RANDOM THOUGHTS, PAY PER VIEW PREVIEW AND 2002 PREDICTIONS ARE ALL IN THIS EDITION OF THE TWF REPORT!

Let's start this week with the injury report. The Big Show has been medically cleared to return to action and an idea for his returned has been decided. You'll see him soon. Tatanka is still recovering from injuries he suffered in a car accident and he is seriously debating whether to return to the ring or not. I talked to Jordan Rockwell earlier this week and he enjoyed his holidays. However, he is on the hunt for his assailant and when he returns, look out.

The entire staff is very pleased with the turnout of this years TWF awards. Thanks to all for voting. Congratulations go out to all the winners and I can't wait until they are presented in early 2002!

The European event coming in February has us all buzzing. We're having fun working on this event and some of the names that have committed to us are gonna surprise you. Should be a hell of a show and should really help put the TWF on the international map.

We are extremely excited about some of our developmental talent down in SMW! Some of these guys are as close as it gets to a spot on the full time roster.

How would splitting the roster in 2 work? The idea is being mulled over and the pros are being weighed against the cons.

WAR IN THE WINTER

War in the Winter looks to be a great way to close out 2001 on paper and I believe it will be in the ring too. The PPV buyrate for this one has been unbelievable and that seems to be in part because of the arrival of Hall and Nash. With the Outsiders arrival, the PPV has gone from great to off the charts. I think this will be Triple H's night. He seems to have conned Val Venis into a title match and it could help sway some of the power from the NWO.

The most intriguing match of the night seems to be this New Years Battle Royale that was made by Commissioner Piper before his release. I love the concept in this one and I can't wait to hear the winners "resolution".

Edge vs. Christian and Wakeman vs. The Rock have been solid programs. Edge and Christian's brother fued has been one of the hottest ever and dates back to late Summer. Wakeman and The Rock have built a solid rivalry and I can't imagine one of these two saying "I Quit".

Drew Blood has a chance to solidify his position as the top young talent this company has if he can become a double champion at War in the Winter. He already holds a big win over Rhyno for the European title but that was due to a costly mistake by the manbeast.

Nails vs. Shamrock for the UFC Title has slobberknocker written all over it. There's no doubt Nails is tough but is he "UFC tough"?

The tag team title match should be better than expected with arguably the 2 best teams in the TWF going at it. One thing I can promise is that both these teams will have much tougher competition in 2002.

Carney and Essa Rios should be the most fun to watch match of the night but the controversial situation between the Hardy Boyz-Stacy Kiebler and Carney surrounds it.

Undertaker vs. RVD is gonna be hard hitting with The Undertaker needing to win it more. It was a direct rematch from Survivor Series until the Street Fight stipulation was added late.

2002

These are a few predictions for the new year:

1. The stock will go up for the twf's young talent. Jordan Rockwell and Drew Blood along with Strife and Bahamut, among others.

2.The tag team scene in the TWF will begin to heat up in 2002.

3. The SMW roster will have some of it's well derserving talent come up to the TWF's roster.

4. Triple H will continue to cement his status as one of the true greats in this business.

5.In 2002,the TWF will get more of an international flavor to it's roster.

6. The TWF as a company will grow in a lot of ways.

7. Vince McMahon will go down in history as the greatest promoter in wrestling.

Thanks for reading and happy new year to you all! I hope you enjoy the TWF in 2002!
