PrimeTime came to one of the TWF's favorite cities, Orlando, for what was sure to be a memorable show. With an advertised main event of a Last Man Standing match, the show drew a huge paid gate and the fallout of WrestleMania 12 was ready to unfold!
Rene Dupree vs. Jiro (invitee) Rene Dupree looked quite a bit different from the last time we saw him, adding both several new tattoos as well as more lean muscle. His opposition came in the form of Jiro, a young Japanese wrestler who is a graduate of the Kaientai-Dojo. Dupree seemed a little over-confident as the match started and Jiro was able to show off some quick feet before taking Dupree to the mat with a flying back elbow. Dupree got up in the corner and Jiro performed a back handspring into a roundhouse kick that caught Dupree square in the mouth. He then ran the ropes but Dupree responded with an angry spinebuster. Dupree seemed much more aggressive than usual and had a more defined mean streak as he choked and attacked Jiro with what many would call "street fighting" maneuvers. But after getting an overwhelmed Jiro to his feet, Dupree delivered a textbook backdrop suplex, dropping the young Jiro right on his head. He then got him right up and hit the "French Bomb", his version of the Michinoku Driver, ironically a move that would be well known at the Kaientai Dojo. Dupree made the cover and got the pinfall.
Paul Burchill vs. Kofi Kingston Kofi Kingston had the crowd in a frenzy after he came to the ring as it was clear that many of the fans held him in high regard. This turned out to be a very competitive match as both men hit several big moves. After getting incredible air on a top rope dive into a crossbody, Kingston was shocked when he didn't get the 3 count. He waited for Burchill to get up and tried for "Trouble in Paradise" but Burchill nicely blocked it and turned Kofi over into a Boston Crab. Kingston was in plenty of trouble but he managed to get to the ropes to break the hold. Burchill pulled him up and went for an irish whip but Kofi countered and shot him to the corner. He then jumped in, landing on Burchill's shoulders and began to pound away with right hands. But Burchill dropped to his knees, slamming Kofi on he back of his head. He then stacked him up and put both feet on the ropes, something the referee didn't see, and a 3 count was registered, leading to a big upset.
PRIMETIME GOES LIVE
AFTER THE OPENING OF PRIMETIME, THE FANS START TO SETTLE INTO THEIR SEATS WHEN "AMAZING" BY KANYE COMES ON AND JOE COREY EMERGES FROM THE BACK TO PURE BOOS. HE IS DRESSED IN GRAY BUSINESS SLACKS AND A WHITE DRESS SHIRT. HE IS WEARING BLACK SHADES AND DOES NOT LOOK TO BE IN A GOOD MOOD AS HE APPROACHES THE RING.
Scott Hudson: "We thank you for joining us tonight for TWF PrimeTime where we are live just outside Disney World and here comes the former TWF Universal champion and Michael Cole, he doesn't appear to be happy".
Michael Cole: "Well can ya blame him?! Would you be happy about what transpired at WrestleMania 12"?!
Hudson: "I can't say that I would be happy but I would be able to admit I was bested by a better man and I get the feeling that's not what Joe Corey has in mind here tonight".
THE BOOS GROW LOUDER AS COREY IS HANDED A MICROPHONE.
Joe Corey: "Despite what all of you people here may think, I have put what happened at WrestleMania behind me. I have put what I consider to be a complete fluke behind me....... but only for a moment.
LOUDER BOOS POUR IN
Oh shut up! We are far from Denver and I'm not going to let what happened that night bother me! John Cena...... you still have not beaten me in a one on one match so the way I see it, you're renting my title..... renting it until I can get it back. But in doing so, I want to definitively prove that I am better than you.... so here is........
"MY TIME IS NOW" COMES ON AND JOHN CENA IS OUT TO A VERY MIXED REACTION. HE HAS THE UNIVERSAL TITLE OVER HIS SHOULDER AND A MICROPHONE IN HAND.
Hudson: "Here comes our new champion, holding that title for the third time"!
Cole: "Like it or not, John Cena walked out of the triple threat at WrestleMania as the champ"!
CENA LOOKS INTO THE CROWD, TAKING IN THE ENTIRE REACTION, BOTH POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE.
John Cena: "Ya know, Joe, I had a feeling things would go down just like this tonight, but if I remember correctly, wasn't it you that I pinned at WrestleMania"?
Joe Corey: "Cena I'm not going to stand here and compare facts with you. What I am saying is that in a one on one match, you can't beat me. To prove that, I propose a best of five series with you.... first man to three wins is the champion.... the rightful champion".
John Cena: "That..... that sounds interesting and I gotta say........
Joe Corey: "Whoa, now before you bite off more than you can chew, I am also proposing that each of those five matches has a special stipulation".
John Cena: "Corey, I don't like you, never really have. But this is an idea I can appreciate because I feel it would determine a rightful champion and since you still feel that you are that guy...... you're on"!
Cole: "Wow"!
Hudson: "Each match has it's own stipulation"!
Joe Corey: "I figured you'd see it my way, John. The contract is already drawn up and sitting in The Empire's office.... all you have to do is go sign it".
John Cena: "I'm on my way to do that, but don't get too comfortable, cause I'll see you in the ring later tonight".
CENA FLIPS THE MIC TO THE STAGE AND "MY TIME IS NOW" HITS. HE TURNS AND HEADS BACKSTAGE AS COREY IS LEFT IN THE RING, SMILING.
Cole: "What a way to start PrimeTime! These two men are going to decide the Universal title over what could be five matches"!
Hudson: "And later tonight, they'll be on opposing sides of a tag team match"!
A PROMO GRAPHIC POPS UP SHOWING JOE COREY, KEN DOLL, SUNNY AND LACEY VON ERICH ON ONE SIDE. ON THE OTHER IS JOHN CENA AND SIN CARA.
Cole: "That's right..... Corey will team up with Ken Doll to battle Cena and the masked Mexican sensation Sin Cara"!
BACKSTAGE...... IN HER DRESSING ROOM, VELVET SKY IS LOOKING AT HERSELF IN THE MIRROR, PRIMPING AND STYLING HER HAIR AS THE FEMME FATALE TITLE SITS ON A VANITY. IN WALKS CHRIS MASTERS....... Velvet Sky: "Ugh.... can't you knock"? Chris Masters: "Well I just wanted to make sure we're still on for tonight..... I got the reservations". VELVET PICKS UP HER BELT Velvet Sky: "Sorry, but those plans changed..... SHE THEN LEAVES THE DRESSING ROOM AND MASTERS IS BESIDE HIMSELF. Chris Masters: "Are you kidding me"? COMMERCIAL BREAK......... A COMMERCIAL FOR UFC UNDISPUTED 3 FOR PS3 AND XBOX 360 IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY A FOX PROGRAMMING AD FOR "AMERICAN IDOL". RETURN FROM BREAK.... RINGSIDE..... WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS, VELVET SKY's MUSIC PLAYS AND SHE COMES OUT TO A MIXED RESPONSE. MANY OF THE CHEERS SEEM TO BE FROM THE OLDER, MALE PORTION OF THE AUDIENCE. WITH THE FEMME FATALE TITLE AROUND HER WAIST, SHE HEADS TO THE RING. Cole: "Boy, is Velvet Sky smokin' tonight or what"?! Hudson: "Well it seems that Chris Masters took care of her Caleb Weber problem and for what? So he could get blown off tonight"?! Cole: "I still think Caleb Weber is the ultimate tool for resisting the advances of this absolute goddess". VELVET SKY GETS A MICROPHONE AND LOOKS TOWARD THE STAGE. Velvet Sky: "Take notice people..... and by that, I mean men AND women. I know the guys took notice a long time ago, and for obvious reasons. But now, I'm forcing all you ladies in the back and out in this audience to take notice as well. I mean, looking around at some of you, I understand that seeing a woman who can pull all this off is...... probably really intimidating, but deal with it! Now I am out here tonight to see if there is anyone in the back who wants to come out here and find out that not only am I the hottest diva in the TWF...... but I'm also the best in this ring". VELVET DROPS THE MIC AND TAKES THE BELT OFF, WAITING FOR AN ANSWER. Hudson: "Is Velvet Sky really issuing an open challenge here"? Cole: "Like it or not, Hudson, she's been very impressive in the ring and although I know you haven't been lookin', she's always been impressive in the appearance department"! IT LOOKS LIKE THE CHALLENGE WILL GO UNANSWERED UNTIL AN UNFAMILIAR THEME COMES ON AND TAMINA COMES OUT FROM THE BACK. Hudson: "Oh boy..... this may not be what our Femme Fatale champion was looking for". Cole: "Tamina? I wouldn't blame Velvet if she forgot about this woman..... I forgot she was even on the roster"! Hudson: "Velvet will be giving up much in the way of size and strength.... she may have bitten off a little too much here". Non-Title Match Tamina vs. Femme Fatale Champion: Velvet Sky Velvet was definitely a bit apprehensive about engaging with the daughter of 'Superfly' Jimmy Snuka, but Tamina started to cut off the ring. She seemed to have Velvet trapped in a corner but when she lunged in, Velvet moved out of the way and then struck with a kick to the back of the leg. Tamina turned and threw a clothesline but Velvet ducked and kicked her in the gut before connecting with a knifedge chop. Velvet grabbed Tamina in a front facelock but Tamina but Tamina lifted her up and threw her across the ring. She then drilled Velvet with a superkick that seemed to knock her out. Tamina made the cover, but Velvet kicked out at about 2 and a half. Tamina got Velvet up and whipped her to the corner, running in with a clothesline. Velvet moved out of the way and then pulled Tamina to the mat with a falling neckbreaker. Velvet got up and gave Tamina a look as if she was unworthy of being in the ring with her, asking "Who do you think you are"? as she pulled her to her feet. Velvet then went for an irish whip but Tamina reversed and shot her in. After an impressive leapfrog, Tamina picked Velvet up and landed a very nice Samoan drop. With the champion down, Tamina took a look at the corner and went to the top rope. Long time wrestling fans knew what was coming and watched as Tamina took to the air, crashing into Velvet with the "Superfly Splash". Tamina hooked the leg and got the 1........2.......3. Hudson: "Looking very much like her legendary father, Tamina gets a huge win over the Femme Fatale champion"! Cole: "I can't believe this, Velvet wasn't ready for this match at all and now all these people here are acting like Tamina is such a star! Yeah, great job Tamina, you beat someone who wasn't prepared"! TAMINA STOOD IN THE RING, SOAKING UP A GREAT RESPONSE WHILE VELVET HOBBLED BACK UP THE RAMP WITH A SOUR LOOK ON HER FACE, HOLDING HER TITLE. Hudson: "Ya know, that statement is almost as ridiculous as the person who said it but I will say this...... Tamina may thank Velvet Sky for the rest of her TWF career for this moment right here could long be remembered as the night Tamina put her stamp on the TWF"! BACKSTAGE...... IN THE BACK, CHAOS WOLF IS SHOWN TALKING WITH CALEB WEBER WHEN PJ CASH ENTERS THE BUILDING. CASH IS UNLIKE HIS USUAL SELF, LOOKING DEPRESSED AND DRESSED IN SOME VERY DINGY CLOTHES. HIS DISHEVELED LOOK HAS SOME NOT EVEN RECOGNIZING HIM. Caleb Weber: "Is that........ Chaos Wolf: "Gimme a sec........ WOLF WALKS UP TO CASH AND GETS RIGHT IN HIS FACE. Chaos Wolf: "Well, well, well, if it isn't the PrimeTime Prodigy.... the guy I face later tonight. You ready... cause ya don't look ready". PJ CASH LOOKS LIKE HE IS READY TO SAY SOMETHING AND EVEN STARTS TO, BUT INSTEAD JUST WALKS OFF. "Save Me" by Burn Halo hits as Jordan Rockwell makes his way out to a huge pop from the crowd in his street clothes which consists of a shirt which has a picture of John Cena pinning Joe Corey at WrestleMania. He also has what looks like a book with him.
Jordan Rockwell: "I hope you all don't mind but I decided to dress for the occasion.......
Rockwell looks into the camera and smiles.
Now first off, let me start off by saying that at WrestleMania I did exactly what I said I was going to, I beat Gundam so severely that he wished he really was dead cause God knows that I did my best to grant that wish. THE CAMERA GETS A SHOT OF ROCKWELL's WIFE AND FORMER TWF DIVA LITA SITTING IN THE FRONT ROW, APPLAUDING.
The fans cheer.....
And let me say this, Gundam, and pay attention cause you don't wanna miss this. As pissed off as I was going into Denver, I did you a favor and I let you off easy cause I could have done you a lot worse harm. But now you have decided to try me again and if you push the wrong button tonight, you will see a side of me that no one ever has.
Now I know the holidays are way past us, but I wrote this up during Christmas time and I decided to bring it here tonight with a little story I like to call a very franchise Christmas........
The fans cheer as Rockwell opens the book.....
There once was a guy named Corey, who tried to call himself a champion, but everyone around new the deal for he was so fugazi that Pamela Anderson's boob were more real.
Now I would talk more about him but he no longer matters, cause in Denver John cena knocked him to the mat with a great clatter, so stick to curtain jerking you poser for Jordan Rockwell is the real closer.
The fans are all sitting silent as Rockwell reads.....
Which brings me to a man named Money Mike, who is such a loser that only a diseased carrying whore would do him and such a scumbag that if he used his last name his family would surely sue him.
Now to be honest I want to beat you way past black and blue so until then, hey mike.........
Rockwell flips the bird......
Now it is known that Jason Oliver is the Rampage measuring stick and not a loafing moocher but it is obviously clear Sebastian Cain is the future.
Plus on Mania night in the place of his birth, T-Dubya proved it... he still got... but I say to him I'm waiting for the day you give me a shot and it is right here I stand and I tell you no lies that come this day the Technical Magician will fall to this Franchise.
Now to John Cena forever a friend you will be but you have the title that I want so I shall come take it from the man no one can see, so Sayeth the franchise and so it shall come to be.
Last and certainly not least, to all of you the people I give my soul and passion when I fight, so a very Franchise Christmas to all and a to all a very PrimeTime filled night"!
The fans cheer but it quickly turns to booing as Rockwell is interrupted when "Break the Walls Down" hits and Chris Jericho makes his way to the ring in a suit. Cole: "Here we go..... thank God, that little Christmas story was brutal! Hey Rockwell, it's February"! Hudson: "I think he mentioned that when he started.... I found it pretty amusing myself".
Chris Jericho: "That was very well written I must say but very typical you are out here entertaining all the sheep that flock to your every word".
Jordan Rockwell: "Wow, Ladies and gentlemen, Chris Jericho the worlds best dressed robotic talking wrestler"!
The crowd boos......
Chris Jericho: "Oh that's funny, do you think you're funny? Huh a regular comedic genius".
Jordan Rockwell: "Nooooo I think that hair cut is funny and the fact that you can wear that ugly ass suit is the real comedic genius, so since obviously you came out here for a reason how's about we cut to the chase and finish boring me with the details"?
Chris Jericho: "What I want will be revealed when I......
Jordan Rockwell: "Whoa whoa whoa...... Lemme guess, you got a beef but you will let us all know when you're ready? Ya know, I don't even care cause firstly you've been a pain in the ass since you've been back. So do yourself a favor and just hit the bricks before you really start to annoy me".
Chris Jericho: "Hit the bricks? How about I just hit you instead"?
Jericho rares back and slaps Rockwell in the face which causes Rockwell to smile and take Jericho down with a double leg and nails him with several rights.
Before things can get out of hand, TWF officials come out and separate the two men in opposite corners but Rockwell pulls free and pounces on Jericho again with a few punches until he is pulled away again and this time Jericho pulls free and returns the favor and he is then pulled out of the ring and pulled towards the back as Rockwell tries to get himself free. Cole: "Who the hell does Rockwell think he is?! I am so tired of this guy"! Hudson: "Hey, nobody told Jericho to come out here but Rockwell needs to keep in mind that he still has Gundam in a Last Man Standing match later tonight"! COMMERCIAL BREAK........ A COMMERCIAL FOR NATIONWIDE INSURANCE IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR VONAGE. RETURN FROM BREAK...... RINGSIDE.... WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS, CODY RHODES IS IN THE RING HOLDING A MICROPHONE AND THE CROWD IS BOOING. Cody Rhodes: "For any of you who may have missed it...... I was looking to set WrestleMania 12 in Denver off on the right foot. I was looking to start the show with a bang and what do I get? I get Rob Van Dam coming out with Tim Tebow trying to make a fool out of me! THE CROWD CHEERS Trust me when I tell you, Tim Tebow.... if I ever come across you again in my life, I'll slap your bible thumping ass right across the face! BOOS FOLLOW Now tonight, I don't have to worry about some star athlete coming out here, seeing as how Dwight Howard doesn't even want to be around anymore! THAT COMMENT DRAWS THE IRE OF THE CROWD AND THEY RESPOND HARSHLY. So tonight, I want to talk about how this company needs more Cody Rhodes. It's already clear by my lineage that I am a star in the making. So why in the hell do we have guys like Sin Cara and Ken Doll getting more of an opportunity?! I mean, I'm not gonna stand...... RHODES IS CUT OFF BY THE SOUND OF "LEFT BEHIND" BY SLIPKNOT. NAILS COMES OUT TO A MASSIVE POP. Hudson: "Oh here we go"! Cole: "Why?! Why is this guy coming out here?! Did Cody ask for him to come out"?! Hudson: "We saw the triumphant TWF return of Nails at WrestleMania and despite some past problems coming back to haunt him, it looks like Nails has put that all behind and is ready for one more run here in the TWF and this place loves it"! A REFEREE HITS THE RING AND RHODES ATTACKS NAILS FROM BEHIND. A BELL SOUNDS SIGNALING THE START OF THE SUDDEN MATCH. Cody Rhodes vs. Nails Rhodes gets in some shots on Nails who wasn't ready for the sneak attack and after a jumping bulldog, Rhodes measured him, waiting for him to get his feet. Nails stood up and Rhodes went for the Disaster Kick but Nails ducked it. He then drilled Rhodes with a bone-jarring clothesline before picking him up for a snap suplex. Showing a very aggressive side, Nails pulled Rhodes over to the corner and slammed his head into the turnbuckle several times, 9 in all. He then lifted him up for a backdrop suplex, putting Cody down right on the back of his head and neck. Nails got up and the fans yelled in cheer as the hockey masked Hardcore Icon looked down on Rhodes. When the son of the 'American Dream' got to his feet, Nails lifted him to his shoulders and delivered the "Nail Gun". Rhodes took the move full force and was down and out as Nails topped him and earned the win. Match Time: 3:35 Hudson: "This match went a little better for Nails than WrestleMania did and it's safe to say he's baaaaaack"! Cole: "This is pitiful! Do you think Cody Rhodes was ready for this?! First Tim Tebow and now this weirdo?! Come on"! "LEFT BEHIND" PLAYED AGAIN AS NAILS STOOD TALL IN THE RING, PEERING DOWN AT THE FALLEN RHODES. Hudson: "Well maybe Cody will start to choose his words..... or his in ring talking time..... more carefully"! BACKSTAGE...... EMPIRE SUITE....... MONEY MIKE AND TRAVIS WAKEMAN ARE SHOWN SITTING AT A LARGE, ROUND TABLE, HAVING A CONVERSATION. CAMERAS CAN NOT MAKE OUT WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT BUT COMING TO THE FOREFRONT OF THE SHOT IS CARNEY AND ALBA RIOS. ALBA IS SITTING NEXT TO CARNEY ON A LEATHER SOFA, HER LEGS DRAPED OVER HS LAB. Alba Rios: "What.... what are you saying"? Carney: "All I'm saying is that I think it's best to have a paternity test done". Alba Rios: "You're..... you're kidding me right? You're the only person I've been with..... you know that". Carney: "Look, I've been screwed over in the past and it's very hard for me to trust people. For my own peace of mind.... I want one". Alba Rios: "Ughhhhhh........ WITH THAT, ALBA GETS UP OFF THE SOFA AND LEAVES THE SUITE. WAKEMAN AND MONEY MIKE NOTICE HER DEPARTURE, AS THE SLAMMING OF THE DOOR HALTS THEIR CONVERSATION. CARNEY JUST SHRUGS HIS SHOULDERS TO THEM. TWF Lightheavyweight Title Match Challenger: Frankie Kazarian vs. Ultimo Dragon Fresh off winning the Lightheavyweight blitz and earning not only a PrimeTime contract but a title shot as well, Kazarian was a trendy pick to win this match. We start things with a respectful handshake. The action started with some basic chain wrestling as each man tried to gain the upper hand with some amateur holds. Kazarian caught the Dragon with a back elbow as he held him in a standing waistlock and then turned around, nailing a jump kick to the temple. Kazarian made the contest's first pinfall attempt and got a 2 count. Kazarian pulled the champion to his feet and whipped him to the corner, running with a forearm to the face. After a standing snap mare, he kicked the Dragon square in the back. After getting him to his feet, he whipped him to the ropes and went for a leapfrog but Ultimo stopped in his tracks and when Kazarian landed on his feet, Dragon smashed him with a superkick! Ultimo made the cover and got a near fall. The action picked up after this point and was back and forth with several near falls. Ultimo shot Kazarian to the corner and ran in but Kaz went to the middle turnbuckle and gave a head and shoulder fake, getting Dragon to bite. He then came off with a reverse crossbody but Ultimo rolled through it and all in the same motion turned it into the Dragon Sleeper! The crowd was amazed and was ready to see the challenger tap out. But Kazarian instead fought the hold and lifted his knee right into the face of the Dragon. After a buzzsaw kick to the head looked like it would put the Dragon away, Kazarian made the cover and got another 2 count. Kazarian then pulled Ultimo up and threw him over the top rope and to the floor. With a full head of steam, Kazarian ran across the ring and dove through the ropes, looking to take out the champ. But Ultimo moved out of the way and Kazarian had to brace his fall with his hands. From there, Ultimo brought the majority of the crowd to it's feet by climbing to the apron and springing off the ring ropes with his famed Asai Moonsault! Kazarian was put right back down and the champion was in good shape. After rolling Kaz back into the ring, Ultimo got him up and tried to set up the "Dragon DDT". But as he went for it, Kazarian had a counter in mind and he used it, countering mid-move into a sambo slam! Ultimo was driven into the mat and Kazarian covered him for the 1...............2............, but Ultimo got a shoulder up just in time. Kazarian picked Ultimo up and sat him on the top turnbuckle but Ultimo kicked him in the face before he could climb up. Kazarian responded by yanking the Dragon to the mat by his right arm. He then got him up and whipped him to the ropes but Ultimo countered with a flying headscissor. Instead of throwing Kazarian though, he slipped out of the hold and wound up in perfect position to hit the Dragon DDT, this time pulling it off. The crowd very much appreciated the maneuver as Ultimo made the cover and got the 1...............2...............3! Match Time: 9:13 Hudson: "What a great match! The Ultimo Dragon has retained the Lightheavyweight title but it didn't come easily". REFEREE SCOTT ARMSTRONG HANDED THE BELT TO THE DRAGON WHO HELD IT UP IN HIS RIGHT HAND. Cole: "That Dragon DDT came out of nowhere and provided Ultimo Dragon what he needed to put away the very game Kazarian". Hudson: "Very game for sure..... great match by both men". BACKSTAGE......... CAMERAS IN THE BACK SHOW M.X. OGDEN HEADING DOWN A HALLWAY, READY FOR ACTION. HE HAS THE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE AROUND HIS WAIST AND HE IS FLANKED BY AJ LEE. Cole: "Coming up next is another champion, the Intercontinental champion, M.X. Ogden! Don't go away"! COMMERCIAL BREAK........ COMMERCIALS ARE SHOWN FOR JUST FOR MEN AND PIZZA HUT. RETURN FROM BREAK..... RINGSIDE...... AS PRIMETIME RETURNS, FORMER TWF LIGHTHEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION SILVER WOLF IS IN THE RING. "CAPRICORN" BY 30 SECONDS TO MARS COMES ON AND M.X. OGDEN COMES OUT ALONGSIDE AJ LEE TO MOSTLY ALL BOOS. Hudson: "Welcome back live here on the FOX network as we get set for more action as you take a look at the reigning TWF Intercontinental champion who feels, Michael, who feels he should be the Universal champion today". Cole: "Absolutely he does. I was told that Ogden had a very empty feeling for quite some time following that match". Hudson: "Well he better be focused on Silver Wolf, a man who boasts a pretty strong win-loss record here in the TWF". Non-Title Match Silver Wolf vs. Intercontinental Champion: M.X. Ogden w/ AJ Lee The bell sounded to start the match and after a brief tie-up, Silver Wolf whipped Ogden to the mat with a quick armdrag. Ogden got up and walked right into another one. Silver Wolf took that into a top wristlock but Ogden got up and kicked him in the abdomen before grabbing the hair of Silver Wolf and slamming him to the mat. Referee Charles Robinson gave Ogden a warning about the hair before Ogden followed up with a basement dropkick. He then got down and began to pull at the nose, eyes and mouth of Silver Wolf with his fingers. Ogden pulled him up and grabbed him in a side headlock but Silver Wolf countered with a very nice backdrop suplex. After a quick legdrop, Silver Wolf lifted Ogden up and set him on the top turnbuckle. But before he could follow up, Ogden kicked him away and then flew off with a very nice leg lariat. Ogden then got Silver Wolf up and delivered a quick neckbreaker drop and that seemed to put Silver Wolf in a lot of pain. Ogden gave a quick glance to the smiling AJ before turning back to Silver Wolf and hitting the "Memory Maker". It was academic at that point as Ogden made the cover and got the 3 count. Match Time: 6:14 Hudson: "A very good win for M.X. Ogden and maybe that will help put that WrestleMania memory in his rear view mirror". Cole: "Is that supposed to be a play on Ogden's "Memory Maker" nickname? Because if so, it was stupid". BY THIS TIME, OGDEN HAS A MICROPHONE AND AJ IS IN THE RING WITH HIM, HOLDING THE IC BELT. M.X. Ogden: "I hope what I just did to Silver Wolf shows all those in power that I am still up there with the top guys in this company. Now, it's no secret that I was disappointed with the result of WrestleMania 12. Hell, I wasn't even part of the decision. But AJ here reminded me of what I do have..... and that is the Intercontinental title..... one of the most prestigious championships in our business! So from this point forward, you can expect to see a focused, aggressive, take no prisoners M.X. Ogden..... one who is out to prove one thing and make it crystal clear...... that I am the greatest Intercontinental champion of all time". OGDEN TOSSES THE MIC DOWN AS "CAPRICORN" PLAYS AGAIN. HE HOLDS THE ROPES UP FOR AJ SO SHE CAN EXIT THE RING AND THEN FOLLOWS HER OUT. Cole: "I like that.... good for him.... good for Ogden"! Hudson: "There have been some very good Intercontinental champions, Michael. That's quite the proclamation by Ogden". SEVERAL STILL IMAGES ARE SHOWN FROM THE MATCH BETWEEN STING AND THE UNDERTAKER FROM WRESTLEMANIA 12. WHEN THE ACTION RETURNS LIVE, STING IS IN THE RING AND HIS MUSIC IS PLAYING. Hudson: "Those were some shots for what I truly believe will be remembered as a classic match in TWF history between Sting and The Undertaker". STING IS PACING BACK AND FORTH THROUGHOUT THE RING, HEAD DOWN. HE HAS A MIC IN HAND AND BEGINS TO SPEAK. Sting: "I have to tell you guys, even in defeat, I am incredibly proud of the match The Undertaker and I put on at WrestleMania. THE CROWD RESPECTFULLY APPLAUDS. It was everything I expected and more and it was truly an honor to face that man. But with that came somewhat of a revelation. I came to the TWF for one thing and one thing only and that was to face The Undertaker. As much as I loved feeling that rush of adrenaline that night and hearing all you great fans cheer us on, it also became very apparent to me that some things have passed me by. THE FANS START TO SAY "NO" AND SOME BOOS ARE EVEN HEARD. I've always said I wouldn't overstay my welcome in this business and the TWF belongs to the next generation at this point. I thank all of you guys for making me the wrestler I have become and for always believing in me. THE FANS START TO CHEER AND CHANT "STING" BUT JUST THEN, TWF AGENT ARN ANDERSON COMES OUT WITH A MICROPHONE AND GETS INTO THE RING. Hudson: "Here comes the legendary Double A..... this is gonna get interesting". Arn Anderson: "Sting...... come on..... think this through. I mean, I know what you said, I know you fulfilled your mission here in the TWF, but I sat in the back in Denver and I watched that match.... a match which I thought was easily the best on the card that night. You and Taker tore the house down, brother and I was damn proud to be a part of it! THE CROWD CHEERS AS STING SEEMS HUMBLED BY THE PRAISE. So all I say is think this through. I mean, if not for this (Anderson points to the back of his neck), I would have done this for every minute and every second that I possibly could have! You can't ever get it back..... and you still have it....... I know for sure if Ric was here right now, he'd tell ya the same thing. STING LOOKS UP AND LOOKS DEEP INTO ANDERSON's EYES UPON THAT COMMENT. AFTER A FEW MOMENTS, STING GOES TO LEAVE THE RING BUT ANDERSON STOPS HIM, SEEMINGLY EXPECTING AN ANSWER. STING TAKES THE MICROPHONE FROM HIM. Sting: "I appreciate it, Arn........ thank you". STING WALKS AWAY AS ANDERSON JUST PUTS HIS HANDS OUT. Hudson: "It seems like Sting might be taking more time to make this decision....... it's a tough one for sure". Cole: "Well put me in on the side that wants Sting to walk away! It's long overdue, Stinger..... your heyday ended a long, long time ago"! COMMERCIAL BREAK...... A COMMERCIAL FOR COMCAST IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR KLONDIKE BARS. RETURN FROM BREAK..... RINGSIDE..... AS PRIMETIME RETURNS, CHAOS WOLF COMES OUT TO "REMEMBER THE NAME" BY FORT MINOR AND GETS A PRETTY GOOD CHEER. Hudson: "Welcome back to TWF PrimeTime everybody and here comes one of the six men who went through a war at WrestleMania inside that Empire Sweepstakes match and Michael, I don't think it's too hard to guess at what Chaos Wolf would have done if he had won that match". Cole: "No, he would have chosen to face one of the members of The Empire, one of the people who runs this company and he would've further buried his career by doing so! I mean, no one has ever accused Chaos Wolf of being a brain surgeon during his TWF tenure"! "HYSTERIA" BY MUSE HITS AND PJ CASH COMES OUT TO THE USUAL STRING OF BOOS. Hudson: "His opponent tonight is a man who is one million dollars lighter and from what I've been told, that money has been nothing short of a miracle for the members of the Lakota tribe, thanks to Tatanka". Cole: "And it has put a dent in one of my personal favorite superstars, PJ Cash, your former broadcast partner. I'm not sure what it is, but he is not himself here tonight". Hudson: "Well how would you feel if one defeat cost you that much money? I know he's always bragged about his personal portfolio, but that's a large blow to anyone". Chaos Wolf vs. PJ Cash PJ Cash came into the ring and went right after Wolf, attacking him from behind. Cash seemed desperate for a win as he laid into his opponent with punches and kicks. Off an irish whip, Cash went for a jumping back elbow but Wolf caught him and nicely turned it into a backdrop suplex. Pulling Cash right back to his feet, Wolf scored with a belly to belly suplex. Cash rolled to the outside of the ring for a quick breather, but Wolf was right on his tail, taking him out with a clothesline when he turned around. After whipping Cash into the ring steps, Wolf turned to the crowd and was given a big cheer. He then got Cash up and onto his shoulder, looking to run him face first into the steel ring post. Cash was able to turn it around and after slipping off, he pushed Wolf right into the post before getting back into the ring. Wolf slid back in to beat the count out, which was up to 8, but Cash kicked him square in the ribs before running the ropes and delivering a flipping neckbreaker. He went for the cover but Wolf was able to get a shoulder off the mat at 2. Cash was starting to get into a groove and after running the ropes, he connected with his springing elbow, catching Wolf right in the face. From there, Cash looked to the corner and went to the outside, climbing to the top rope. Performing a rare high risk maneuver, Cash went for a 360 splash, which would have meant trouble for Wolf had he hit it, but he didn't. Wolf rolled out of the way and after Cash bounced off the mat, he got him up and delivered the "Chaos Theory" before hooking the leg and getting the 1.........2..................3. Match Time: 7:17 Hudson: "Chaos Wolf racks up a win here on PrimeTime while the string of misfortune continues for PJ Cash"! Cole: "I feel horrible for PJ, someone needs to reach out to this guy". "REMEMBER THE NAME" PLAYED AGAIN AS CHAOS WOLF CELEBRATED THE WIN OVER A FALLEN PJ CASH. Hudson: "And who is that gonna be? This guy has alienated himself from everyone here and burned every bridge he's ever crossed. As for Chaos Wolf, let's see if he can build on what was a very big singles victory here in Orlando"! BACKSTAGE....... JORDAN ROCKWELL IS SHOWN IN HIS DRESSING ROOM GETTING READY FOR HIS LAST MAN STANDING MATCH. HE IS WEARING A CAMOUFLAGE SKULL CAP AND CAMO FATIGUES. BACK TO RINGSIDE AND "BARBIE GIRL" BY AQUA COMES ON. BOOS FOLLOW AS A PINK CORVETTE ROLLS INTO THE ARENA WITH KEN DOLL AND LACEY VON ERICH INSIDE. THEY GET OUT, AND LACEY IS DRESSED IN AN OUTFIT SIMILAR TO THAT OF SNOW WHITE. Hudson: "Oh no, not this....... Cole: "What do you mean not this?! This is great! (singing) I'm a Barbie Girl, in a Barbie Woooooorld"! Hudson: "Oh my goodness. Well folks, on that note, we have tag team action here as Ken Doll and I guess you could say Barbie make their way to the ring". Cole: "I can't believe these people are booing this! In a place where they consider Mickey Mouse some sort of hero no less! And look at this..... it's Disney Barbie! Oh I love it"! "AMAZING" BY KANYE WEST STARTS UP AND THE BOOS CONTINUE AS JOE COREY STEPS OUT FROM THE BACK. WITH HIM IS SUNNY, WHO IS WEARING A WHITE TOP AND BLACK SPANDEX. Hudson: "Ken Doll's partner is the former Universal champion and we heard earlier in tonight's broadcast that John Cena has accepted the challenge of Joe Corey for a best of five series with each match in that series containing some sort of stipulation". Cole: "Well I think Joe Corey suckered Cena in.... I really do! I think Cena let his bravado get the best of him because in reality, he doesn't even know what he agreed to"! AFTER COREY GETS INTO THE RING, SIN CARA's MUSIC COMES ON AND THE FANS CHEER AS HE MAKES HIS WAY TO THE RING. HE RUNS DOWN THE RAMP AND VAULTS OVER THE TOP ROPE INTO THE RING. BUT WITHOUT ANY PROVOCATION, COREY AND DOLL ATTACK HIM. Hudson: "Hey what's this..... the match hasn't even started yet"! Cole: "Joe Corey and Ken Doll were waiting on Sin Cara and they're all over him"! BEFORE LONG, JOHN CENA RUNS OUT TO A MIXED RESPONSE TO HELP HIS TEAMMATE. HE NAILS DOLL WITH A RIGHT HAND BEFORE TANGLING WITH COREY. REFEREE AARON MAHONEY HAS HIS HANDS FULL AND DOES HIS BEST TO CALM THINGS DOWN. HE FINALLY GETS CENA TO HIS CORNER BUT AS HE DOES, COREY NAILS SIN CARA FROM BEHIND. MAHONEY TURNS AND ORDERS COREY TO HIS CORNER. "The Show" Joe Corey and Ken Doll w/ Sunny and Lacey Von Erich vs. John Cena and Sin Cara Between the attack to start the match and the last shot from Corey, Sin Cara is in an early hole as Ken Doll goes to work on him. Doll does a great job of keeping the quick highflyer grounded but after shooting him into the ropes, Sin Cara uses those ropes and flies off with a reverse flying headbutt, knocking Doll to the mat. Sin Cara seemed to take a blow from the move too but he is able to make it to his corner and tag in Cena. Cena comes into the match and hits Doll with a variety of punches to the head and body. Off an irish whip, he sends Doll sailing with a back body drop and now the crowd is fired up, most even backing Cena. Doll retreated to a corner and begged Cena off but Cena walked right in, only to catch a finger to the eye. This allowed Doll to tag in Joe Corey who came in and nailed Cena with a chop block to the right knee. Working on the knee like a true technician, Corey yanked, twisted and pulled at the knee, keeping Cena on his back for several minutes. Corey then picked Cena up for Ric Flair's old shinbreaker but Cena was able to get free and after bouncing off the ropes, nailed Corey with a flying shoulder. He then got Corey up for his swinging side suplex and then stood over him as many knew what was coming. A mixture of cheers and some thunderous boos followed as Cena delivered the 5 Knuckle Shuffle. Sin Cara was ready to get back into the match and Cena made the tag as he went to the top rope and flew off with a swanton dive, landing right on Corey. Sin Cara had the pin but Sunny was up on the apron, distracting Mahoney. Cena came over and got his attention, making sure he made a count. But by the time he got down to do so, Corey was able to kick out at 2. Lacey got on the apron at this point and this forced Cena to get back into the ring. But as Mahoney ushered him out, Corey kicked Sin Cara right in the groin before slapping the hand of Ken Doll. Doll came into the ring and hit his rolling neckbreaker, a move he is now calling "Twist N Shout Ken" and that led to the 1..........2..........3! Match Time: 9:44 Cole: "That does it! That was Twist N Shout Ken"! Hudson: "It was what"?! Cole: "That's what he calls that move! Twist N Shout Ken"! Hudson: "Ridiculous.... but it has given Ken Doll and Joe Corey a bit of a cheap win here tonight". KEN DOLL, JOE COREY, LACEY AND SUNNY LEFT GLOATING OVER THE WIN WHILE CENA TRIED TO HELP SIN CARA UP IN THE RING. COREY LOOKED AT CENA AND MOTIONED AROUND HIS WAIST FOR THE BELT AS IF TO SAY IT WOULD BE COMING BACK TO HIM SOON. Cole: "John Cena should be thankful this didn't count as a win in the best of five! It's already 1-0 in favor of Corey as far as I'm concerned"! Hudson: "Well officially we know that's not true but that best of five series is going to make TWF history I am sure. And coming up next, if you want to see a fight.... if you want to see a war.... you've come to the right place. Jordan Rockwell takes on Gundam in a Last Man Standing match...... next"! COMMERCIAL BREAK.......... A COMMERCIAL FOR M&M's IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR DORITOS. RETURN FROM BREAK...... BACKSTAGE...... PRIMETIME RETURNS AND THE LAST MAN STANDING MATCH IS APPARENTLY UNDERWAY. USING A WOODEN STAFF, GUNDAM HAS ATTACKED ROCKWELL AND IS BEATING HIM WITH THE WEAPON. Last Man Standing Gundam vs. Jordan Rockwell With Rockwell prone on the floor, Gundam took a huge swing with the staff but missed. The staff cracked on the hard floor before Rockwell got up and smashed him with a right hand. Rockwell then grabbed half of the staff and choked Gundam with it before throwing him head first into what appeared to be a metal breaker box on the wall. Rockwell dragged Gundam through the backstage area before bringing him through the curtain and into the arena. He found a 2x4 in the back and broke it over the back of Gundam. The fans were wildly cheering as Rockwell led Gundam to the ring and through him in. Rockwell then grabbed a steel chair and brought it in with him as the camera got a good shot of a cheering Lita. Rockwell raised the chair over his head but Gundam used a back footsweep to trip Rockwell up and then he got a hold of the chair, blasting 'The Franchise' over the head. Rockwell fell to one knee where Gundam drilled him with a buzzsaw kick to the head. Rockwell went down and referee Mike Chioda moved in and began to count, reaching a count of 7 before Rockwell got to his feet. Gundam didn't let up any, kicking at the body before hitting him with a jumping headbutt. Rockwell fell into the corner before Gundam measured and connected with a superkick that sent a smacking sound through the arena. He then got Rockwell up and used the ring ropes to choke him. Gundam ripped the mask off his face and the camera got a very good shot of his eyes and he had a very distant look in them. Gundam went over and got the chair again and bashed Rockwell over the head one more time. Rockwell crumpled to the mat and it didn't look like he'd recover. Chioda started to count again, reaching 8 before Rockwell grabbed the ring ropes, pulling himself up at 9. But Gundam had left the ring and the audience was in pure shock to see him grab Lita and pull her out of the crowd! Lita slapped Gundam, trying to defend herself, but Gundam grabbed Lita by the back of the head and threw her into the guardrail! This drew some of the loudest heat of any TWF moment in years but at the same time, it lit a fire inside Rockwell. Rockwell left the ring, charging Gundam. He tackled him on the ramp before delivering some punches and then grabbing the head of Gundam, smashing it into the ramp. Gundam had been busted open but Rockwell was far from finished, getting the former Hall of Famer up and delivering the "Eternal Flame" on the entrance ramp. He then pulled Gundam to the top of the stage. The match would have been over right there but Rockwell grabbed Lita and helped her into the backstage area, finding her a seat as she tried to recover from the assault by Gundam. But then, Rockwell located a forklift and got behind the wheel. Fans in the arena began cheering as Rockwell started the forklift and began to move it forward through the backstage area. In a TWF moment that will be remembered for years to come, Rockwell lowered the forks about halfway and used them to push the set of PrimeTime from the back. The metal apparatus that covers the entrance way came falling down onto Gundam and the crowd went nuts. "Holy Shit" chants went on for the next solid minute as Rockwell parked the forklift and just walked away, not even waiting for Chioda to finish what was an inevitable 10 count. Match Time: 11:40 Hudson: "Fans I am in utter shock. I knew things would get ugly between these two tonight but I never..... I never would have imagined that". Cole: "Rockwell's an idiot! He just put all those fans in total danger! He's lucky no one was hurt"! Hudson: "Well no one in the audience was hurt..... but his opponent may be forever destroyed". OFF AIR...............
