ring and Pyromania soon followed. The match had broken out and the referee could do nothing to control it. Henry clotheslined Tatanka out of the ring but Pyro came up and from behind and somehow muscled the World's Strongest Man over the top rope. He then launched himself over the top rope, right onto Henry. But he left his partner in the ring and the Highlanders were able to get Taylor up and hit the "Scot Drop" before Robbie covered him, hooking the leg for the win. THE FANS BOOED AS UPRISING CAME TO A CLOSE WITH THE TEAM OF HENRY AND THE HIGHLANDERS CELEBRATING THEIR IN IN THE RING. PRIMETIME GOES LIVE
WHEN PRIMETIME TAKES THE AIR, CLIPS ARE SHOWN FROM THE CONTRACT SIGNING ON MAIN EVENT BETWEEN JORDAN ROCKWELL AND KEVIN THORN. AFTER A CLIP OF ROCKWELL SPITTING THE RED SUBSTANCE IN ARIEL's FACE IS SHOWN, AN EERIE TUNE BEGINS TO PLAY AS THORN IS SHOWN, LITERALLY WITH HIS FANGS OUT IN ANGER. HUNDREDS OF SQUEALING BATS THEN FLY INTO THE SHOT, DROWNING IT OUT. THE SHOT THEN OPENS INSIDE THE CONSECO FIELDHOUSE AND THE FANS IN THE BUILDING ARE GOING WILD. THE CAMERA FOCUSES ON THE BROADCAST POSITION WHERE THE HONKY TONK MAN IS SEATED WITH THE NEW PLAY BY PLAY MAN, SCOTT HUDSON. Scott Hudson: "Hello everyone and welcome to TWF PrimeTime, I am Scott Hudson sitting ringside with Elvis..... oh not it's not, it's the Honky Tonk Man"! Honky Tonk Man: "The Gods have answered and finally gotten rid of that other idiot I've been sitting next to for years! You can't do any worse than him and promise me..... please say we won't have to hear vintage this and vintage that". "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE" BY WITHIN TEMPTATION COMES ON AND BLADE STEPS OUT FROM THE BACK TO SOME SERIOUS HEAT. Hudson: "Well I'll do my best, just for you okay. And here comes Blade who we saw take a defeat at the hands of Chavo Guerrero who he will face again tonight but we saw him become susceptible to distraction on Main Event". HTM: "Well yeah, you've got that weirdo Nails who is obviously in his head now. Blade just needs to block that out..... he didn't know it wasn't Nails when he was beating the hell out of whoever it was behind that hockey mask! He needs to bring that Blade out". "OOOOOH CHAVO" IS HEARD AND CHAVO GUERRERO COMES OUT TO A GOOD APPLAUSE. Hudson: "It was Chavo Guerrero who was the huge benefactor of those distractions but can he do it again..... can he take down the much bigger, stronger Blade twice"? HTM: "I have to say no. Chavo is an excellent competitor and a veteran of that ring but I like what Blade is doing, so long as he can block this crap with Nails out". Blade vs. Chavo Guerrero Right when the bell sounded, Blade came right at Chavo, swinging away wildly. Chavo did his best to cover up but a lot of the shots weren't even landing. Blade ran the ropes but Chavo countered with a drop toe hold before slapping the overzealous Blade in the back of the head several times. Blade popped up and threw a clothesline but Chavo ducked and after running the ropes on the other side, Chavo landed a big dropkick. He then quickly went to the top rope but Blade scrambled out of the way. Chavo came down from the turnbuckle and the two men locked up, Blade using his power to force Chavo into the corner. Referee Charles Robinson moved in to get a break but Blade drove a knee into the gut of Chavo. After a hard overhand right, Blade pulled Chavo into a very stiff clothesline. He went for the cover but Chavo was up at 2. Blade pulled Chavo up looking for a suplex but the savvy Guerrero countered with a small package to get the 1............2............., but Blade was out just in time. Chavo used this to get back into the match and after a dropkick to the right knee of Blade, he hit a terrific tornado DDT. Chavo got another long 2 count before pulling Blade up and shooting him to the ropes. But when he went for a hurricanrana, Blade countered into a big powerbomb. Blade was still a little shook up from all the offense Chavo got in, but he was able to get up and pull the dazed Chavo up, lifting him to his shoulders and delivering the "Cutter" with authority. Robinson smacked the mat 3 times and called for the bell. Match Time: 7:18 Hudson: "Wow..... that Cutter sure laid Chavo Guerrero out and Blade has avenged the loss on Main Event". HTM: "There ya go Blade.... that's............... JUST THEN, THE LIGHTS IN THE ARENA GO OUT. FOR A FEW MOMENTS, SCREAMS CAN BE HEARD IN THE CROWD BEFORE A MAN WEARING A HOCKEY MASK APPEARS ON THE PRIMETRON, LAUGHING. HE PULLS THE MASK OFF AND IT's WALLY WILLSON. Wally Willson: "Don't worry, Blade..... it's just me. Don't worry yet...... don't worry until you have to come face to face with the most sadistic individual to ever set foot in the TWF. And Blade..... that day is coming". WILLSON LAUGHS AGAIN AS THE PRIMETRON CUTS OUT AND THE LIGHTS COME BACK ON. BLADE TURNS AROUND TO SEE A HOCKEY MASK LYING ON THE MAT AND OUT OF SHEER FRUSTRATION, STOMPS ON IT, CRACKING THE MASK IN TWO PIECES. HTM: "Where the hell did that come from"? Hudson: "To say that Nails is in the head of Blade would be a serious understatement. A PROMO GRAPHIC POPS UP PREVIEWING TONIGHT's 6 MAN TAG TEAM MAIN EVENT. We're just getting started here so don't go away..... later tonight, Jordan Rockwell teams with John Morrison and Carney to battle The Requiem"! COMMERCIAL BREAK............. A COMMERCIAL FOR PEPSI THROWBACK IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY A FOX PROGRAMMING AD FOR THE NFL PLAYOFFS, ARIZONA VS. NEW ORLEANS IN THE DIVISIONAL ROUND. RETURN FROM BREAK..... BACKSTAGE..... WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS, JORDAN ROCKWELL AND JOHN MORRISON ARE SHOWN TALKING IN THE BACKSTAGE AREA AND THEY SEEM TO BE COMING UP WITH A STRATEGY FOR THEIR MATCH TONIGHT. "POURQUOI" PLAYS AND MARYSE STRUTS OUT FROM THE BACK FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME. Hudson: "We are back here live on PrimeTime and this is our first look at Maryse, a brand new diva here in the TWF". HTM: "This is the French bombshell I've been waiting to see..... look at this woman.... she's beautiful"! MARIA's MUSIC PLAYS NEXT AND SHE COMES OUT TO A GOOD CHEER FROM THE CROWD. Hudson: "Well this will be the next first round matchup in the ongoing Femme Fatale title tournament.... ya think Maria had any video or anything on Maryse to prepare for this match"? HTM: "I could care less.... Maryse is a Femme Fatale, she doesn't need a title for that to be clear". Femme Fatale Title Tournament- 1st Round Maria vs. Maryse As the match started out, Maryse seemed to be taunting Maria, who didn't seem to want to give into it. Finally Maryse came up and piefaced the lovely Maria, only to catch a right hand for her troubles. Maria then shot her to the ropes and landed a big clothesline. After running the ropes, Maria went for an elbow drop but Maryse moved out of the way. She then flipped her beautiful blonde hair back before kicking the ribs of Maria twice. After pulling Maria up, Maryse delivered a nice snap suplex before going for a cover, but Maria was up at 2. Maryse then went to the ropes and started to show off but Maria came from behind with a rollup, 1..........2......, but Maryse was up. Both women got to their feet and Maryse missed with a right hand. Maria connected with a dropkick that knocked Maryse into the ropes. She then shot her to the other side but dropped her head a second too soon and Maryse connected with a wicked DDT. She then rolled Maria over and topped her for the win. Match Time: 4:04 HTM: "That's it.... Maryse advances"! Hudson: "She calls that move the French Kiss and it has sealed the debut win for the lovely Maryse". MARYSE's MUSIC PLAYED AS SHE CELEBRATED THE VICTORY BUT MOST OF THE CROWD DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE FOR HER. HTM: "I like this girl...... I really do"! Hudson: "Hold on..... can we get some cameras into the back? We've got something going on back there". BACKSTAGE........ A CAMERA IS RUNNING TO THE SCENE OF CHAVO GUERRERO LYING IN THE BACKSTAGE AREA, FACE DOWN. TWF AGENTS ARN ANDERSON ARE CHECKING ON HIM. BACK AT RINGSIDE, THE THEME OF THE UNITED NATIONS PLAYS AND RENE DUPREE IS OUT, SWINGING THE FRENCH FLAG FROM SIDE TO SIDE TO HOSTILE BOOS. HE HAS HIS TAG TEAM TITLE STRAPPED TO HIS WAIST. HTM: "Does anyone know what happened"? Hudson: "It doesn't sound like anyone saw a thing.... but we'll try to find out. One thing I can confirm at this time is that Nails has been signed to face Blade in a No Holds Barred match at War in the Winter"! HTM: "Now that is something I want to see". Hudson: "Here we go from the French beauty, Maryse to the French Phenom". "EX's AND OH's" BY ATREYU PLAYS AND PJ CASH COMES OUT TO MOSTLY BOOS AS WELL. HTM: "And this will be an interesting match as the two teams these men represent have been at odds of late". Hudson: "Well it all started when Joe Corey, still frustrated over another defeat at the hands of The Undertaker, inadvertently smacked Katie Lea with his dressing room door". HTM: "And then refusing to apologize for it". Hudson: "Corey will square off against Paul Burchill later tonighht, but right now it's Cash and Dupree, one on one". Rene Dupree vs. PJ Cash These two men wasted no time getting after it, trading punches in the center of the ring. But Dupree got in a poke to the eye and then muscled Cash into the corner where he blasted his chest with multiple knifedge chops. After a big beal out of the corner, Dupree hit a somersault necksnap which led right into his 'French Tickler' dance. Feeling he was already on top of things, Dupree whipped Cash to the ropes but Cash used a leapfrog before dropkicking Dupree in the back, his momentum sending him sailing all the way through the ropes and to the floor. When Dupree got to his feet, Cash struck with a baseball slide. Referee Mike Enos pulled Cash away from the ropes, allowing Dupree to get into the ring. When he did, Cash kicked him in the gut and whipped him to the ropes, scoring with a back elbow. Then, Cash performed his own version of the French Tickler, getting even those fans who heckled him to laugh. Cash then whipped Dupree to the corner and ran in but Dupree was waiting with a foot to the face. He then ran over Cash with a clothesline and seemed to be back in control as he locked in a reverse chin lock. Cash did his best to escape the hold, but when he got to his feet, Dupree showed some of his power, just slamming him back to the mat. He then picked Cash up and got him up on his shoulder but Cash escaped and tried to negotiate Dupree into a backslide. Again the stronger Dupree prevailed, actually lifting Cash off the mat in the backslide. But out of the very awkward position, Cash flipped off Dupree's back, landing right in front of him. Out of nowhere came the "Cash Register" and Cash covered Dupree for the 1...........2.................3. Match Time: 5:39 Hudson: "Wow.... that Cash Register came out of nowhere"! HTM: "And it turned out the lights for Dupree.... what a win for Cash"! "EX's AND OH's" PLAYED AGAIN AS CASH WENT UP THE RAMP WITH HIS RIGHT HAND HELD HIGH IN THE AIR, LOOKING BACK AT DUPREE WHO WAS TRYING HIS BEST TO COLLECT HIMSELF. Hudson: "Well I know we still have a match between Joe Corey and Paul Burchill later tonight, but first blood has been scored by the challengers at War in the Winter"! COMMERCIAL BREAK................... A COMMERCIAL FOR TRUTH.COM IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR VERIZON WIRELESS. RETURN FROM BREAK..... BACKSTAGE...... WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS FROM BREAK, RORY McCALLISTER IS SHOWN LAYING IN THE BACKSTAGE AREA. ROBBIE McCALLISTER IS NEARBY, CALLING FOR HELP. In another part of the backstage area, Lena Yada is shown with Jordan Rockwell standing on he left with the universal title resting on his shoulder along with Carney and John Morrison standing beside him.
Lena Yada: "Tonight on PrimeTime, there will be a six man tag team match where the Reqieum will take on my guests at this time and Jordan, obviously you have to be looking forward to this match considering you will now defend the Universal title against Kevin Thorn at War in the Winter.
Jordan Rockwell: "Hmmmm, ya know it's funny, but I felt a bit of deja vu and I could not figure out why until it hit me. I am living in the midst of a movie sequel".
Carney nods his head as Morrison looks confused as does Lena.
Carney: "I think that was before their time".
Rockwell: "Oh yeah I forgot. Okay see a few years ago I had the greatest rivalry in TWF history with a man by the name of Drew Blood and ya see, Drew had a funny hair style and was all dark and gothic and at one point, hung around with some funny looking fellas. Sound familiar"?
Morrison smiles and nods his head
John Morrison: "Okay I got you now".
Rockwell: "Hey Thorn...... does that sound familiar? Of course it does, I mean hell what did you do join the Drew Blood fan club or something for God sakes! I got news for ya Thorn, your whole schtick is been there and done that for me but as for tonight goes well when Shane told me I needed to find two partners I got on the phone and I dialed the number and after waiting way too friggin long, I got this guy here to come down, my long time friend Carney"!
Rockwell points at Carney
Carney: "Hey I told you I was busy! I was watching the best of the Boogie Saints".
Rockwell and Morrison look puzzled...........
Rockwell: "Didn't I hear something about Monica on a radio show, eh well! Anyways then I needed one more partner so I figured who better than John Morrison as said partner so then there was three and so tonight Thorn, bring your boys, your walking stick and your girl cause you can be alone and romantic with your stick after Morrison here takes your girl and makes a woman out of her and you can lean on your boys after Carney and I kick your Bella Lagose ass all over that ring tonight!
The fans inside the arena cheer as Rockwell holds the Universal title up to the camera.......
Then Thorn at War in the Winter, when you come looking for this you better be prepared for the fight of your life cause trust me..... you're gonna have to".
Rockwell stares into the camera before he and his partners walk off. Sylvester Terkay vs. Chris Masters In a rematch from Main Event, these two men got after it again, trading heavy shots and looking for a quick knockout. Terkay caught Masters with a belly to belly suplex and then slapped on the arm triangle, but Masters was fortunate enough to be close to the ropes. Terkay stayed on the attack, trying to finish the Masterpiece off, but Masters was able to reverse an irish whip and smash Terkay with the double sledge to the face that he beat him with on Main Event. But this time, it wasn't following an illegal low blow and Terkay was able to push him off at the count of 2. Masters got up and called for the "Masterlock" but before he could clasp his hands, Terkay broke free and drilled him with a roundhouse kick to the head. Terkay fell into the cover but Masters was up at the count of 2. Terkay pulled him up and whipped him to the ropes but Masters was able to come off with a huge clothesline. He then yanked Terkay up and tried to set him up for a suplex but Terkay blocked it, punching the ribs of Masters twice to break free. Masters threw a wild clothesline but hit nothing and Terkay then struck him with the Heart Punch, laying him out flat. Terkay went into a cover and got the win. Match Time: 8:11 Hudson: "A devastating Heart Punch from Terkay has gotten him a win here over the Masterpiece and I gotta tell ya, Honky Tonk Man, this is turning into one heck of a fued". HTM: "It's one a piece now...... Terkay got by in this one and I want to see it again"! TERKAY LEFT AFTER THE HARD FOUGHT VICTORY AND MASTERS PULLED HIMSELF UP OFF THE MAT, HOLDING HIS CHEST. Hudson: "That Heart Punch is a painful, rarely used move, but the Manbear seems to have perfected it". BACKSTAGE..... SHANE McMAHON's OFFICE...... BLADE IS SHOWN IN SHANE McMAHON's OFFICE. Blade: "So, what did you wanna see me about, cuz"? Shane McMahon: "Uh.... that would be Mr. McMahon to you, but I called you into my office to let you know that Nails has asked me to throw out the No Holds barred stipulation for your match with him at War in the Winter". Blade (laughs): "Wait a minute..... so you're telling me that Nails wants to face me in a regular match? No hardcore, no fire pokers, no thumb tacks, no brass knucks"? Shane McMahon: "That's what I'm telling you, yes". BLADE STARTS TO WALK OUT OF THE OFFICE. Blade: "Who does that guy think he is"? THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE RING, WHERE CHRIS JERICHO IS STANDING WITH A MICROPHONE. "BREAK THE WALLS DOWN" CUTS OUT........... Chris Jericho: "Now before I address the reason I came out here tonight, I would like to ask for the undivided attention of all of you sickos in the crowd tonight. THE FANS LOUDLY BOO. Since it has become abundantly clear that I have not done enough to impress the Championship Committee, I have decided to go after the biggest dog of them all. That's right, I am challenging the deadman himself..... The Undertaker..... to show up at War in the Winter. Now, Shane McMahon told me tonight that he would not sign that match right now, but that doesn't mean we can't fight, deadman. So what'd ya say? I'll see you at War in the Winter..... if you have the gonads. And once I get through with that, they will have no choice but to give me what has been rightfully mine since I walked through the doors of PrimeTime................ JERICHO DROPS THE MIC AND STARES OUT INTO THE BOOING CROWD AS "BREAK THE WALLS DOWN" HITS AGAIN. Hudson: "What is Chris Jericho thinking? Has this man lost his mind"? HTM: "Why, because he issued a challenge to the scary Undertaker? Save it, Hudson.... I love what Jericho is doing and I agree, he should've already been granted a title shot but he's force the TWF brass to give him one"! Hudson: "Well I have a feeling The Undertaker may make him eat those words". COMMERCIAL BREAK............... A COMMERCIAL FOR SEVEN ELEVEN STORES IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY A TRAILER FOR "THE LOVELY BONES". RETURN FROM BREAK..... RINGSIDE..... WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS, THE UNITED NATIONS THEME IS PLAYING AND PAUL BURCHILL IS SHOWN IN THE RING, GETTING SOME APPARENT WORDS OF ENCOURAGE FROM HIS SISTER, KATIE LEA. JUST THEN, "AMAZING" BY KANYE WEST COMES ON AND JOE COREY COMES OUT TO PURE BOOS. Hudson: "Welcome back to PrimeTime live here on the FOX network and this is one of the matches that appeared in the marquee tonight. Joe Corey versus Paul Burchill and you know it's a match that Burchill has been chompin' at the bit for". HTM: "It just seems to me that Burchill was more upset about Corey not apologizing, then he was for him hitting Katie with that door". Hudson: "Well let's throw that all aside for one minute, let's even throw aside the fact that these two will be on opposing sides of a tag team title match at War in the Winter...... this would be a huge victory for Paul Burchill". HTM: "Without any doubt". Paul Burchill w/ Katie Lea vs. "The Show" Joe Corey As referee Marty Elias conversed with Corey before the match while he removed his entrance gear, Burchill came from behind with an attack directed at his right leg. Burchill then rifled several hard forearms into the back of his head before sending him to the corner on the far side. "Ya like that Katie"! shouted Burchill as he moved in, stinging Corey with a left hand. He then whipped him to the ropes but Corey exploded off with a flying attack, taking Burchill down with 2 hands around his throat. Corey then got up and waited for Burchill, rocking him with a clothesline that again put him down. Burchill was dazed but Corey kept the offense coming. After a succession of 8 right hands, Corey ran the ropes but Katie Lea grabbed his foot, nearly tripping him up. When Corey turned towards her, Burchill came from behind with a chop block, again on the right leg. After a big legdrop, Burchill went for a cover and got a 2 count. He got Corey up and delivered a very nice jackhammer style suplex, hooking the leg for the 1............2..........., but Corey kicked out. Burchill seemed to be growing a little frustrated and again slung Corey into the corner. But when he ran in, Corey met him with a back elbow. Burchill shook it off and ran at him again, walking into a big spinebuster. Corey was then ready to put it away, making a throat slash gesture that put a horrified look on Katie Lea's face. Burchill got up and ate a kick to the midsection before Corey delivered the "Showstopper", covering him and hooking the outside leg to put it away. Match Time: 7:02 Hudson: "Even with all the emotions running through him and his sister at ringside, Burchill still goes down to defeat at the hands of The Show". HTM: "I'm tellin' ya, Corey is a new man after that last loss to The Undertaker..... it may sound strange, but it might end up being the best thing to ever happen to Corey"! "AMAZING" PLAYED AS COREY STOOD IN THE RING WITH A SMIRK ON HIS FACE, LOOKING BACK AT KATIE LEA AS SHE HELPED BURCHILL TO THE BACK WHILE HE LICKED HIS WOUNDS. Hudson: "Well I don't know if I'd go that far, but this paired with PJ Cash's win over Rene Dupree earlier tonight tells ya that the United Nation's reign as tag team champs is in serious jeopardy"! CAMERAS IN THE BACK PICK UP A CONVERSATION BETWEEN SHANE McMAHON AND DAMION WEST. Damion West: "Look, I saw him attack Chavo". Shane McMahon: "I just don't understand why he'd do that"? Damion West: "He's responsible for two guys getting laid out in the back tonight...... just let me have a talk with him before you consider disciplinary action". Shane McMahon: "Okay, go for it". Shane Thompson and Drew McIntyre vs. John Cena and Finlay Finlay and McIntyre started this one off and neither man could get much of an advantage as neither took many chances. McIntyre was able to get in a big left hand to the kidney before backing up and looking for a running kick to the head, but Finlay ducked and caught him with a big clothesline. He then made the tag to Cena who came in and allowed McIntyre to get up before pointing at Thompson, saying he wanted him in the ring. Thompson made the tag and came in, but ducked under the top rope when Cena came after him. Cena backed off at the orders of referee Mike Chioda but from behind came McIntyre, running along the apron and clotheslining him from behind. Thompson then jumped on Cena like a shark smelling blood, wailing away with punches before getting up and kicking Cena right in the ribs. Thompson then got down and grabbed at the eyes, nose of mouth of Cena, showing a real mean streak before just kicking him in the head! McIntyre tagged into the match but Cena popped up and landed a flying shoulder tackle. But then, Cena looked like a man possessed, going after Thompson. The fight spilled out of the ring and Cena grabbed Thompson by the back of the head and threw him into the crowd. The fight was going through the stands of the Conseco Fieldhouse as Chioda started to count. In the ring, Finlay and McIntyre were going at it and Finlay hit a seated senton right on the Scotsman. Finlay then got McIntyre up on his shoulders but McIntyre used his hand to rake the face of Finlay, breaking free. He then scrambled to the corner, grabbing Finlay's shillelagh and he turned around and clubbed him with it! Chioda saw this and called for the bell, yet McIntyre didn't seem to care. Match Time: 4:59 Hudson: "Well we saw this on Main Event as well, but McIntyre has hit Finlay with his own shillelagh again"! HTM: "That should've been a count out... Cena was the legal man in the match"! Hudson: "I believe the disqualification came first, partner, but it looks like Cena and Thompson have gone out of view! They could be fighting in concessions"! HTM: "Like I said on Main Event.... Finlay should stop bringing that thing to the ring"! Hudson: "He has every right to". COMMERCIAL BREAK............... COMMERCIALS FOR BOTH GEICO AND GATORADE ARE SHOWN. RETURN FROM BREAK...... WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS, A PROMO GRAPHIC FOR WAR IN THE WINTER IS DISPLAYED. ON EITHER SIDE ARE CHRIS MASTERS AND SYLVESTER TERKAY. Hudson: "It's been made official..... The Masterpiece and The Manbear will do battle again at War in the Winter". HTM: "They're tied at one apiece and if the previous two matches have been an indicator, they'll put the War in War in the Winter, Hudson"! BACKSTAGE...... IN THE BACK, CHAOS WOLF IS SHOWN READY TO LEAVE THE ARENA WHEN HIGH OCTANE COMES UP. Damion West: "Whoa, where we goin'"? Chaos Wolf: "I'm outta here, what's it to you"? Damion West: "Ready to leave like a thief in the night..... no one suspects ya, right"? Chaos Wolf: "What the hell are you talking about"? Damion West: "Come on man, we've bothe been part of this a long time. I know what you're thinkin'..... I know what you're goin' through. All these losses are getting tough to take, right? You feel you should be at the top, do to your tenure. You wonder why you keep getting overlooked, right? I know, I've dealt with the same issues". Chaos Wolf: "Can you go preech to someone else man, I gotta run". WOLF TRIES TO WALK OUT THE ARENA EXIT BUT HIGH OCTANE GRABS HIS ARM. Damion West: "I know you're the one who laid those guys out in the back tonight. If you want to hide it from everyone, that's fine...... but eventually you'll have to come face to face with who you really are". WEST TURNS AND WALKS AWAY AND WOLF SEEMS VERY SURPRISED. THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE RING AND EVAN BOURNE's MUSIC HITS. HE COMES OUT TO A HUGE CHEER. HTM: "Okay, did I miss something"? Hudson: "Well it looks to me like Damion West just accused Chaos Wolf of attacking Chavo Guerrero and then Rory McCallister in the backstage area tonight"! HTM: "But why......... whoa, here comes Doane"! BEFORE HE CAN GET INTO THE RING, EVAN BOURNE IS ASSAULTED BY BOTH KENNY DOANE AND SUPER CRAZY. AFTER WHIPPING HIM INTO THE RING STEPS, DOANE ASKS SUPER CRAZY TO GET HIM UP AND DOANE RUNS OVER, SMACKING HIM IN THE HEAD WITH THE LIGHTHEAVYWEIGHT TITLE. Hudson: "Well we were supposed to have a Lightheavyweight title match here, but the Doane-ation seems to have their own agenda"! HTM: "Bourne is down and out"! Hudson: "And now it looks like we're gonna hear from these two goons"! Kenny Doane: "Now I know all you people expected to see me defend my Lightheavyweight title tonight, but that's just not gonna happen! THE CROWD BOOS It's time for the Doane-ation to get the respect that it deserves, for we have a tremendous worldwide following". Hudson: "Where"? Kenny Doane: "So starting tonight, Super Crazy and I are demanding that........... DOANE IS ABRUPTLY CUT OFF BY THE SOUND OF COLT CABANA's THEME SONG. HE MAKES HIS WAY OUT AND DOWN TO THE RING TO A BIG CHEER, CARRYING A MICROPHONE. HTM: "What the hell is this? Are we about to get a new addition to the Doane-ation"? Hudson: "That's Colt Cabana and judging by the look on Doane's face, I don't think so". Colt Cabana: "Let's cut the crap here, fellas. The Doane-ation does not have any kind of following. I got a good friend in the back and we both think the Doane-ation..... well kinda sucks. So............ JUST THEN, DOANE STRIKES CABANA WITH THE MICRPHONE AND SUPER CRAZY THEN TAKES HIM OUT WITH A CLOTHESLINE. "THIS FIRE BURNS" BY KILLSWITCH ENGAGE STARTS UP AND CM PUNK COMES WALKING DOWN THE RAMP WITH HIS ARM IN A SLING. HTM: "And it looks like things might be getting a lot worse for Colt Cabana"! Hudson: "CM Punk is on his way out here and now I'm really confused". PUNK GETS INTO THE RING AS DOANE AND SUPER CRAZY STAND OVER CABANA, POINTING DOWN AT HIM FOR PUNK TO DO MORE DAMAGE. INSTEAD, PUNK SLIDES HIS ARM OUT OF THE SLING! HTM: "What the hell"?! PUNK CATCHES DOANE WITH A ROUND KICK TO THE HEAD AND THEN DUCKS A CLOTHESLINE FROM SUPER CRAZY BEFORE LIFTING HIM UP AND DELIVERING THE "GTS"! THE CROWD IS AWESTRUCK AS PUNK HELPS UP CABANA AND THE TWO SLAP HANDS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING. Hudson: "Well I think it's safe to say we didn't see that coming"! HTM: "Yeah.... you gotta wonder how long Colt Cabana knew that CM Punk wasn't really hurt"! "THIS FIRE BURNS" PLAYS AGAIN AS PUNK AND CABANA LEAVE THE RING TOGETHER. Hudson: "CM Punk and Colt Cabana have pulled one over on everyone and the Doane-ation and all of it's followers, or lack thereof, felt it the hardest"! COMMERCIAL BREAK...... A COMMERCIAL FOR H&R BLOCK IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY A FOX PROGRAMMING AD FOR AMERICAN IDOL.... AUDITIONS IN CHICAGO AND ORLANDO. RETURN FROM BREAK....... RINGSIDE....... KEVIN THORN, CARRYING HIS WALKING STICK AND ARIEL COME OUT FIRST, FOLLOWED BY GANGREL AND DRUSUS WHO RISE FROM BELOW THE RAMP INSIDE A RING OF FIRE. Hudson: "We welcome you back to what has been an action packed edition of TWF PrimeTime and we are now ready for our six man tag team main event"! HTM: "I just can't wait to see Kevin Thorn get his hands on Jordan Rockwell. After what Rockwell did on Main Event, spitting that stuff in Ariel's face..... that was disgusting"! JOHN MORRISON's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO A BIG POP. Hudson: "Well what I'm interested in, is seeing how guys like John Morrison and Carney handle the spotlight of this match, but something tells me that this guy here won't have a problem with it". HTM: "John Morrison is the former Intercontinental champion and has a world of potential". "LOOSE" BY EMINEM COMES ON NEXT AND OUT COMES CARNEY, ALSO RECEIVING A GOOD CHEER. Hudson: "We know that Rockwell and Thorn are set to go at it for the Universal title at War in the Winter but this match is a huge oppurtunity for the other four men in this match". HTM: "Well if I was Shane McMahon, Jordan Rockwell would be suspended for his hideous behavior on Main Event but I trust that Thorn will settle that issue for me". "SAVE ME" BY BURN HALO POPS OFF NEXT AND JORDAN ROCKWELL COMES OUT TO A MONSTROUS CHEER, CARRYING THE UNIVERSAL TITLE IN HIS RIGHT HAND. ROCKWELL RUNS DOWN TO THE RING, SETS THE BELT DOWN AND GOES RIGHT AT THORN. Hudson: "Rockwell is taking the fight to the challenger! How do ya like that, Honky Tonk"? HTM: "All six men are going at it.... look at this"! 6 Man Tag Team Match The Requiem w/ Ariel vs. Jordan Rockwell, John Morrison and Carney Referee Mike Chioda had his hands full, but he did a great job getting the two sides in their corners. Rockwell and Thorn were left in the ring and Rockwell was trying to reconstruct the face of the nocturnal Thorn, pounding him with right hands. Rockwell then took a step back and threw a swing but Thorn moved out of the way and then scored with some shots to the body of his own. After a back elbow caught Rockwell in the corner, Thorn tagged out to Gangrel before kicking Rockwell right in the head. Gangrel came in and laid some hands on Rockwell before hitting the ropes but he missed badly with an elbow drop. Rockwell got up and made the tag to Rockwell before the two of them combined for a double clothesline on Gangrel. Morrison then just dominated Gangrel, hitting him with everything in his arsenal and getting 3 very near falls. Finally, Morrison put Gangrel down with the "Moonlight Drive", covering him for the 1............2............, but Drusus came in and pulled him off. Morrison got up and went after Drusus but Gangrel rolled him up from behind, getting a 2 count. Drusus made the tag and came in but Morrison drilled him with a flying heel kick. Thorn got into the ring and attacked Morrison but Rockwell came in, taking Thorn out of the ring with a clothesline. Rockwell then followed Thorn to the floor, keeping a close eye on Ariel. In the ring, Morrison knocked Gangrel off the apron with a right hand before making the tag to Carney who went to the top rope, coming off with a Swanton Bomb on Drusus and climbing into a cover. Chioda got down and slapped the mat 3 times to end the match. Match Time: 6:38 Hudson: "And that's it........ Carney has gotten the three count"! HTM: "The Requiem may've lost this battle, Hudson, but if Thorn can bring home that Universal title.... it certainly won't matter"! "LOOSE" PLAYED AGAIN AS ROCKWELL, CARNEY AND MORRISON CELEBRATED THE VICTORY IN THE RING WHILE THE REQUIEM RETREATED. Hudson: "I have a feeling Rockwell will be in for a much bigger fight at War in the Winter, but he is the champion and he has all the momentum on his side"! OFF AIR.................
