By Dustin Kash
2/7/06 edition of TWF Rampage
Dustin Kash: Good evening to TWF fans around the world, I am here live from the TWF headquarters in Denver, Colorado and tonight we will recap this last February 7th edition of Rampage on “Kashing In” with Dustin Kash. And tonight we have a very special surprise guest, as Stacy Snow will be joining us to talk Rampage and to talk about her recent Flex magazine photo shoot. Then later on I am going to have a quick run through of all the matches and rate them one by one, and the match with the highest score will be shown right here tonight. Then following that there will be a show overall rating. But first, here is the woman who recently lost her TWF Women's Championship against Melina at the Royal Rumble, but made it clear that this feud isn’t over last week on Rampage, which we will also talk about in a couple moments. So now without any further ado, bring out Stacy Snow!
Stacy Snow walks onto the set and grabs a seat looking as beautiful as ever.
Dustin Kash: Welcome Stacy to my new show “Kashing In”. You look just gorgeous tonight.
Stacy Snow: Well thank you Dustin and you’re looking quite cute as well here tonight.
Dustin: Last week you showed to Melina that this feud isn’t over, and that you want the gold back. Ladies and gentlemen lets take a look at what went down last week on Rampage during the Hollywood Heat versus Bashams match.
Video is shown of what happened during that tag team match:
Hollywood Heat had Danny set up for the "Director's Cut" but suddenly, Stacy Snow came out on the stage along with Viscera.
Stacy Snow: "Hey! Yeah I'm talkin' to you guys!
MERCURY AND BLAZE DROPPED DANNY AND LEFT THE RING, CROWDING AROUND MELINA.
Melina, you beat me at the Royal Rumble and won the Women's title, I'll give you some credit. But you also wanted everyone to see just how beautiful you are, especially compared to me, right? Well, Vis and I have decided that we want to see more. So next week on Rampage, I am challenging you to a Bra and Panties match"!
Lawler: "Oh I love it, say yes, say yes"!
MELINA LOOKS AT BLAZE AND MERCURY WHO GIVE HER THE THUMBS UP AND SHE NODS HER HEAD AS IF TO SAY SHE ACCEPTS. JUST AS STACY AND VISCERA TURN TO LEAVE, REFEREE JACK DOAN REACHES A COUNT OF 10 AND GIVES THE MATCH TO THE BASHAMS.
Stacy Snow and Dustin Kash are shown again in the studio.
Stacy: Hahaha. Just great wasn’t it? I am going to embarrass that bitch next week in Kansas City and strip her down to her bra and panties on live TV.
Kash: You can bet I’ll be watching that match! Well anyways we are going to have a segment on this show called “Guest’s Call”, and we want you to pick a moment from last week that you want us to show to the world.
Stacy: Oh wow, I am going to have to go with the TWF World Title rematch between High Octane and Money Mike. I am a personal fan of High Octane and Joe Corey and I just loved seeing the arrogance being kicked out of Money Mike.
Kash: Well let’s take a look at what went down.
Video Clip is shown of the TWF World Title rematch between Money Mike and High Octane:
The Horsemen came to the ring to run more distraction when Jason Oliver waved for someone to come to the ring and once again, the Starman appeared, this time carrying the same lead pipe he used at the Rumble! He entered the ring but shockingly, he hit Mike in the back of the head with the pipe! That led to a second "Head on Collision" and as Starman left the ring, the Horsemen tried to go after him but he left through the crowd. In the ring, Octane had the cover and the leg hooked and Korderas pounded the mat 3 times, giving the title back to Damion West!
JUST THEN, THE STARMAN EMERGED FROM THE CROWD AND GOT ON TOP OF THE ANNOUNCE TABLE, LOOKING BACK AT HIGH OCTANE WHO WAS IN THE RING WITH THE TITLE. THEN, HE QUICKLY REMOVED HIS MASK....... IT WAS JOE COREY!
Back in the studio.
Kash: There you have it. In one of the shortest title reigns of all time, Money Mike lost his title to High Octane with the help of Joe Corey who dressed up as Starman. Well we are going to cut to a short break and when we get back, we are going to talk more and more Rampage, in depth.
Commercial Break:
A SCENE IS SHOWN IN A DARK ALLEY WHERE SEVERAL LOUD SIRENS AND SCREAMING PEOPLE ARE HEARD. IN THE ALLEY, PARAMEDICS ARE LOADING A BODY COVERED BY A SHEET ON A STRETCHER INTO THE BACK OF AN AMBULANCE. THE AMBULANCE DOORS SHUT BUT WHEN THEY DO, A WOMAN's SCREAM IS HEARD FROM INSIDE AND THE AMBULANCE BEGINS TO SHAKE. MOMENTS LATER, THE SHAKING STOPS AND THE DOORS SLOWY DRAW OPEN. JUST THEN, SOMEONE PEEKS THEIR HEAD OUT. "I'M THE BOOGEYMAN...... AND I'M COMIN' TO GETCHA"! THE LAUGH OF THE BOOGEYMAN IS HEARD AS THE SHOT FADES TO BLACK.
ONLY ON PAY PER VIEW!!!!!
Back live in the studio.
Kash: Well there you have it, Rampage presents Code Red on February 28th live in Des Moines, Iowa. Speaking of which, last week Mick Foley said and I quote… "Hold it! Hold it right there! I don't know about all you guys here in Phoenix, but I'm damn tired of this Hart Family-Horsemen crap and I think it's about time for it to come to an end! So with that being said, at Code Red, it will come to an end!”
Kash: So what do you have to say about that? I don’t know exactly what Mick Foley meant by that but it brings up a few questions. Stacy Snow, what do you think he meant by this, and what do you think will go down at Code Red?
Stacy Snow: Well Dustin, I’m expecting a huge match to settle this once and for all. It could be anything. For all we know it could be a 6 man hell in a cell, or a gauntlet match or maybe a huge elimination match, or for all we know it could be a huge elimination chamber match.
Kash: Well nonetheless, we will find out soon enough what this match will be. But now I am going to introduce a segment that we will also have every week. It will be called “The Laughing Stock”, and each show we will announce who the laughing stock of the week is. This week’s Laughing Stock goes to none other than the former Olympian, Kurt Angle!! Haha, let’s take you to last week’s Rampage during the Tatanka vs. Angle match-up:
Video is shown of the ending of the Tatanka vs. Angle match.
Tatanka held on, refusing to submit when one of the strangest things in TWF history went down. The Burger King mascot, the one that is in all the football commercials, ran out and made a lap around the ring. Angle was so incensed that he tried to grab the guy and Tatanka took advantage with a schoolboy, picking up the 3 count and another win over the former gold medalist.
Back live in the studio.
Stacy Snow: Hehehe.
Kash: Priceless aint it?
Stacy: Sure is, I can’t think of anything off the top of my head that is a more embarrassing way to lose a match than that.
Kash: Very true… well now will be the premiere of a very special segment called “From The Vault”. I am going to go back to any Rampage/Raw match in TWF history and pick one of my all time favorite matches. So right now we are going to check out a very special tag team match on TWF Raw on August 2nd, 2002, between RVD and Sabu against X-Pac and Nails of the NWO:
Rob Van Dam and Sabu vs. Nails and X-Pac
This was an exciting match that had the fans on the edge of their seats for the last 10 minutes of the show. After a quick exchange between Sabu and X-Pac, Sabu tagged in RVD and he and X-Pac had a lightning quick series that exhibited the skills both men have with their feet. One tremendous exchange occured after an arm drag by X-Pac whipped RVD to the ropes and leapfrogged him but RVD went for a footsweep. X-Pac jumped over it and went for a spinning heel kick but RVD ducked that and used his other leg to perform the footsweep as the crowd loudly applauded the effort. RVD then whipped X-Pac to the corner and delivered a monkey flip but when he went for the Rolling Thunder, X-Pac rolled out of the way. He backed RVD to the corner and after 3 kicks to the midsection, blasted him with a jumping spin kick on the chin. He then slouched RVD down in the corner and called for the Bronco Buster. But when he went for it, RVD stuck a foot in his groin and tagged in Sabu. After a jumping faceplant, Sabu bounced off the ropes but Nails pulled him down by the hair. X-Pac then made it to the corner and tagged in Nails who came in and put the boots to Sabu. After a blatant chokehold, Nails used a jumping shoulder breaker and went for the cover but Sabu kicked out at 2. He then whipped him to the ropes and went for a clothesline but Sabu used a crucifix right into a ddt! He went to the top rope but X-Pac came over and pushed him to the floor. Nails followed him out and exposed the steel ring barrier and delivered a russian leg sweep right into it before slamming his head on the ring steps. Nails rolled him back into the ring and went for an irish whip but the resilient Sabu came back with a springboard spinning wheel kick which bought him time to tag in RVD. But RVD walked into a drop toe hold and Nails tagged X-Pac bag in. After catching X-Pac with the step over heel kick, RVD tagged Sabu in as Nails came around on the apron with steel chair in hand. Then Kevin Nash came running out and made an attempt to get in the ring but RVD thwarted it with a spin kick to the head. He the turned and blasted Nails with the Van Daminator when he lifted the chair up as the crowd went wild! In the ring, X-Pac went for the "X-Factor" but Sabu saw it coming and countered right into the "Arabian Facebuster" to get the 1...2...3
Kash: What a match that was, and what a victory that was for RVD and Sabu. Truly one of the all time greatest matches, and each “Kashing In” we are going to show a memorable match of my choosing to show. But coming up next we will show you a partnership that ended last week on Rampage:
Video is shown of the following:
Drew Blood: "It has become very clear that Drew Blood needs a change and for me, that means going back to my old ways. I never needed a bodyguard. I never needed a crypt keeper and I never needed a doctor. WITH THAT, DREW BLOOD KICKS BIRCHILL IN THE GUT AND DELIVERS THE "BLOODBATH".
I never needed anyone....... no one but me".
DREW BLOOD DROPS THE MICROPHONE ON THE CHEST OF BIRCHILL AND LEAVES TO A HOARD OF BOOS.
Back at the studio.
Kash: Very disgusting. After all that Birchill has done for him, he repays him by beating his ass in the center of the ring… dispicable.
Stacy, we all know that you are the cover girl of the February edition of Flex Magazine. Let’s take a look at the photo shoot.
Video Clip is shown of the photo shoot, containing many sexy pictures of Stacy Snow.
Kash: Wow truly breathtaking, I think I need my puffer!
Stacy: Aww you’re so sweet.
Kash: What can I say… it’s a gift! Now I know that you have to leave us but let me just say this. We have a segment that is called “Ultimate Opportunity”. For whoever is watching this, if you can answer the following question and send the answer to dmstern@gmail.com, then you will be mentioned on the next “Kashing In”, and you can send me a question and I will use the question you send me on the next “Ultimate Opportunity” segment and you will be credited for it. The question is this… Who was the 2005 Women Superstar of the year…? was it:
Victoria, Stacy Snow, Trish Stratus or Melina?
So send the answer to dmstern@gmail.com for the ultimate opportunity of being credited on “Kashing In”.
Well it’s sad to have you go but it looks like Viscera is here to pick you up so I must say goodbye.
Stacy Snow: Goodbye Dustin, it’s been fun. Maybe we can do this again sometime.
Stacy Snow hugs Dustin Kash and kisses him on the cheek as Stacy then leaves the studio.
Dustin Kash: Wow is it just me or is it getting hot in here… air conditioning anyone? Wow she is one hot woman. Anyway, we are going to show you one last confrontation from Rampage before we go to the final segment. So let me show you this confrontation between Mick Foley and Bradshaw.
Video is shown of the following:
Mick Foley: "Ah, Bradshaw, what brings you to Foley's den"?
Bradshaw: "Don't b.s. with me Mick! Did you hear the way I was treated by that punk ass kid John Cena! I'm tired as hell of this crap on Rampage and as of this moment, I'm demanding a trade to PrimeTime"!
Foley: "Well, I appreciate you coming to me with your thoughts and I will take them into consideration.......
JUST THEN, PRIMETIME's SHANE THOMPSON ENTERS THE OFFICE, WITH RIOT POLICE.
but as you can see, my appointment is here so let me get back to you on this".
BRADSHAW STORMS OFF AS FOLEY PULLS OUT A PIECE OF PAPER AND THOMPSON PULLS UP A CHAIR.
Back in the studio.>
Kash: What does this mean? It seems like Shane Thompson is signing with Rampage. However it also looks like Bradshaw is being sent to Primetime. This is a big move on both shows but we shall see the follow up to this on Primetime this week live in Columbus, Ohio. And of course we will have a Primetime edition of “Kashing In”, which will recap that Primetime, so stay tuned for that! Well now to conclude this premiere “Kashing In”, we will go through each of the matches and I will give each of them a rating from 1-10. Then the match with the highest score will be shown right here tonight. Let's start off with the first match of the night.
A run through video that went through all the matches from Rampage was shown, followed by Dustin Kash’s voice in the background saying what the rating was.
Bashams vs. Hollywood Heat scored a 5 out of 10 for the lack of a fair victory although the ending stirred up another great match that will take place next week, which is why I still have some lenience.
Carney vs. Joe Corey scored a 7 out of 10 because it was a great match-up, and I loved seeing Joe Corey kick the crap out of the cocky Carney.
Matt Cruz and Rey Mysterio vs. Steven Richards and Austin Porteau scored a 6 out of 10 for great athleticism, and they would’ve done better if Hardy and Jeter hadn’t come out and ruined it for them.
Snitsky and Sylvain Grenier w/ Jimmy Hart vs. J.J. "The Ram" Ramplin and Jason Oliver scored a 4 out of 10 for lack of athleticism and sportsmanship.
Angle vs. Tatanka scored an 8 out of 10 because of it's shocking, yet hilarious ending.
Travis Wakeman vs. Trevor Murdoch scored a 7 out of 10 because it was a great matchup between 2 great competitors. A lot of sportsmanship and Wakeman made him tap in the center of the ring.
“High Octane” Damion West vs. Money Mike for the TWF World Championship scored an 8 because of a surprising ending that left the whole crowd standing in awe. Money Mike got what he deserved and we have a new champion!
Dustin Kash: Well there it is. It seems like it is a tie between Money Mike vs. High Octane, and Angle vs. Tatanka. Therefore I am going to flip a coin, heads being Money Mike vs. High Octane and tails being Angle vs. Tatanka.
Kash flips a coin and tails shows up.
Dustin Kash: Alright ladies and gentlemen, here is Angle vs. Tatanka!!!
Video is shown of the entire match:
Kurt Angle vs. Tatanka
Angle and Tatanka locked up and Angle looked like he wanted to end it early, taking Tatanka to the mat and going for his right foot. But Tatanka saw the ankle lock coming and pushed Angle away with his foot before getting up and ducking a clothesline before smashing him with a jumping tomahawk chop to the head. Tatanka then hit the ropes and went for a crossbody but Angle ducked and he hit the ring ropes. From there, Angle hit a trifecta of german suplexes before grabbing the Native American in a front facelock and he then drove some hard knees into his head. Tatanka tried to get up but when he did, Angle went for the Angle Slam. Tatanka slipped off his shoulders and then caught him with the samoan drop which he used to call "Circling the Wagons". He went for the cover but Angle got his foot on the bottom rope to break the hold. Tatanka seemed to have some issues with the pace of the count and as he discussed that with referee Chad Patton, Angle grabbed his foot and locked in the ankle lock. But Tatanka held on, refusing to submit when one of the strangest things in TWF history went down. The Burger King mascot, the one that is in all the football commercials, ran out and made a lap around the ring. Angle was so incensed that he tried to grab the guy and Tatanka took advantage with a schoolboy, picking up the 3 count and another win over the former gold medalist.
Dustin Kash: Well there you have it, the match of the night. Ladies and gentlemen it's been a great premiere show and I’ll be back later this week for another edition of “Kashing In”, which will recap Primetime. But now it is time for the February 7th edition of Rampage’s overall rating. I am going to give it an 8. Lots of great matches, storylines that have evolved and a huge title change, which is what brought this Rampage up to a pretty high score. Goodnight, live from TWF headquarters in Denver, Colorado…
Kash Out!!!!
