Webster Bank Arena

Bridgeport, Connecticut

Attendance: 7,302

April 2, 2012

Once known as the Arena at Harbor Yard, Webster Bank Arena was the site of tonight's edition of TWF PrimeTime. It was just the company's second ever trip to the city of Bridgeport, the first coming in October 2006.

Rick Montel vs. Jimmy Uso

TWF fans were getting their second look at the newcomer Montel, but this was his first television appearance. Jimmy Uso was able to throw Montel off his game plan with several arm drags and a flying hook kick, but he couldn't keep Montel down for long. After whipping him to the ropes, Uso ran in but posted his shoulder hard against the steel ring post when Montel moved out of the way. Montel followed up with an armbar DDT before working on the arm. He was able to get a deep armbar on Uso who was only saved by getting to the ropes. Uso got to his feet and Montel ran in but Jimmy backdropped him over the top rope. Showing his great agility, Montel landed on the apron and then rammed a shoulder into the abdomen of Uso before flying back into the ring with a slingshot shoulder tackle. That led to a devastating maneuver which Montel calls the "Aneurysm" and that ended the match with a 3 count.

Cody Rhodes vs. Caleb Weber

Carrying his usual cocky attitude about him, Cody Rhodes was able to get control of this match and then began to get a little careless, slapping Weber around until Weber responded with a big right hand. He then whipped Rhodes to the ropes but Rhodes was able to come back with a clothesline. He then waited for Weber to get up and when he did, he ran the ropes and went for the Disaster Kick but he missed it when Weber got out of the way. Weber then scrambled into a quick Oklahoma roll and got a 3 count out of nowhere, stunning Rhodes.

Colt Cabana vs. Zack Ryder

This was a very competitive match and one that the crowd seemed split on in terms of who to support. Ryder was able to catch Cabana late in the match with a perfect spinebuster. Ryder then set up for his running boot in the corner but as he began to "fistpump" to get the crowd behind him, Cabana got to his feet and flew into Ryder, using his backside to take him off his feet. Cabana then got Ryder up and delivered the very innovative "Colt .45" and that led to a big victory for him.

PRIMETIME GOES LIVE

THE SHOT OPENS INSIDE THE ARENA AND THE BELL RINGS AS WE ARE PROMPTLY READY FOR ACTION.

JIMMY "SUPERFLY" SNUKA's OLD THEME SONG HITS AND OUT COMES TAMINA TO A VERY RECEPTIVE CHEER.

Scott Hudson: "Bridgeport, Connecticut is the site of tonight's edition of TWF PrimeTime and as we get things underway here, Michael, it could also be the site of a new Femme Fatale champion being crowned"!

Michael Cole: "Well I'm sure you and all these people here in Bridgeport would love to see that but I gotta stick with my girl Velvet. She's really been training hard for this one after her last encounter with Tamina and tonight I believe we'll see a different result than last time. Besides, she's much hotter than Tamina".

VELVET SKY's MUSIC COMES ON AND SHE COMES OUT TO A MIXED RESPONSE WITH THE FEMME FATALE TITLE AROUND HER WAIST. MOST OF THE CHEERS AND WHISTLES SHE RECEIVES ARE FROM THE MALE PORTION OF THE CROWD.

Hudson: "What does that have to do with this match? And when did she become your girl? That's laughable, Michael".

Cole: "No what's laughable is the thought of you trying to make conversation with the opposite sex".

Hudson: "Well what I do know is that Tamina is a second generation competitor here who has been trained by some of the legendary wrestlers of this sport's past and that is something that gives her a big advantage in this match in my opinion".

TWF Femme Fatale Title Match

Challenger: Tamina vs. Velvet Sky

As referee Charles Robinson held the belt up to let the crowd get a look at what was on the line, Velvet landed a low kick on Tamina to get an early start on the match. After some hard knifedge chops to the much bigger woman, Velvet went for an irish whip but Tamina reversed it. Tamina was a step off and when she dropped her head a little soon, Velvet responded by grabbing her by the hair and throwing her face first into her knee. After a jumping clothesline, Velvet made the cover but Tamina kicked out at 2. Velvet got the challenger up and pushed her into the corner before grabbing her head and connecting with a nice bulldog. Velvet made another cover but again couldn't hold her down. Velvet got up taunting Tamina, asking for her to get up. Tamina got up and went right into the clutches of the champion who was ready for her big DDT. But Tamina countered into a nice northern lights suplex and nearly got the 3 count. The move didn't end the match, but it was the beginning of the end of Velvet Sky's title reign. Off an irish whip, Tamina delivered an impressive powerslam before heading to the top rope. With the crowd cheering, Tamina landed a "Superfly Splash" that would have made her father proud and she got the 3 count on Velvet to become the new champion.

Match Time: 2:57

Hudson: "How do ya like that, Michael?! How are those great looks doing for Velvet Sky now"?!

Cole: "I...... I don't think Velvet knows what hit her? Is she OK"?

THE FANS RESPECTFULLY APPLAUDED AS THE NEW CHAMPION HELD UP HER BELT WHILE HER MUSIC PLAYED.

Hudson: "I have to give credit to Velvet, she did wear that title well but somewhere, Jimmy Snuka is a very, very proud man as his daughter is now wearing the Femme Fatale title"!

COMMERCIAL BREAK.....

A COMMERCIAL FOR FRONTIER AIRLINES IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR TROPICANA JUICE.

RETURN FROM BREAK..... RINGSIDE......

WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS FROM BREAK, TYLER REKS IS SHOWN IN THE RING.

KOFI KINGSTON's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO A GOOD CHEER.

Hudson: "We're back on TWF PrimeTime and this place is still on fire after seeing a new Femme Fatale champion crowned".

Cole: "OK, enough of Tamina, we've talked enough about her.... let's move on to the next match".

Hudson: (laughs) "Whatever you say, Michael. Kofi Kingston is set to battle Rising United member Tyler Reks in this one and this is your classic case of speed and athletic ability versus size and power".

Tyler Reks vs. Kofi Kingston

Reks attacked Kingston before the bell sounded and was all over him with forearms to the back and head. After pushing him into the corner, Reks used both hands to choke Kofi, coming close to being disqualified after referee Marty Elias reached a 4 count. Reks then pulled Kingston out into a clothesline before delivering a big elbow drop. Reks made the cover and hooked the leg but Kofi was up at 2. Reks pulled him up and hit a big suplex before going for that big elbow drop again but this time, Kingston got out of the way. Kofi then belted his foe with some big chops to the chest before connecting with a standing dropkick. He got Reks up and whipped him to the corner, flying in with a big body splash. Reks stumbled around the ring before falling to the mat. Kingston went to the top rope and got some incredible elevation, landing a perfect cross body when Reks got up. Kingston had both legs hooked but Reks kicked out at the last possible moment. Back on their feet, Kingston ran the ropes and dove at Reks but was caught in the air and Reks dropped him over his knee with a backbreaker. He then pulled Kingston up by the hair and hoisted him up onto his shoulders. But Kingston got free, landing on his feet. Reks threw a clothesline but missed everything and Kofi retorted with the "Trouble in Paradise". He covered him and got the 1......2.......3!

Match Time: 5:27

Hudson: "A big win here for Kofi Kingston and..... oh look out, there's Vance Archer"!

BEFORE REKS COULD DO ANY CELEBRATING, VANCE ARCHER HIT THE RING AND NAILED HIM FROM BEHIND. REKS RECOVERED AND HE AND ARCHER BEGAN TO STOMP ON KOFI TOGETHER. CHEERS SOON CAME FROM THE CROWD AS EVAN BOURNE RAN OUT WITH A STEEL CHAIR AND REKS AND ARCHER QUICKLY GOT OUT.

Hudson: "Kofi Kingston is going to be very thankful for Evan Bourne once he realizes what just happened out here...... this could have gotten very ugly".

Cole: "Kofi Kingston may have won this match but Rising United sure made him pay for it".

Hudson: "Let's go to the back where we understand Lena Yada is with PJ Cash".

BACKSTAGE........

Lena Yada: "PJ, many people have noticed that since WrestleMania.... something is different. Can you tell us all........

PJ Cash: "You want a confessional, or something? You want me to spill my guts, do ya? Well I'll just say this so all these people can get their rocks off...... losing one million dollars was a bigger blow to me...... than even I thought it would be".

CASH GIVES LENA A LONG LOOK BEFORE WALKING AWAY.

"BREAK THE WALLS DOWN" IS PLAYING AS THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE RING AND CHRIS JERICHO COMES OUT. THE MUSIC STOPS AS HE RAISES THE MIC TO SPEAK.

Chris Jericho: "A lot of you sheep wonder and ask me what my problem is with Jordan Rockwell, a lot of the Chris Jericho wannabe's in the back are doing the exact same thing and normally I wouldn't explain anything to anyone but this one time I will indulge all of you. Ten years ago I left the TWF and instead of me following my first instinct of going into music, I allowed myself to be lured into the GSE and during that time, I was surrounded by nothing but common garbage where as Rockwell was put right in the midst of some of the greatest performers in the history of this business. That should have been me! I was forced to deal with mediocre at best where Rockwell was put in this ring with the end all and the be alls of this business. It should have been me! I was the equivalent of a second class citizen where as Rockwell was engulfed with fortune, fame, notoriety and celebrity. That should have been me!

The fans begin chants of "We want Rockwell".....

Then there is that! All of you love him and you idolize him, cheer him and you buy his merchandise, but you all disrespect me. I'm Chris Jericho damn it! I am a future first ballot hall of famer and I get treated like garbage...... it should be me. All of them in the back follow him! He's the supposed leader of the TWF locker room, do you know who I am? I'm Chris Jericho! I'm the guy all of you grew up wanting to be, I'm the younger generations Ric Flair! And all of you wannabe's follow him? It's supposed to be me. People like Vince McMahon gave him the ball and let him run with it and he became the biggest star in the history of the business and I was pushed aside like common trash. I'm Chris Jericho damn it! So you want to know what my problem is? My problem is he has everything that is rightfully mine, my problem is that all of you and all of them in the back cause him to exist, but that is all going to change cause I will have my justice..... my retribution. I will take everything that should have been mine and make it mine and I will destroy your precious Franchise and their leader and it will be all of your faults for disrespecting me!

All of a sudden, "Save Me" by Burn Halo hits as Jordan Rockwell makes his way to the ring in his ring gear and he is shaking his head in disgust.

Hudson: "I think we're about to have a rebuttal"!

Cole (sarcastically): "Wonderful.......

Jordan Rockwell: "My God man.... You really are a pathetic bastard aren't you?

The fans cheer as Jericho looks upset.....

Your problem with me is the fact that I'm in the position that you should have been in, and you're Chris Jericho the guy that all these people should respect and all the boys and the women should look up to and follow.

Jericho nods his head...

Well let me explain something to you so you can understand things. Number one, Vince McMahon gave me the ball cause he knew and found out over time that I could be counted on to be thee guy in his company that would put the butts in the seats, that would sell out arenas and above all else that he could trust unlike a lot of people that walked out the door, yourself included.

The fans cheer......

These people support me cause they known I'll show up each and every single time and give them their money's worth, that I'll sign every autograph and take every picture and that I'm on their time. Once again, unlike you!

The fans begin a chant of "Thank you Rockwell"

And as far as all of them go in the backstage area, they follow me cause they know that I will stand side by side with them and go to war and they know that it doesn't matter if it's John cena or Velvet Sky, it doesn't matter if you're a grizzled vet or a fresh faced rookie because I'm here for them. Once again..... unlike you! Much like you Chris, I have a wife and children at home and I leave my family to come and work for these people and I stand beside everyone backstage. The only difference though is you think you are entitled to everything and are better than everyone else. Where as I earn everything I've gotten and I'm the best wrestler in the world because of all of them in the back. And by the way, there is only one Ric Flair and you aren't and will never be him, so if you want to go on this b.s jealous tirade, then you go right ahead, cause much like always, I'll be there to stop you.

Rockwell drops the mic and stands atop the stage, staring at Jericho as "Save Me" hits again.......

COMMERCIAL BREAK......

A COMMERCIAL FOR COMCAST IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY A PROMO FOR DEADLY GAMES.

RETURN FROM BREAK.... RINGSIDE......

Non-Title Match

Justin Gabriel vs. Lightheavyweight Champ: Ultimo Dragon

PrimeTime returned with Ultimo Dragon, clad in black and yellow attire, facing Rising United member Justin Gabriel. The title was not on the line here, but a win for Gabriel would certainly put him in line for a title shot. The action was very fast paced in this match as Gabriel and the Dragon both used their feet as their primary weapons. After missing with a back footsweep that Gabriel jumped over, Ultimo was victimized by a spinning heel kick. After a running senton bomb, Gabriel got Ultimo up and shot him to the corner, running in with a kick to the face that would have made even the most hardcore of Japanese fans happy. Gabriel then went to the top rope, looking for the finishing touch on the match. But sensing the 450 splash was coming, Ultimo rolled out of the way. Gabriel came off the turnbuckle and stuck a few forearms into the face of the Lightheavyweight champion before shooting him to the ropes. Ultimo responded by avoiding a clothesline and then drilling Gabriel with a dropkick. He then ran to the ring ropes, coming off with the Asai Moonsault. He hit it and had both legs hooked, but Gabriel kicked out at 2 and a half. Ultimo grabbed his head, looking for the Dragon DDT, but Gabriel pushed him away. After a spin kick to abdomen, Gabriel whipped the Dragon in again and went for a hurricanrana but the Dragon countered right into a sitdown powerbomb. From there, he got Gabriel up and executed the Dragon DDT, hooking the near leg to get the 3 count.

Match Time: 5:20

Hudson: "What a match..... and the Ultimo Dragon just keeps on rollin'"!

Cole: "A very decorated superstar throughout his career, Ultimo Dragon is proving why he is the top of the class in the TWF's Lightheavyweight division".

Hudson: "It's definitely going to take a superb effort to get that belt from around his waist, Michael".

BACKSTAGE......

IN THE BACK, LENA YADA IS WITH CHAOS WOLF.

Lena Yada: "Chaos Wolf, with Deadly Games the next TWF pay-per-view, we understand you are looking to put together a team for this unique event".

Chaos Wolf: "From what I understand, no one knows exactly what the ultimate winner of Deadly Games is going to receive, but I'm willing to throw my name into the thing".

JUST THEN, PJ CASH STROLLS UP.

PJ Cash: "Seriously? Even if you paid for it, I don't think you could find two guys to team with you".

Chaos Wolf: "Well I certainly couldn't do it with your money. I mean, by your own admission, you're broke as a joke".

PJ Cash: "I'm dealing with that..... and even so..... I'd rather have my current situation, than be you, any day of the week".

Chaos Wolf: "I heard you earlier whining and crying about how bad things have been for you lately. How 'bout I add to that"?

SUDDENLY, CHAOS WOLF STRIKES CASH WITH A RIGHT HAND, KNOCKING HIM BACK. CASH FIRES BACK WITH A PUNCH THAT CONNECTS AND THE FIGHT IS ON. WOLF AND CASH ARE EVENTUALLY SEPARATED BY OFFICIALS IN THE BACK, BUT IT APPEARS LENA YADA GOT CAUGHT UP IN THE STRUGGLE BECAUSE SHE IS ON THE GROUND HOLDING THE BACK OF HER HEAD.

BACK TO RINGSIDE, THE CROWD COMES TO THEIR FEET AS STING COMES OUT TO HIS THEME SONG. INSTEAD OF HIS USUAL LONG BLACK COAT AND BASEBALL BAT, STING IS JUST WEARING A T-SHIRT OVER HIS WRESTLING GEAR. THE LOOK ON HIS FACE SAYS SOMETHING IS WEIGHING ON HIS MIND.

Hudson: "All hell just broke loose back there, let's hope Lena is OK".

Cole: "I don't know who Chaos Wolf thinks he is. I mean, the guy has always been an idiot, but to talk to PJ Cash like that"?

Hudson: "Well let's talk about Sting now, a man who on the last edition of PrimeTime said he had a decision to make about his career".

Cole: "Well I have been looking forward to this for awhile. Sting has had a long, illustrious career but c'mon, it's time to move on. This guy's old enough to be my father".

Sting: "The last time I was out here in front of you guys, I said that I completed my goals here in the TWF and beyond that, I've completed my goals in the wrestling business. A good friend of mine and a man that I have known for a long time came out and asked me to think about it. I've thought about it and........

BEFORE STING CAN SAY ANOTHER WORD, KEVIN THORN's MUSIC HITS AND ARIEL COMES OUT, HEADING TOWARDS THE RING.

Hudson: "What in the world is this"?

Cole: "The dark queen of the TWF is coming out here and I don't think Sting expected that".

ARIEL GETS A MICROPHONE AND GETS INTO THE RING.

Ariel: "Sting..... Sting.... wait. Before you say anything, I just wanted to let you know what an inspiration you have been. I mean, I remember watching you as a young girl when I was dying to get into this business......

ARIEL GETS CLOSER TO STING AND THEN PUTS HER HAND ON HIS CHEST, MOVING IT UP AND DOWN.

But what I liked the most about you was that dark, mysterious side. It..... it turned me on".

Hudson: "Oh my God..... look at this"!

WHAT STING REALIZE IS THAT KEVIN THORN HAD ENTERED THE RING, COMING FROM OUT OF THE CROWD. HE HAD HIS WALKING STICK AND HE SMASHED STING IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD WITH IT. BOOS FLOWED THROUGH THE ARENA IMMEDIATELY AS THORN POUNDED AWAY ON STING.

Hudson: "What in the hell is going on here?! Why is Kevin Thorn assaulting Sting"?!

Cole: "Kevin Thorn has decided to send a message here..... maybe Sting didn't walk away soon enough"?!

WITH STING INCAPACITATED, THORN GOT HIM UP AND DELIVERED THE CRUCIFIX POWERBOMB. HE THEN GOT DOWN OVER STING, LOOKING AT HIS FALLEN VICTIM.

Hudson: "I don't understand this at all. A totally uncalled for, unprovoked attack"!

Cole: "We'll be right back.... I think Sting is going to need medical treatment here".

COMMERCIAL BREAK........

COMMERCIALS FOR PIZZA HUT AND GATORADE ARE SHOWN.

RETURN FROM BREAK.....

WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS, A PROMO GRAPHIC IS BEING DISPLAYED FEATURING JOE COREY AND JOHN CENA.

Hudson: "We have a huge main event tonight so fans, you're going to want to stay with us for the duration of tonight's broadcast as Joe Corey and John Cena face off in the first match of their best of five series and it will be a submission match".

Cole: "And not only that but during the break, we got more big news.... take a look at this".

BACKSTAGE..... EMPIRE SUITE......

JORDAN ROCKWELL HAS SOMEHOW GAINED ACCESS TO THE EMPIRE SUITE AND IS STANDING IN FRONT OF MONEY MIKE AND STEPHANIE. MIKE IS SEATED ON A COUCH AND STEPHANIE IS BASICALLY ON HIS LAP. CAMERAS CATCH THE CONVERSATION MIDWAY.

Jordan Rockwell: "All I'm saying is if that's how Jericho feels, he can find two guys and I'll do the same and we'll settle this at Deadly Games".

Money Mike: "Ya know, I like that idea, but why don't we get an early start on things? How about you find yourself someone to team with tonight and I'll have Jericho do the same..... go get yourself ready for a tag team match, Franchise".

Jordan Rockwell: "Ya know, seeing the two of you sitting together, I don't know who I feel more sorry for. Oh, yeah I do.... the couch".

ROCKWELL TURNS AND LEAVES THE SUITE.

BACK TO LIVE ACTION..........

SIN CARA IS SHOWN IN THE RING AFTER HAVING COME OUT WHILE THE FOOTAGE FROM THE BREAK WAS RUNNING. HE IS READY FOR ACTION WHEN "BARBIE GIRL" BY AQUA COMES ON AND PINK STROBE LIGHTS SHOOT AROUND THE ARENA.

Cole: "Here we go.... let's get this party started"!

Hudson: "A huge tag team match just announced there but right now, Sin Cara is set to face Ken Doll and these two have really developed a bit of a rivalry here on PrimeTime".

THE FAMILIAR PINK CORVETTE PULLS OUT ONTO THE STAGE BUT LACEY VON ERICH IS DRIVING. PEERING THROUGH HIS MASK, SIN CARA JUST FOCUSES ON THE STAGE. ALL OF A SUDDEN, KEN DOLL COMES FROM BEHIND SIN CARA AND ATTACKS HIM.

Hudson: "Wait a minute.... where did he come from"?

Cole: "Ken Doll is all over Sin Cara here..... it looks like a fiesta here on PrimeTime"!

DOLL CONTINUES TO LAY INTO SIN CARA, KNOCKING HIM OUT OF THE RING. HE FOLLOWS HIM OUT BUT SIN CARA IS WAITING WITH A PUNCH TO THE GUT. THE TWO MEN THEN BRAWL UP THE ENTRANCE RAMP UNTIL DOLL FINALLY JUST KICKS HIM IN THE GROIN. DOLL THEN BOUNCES SIN CARA's HEAD OFF THE HOOD OF THE CORVETTE. LACEY VON ERICH GETS OUT OF THE CAR, LOOKING TO GET OUT OF HARMS WAY AS DOLL OPENS THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR AND SHOVES SIN CARA HEAD FIRST INTO THE DOORWAY. JUST AS IT SEEMS DOLL IS ABOUT TO SLAM THE DOOR ON HIS HEAD, TWF AGENTS RUSH OUT FROM THE BACK TO PREVENT IT.

Hudson: "Oh thank God for those guys.....

Cole: "Yeah they came just in time.... I would've hated to see that nice Corvette sustain any damage"!

Hudson: "Ken Doll is lucky that was TWF agents and not the police! That was assault and battery right before our eyes"!

DOLL IS USHERED TO THE BACK, FOLLOWED BY LACEY AS OTHER OFFICIALS CHECK ON SIN CARA AND HELP HIM UP.

BACKSTAGE.....

IN THE BACK, CARNEY IS SHOWN WITH ALBA RIOS, WHO LOOKS TO BE VERY MUCH PREGNANT AT THIS TIME.

Alba Rios: "Well, you haven't been responding to any of my texts. Like I said.... the paternity tests are pending, but they're gonna say what I already know, you're the father. You really have some decisions to make".

AT THAT MOMENT, CHRIS JERICHO COMES UP.

Chris Jericho: "Uh, I hope I'm not interrupting anything, but Axl Irvin was supposed to be here tonight and I was going to choose him as my tag team partner. Do you want..... I mean, unless you're too busy".

Carney: "Oh no.... I'll team up with ya tonight. Any chance I get to beat up on Rockwell I take it".

ALBA JUST ROLLS HER EYES AND WALKS OFF.

TWF Intercontinental Title Match

Challenger: Tatanka vs. M.X. Ogden w/ AJ Lee

Coming off a successful title defense of the Million Dollar title at WrestleMania, Tatanka was looking to add more gold to his name. But set on being the greatest IC champion of all time, Ogden came out on fire. He seemed to fast and definitely too aggressive for Tatanka as he beat him into a corner and blasted him with kicks and chops to the chest. He then went to the body with punches until Tatanka fought back, slapping the chest of Ogden. Off an irish whip, Tatanka shot Ogden into the air with a big backbody drop. He then went for an elbow drop but Ogden rolled out of the way. A low dropkick from Ogden allowed him to leave the ring and climb to the top rope. Ogden came off with an attempt at a Blockbuster neckbreaker but Tatanka was able to avoid it. After 2 hard clotheslines, Tatanka scooped the champion up and slammed him to the mat. He then went to the top rope himself and flew off, pounding Ogden with a tomahawk chop to the head. Tatanka seemed sure he'd just become the new champion, covering Ogden and hooking the leg but he could only get a 2 and a half count. Not to be deterred, Tatanka got Ogden up onto his shoulders but Ogden slipped off and kicked Tatanka in the back of the right knee. After a short DDT that drove Tatanka's head hard into the mat, Ogden measured him and hit the "Memory Maker" as he returned to his feet, a move Tatanka never saw coming. After rolling his challenger over, Ogden hooked the leg and got the win.

Match Time: 4:03

"CAPRICORN" BY 30 SECONDS TO MARS CAME ON AND AJ RAN INTO THE RING WITH THE BELT, HANDING IT OVER TO OGDEN.

Cole: "Ogden dispatches another challenger"!

Hudson: "We know that M.X. Ogden has told anyone who will listen that his goal is to go down as the greatest Intercontinental champion the TWF has ever seen and it's hard to argue with what we just saw".

Cole: "Yeah, I wonder what they thought about that back in Tatanka's native land as they sat around their teepee's and ate beef jerky".

Hudson: "You better watch it, Cole..... we'll be right back......

COMMERCIAL BREAK.......

A COMMERCIAL FOR VERIZON IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR BURGER KING.

RETURN FROM BREAK..... RINGSIDE.....

WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS, "BREAK THE WALLS DOWN" IS HEARD AGAIN AND CHRIS JERICHO COMES OUT ALONG WITH CARNEY.

Hudson: "We're back live on PrimeTime and it looks as though Chris Jericho has found himself a tag team partner".

Cole: "Yeah and not for nothin', but Carney really needs to get rid of this woman problem he's got".

Hudson: "Woman problem? She may be the mother of his child"!

Cole: "Yeah, and she's establishing a knack of telling him that right before he competes in the ring. I mean, save it for another time, lady".

THE FANS LOUDLY CHEER WHEN "SAVE ME" HITS AND JORDAN ROCKWELL COMES OUT.

Hudson: "We heard in detail earlier this evening why Chris Jericho has such.......

ROCKWELL STOPS HALFWAY DOWN THE RAMP AND LOOKS BACK AT THE ENTRANCE WHEN "LEFT BEHIND" BY SLIPKNOT COMES ON AND NAILS MAKES HIS WAY OUT TO A HUGE POP.

Wait a minute, look at who Rockwell has found as a partner"!

Cole: "Rockwell has gone and found the dullest tool in the box, Nails"!

Hudson: "We heard that Axl Irvin was supposed to be the original partner of Y2J.... maybe he got wind of Rockwell getting Nails as a partner and that's why he's not here"!

Cole: "Oh please, this tag team matched wasn't even announced until about thirty minutes ago........

Chris Jericho and Carney vs. Jordan Rockwell and Nails

Jericho got into the ring to start the match and demanded that Rockwell do the same. Rockwell obliged, standing across from Y2J. As the two circled each other, Jericho went back to his corner and slapped the hand of Carney, drawing the ire of the crowd. Rockwell lunged in at Carney, hitting him with several hard punches followed by a big knee to the upper body. Off an irish whip, Rockwell powerslammed Carney and then ran the ropes but Jericho kicked him right in the back. Rockwell turned around and blasted Jericho with a right hand before turning back to Carney and running him over with a kick to the face. Rockwell pulled Carney up and brought him to his corner where he made the tag to Nails. Nails used rights and lefts to the body of Carney like a prize fighter, battering him in the corner. After shooting him to the far corner, Nails came charging in but Carney got out of his way. He was able to get the tag to Jericho who came in and hit a running bulldog on Nails after hitting the ropes. Jericho got up and put the boots to Nails before running the ropes again, looking for the Lionsault. Nails was able to avoid one of Jericho's signature moves and then got up, running the ropes himself and destroying Jericho with a clothesline. Rockwell tagged into the match and the fans were ready to see him get some shots in on Jericho. He measured him for some stiff right hands, knocking him into the corner. But Jericho got a finger to the eye and then tagged Carney back into the match. As the crowd booed, Carney flew from the apron and dropkicked Rockwell. He then went to the top rope and came off with an impressive rounding splash, hooking the leg for the 1.......2............., but Rockwell got a shoulder up. Carney continued to work on Rockwell following the high impact move and he had him in a lot of trouble. After a shining wizard, Carney called for the "C-Drive" and he picked Rockwell up, setting him up for his finishing move. But Rockwell swung out of it and pushed Carney to the ropes, catching him with a big spinebuster. Both men were down and the crowd was trying to will Rockwell to his corner, where Nails waited for a tag. That tag came and Nails came in fired up, hammering Carney with some hard clotheslines before picking him up for a jackhammer style suplex. He had Carney pinned, but Jericho came in to break it up. Seeing this, Rockwell got back in the ring and attacked Jericho, hitting him with a flurry of punches. Finally, referee Charles Robinson had to pull Rockwell away and into his corner. As he did, Jericho recovered and hit Nails with a low blow from behind. That led to the "Codebreaker" and Nails was down. Jericho rolled out of the ring as Carney made the cover on the hockey masked freak and Robinson turned and made the 3 count.

Match Time: 9:04

Cole: "He got him.... ring the bell"!

Hudson: "After what can only be described as an illegal attack, Chris Jericho and Nails have won this match"!

Cole: "Well if Rockwell didn't have to get involved right there, this match may still be going! But let's not talk about that.... let's talk about how Jericho's confidence has to be sky high right now following this victory over Rockwell"!

"BREAK THE WALLS DOWN" PLAYED AS JERICHO AND CARNEY LEFT THE RING WITH ROCKWELL LOOKING ON.

Hudson: "At Deadly Games it will be three on three with elimination rules and one way or another, Jericho will have to square off with Rockwell".

AFTER A FEW ADDS FOR TWF.COM INCLUDING ONE FOR THE TWF MALL, WE RETURN TO LIVE ACTION AND "MY TIME IS NOW" PLAYS, BRINGING JOHN CENA OUT TO HIS USUAL MIXED RESPONSE. CENA IS PROUDLY WEARING THE UNIVERSAL TITLE.

Hudson: "It's time to close the night with the first leg in a best of five series and Michael, I gotta believe this is going to be the start of a classic".

Cole: "John Cena and Joe Corey agreed to this best of five series for the Universal title with each match in the series having it's own unique stipulation".

KANYE WEST's "AMAZING" COMES ON AND THAT BRINGS JOE COREY OUT TO NEARLY ALL BOOS.

Hudson: "And the first match will be a submission match and you don't really think of either of these guys being submission wrestlers, yet they've each proven they can win matches that way".

Cole: "I spoke with Joe Corey earlier tonight and he said he will do whatever needs to be done in order to get that belt back".

Best of Five Series Match #1- Submission Match

"The Show" Joe Corey vs. John Cena

The crowd was at a fever pitch as the bell sounded to start the match and the two men began trading punches in the middle of the ring. Corey was able to land a kick but Cena reversed an irish whip and delivered a hip toss slam. He immediately went for a leg but Corey rolled away to fend it off. Cena followed him into the corner and when Corey got to his feet, Cena laid into him with more punches. But after a thumb to the eye, Corey kicked Cena square in the crotch. Referee Mike Chioda seemed ready to disqualify him until he remembered it was a submission only match. Taking advantage of the loose rules, Corey began to choke Cena before dragging him into the corner. Corey went outside the ring and wrapped the right leg of Cena around the steel post 3 times. Corey then seemed ready to slap on a figure four leg lock around the steel post but Cena sensed it coming and got free. Corey got back into the ring and pulled Cena up, shooting him to the ropes. Corey caught Cena and delivered a huge spinebuster. Corey then berated Cena, yelling at him while he was down. Corey went to run the ropes but from the mat, Cena tripped him up. With a hold of his right leg, Cena got up and slapped the STF on Corey in the center of the ring. It looked like the match may already be over, but Corey resisted giving up and crawled to the ropes, very impressive considering Cena was on his back, to get the break. But the damage had been done and Cena had gotten a second wind. Cena got him up and went on the offensive, capping a flurry of moves off with his spinning side suplex. Cena then looked for the "F-U" but Corey raked his hand across his face and again kicked him in the groin, this time from behind. After a reverse DDT, Corey went outside the ring and demanded that the timekeeper get out of his seat. Corey then grabbed the steel chair and brought it into the ring, smashing it over Cena's head when he got up. The shot opened Cena up and a red stain covered the mat as Cena tried to get up. Corey laid the chair down and kicked Cena in the abdomen, ready to deliver the "Showstopper" right on the chair. But instead, Cena got free and tripped him up, again locking in the STF. Cena was pulling back with all he had and seemed full of rage as Corey again tried to fight off the hold. But it was too much to overcome this time and moments later, Corey tapped out, giving the first match to Cena.

Hudson: "Wow....... bloodied and exhausted, John Cena has won the first battle in what promises to be a war"!

Cole: "Ya gotta hand it to Cena, he has taken a critical one to zero lead in this series and I have just been told that the second match in this series will be a Last Man Standing match".

"MY TIME IS NOW" PLAYED AGAIN AND CENA CELEBRATED THE VICTORY BUT STILL LOOKED VERY TIRED.

Hudson: "After watching what we just saw, it's hard to imagine these two men going through that. Good night everybody"!
