The Toyota Center in Houston was the site for this edition of Rampage. The last time the show was there, Joe Corey and Shelton Benjamin staged one of their epic battles for the King of Cable title. Matt Hardy vs. Nicky This was the latest chapter in the Hardy Boyz/Spirit Squad saga and it was Matt who completely dominated Nicky. After hitting the Side Effect, Matt had Mikey running down the ramp towards the ring. But Jeff Hardy came out to stop him and that took the referee's attention away. Strength in numbers paid off again for the Spirit Squad as Mitch snuck in through the crowd and popped Matt with his megaphone-like device and Nicky rolled him up for the 3 count. J.J. "The Ram" Ramplin w/ William Regal vs. La Parka (invitee) The Ram was up against La Parka, one of the highest regarded wrestlers in Mexico and La Parka gave Ramplin all he could handle. But after backdropping La Parka out of the ring, The Ram distracted the ref while William Regal got some cheap shots in. When back in the ring, La Parka tried to defend himself but Ramplin got him up for the "Dead Weight" and that was it. Non-Title Match Hollywood Heat vs. Rampage tag team champs The Bashams Mercury and Blaze seemed to be off kilter all match and the Bashams, quickly becoming one of the better teams in recent memory, took advantage. Using a double team in which Danny catapulted Blaze right into a flying leg lariat, the champions got the win. But after the match, Hollywood Heat exchanged some heated words and within seconds, were traded punches. Finally, officials had to come out from the break and split up the tag team partners just before Rampage went on the air. RAMPAGE GOES LIVE
RAMPAGE COMES ON THE AIR WITH IT's OPENING MONTAGE AS "ACROSS THE NATION" PLAYS. WHEN IT CONCLUDES, THE SHOT OPENS INSIDE THE TOYOTA CENTER WITH A LOUD PYRO SHOW. Jim Ross: "Welcome to Houston, Texas where we are live as live gets for another edition of TWF Rampage and King.... another exciting broadcast on hand tonight"! Jerry Lawler: "Oh what a night it's gonna be J.R., we have a huge and I mean huge tag team main event and so much more.... I can't wait"! THE ARABIC CHANT LEADING INTO MUHAMMAD HASSAN's MUSIC IS HEARD AND HE COMES OUT TO SOME VERY CLEAR, VERY LOUD BOOS. J.R.: "And these fans here in Houston couldn't wait to jump all over this man in a nagative way.... listen to this"! Lawler: "And I'll join in on those boos J.R., this guy brings everybody down"! MOMEMTS LATER, "THE TIME IS NOW" PLAYS AND OUT COMES JOHN CENA TO A MIXTURE OF CHEERS AND BOOS BUT HE MARCHES TO THE RING, EYES FIXED ON HASSAN. J.R.: "This of course will be a rematch from last week, a match which Hassan won but he didn't do so cleanly". Lawler: "Has Hassan ever gotten a clean win? He wants the respect of people, he wants them to stop discriminating against him, as he terms it, but he does nothing to change their opinions". J.R.: "I've said it before, it's not discrimination, it's all due to Hassan's attitude and maybe it will be Cena who adjusts that attitude tonight". Muhammad Hassan vs. John Cena John Cena pulled his shirt off to start the match, getting a wild cheer from the female fanbase in attendance, before throwing it in Hassan's face. But Hassan threw it off and charged Cena with a right hand. Cena blocked it and rocked Hassan with back to back rights of his own before whipping him to the ropes for a heavy clothesline. Cena was all fired up but as he positioned himself and called for the 5 Knuckle Shuffle, Hassan rolled out of the ring, trying to regain his composure. But Cena flew in with a baseball slide and missed and Hassan caught him with a stiff right jab. After slamming Cena head first into the steel ring steps, Hassan rolled Cena back into the ring and followed him in. Hassan pounded Cena in the corner with a couple overhand rights before loading him up for a backdrop suplex. But Cena flipped off his shoulders and landed on his feet, grabbing Hassan in a waistlock. But Hassan got in a mule kick, knocking Cena to his knees. Sensing something happened, referee Jose Mendez got in Hassan's face about it. But when Hassan turned around, he saw Cena with an angry look on his face and took a swing. Cena ducked and got Hassan up on his shoulders, drilling him with the "F-U" and making the cover for the 1......2.........3. Match Time: 4:38 J.R.: "Emphatically this one is over! Cena caught Muhammad Hassan with that F-U and you can turn out the lights on him and his discrimination claims"! Lawler: "Hassan tried to take the low road with that low blow and he still couldn't get the job done"! "THE TIME IS NOW" PLAYED AND HASSAN BACKTRACKED UP THE RAMP WITH PLENTY OF HASTY REMARKS FOR CENA AND THE CROWD. IN THE RING, CENA CELEBRATED HIS WIN. J.R.: "Wow, we may need to circle this date on the calendar folks, the King just admitted to seeing a low blow"! BACKSTAGE AREA......... ASHLEY K. IS SHOWN IN THE BACK, GETTING READY FOR HER UPCOMING MATCH WHEN KENNY WALKS UP. Kenny: "Hey Ash...... Ashley: "Hey Kenny, what's up"? Kenny: "Not much, listen I was wondering if you might want to hit the town later tonight and get a drink or something". Ashley (gleaming): "Well I've got this match with Mickie James coming up next, but after that, I'd love to". Kenny: "Cool, well I'll catch up with ya after the match then". KENNY WALKS OFF, LEAVING ASHLEY WITH A HUGE SMILE ON HER FACE AS THE SHOT FADES OUT. COMMERCIAL BREAK........ COMMERCIALS FOR SOUTHWEST AIRLINES AND AMERICA ONLINE ARE SHOWN. RETURN FROM BREAK..... RINGSIDE...... Non-Title Match Ashley K. vs. Women's Champion Mickie James Once again, the ladies of the TWF put on a great technical wrestling display, showing that the best women's division in the business is in the TWF. Ashley and Mickie James both went all out, even with the title not in the picture and after a great hurracanrana, it looked like Ashley would be positioning herself for a future title shot. She went to the top rope and came off with a moonsault but Mickie rolled out of the way. Mickie then hit a big jumping bulldog and rolled her over for a near fall. Mickie pulled Ashley up, looking for a suplex but Ashley blocked it before countering into an inside cradle. Mickie kicked out at 2 and was slow to get up as Ashley bounced off the ropes. But the champ caught her with a whip kick right across the abdomen before grabbing her around the head and neck and hitting a nasty tornado DDT to get the 1......2........3. Match Time: 9:28 BACKSTAGE...... KRISTAL IS STANDING BY WITH MELINA. Kristal: "Melina, I was wondering if I could get a word with you about....... Melina: "Look Kristal, save your questions about whether or not Travis sold out to the Million Dollar Man, it's not true, okay? Besides, I don't owe you an explanation anyway". Kristal: "Wow, that's a really nice diamond necklace around your neck, is that new"? Melina (grabbing the necklace): "Yeah, do you like it? It's...... wait a minute, I'm not falling for that either. Look Kristal, maybe if you didn't grow up in the projects, you'd have nice things too". MELINA WALKS AWAY AND KRISTAL IS OBVIOUSLY OFFENDED. BACK AT RINGSIDE, THE BRITISH BULLDOG's OLD THEME HITS AND THE ENTIRE CROWD COMES TO THEIR FEET, CHEERING AS HARRY SMITH MAKES HIS WAY OUT. J.R.: "Alright, good to see this King, here comes the long awaited debut of Harry Smith and for those of you who are unaware, he is the son of the late, great Davey Boy Smith, a legend in this business, King". Lawler: "Without a doubt J.R., Davey Boy Smith was one of the stongest but at the same time most technical wrestlers I've ever seen and if his son Harry got any of that rubbed off on him, he's gonna be a good one"! J.R.: "This young kid just turned twenty years old at the beginning of August but he has all the tools to be as good as anybody in this business". Harry Smith (in ring debut) vs. Russell Simpson (invitee) This couldn't have been a better showcase for Harry Smith in his debut. He started off with some basic chain wrestling against Simpson and after a deep, Ricky Steamboat-like armdrag, he caught Simpson with a textbook dropkick. After a snap mare, Smith pulled Simpson up and delivered a very familiar standing delay suplex, dropping him right on his head after letting all the blood rush down. Smith pulled Simpson up and shot him to the corner, exploding in with a clothesline. He then finished off his impressive performance the same way his father would've, with a running powerslam out of the corner to get the 3 count. Match Time: 4:48 Lawler: "Wow.... this kid is gonna be really good I have a feeling"! J.R.: "Wow King, Nostradamus has nothin' on you! I felt like I was watching old film there, that all looked so familiar, it all brought back some memories and I can assure you, Davey Boy is looking down on his young son Harry with a ton of pride"! AFTER HAVING HIS ARM RAISED, HARRY SMITH POINTED SKYWARD AND HIS MUSIC AGAIN HIT. BACKSTAGE....... CAMERAS IN THE BACK PICK UP THE ARRIVAL OF NONE OTHER THAN IRWIN R. SCHYSTER. HE IS DRESSED IN AN EXPENSIVE LOOKING SUIT AND IS CARRYING A BRIEFCASE. AFTER WALKING DOWN A HALL, HE RUNS INTO MICK FOLEY. Mick Foley: "Whoa, April 15th was a long time ago and I'm pretty sure all the superstars of Rampage paid their taxes". Irwin R. Schyster: "Cut the crap Foley, I have business to conduct and trust me, it doesn't concern you". AFTER A BRIEF STAREDOWN, SCHYSTER WALKS AWAY AND THE SHOT FADES OUT. COMMERCIAL BREAK....... A COMMERCIAL FOR MASTERCARD IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY A PROMO FOR TWF ERUPTION, A PRIMETIME PRODUCTION FEATURING BATISTA VS. RANDY ORTON FOR THE UNIVERSAL TITLE. RETURN FROM BREAK.... BACKSTAGE....... ASHLEY K. IS SHOWN IN THE BACK WAITING FOR SOMETHING OR SOMEONE WHEN MIKEY OF THE SPIRIT SQUAD COMES UP. Mikey: "Hey Ashley, there you are. I was uh..... I was just wondering if you might like to go out tonight..... with me". Ashley (looking around): "Uh sure..... that'd be great". MIKEY AND ASHLEY WALK, PRESUMABLY TO LEAVE THE ARENA TOGETHER AS THE SHOT GOES BACK TO RINGSIDE. CHARLIE HAAS' MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO A GOOD CHEER. J.R.: "Ashley looks like she might be getting herself in a situation back there, King". Lawler: "I think she has dated every member of the Spirit Squad now and everyone knows it but them"! J.R.: "Back to the action in the ring as Charlie Haas will be put to the test tonight against a man known as Sylvester Terkay". SYLVESTER TERKAY's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO MOSTLY BOOS. Lawler: "Seventy one and one J.R., that is this guy's win-loss record as an amatuer and I know you like to talk about Charlie Haas being a standout at Seton Hall, but he wasn't seventy one and one"! J.R.: "This Sylvester Terkay is just a mountain of a man and when you throw in the amatuer skills you just eluded to combined with his shoot fighting skills, this is one dangerous, dangerous superstar". Charlie Haas vs. Sylvester Terkay Although giving up plenty of size, Haas went straight into a lockup with Terkay. Terkay lifted a knee into his sternum area before just throwing him to the mat by the head and shoulders. Terkay then went for a front facelock but Haas squeezed his head free and got Terkay in a front facelock of his own. After spinning into a standing waistlock, Haas went for the legs, tripping Terkay up. Haas gained some respect from the crowd for showing he could hang with Terkay on the mat. He tried to follow up with an Oklahoma roll but only managed a 1 count. Terkay then drilled him with a clothesline before pulling him up and tossing him to the corner. Using his padded gloves, Terkay smashed Haas on either side of the head before driving a headbutt into his chest like a battering ram. Off an irish whip, Terkay hit a huge powerslam and many were surprised to see Haas kick out at 2. From there, Terkay grabbed the left arm of Haas and locked in a triangle hold. It was all but over and the only thing that saved Haas was the fact that he was close enough to reach a foot to the ring ropes. Terkay pulled him up and shot him to the corner but Haas moved when he followed in and caught him with back to back arm drags. After a wonderful dropkick, Haas came up with an irish whip to the corner and went for a monkey flip but Terkay blocked it by holding onto the ropes. Haas landed hard and was slow to get up. When he did, Terkay caught him with a double palm strike before smashing him with a roundhouse kick to the head. Haas fell to the mat and was clean out but Terkay picked him up and delivered his Muscle Buster manuever and that was it. Match Time: 7:55 J.R.: "Boy you really gotta hand it to Charlie Haas for hanging tough but put another mark in the win column for this guy"! Lawler: "I have a feeling that those marks in the win column are going to get excessive J.R. and I think it will be awhile..... a long while before there's one in the loss column"! TERKAY's MUSIC PLAYED AND HE LOOKED DOWN AT HAAS BEFORE RAISING BOTH ARMS TO WHICH THE CROWD BOOED. J.R.: "Hard to argue that point after that performance". BACKSTAGE...... MICK FOLEY's OFFICE....... CAMERAS IN THE BACK HAVE PICKED UP ON A HEATED ARGUMENT BETWEEN MICK FOLEY AND MUHAMMAD HASSAN. Muhammad Hassan: "I'm tired of it Foley! You and all these TWF officials can deny it.... but I have been discriminated against! I beat Cena last week, why'd he get a rematch?! If it were the other way around, you wouldn't have given me a damn rematch"! Mick Foley: "That's not true. I......... JUST THEN, HASSAN PUSHES FOLEY UP AGAINST THE WALL. Hassan: "No you wouldn't have"! FOLEY SHOVES HIM BACK. Foley: "Listen you son of a bitch! Under no circumstances do you have the right to put your hands on me! If it's discrimination you want to claim, I'll make it a reality! So I suggest you get the hell out of my office before I do something I'm going to regret you sorry piece of trash! HASSAN TAKES A PILE OF PAPERS AND THROWS THEM ON THE FLOOR BEFORE KICKING OVER A TRASH CAN AND LEAVING. Go"! DR. DRE's "THE NEXT EPISODE" COMES ON AND MATT CRUZ COMES OUT TO A TON OF BOOS FROM THE CROWD, SOMETHING MANY THOUGHT THEY'D NEVER SEE. J.R.: "Hassan has lost it! I've known Mick Foley for many, many years and I could tell, I could see it in his eyes that he was about to deck Hassan"! MACKENZIE ROSE IS SHOWN IN THE RING, GETTING LOOSE. Lawler: "Well let's not give that guy, that piece of trash as you heard Foley just call him, let's not give him the attention he wants, let's focus on this match". J.R.: "Mackenzie Rose set to go one on one here with a man who I honestly can say has probably changed more than any superstar I think I've ever seen. Never did I expect this man, a former NCAA champion, to do what he has the last few weeks". Lawler: "Well he gave his reasoning J.R., he said it's been inside him all along". J.R.: "And I don't know whether I buy that or not, I've talked to this kid on many occasions and he has all the talent in the world, I just don't want to see him throw it all away"! Mackenzie Rose vs. Matt "Madik" Cruz The bell sounded and Cruz came right at Rose, attacking him with a barrage of punches that Rose wasn't ready for. After a few shots to the back, Cruz whipped him to the ropes but missed with a clothesline and Rose hit him with one of his own. After a big vertical suplex, Rose bounced off the ropes but Cruz got up and showed tremendous power, catching him with a tilt-a-whirl into a backbreaker. From there, Cruz pulled him to the corner and went outside the ring, pulling Rose back and kidney first into the steel ring post. Cruz then positioned Rose like he was going to slap on the figure four on the steel post but referee Chad Patton said he'd disqualify him without hesitation if he did. Cruz let go of Rose and went back in the ring, stalking Patton. From behind came Rose with a double sledge to the back. Patton caught some of the move but he was okay. Rose delivered a spinning backdrop suplex before bouncing off the ropes for a big legdrop across the throat of Cruz. He made the cover to get a 1.........2........., but Cruz was up. Rose pulled him up and whipped him to the corner before flying in feet first. But when Cruz moved, Rose became tangled up in the corner. Cruz then grabbed him in a dragon sleeper before driving him into the mat with a reverse DDT. Cruz then grabbed the legs of Rose and rolled him over in the "Colorado Cloverleaf". Cruz yelled for Rose to "tap" and within a few seconds, he did just that. Match Time: 6:49 J.R.: "That Colorado Cloverleaf has just won Cruz the match and what a nasty move that is". Lawler: "You ain't kidding J.R., Mackenzie Rose couldn't handle it more than a few seconds"! J.R.: "I still can't respect what he has done. I mean..... wait a minute, there's Mysterio"! THE CROWD LET OUT A HUGE CHEER AS REY MYSTERIO WAS SHOWN ON THE TWF TRON VIA SATELLITE FROM HIS SAN DIEGO HOME. Rey Mysterio: "Hey Cruz, nice win there man, you look really good in there. Look bro, I'm home right now, nursing my injuries, the injuries that you gave to me. And all week long, my family, my friends, my fans have been asking me, do I hate you? The answer to that is no man, I don't hate you, you are familia, you and I have always been tight. You say that you have always been this way, but we both know that's not true man. I know you've been frustrated, I know there's pressure in our business, but this ain't you man. And next week, I'm gonna be there to prove it. Even after all that you have done to me, I'm gonna prove it Cruz. I'll see ya in a week man......... THE TWF TRON CUTS OUT AND CRUZ IS LEFT JUST STARING AT THE SCREEN. Lawler: "Rey says he's gonna be here next week to prove it, but how does he plan on doing that"?! J.R.: "I don't know, but I sure hope Rey is sure about this, Matt Cruz has already severely beaten him twice and as far as I'm concerned, he doesn't deserve another chance"! COMMERCIAL BREAK...... A COMMERCIAL FOR PURINA DOG CHOW IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY A USA PROGRAMMING AD. RETURN FROM BREAK...... BACKSTAGE...... WHEN RAMPAGE RETURNS, SHELTON BENJAMIN COMES ACROSS TRAVIS WAKEMAN. Shelton Benjamin: "Hey champ, you know where I can find Ted Dibiase? I want to see why he was stickin' his nose in my match last week". Travis Wakeman: "Why would I know where he is? Why would you even ask me that man? Don't tell me you're buying into these rumors too". Benjamin: "I was just told to ask you where he was, that's it". Wakeman: "Well I don't know, how's that"? WAKEMAN WALKS OFF AND SHELTON IS LEFT JUST SHAKING HIS HEAD. BACK AT RINGSIDE, "SOMEBODY's GONNA GET IT" BY THREE SIX MAFIA HITS AND MARK HENRY COMES OUT TO NOTHING BUT BOOS, HIS HAIR SLOWLY GROWING BACK. J.R.: "Boy it sounds like those rumors of Wakeman and Dibiase are intensifying King". Lawler: "Well someone's not telling the truth and it's only a matter of time before the world finds out exactly who that is". THE CROWD POPS LOUDLY, PERHAPS LOUDER THAN THEY HAD ALL NIGHT WHEN "ONE OF A KIND" BY BREAKING POINT HITS AND ROB VAN DAM COMES OUT AND PYRO GOES OFF BEHIND HIM. J.R.: "Interesting matchup of speed, quickness and ability against raw power here and RVD seems to have a lot on his plate after being the one to accept Joe Corey's open challenge last week King, now he's gotta deal with the World's Strongest Man". Lawler: "Well no disrespect to Corey, who we'll see next in our main event, but if I were RVD, I would be concerned with Mark Henry and Mark Henry only right now"! Mark Henry vs. Rob Van Dam The bell sounded to start the match and RVD had a clear gameplan, hit and move. He threw a few kicks which found their mark on Henry but after catching his foot, Henry flipped Van Dam up in the air. He then plowed over him with a clothesline but after hitting the ropes, he missed a big elbow drop badly. RVD connected with a spiral legdrop before hitting one of his favorite moves, the Rolling Thunder. But all of that only got a 1 count on Henry, who easily pushed him off. RVD tried to keep Henry on the mat, hitting a basement dropkick as he tried to get up but getting on Henry's shoulders was a mistake. Henry actually tossed him from his shoulders throat first over the top ring rope. He then picked him up and drove him into the mat with a sidewalk slam. Henry yelled "Who's the man now"?! into the crowd and they retaliated with plenty of boos. Henry pulled Van Dam up, whalloping him with some right hands before pushing him into the corner. He charged in at him but RVD got both feet up in his face and then again. After a spinning jump kick, he had the big man teetering. RVD went to the top rope, connecting with his flying martial arts kick to the chest and that took the big man down. Just as RVD was about to hop up to the top rope again, Paul Heyman appeared from the back with a microphone. Heyman reminded RVD of who helped him break into the business and told RVD that rather than challenge his client Joe Corey, he should first consider joining him. RVD seemed puzzled by Heyman's offer and Henry took advantage, slamming into him with a splash in the corner from behind. After being squashed between the turnbuckle and Henry's massive frame, RVD found himself on the receiving end of the "World's Strongest Slam" and Henry hooked the leg for the 3 count. Match Time: 5:35 AFTER THE MATCH, HEYMAN TOLD RVD THAT IF HE DIDN'T WANT TO ACCEPT HIS OFFER, JOE COREY WOULD GLADLY TAKE HIM ON ONE ON ONE. J.R.: "What is Paul Heyman doing?! Did I just hear him ask RVD to join up with he and Joe Corey"? Lawler: "Well it's tough to try and see into the mind of this nut Heyman but yes J.R., you heard right"! J.R.: "Well Mark Henry has picked up the victory here but give a huge assist to Paul Heyman and it's not clear whether that's a serious offer or if Heyman just wanted to cost Van Dam the match"! BACKSTAGE....... CAMERAS SHOW VISCERA AND VICTORIA SHARING A PRIVATE CONVERSATION. VIS IS PLAYING WITH HER HAIR AND SHE ACTUALLY SEEMS TO LIKE IT. JUST THEN, MAX OGDEN WALKS BY. Viscera: "Well look at this, if it's not that badass Max Ogden himself. Damn man, I heard what you did to Umaga, putting him out of commission after throwing him off that stage. (laughs) You do know you have a serious ass beating coming when he gets back, right"? Max Ogden: "Is that supposed to scare me, cause it doesn't. In fact, you're a pretty big guy Vis, could ease up on the donuts, but a big guy nonetheless. How would you like your chance to face me next week, one on one or in your case, one on two". Viscera (laughing): "Dude, I'm big all over and Miss Vickie here is about to find that out. But you want a match with me, next week? Please man, I'll break your skinny ass in half and I can't wait to do it". Ogden: "I'll be waiting and I'll make you a bet that you end up just like Umaga did. Oh and Vickie...... nah I'm not even goin' there tonight". OGDEN WALKS AWAY AND VISCERA IS VISIBLY ANGERED. TRAVIS WAKEMAN IS AGAIN SHOWN AND TATANKA COMES UP. Tatanka: "Alright man, you're gonna get some serious questions, so it might as well be me who asks. What's goin' on with you? I thought you were a champion the boys in the back could respect". Wakeman: "What are you talking about"? Tatanka: "Oh come on, I just saw that lowlife Irwin R. Schyster come out of your dressing room". Wakeman: "What"?! Tatanka: "Yeah, and everybody is gonna hear about it soon enough, so if you're hiding something, I suggest you just come clean... before it's too late". TATANKA WALKS AWAY AND WAKEMAN JUST LOOKS ON AS THE SHOT FADES. COMMERCIAL BREAK........... A COMMERCIAL FOR THE TOYOTA TACOMA IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY A PREVIEW FOR THE MOVIE "THE PRESTIGE". RETURN FROM BREAK.... BACKSTAGE...... AS RAMPAGE RETURNS, MONEY MIKE IS SHOWN BACKSTAGE WITH STEPHANIE McMAHON WHEN JOE COREY AND PAUL HEYMAN COME UP. Joe Corey: "You ready"? MIKE LIFTS UP A SMALL COOLER. Money Mike: "Oh yeah, I'm ready. And after we beat those two tonight, I'm gonna throw a beer bash of my own, Stone Cold style". TRAVIS WAKEMAN IS SHOWN PACING BACK AND FORTH, OBVIOUSLY STRESSED OUT, WHEN LANCE CADE AND TREVOR MURDOCH COME UP. Lance Cade: "Hey Wakeman.... we just wanted to congratulate you". Trevor Murdoch: "Yeah, selling out to Dibiase was easily the best move you've made in your TWF career". WAKEMAN GETS IN MURDOCH's FACE. Wakeman: "I'm not in the mood right now. So I suggest that....... Cade: "Hold on there big man, before you go making threats, remember that there is two of us and only one of you". Wakeman: "You're right, there is only one of me. So how about I find a partner and next week, that partner and myself take on you two country boys in a tag team match". MURDOCH SPITS SOME OF HIS DIP ON THE FLOOR, NOT FAR FROM WAKEMAN. Murdoch: "You go find anyone, anyone that you want and I promise you..... somebody is gonna squeal like a pig". "LYING FROM YOU" BY LINKIN PARK HITS, BRINGING OUT JOE COREY WHO IS WITH PAUL HEYMAN. J.R.: "Well here comes Paul Heyman and his client and what a tag team match that should be next week". Lawler: "But what about what Tatanka is claiming? It might be hard for Wakeman to find anyone to team with him"! "LET's GO" BY TRICK DADDY HITS AND OUT COMES MONEY MIKE AND STEPHANIE McMAHON TO SOME HARSH BOOS. MIKE IS CARRYING THE COOLER IN HIS RIGHT HAND. J.R.: "Well that remains to be seen but here comes Money Mike to team with Joe Corey to form a tandem that I would classify as shaky at best". Lawler: "Can you believe Money Mike is planning on having a beer bash here tonight? Stone Cold style"?! J.R.: "Well if I know the Texas rattlesnake, he's got a close eye on Rampage tonight so whatever Mike does, it won't go unnoticed". AN ENGINE IS HEARD REVVING UP AND IT PLAYS INTO "DOWN WITH THE SICKNESS" BY DISTURBED AND HIGH OCTANE MAKES HIS WAY OUT TO A BIG CHEER. Lawler: "Why is the crowd cheering for this guy? I just don't see what they see in him". J.R.: "What? This is a man that won the World title three times in under a calendar year, he deserves all the respect in the world for that". "SUPERSTAR" BY SALIVA COMES ON AND JASON OLIVER COMES OUT AS THE LAST MAN TO BE INTRODUCED. Lawler: "And High Octane seemed to be a little leery of teaming with this man". J.R.: "Yeah, I found that a little weird myself but High Octane I suppose has a legitimate concern with all the mystery that has surrounded this man with Starman and all". Lawler: "You don't think....... nah". Money Mike and "The Show" Joe Corey w/ Stephanie McMahon and Paul Heyman vs. "High Octane" Damion West and Jason Oliver High Octane decided to start the match off with Corey and after they circled each other 3 times, Octane opted to tag Oliver into the match. Oliver and Corey locked up and they tangled up in the corner. Referee Jim Korderas pushed his way between them, looking for a break. But Corey smashed Oliver with a cheap shot and then whipped him to the ropes, locking in a sleeper hold. Oliver quickly countered with a sitdown jawbreaker. After a drop toehold, he slapped the hand of High Octane who came in but couldn't capitalize on the move, allowing Corey to tag Money Mike in. Mike came in and he and Octane felt each other out, looking for an opening. But again, High Octane tagged out with no contact and Oliver hopped into the ring, ready to get his hands on Mike. The two stood toe to toe in the ring, trading right hands .Mike took a wild swing but Oliver ducked, turning it into a swinging sideslam. He then got in a dragon sleeper and he pulled the head and neck of Money Mike in a very awkward position, so much so that Corey had to come put a boot to the head of Oliver to break the hold. Oliver got up and went after Corey but Mike came from behind with a shot to the back of the head. Using their corner and both their managers to their advantage, running distractions, Mike and Corey double teamed Oliver. Corey used the tag rope to choke Oliver. Mike then came in with a boot to the gut before pulling him in for the "Money Pit". But Oliver elbowed his way free and caught Mike with an inverted atomic drop. He then hit the ropes and ducked a clothesline but as he came off the other side, he and Mike somehow cracked heads. Both were looking for the tag but were disoriented and far from their corners. Just then, High Octane got into the ring just as Oliver got to his feet and he inexplicably blasted Oliver with the "Head on Collision"! Fans were in a stunned silence as Money Mike rolled atop Oliver and Korderas issued the 3 count. Match Time: 9:20 J.R.: "Now what the hell was that?! He just took his own partner's damn head off"! Lawler: "He sure did J.R.! He kicked Oliver into last week"! WITHOUT ANYTHING FURTHER, HIGH OCTANE LEFT TO SOME SERIOUS BOOS. J.R.: "And he was the one questioning whether or not he could trust Oliver! What the hell is wrong with this guy"?! WITH COREY AND HEYMAN ALREADY GONE, STEPHANIE HANDED MONEY MIKE THE COOLER HE CAME TO THE RING WITH. Lawler: "Oh here we go J.R., it's the beer bash"! MIKE CRACKED OPEN ONE OF THE BEERS AND POURED SOME ON THE FACE OF OLIVER BEFORE TAKING A SIP OUT OF IT. HE THEN TOOK ANOTHER BEER AND CRACKED IT AGAINST THE OTHER ONE BEFORE FLIPPING OFF THE CROWD. BUT WHEN HE WENT TO THE MIDDLE TURNBUCKLE, THE SOUND OF BREAKING GLASS WAS HEARD AND THE CROWD WENT BERSERK AS STONE COLD CAME OUT. J.R.: "Oh hell yeah! Let's have a beer bash now"! AUSTIN GOT IN THE RING WITH A MICROPHONE. Stone Cold: "You think this is funny? Your little beer bash? This is pathetic! Did anyone ever tell you that you drink beer like a bitch? If you want to come out here and drink beer and raise some hell...... you can't have O'Doul's"! MONEY MIKE LOOKED INTO THE CROWD BEFORE AUSTIN DRILLED HIM WITH THE STUNNER. AUSTIN THEN CALLED FOR SOME BEERS AND THE TIMEKEEPER TOSSED HIM A FEW AND HE CHUGGED THEM DOWN ONE BY ONE. OLIVER GOT TO HIS FEET AND AUSTIN TOSSED HIM A CAN. OLIVER CRACKED IT OPEN BUT INSTEAD OF DRINKING IT, HE SMASHED IT AGAINST THE HEAD OF MONEY MIKE WHEN HE GOT UP. J.R.: "There ya go! There ya go Oliver..... that's how you have a dman beer bash"! Lawler: "Well that might've made Oliver feel better, but it still doesn't settle what we just saw High Octane do"! J.R.: "That son of a bitch High Octane will have some serious explaining to do but as far as tonight goes, I don't think Money Mike will be having a beer bash anytime soon! O'Douls...... what a damn moron"! OFF AIR.........
