Less than a year removed from their last visit to New Jersey, the stars of PrimeTime came back following War in the Winter. A cold chill fills the TWF air right now as Kevin Thorn is the new Universal champion. How would he celebrate his title win? Fans would soon find out on a night that was started in the ring with Uprising. Evan Bourne vs. Adam Roy Danby (invitee) Danby, an upstart from the United Kingdom, looked to use his impressive physique and quickness to intimidate Bourne. But Bourne was even quicker, beating Danby to the move multiple times. After reversing an irish whip, Bourne connected with a flying knee to the jaw that set up his picturesque shooting star press which put Danby away. Vladimir Kozlov vs. Erik Collings (invitee) Collings came into the ring looking more like a factory worker than a wrestler and Kozlov took advantage, bringing the fight to him. But Collings was able to get in several surprising moves after countering an overhead suplex attempt. After a wicked DDT, Collings walked the middle ring rope and came off with an elbow drop that connected. He then pulled Kozlov up and ran the ropes but his upset bid was completely derailed when Kozlov stuck a big headbutt right in his chest. Kozlov then covered Collings and ended the match. *** Invitees were taken from the SVR 2010 Live Community*** PRIMETIME GOES LIVE
"RAP SUPERSTAR" COMES ON AS PRIMETIME TAKES THE AIR, THE FAMILIAR BLACK AND WHITE MONTAGE STARTING THINGS OFF. CLIPS OF DREW MCINTYRE, DOINK THE CLOWN AND ALBA RIOS HAVE BEEN SPLICED INTO THE VIDEO. THE VERY FULL IZOD CENTER THEN TAKES CENTER STAGE AS THE CAMERA PANS ACROSS THE ARENA, SHOWING AS MANY OF THE WILD FANS AS POSSIBLE. Scott Hudson: "Thank you for joining us tonight for the number one rated show on the FOX network and it should be a great night of wrestling action! I am Scott Hudson and alongside me here at ringside is the one and only Honky Tonk Man"! Honky Tonk Man: "You're darn right it's the one and only. Do you realize that they've been making the announcement that I have left the building after we've gone off the air for like..... months now"? DREW MCINTYRE's MUSIC COMES ON AND HE MAKES HIS WAY OUT TO SOME STRONG BOOS TO START THE NIGHT. Hudson: "Okay, Elvis, spare us. Right now, we've got the young and very brash Drew McIntyre on his way to the ring for what it seems like he's been wanting with Finlay". HTM: "First off, let me set you straight, Hudson. This guy right here will one day be an absolute star. And how is this what he wanted with Finlay"? FINLAY's IRISH TUNE PLAYS AND HE COMES OUT TO A BIG CHEER, SHILLELAGH IN HAND. Hudson: "Drew McIntyre has on two seperate occasions has hit Finlay with his own shillelagh. Well tonight, that would be legal because this will be no holds barred". HTM: "And I know what you and everyone watching is thinking and that is that Drew McIntyre is in there with the fighting Irishman, whatever will he do?! I disagree, I think Finlay is gonna have his hands full in this one". No Holds Barred Drew McIntyre vs. Finlay Finlay slid into the ring with his shillelagh but McIntyre jumped right on him with boots to the back of the head. He tried to grab the shillelagh but Finlay swiped at it, knocking it out of the ring. McIntyre got Finlay up and leveled him with some hard rights and lefts before kicking him right in the gut. He then pulled Finlay out but Finlay got in some quick punches to the abdomen before throwing McIntyre shoulder first into the steel ring post. Finlay used a schoolboy to get a 2 count. McIntyre got to his feet, holding his shoulder in pain as Finlay charged at him and clotheslined him over the top rope before leaving the ring to go after him. Finlay reached under the ring and pulled out a kendo stick, which he smacked McIntyre with across the back 3 times, leaving a nasty red mark. Finlay got McIntyre up and rolled him back into the ring before coming in and jumping on his chest with a seated senton. Finlay then covered McIntyre and got a 2 count from referee Mike Enos. After a scoop slam, Finlay decided to go for his shillelagh and he left the ring to get it, coming back in ready to strike. But as he raised the weapon in his right hand, McIntyre kicked him right in the groin, a move perfectly legal in this match. McIntyre then grabbed Finlay around the head and neck area but Finlay swung out of it and pulled McIntyre right into a clothesline. But as Finlay took a step back to shake off the effects of the low blow, he didn't see McIntyre grab the shillelagh. When Finlay turned around, McIntyre struck him with a blow to the stomach. He then got up and pulled Finlay to the mat with his "Future Shock" DDT and he rolled Finlay over to get the win. Match Time: 6:11 HTM: "Three times! Three times Finlay has felt the wrath of his own shillelagh"! Hudson: "And this time, it has allowed McIntyre to pick up a huge win over him". HTM: "I'm tellin' ya, Hudson, keep your eyes on this guy". MCINTYRE's MUSIC PLAYED AND HE LEFT THE RING TO NOTHING BUT BOOS, SMILING AS HE LOOKED BACK AT THE FALLEN FINLAY. Hudson: "Well still to come tonight.... get a load of this.......... A PROMO GRAPHIC IS DISPLAYED FEATURING THE REQUIEM. KEVIN THORN HAS HIS NEWLY WON UNIVERSAL TITLE OVER HIS SHOULDER. Kevin Thorn has promised some sort of unholy ceremony tonight to celebrate becoming the Universal champion". HTM: "Dark days are upon us, Hudson..... you may want to put the kids to bed"! COMMERCIAL BREAK.............. A COMMERCIAL FOR BUD LIGHT IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY A TRAILER FOR THE MOVIE "THE WOLFMAN". RETURN FROM BREAK..... BACKSTAGE...... WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS, CAMERAS IN THE BACK ARE ROLLING WHEN JOE COREY AND PJ CASH STROLL BY AUSTIN PYROMANIA AND TAYLOR MADE, WHO ARE ALREADY LAUGHING AND HAVING A GOOD TIME. Austin Pyromania: "Oh.... look out, Matt, kick back man...... here comes Joe Corey. Make sure there aren't any doors he can hit us with". THE TWO LAUGH AS COREY AND CASH CAN OBVIOUSLY HEAR ALL OF THIS. Taylor Made: "Oh and there's PJ Cash.... hide all of the Hollywood C-listers". MORE LAUGHS FOLLOW BUT JOE COREY WALKS UP AND GETS RIGHT IN THE FACE OF PYROMANIA. Joe Corey: "Aren't you that guy that was on his way to becoming a star here in the TWF until I showed up and....... put your fire out? Yeah, I thought so...... so before you and that jackass over there go crackin' jokes, you might want to keep that in mind". Austin Pyromania: "Is that right? Well Matt and I don't have anything to do tonight.... and I'm sure the two of you don't either. So why don't we have ourselves a match tonight.... us versus you". PJ Cash: "You got it". COREY STARES INTO THE EYES OF PYROMANIA SOME MORE BEFORE HE AND CASH WALK OFF. Femme Fatale Title Tournament First Round Gail Kim vs. Katie Lea With a spot in the tournament semi-finals up for grabs, these two ladies put on a good match. Gail Kim wanted to use her athleticism to help get her to the next round, but Katie Lea seemed to have her well scouted. After countering a flying headscissor by slamming Gail into the mat face first, Katie sat her up and locked her in a surfboard stretch, burying her knee into the middle of Gail's back. Gail was able to seperate Katie's hands, which were on her chin and she got back to her feet, only to be yanked to the mat by her hair. Katie then picked Gail up and suplexed her, floating over into a cover but Gail kicked out at 2. Katie Lea pulled her up and whipped her to the corner but when she followed in, Gail was able to move out of the way. She then put Katie down with a side russian leg sweep before covering her but Katie Lea kicked out at 2. Gail got her up and shot her to the ropes, looking for a hurricanrana. But Katie Lea came up with an excellent counter into a powerbomb, stacking Gail up to get a very near fall. After pulling Gail up by the hair, Katie slammed her to the mat. Slowly, she repeated that process, starting to put Gail's back in a lot of pain. Katie decided to grab Gail by the hair again but as she lifted her up, Gail came up with a nice inside cradle and stole the match! Match Time: 5:09 Hudson: "She got her! Gail Kim has advanced in the tournament"! HTM: "Katie Lea went to the well one too many times there. It's okay, Katie, I'm still available tonight"! Hudson: "Uh.... my guess would be she's not interested". THE BRACKET FOR THE FEMME FATALE TOURNAMENT IS SHOWN. SECOND ROUND ACTION WILL SEE MARYSE TAKE ON CHERRY AND GAIL KIM VS. EVE TORRES. Hudson: "And there you see the brackets for the tournament, two great semi-final matches as we get closer to crowning the first ever Femme Fatale champion. See anyone you like, Honky Tonk? And you can't say all of them". HTM: "Hey, do not compare me to that idiot Jerry Lawler! But if you're askin' me for my prediction..... gimme Maryse". BACKSTAGE...... IN THE BACK, GREGORY HELMS IS SHOWN TALKING WITH TALIA. Gregory Helms: "I know, honey, everyone knows you're the sexiest diva in the TWF....... you'll have that Femme Fatale or..... whatever you call it.... title someday". CARNEY APPROACHES WITH SOMETHING IN HAND. Carney: "Hey..... Talia, I think this belongs to you". CARNEY HANDS TALIA A PINK CELL PHONE. Talia: "Hey, my phone! I've been lookin' everywhere for this! Look sweetie..... my phone"! EXCITED, SHE SHOWS THE PHONE TO HELMS WHO GETS RIGHT UP IN CARNEY's FACE. Gregory Helms: "What are you doin' with my girls' property"? Carney: "Whoa, back off dude. I found that..... just doin' the nice thing and giving it back". Gregory Helms: "So are you supposed to be some kind of ladies man or somethin'? Tell ya what..... why don't you see if there is a diva willing to be your partner tonight...... cause we'd like to have a match before we go to...... really work some steam off, ya know"? TALIA ALMOST LOOKS INSULTED AS HER JAW DROPS. CARNEY JUST KIND OF LAUGHS. Carney: "Okay..... I'll see ya in the ring". BACK AT RINGSIDE, KENNY DOANE's MUSIC IS PLAYING AND HE IS IN THE RING ALONG WITH SUPER CRAZY. THE LIGHTHEAVYWEIGHT TITLE IS AROUND HIS WAIST AND HE HAS A MICROPHONE IN HAND. JUST AS HE RAISES IT TO SPEAK, "THIS FIRE BURNS" BY KILLSWITCH ENGAGE KICKS UP AND CM PUNK STEPS OUT WITH COLT CABANA. Hudson: "Hmmm, well I guess we're not gonna hear what Kenny Doane had to say, but I don't think we'll hear any complaints about that". HTM: "I still don't know what to make of this team of Punk and Cabana. I mean, one minute they seemed at odds over an injury Punk claimed to have and now, they're friends"? Hudson: "Well you obviously haven't done your homework, because if you had, you'd know that Punk and Cabana go way back. This is a very interesting matchup here". The Second City Saints vs. The Doane-Ation As Punk and Cabana worked out some strategy, Super Crazy and Kenny Doane attacked them from behind. After knocking Punk out of the ring, they combined for a double hip toss slam on Cabana. Referee Charles Robinson forced Doane to his corner while Super Crazy continued to work on Cabana. Crazy connected on a basement dropkick before getting Cabana up and shooting him to the corner where he ran in and slammed into Colt with a flying wheel kick across the throat. He then made the switch to Doane who came in and ran across the ring, trying to catch Punk with a cheap shot but Punk ducked and pulled him down over the top rope with a hangman. Cabana then got up and put Doane down with a reverse DDT. He made the tag to Punk who immediately came in and locked in the Anaconda Vise! Doane was ready to tap but Super Crazy came in and broke it up. Doane was able to get free and as Punk went after Super Crazy, Doane came from behind with a flying axe handle. Doane then held Punk as Crazy tagged in and flew off the top rope with a headbutt that connected. Super Crazy made a cover, but Punk was up at 2. Crazy and Doane continued to make frequent tags in and out and Doane was able to catch Punk with a springboard clothesline from the apron. But instead of going for the cover, he went to the top rope, looking for a flying legdrop. Doane got tremendous height, but missed everything, landing hard on the mat when Punk rolled out of the way. Punk then fought and scratched to get to the corner, making the tag to Cabana. Cabana came into the ring and hit Doane with a flurry of offense before trying to hook him up for a fisherman suplex. But Doane punched Cabana in the left side of the rib cage a few times before connecting with a nice standing dropkick. After a flying clothesline takedown, Doane went over and made the tag to Super Crazy who went to the top rope. He flew off with a moonsault but he missed his high risk attempt too, knocking the wind out of himself when he hit the mat. Both men were down and trying with everything they had left to get to their feet. Crazy used the ropes in the corner to stand up but right when he turned around, he saw Cabana coming at him full speed. Cabana crashed into Super Crazy with a flying double knee to the chest. Cabana then knocked Doane off the apron with a right hand before turning back to Crazy. Crazy got up and Cabana grabbed him in a double underhook, which led to the "Colt .45" and that ended the match with a 3 count. Match Time: 9:34 Hudson: "What impact with that Colt .45! That is a nasty move, Honky Tonk"! HTM: "And that was a very impressive win for this team..... who I guess want to be known as the Second City Saints". Hudson: "They've always been known as the Second City Saints". AS "THIS FIRE BURNS" PLAYED AGAIN, CM PUNK GRABBED A MICROPHONE. CM Punk: "Wait a minute...... is that cheering I hear, Colt? COLT CABANA NODS HIS HEAD. CM Punk: "No see, I don't think you people understand this. Colt Cabana and I...... we're not trying to get you people to rally behind us. Colt and I have been part of this business for a long time and now that we're both together in the biggest company in the world, we want success. And we know that the single biggest thing that can hinder a man's career..... is when he tries to pander to the crowd. Right, Colt"? Colt Cabana: "That's right, Punk". CM Punk: "So you can put all those stupid signs and you can quit asking us if we'll give you an autograph....... we're hear for success...... and we'll share it with no one else". PUNK DROPS THE MICROPHONE AND BOOS IMMEDIATELY FOLLOW AS "THIS FIRE BURNS" PLAYS AGAIN. Hudson: "Well I didn't expect that. I mean, how necessary was that? Basically telling the fans to boo them"? HTM: "And it didn't take long for these people to follow suit". Hudson: "Well you said you didn't understand these guys before the match started...... now I don't understand them either". COMMERCIAL BREAK............... AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE 2010 CENSUS IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY A COMMERCIAL FOR JUST FOR MEN HAIR COLOR. RETURN FROM BREAK..... RINGSIDE...... WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS, THE YARD BOSS IS STANDING IN THE RING ALONG WITH THE DOCKLAND DESTROYER. YARD BOSS HAS A MICROPHONE AND HE STARTS TO SPEAK IN HIS RASPY VOICE. Yard Boss: "My Destroyer and I showed up at the arena tonight and as usual...... they have nothing for him. He has suffered severe burns to his back..... yet they have nothing for him. But what we did hear about was this new signing that everyone was talking about backstage. So we're taking matters into our own hands! We don't know who this new signing is and we don't care....... we're giving him the chance right now to come out and meet the Destroyer"! HTM: "A challenge has been laid down...... do you know who it is, Hudson"? JUST THEN, A JAMAICAN TUNE COMES OUT AND THE CROWD POPS WHEN KOFI KINGSTON STEPS OUT FROM THE BACK! Hudson: "It's Kofi Kingston, the newest superstar on PrimeTime"! HTM: "Wait a minute, you knew about this"? Hudson: "Of course I knew about this! How did you not know about it"?! HTM: "Apparently I need to become a reject that gets no female interaction like my broadcast partner here in order to find these things out"! Hudson: "Well we're gonna have a match here as the challenge was laid out by the Yard Boss and Dockland Destroyer who will face the Jamaican Sensation.... Kofi Kingston". HTM: "I can't believe you didn't fill me in on this". Dockland Destroyer w/ The Yard Boss vs. Kofi Kingston This was the classic confrontation of speed and athleticism against strength and power. Dockland Destroyer did his part to keep Kofi from using his strengths, locking up with him and pushing him to the corner. But Kofi was able to avoid a clubbing shot before kicking the legs of the Destroyer multiple times. After a pretty dropkick, Kofi got a running start and flew into the corner, landing on the ropes when DD moved. He flew off with a reverse crossbody block but DD was able to move aside. After a big elbow drop, the Destroyer actually stood on the dreadlock hair of Kingston. He then pulled him up and whipped him into the corner, smashing him with a clothesline. After just throwing Kingston to the mat, the Destroyer went for another elbow drop but Kingston moved out of the way. That led to him bouncing off the ropes and hitting a jumping double leg drop which he calls the Boom Drop. The Yard Boss yelled in vein for the Destroyer to get to his feet, trying to warn him of what was coming. But DD got up, shaking the cobwebs, and turned right into the spinning roundhouse kick from Kingston known as "Trouble in Paradise"! Kofi made the cover and got 1...............2.............3! Match Time: 4:43 Hudson: "Chalk one up for Kofi Kingston..... his first in the TWF"! HTM: "This guy looks really good..... you gotta keep me in the loop on these things, Hudson". Hudson: "Well maybe you need to part with all these women you claim take up all your time, and then we'll talk". BACKSTAGE AREA......... The crowd cheers as cameras pick up Chaos Wolf entering the Izod Center. Lena Yada catches up to him as he makes his way towards the locker room area.
Lena Yada: "Chaos Wolf, can I get your reaction to the accusations made by Damion West concerning the attacks on two of your fellow superstars"?
Chaos Wolf: "Ya know what, that little man is why I wasn’t at War in the Winter. Shane decided that just because I was accused that I did it and there for decided to punish me for it. Now then lets set things straight. I was in the area that Chavo was attacked but I did not touch him. Hell I was the guy who got an agent to check on him but since Damion saw me there, I’m the one who did it. As for Rory McCallister, to be honest Lena, I didn’t even know he still had a job".
Lena Yada: "If that is the case then do you have any idea who is behind the attacks"?
Chaos Wolf: "If I had to guess, I’d say High Octane. I mean you saw how quick he was to blame me for it and he was the only other person in the area where Chavo was attacked. Hey Shane, I know you're listening to this and I just want to know besides his word what proof did West give you to show it was me? Oh that’s right, you simply believe what you’re told, don’t you"? CHAOS WOLF WALKS AWAY EVEN THOUGH IT SEEMED LENA WANTED TO ASK MORE OF HIM. "BREAK THE WALLS DOWN" COMES ON AND CHRIS JERICHO COMES OUT TO SOME HEAVY BOOS ALONG WITH THE MOUNTIE, WHO IS CARRYING HIS CATTLE PROD. HTM: "And here comes the man who is single handedly responsible for The Undertaker not being here tonight". Hudson: "Single handedly? Am I imagining things, or is The Mountie with Jericho tonight"? JERICHO AND THE MOUNTIE GET INTO THE RING AND JERICHO ASKS FOR A MICROPHONE. THE BOOS ARE STILL VERY LOUD. Chris Jericho: "I suppose you people don't like the fact that I took out your precious Undertaker.............. THE BOOS GROW EVEN LOUDER Undertaker, what you got at War in the Winter was some good old fashioned Canadian justice. You were trespassing and you were dealt with". Hudson: "Trespassing? And since when did he embrace Canada like this"? Chris Jericho: "So now my message goes out again to the TWF Board of Directors. I ask you people, no I emplore you people, to give me the Universal title shot that I so richly deserve. Apparently, Jordan Rockwell will not have a rematch, so that opens things up for me. You saw what I did to the deadman........ I would hate to make further examples out of your TWF superstars.............. THE MOUNTIE STEPS UP NEXT TO JERICHO AND ACTIVATES HIS CATTLE PROD, SHOWING THE VOLTAGE BETWEEN THE TWO PRONGS AS "BREAK THE WALLS DOWN" PLAYS AGAIN. Hudson: "We understand that The Undertaker is still recovering from taking that cattle prod to the throat area at War in the Winter, but I don't like this, Jericho. You don't demand to be a champion..... you go out and earn it"! HTM: "He feels like he has earned it..... he feels overlooked"! Hudson: "Well that's up to the Board of Directors and the Championship Committee to decide...... we'll be right back fans with Austin Pyromania and Taylor Made taking on The Show Joe Corey and the PrimeTime Prodigy...... PJ Cash"! COMMERCIAL BREAK............. A COMMERCIAL FOR THE GILLETTE FUSION RAZOR IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY A PROMO FOR THE 2010 TWF ROYAL RUMBLE FEATURING THE 30 MAN ROYAL RUMBLE MATCH. RETURN FROM BREAK..... RINGSIDE...... WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS, "IT's TIME" IS PLAYING AND GREGORY HELMS IS IN THE RING ALONG WITH TALIA. JUST THEN, "LOSE YOURSELF" BY EMINEM COMES ON AND CARNEY STEPS OUT TO A GOOD CHEER FROM THE CROWD. Hudson: "Welcome back to PrimeTime live here on FOX and if you're just joining us, Carney was challenged by Gregory Helms to find any diva in the back to team with him tonight but I feel he didn't like the interaction between Carney and Talia". HTM: "Let's be honest though.... who could Carney have possibly found"? Hudson: "Hmmm, well maybe he found one of the many girls you claim to know". HTM: "They're not claims, moron". JUST THEN, "PRESSURE" BY PARAMORE COMES ON AND ALBA RIOS RUNS OUT FROM THE BACK TO A GOOD CHEER. HTM: "Who the heck is that"? Hudson: "That's Alba Rios....... another newcomer here to PrimeTime and someone I've been waiting to see in action! I've heard great things about this girl". HTM: "Really? Is she a good wrestler too"? Hudson: "Oh get your mind out of the gutter, Honky Tonk! If what I hear is true, Carney has made a very good selection here". Mixed Gender Tag Team Match Gregory Helms and Talia vs. Carney and Alba Rios With the match being classified a mixed gender tag, the men could only be in there with the men and women with women. Carney and Helms started the match off and Helms walked right up, slapping Carney across the face. Carney responded with some vicious right hands, knocking Helms into the ropes before grabbing him for the "C-Drive", but Helms was able to free his head and back into the corner where he tagged Talia. Talia was slow and cautious about getting into the ring but Alba showed her alertness, coming right in and taking Talia out with a dropkick. After a beautiful snap suplex, she covered Talia but could only get a 2 count. Talia was clearly in trouble, being overwhelmed by the newcomer as Alba kicked her on both sides of the body before bringing her out of the corner with a snap mare. Following a very nice somersault neckbreaker, Alba made the tag back to Carney who ran over and brought Helms into the ring with a hip toss. After landing a corkscrew legdrop, Carney made the cover but Helms was up at 2. Carney pulled Helms up and whipped him to the corner before flying in but Helms moved out of the way. Similar to what Kofi Kingston did earlier, Carney landed on the ropes in the corner but Helms yanked him off with a reverse neckbreaker drop. This is what Helms and Talia needed to get back into the match. Helms worked on Carney for the next couple of minutes as he and Talia distracted referee Marty Elias to earn some unfair opportunities. As Helms choked Carney with the tag rope, Alba had seen enough. She came into the ring and spun Helms around before dropping him with a savate kick! Her and Carney then seemed to have a moment as they looked long at each other but while this was going on, Elias was counting. Elias reached the count of 5 and called for the bell. Match Time: 5:55 Hudson: "What the heck happened"? HTM: "It looks like Carney and this new chick have been disqualified"! "IT's TIME" PLAYED AGAIN WHILE HELMS AND TALIA QUICKLY LEFT THE RING AND HEADED TO THE BACK. Hudson: "You're right..... Alba Rios had a five count to get out of the ring since she wasn't legal. It's a rule you don't see enforced often, but the mixed gender situation probably magnified it". CARNEY AND ALBA BOTH JUST SHOOK THEIR HEADS AS THEY WATCHED THE VICTORIOUS HELMS AND TALIA WALK OFF. HTM: "Haha! What do you have to say about this Alba Rios now? Her and Carney looked like they were at high school prom there..... and it cost them the match"! BACKSTAGE...... SHANE McMAHON's OFFICE....... CAMERAS GO TO THE BACK WHERE DAMION WEST IS IN THE OFFICE OF SHANE McMAHON. Damion West: "Well like I said, I don't appreciate Wolf calling me a liar. I saw what I saw". Shane McMahon: "So let me get this straight..... you and Chaos Wolf both claim to have had nothing to do with those backstage attacks"? Damion West: "Well, I........... Shane McMahon: "Let's just do this...... since you and Wolf don't seem to have a problem with each other outside of this situation, I know the United Nations are looking for new challengers to step up..... so on the next PrimeTime..... those challengers will be you and Chaos Wolf..... for the titles". Damion West: "Are you serious"? Shane McMahon: "You might want to go make nice with your partner". BACK AT RINGSIDE, AUSTIN PYROMANIA AND TAYLOR MADE ARE ALREADY IN THE RING WHEN "AMAZING" HITS AND THE TANDEM OF JOE COREY AND PJ CASH COME OUT TO SOME HARSH BOOS. Hudson: "So it sounds like we have a tag team title match on the next PrimeTime..... that's something I'm sure both of these teams would like to know that as they head into this match which was made after a confrontation in the backstage area earlier tonight". HTM: "Well let's get down to it, Hudson. Corey and Cash fell a little short at War in the Winter and they are clearly the better team here..... Pyromania and Taylor just walked into a bee hive here as far as I'm concerned". "The Show" Joe Corey and PJ Cash vs. Austin Pyromania and Taylor Made PJ Cash decided to start the match off for his team against Pyromania, who took Cash down with 3 consecutive arm drags. Cash looked to the corner with concern and went to tag in Corey, but faked it and turned right back to the unsuspecting Pyromania, drilling him with a heavy forearm. After some kicks to the midsection, Cash took Pyromania and flung him right into his own partner. Cash made a quick tag to Corey who came across the ring and pulled Pyromania right in for the "Showstopper". But before he could deliver it, Pyro swung out and then took Corey down with a double leg before firing down both rights and lefts, showing some real aggression towards an old rival. Pyromania had to be pulled off by referee Mike Enos, who looked very close to disqualifying him. Corey got up and took the opportunity for a cheap shot on Pyro, rocking him with a right hand. After some hard knifedge chops, Corey whipped Pyromania across the ring but missed with a clothesline. He was able to strike Pyro with a flying knee as he came off the other side but Corey didn't realize that Taylor had slapped his partner's shoulder to make a blind tag. Corey turned around and was taken out by a flying leg lariat from Taylor who went immediately to his legs, trying to break down his vertical base. Taylor then went to the middle turnbuckle and flew off with a legdrop that connected. He covered Corey, but could only get a 2 count. Taylor waited for Corey to get up but became distracted by Cash and went after him. Cash got out of the way and Taylor then turned into a big spinebuster. Corey made the tag to Cash, who came from the apron with a pretty springboard elbow drop. Instead of going for a cover, he locked Taylor in a dragon sleeper and Taylor looked like he was seconds away from tapping out. Pyromania came into the ring to break it up but that brought Corey in as well. Corey struck Pyro with 3 hard right hands but when he ran at him, Pyromania backdropped him over the top rope and to the floor. Meanwhile, Cash had Taylor up for an Alabama Slam but Pyro drilled him with a superkick. That allowed Taylor to turn the move into a sunset flip and Enos made a quick 3 count! Match Time: 5:49 HTM: "Are you kidding me?! What is that referee thinking..... that was all illegal"! Hudson: "Oh come on, if it would've been the other way around.......... HTM: "Don't try to turn things around on me like that jackass Michael Cole used to! I stand behind what I said..... that was a horrible job by the referee"! "LIKE A PIMP" BY DA BAND PLAYED AS PYROMANIA AND TAYLOR MADE SLAPPED HANDS WITH MANY HAPPY FANS AT RINGSIDE. Hudson: "Well it will go down as a win for Pyromania and Taylor..... a measure of revenge for them and to this point, the experiment as a tag team is not workin' out for Corey and Cash". HTM: "I don't believe it........... Hudson: "Don't go away, because still to come is this unholy ceremony with The Requiem..... Lord only knows what will happen there". COMMERCIAL BREAK................ A COMMERCIAL FOR SNICKERS IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR SUBWAY. RETURN FROM BREAK..... RINGSIDE........... Sylvester Terkay vs. Blade Two superstars who had very differing results at War in the Winter met here. Blade, looking to rebound after being dismantled by Nails, locked horns with Terkay, the first man confirmed for the 30 man Royal Rumble match. Terkay was the aggressor early, knocking Blade down with a kick to the head followed by several punches to the head and body in the corner. Terkay then set Blade up on the top turnbuckle but before he could follow up, Blade got a finger in his eye and then came off with a flying shoulder tackle. Blade popped up and stomped on the face and chest of Terkay several times. Terkay got to a seated position but Blade ran in with a stiff boot to the face. He went for a cover, but Terkay was up at 2. Terkay got up and stumbled into the corner where he was met by several quick punches to the body from Blade who then pulled him into a short clothesline. Another cover got Blade another 2 count before he grabbed Terkay and tried to turn him into a neckbreaker but Terkay pushed out of it and then grabbed Blade in a double chicken wing which he turned into an amazing release german suplex. Terkay got up and locked in his standing triangle armbar but Blade scrambled to get his feet to the ropes to earn a break. Referee Scott Armstrong moved in to get a break, pulling Terkay away. Blade got up and looked to get some rest in the corner but Terkay charged in and slammed into him with a clothesline. He then grabbed the right hand of Blade and whipped him to the far corner. He charged in but Blade moved out of the way and was able to come up with a quick rollup. At the same time, he put his feet on the middle rope for more leverage and got the 3 count. Match Time: 6:48 Hudson: "Well that was a little bit of a dirty move............. HTM: "And the ref never saw it"! Hudson: "So why don't you go back to the argument you had in that tag team match earlier"? HTM: "Hudson, ya don't wanna go there with me, okay". A PROMO GRAPHIC FOR THE ANNOUNCED TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH IS SHOWN. Hudson: "Well fans, we can tell you about a couple of huge title matches that will take place on the next edition of PrimeTime. Chaos Wolf teams with Damion West, who seem to have some sort of issue with each other, as they challenge the United Nations for the gold". ANOTHER PROMO IS DISPLAYED FEATURING JOHN CENA, SHANE THOMPSON, JOHN MORRISON AND MARK HENRY. HTM: "And that's not all..... a fatal four way for the Intercontinental title has also been signed"! Hudson: "John Cena, John Morrison and Shane Thompson will all have the opportunity to take the title from the World's Strongest Man". THE CAMERA FOCUSES AGAIN ON THE RING AS THE LIGHTS IN THE ARENA GO OUT. A RED CARPET HAS BEEN PLACED OVER THE MAT AND THERE ARE 4 BLACK WREATHS IN THE RING. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WREATHS IS A BURNING STEEL TRASH CAN.
