Todd Grisham: "Hello TWF fans and welcome to TWF Main Event live here on thee network, NBC! Todd Grisham and of all people the Honky Tonk Man here at ringside inside the Philips arena"!

Honky Tonk Man: "What do you mean of all people? Trust me kid, you don't wanna trade insults with me"!

"DO YOU CALL MY NAME" BY RA HITS AND OUT COMES AXL IRVIN WITH THE VIVACIOUS TRACI BROOKS.

Grisham: "We are going to start with King of the Ring tournament action on the PrimeTime side and for those of you who didn't see Uprising, four more men have all advanced into the semi-finals of their respective divisions"!

HTM: "Those matches will all take place at the actual pay-per-view event Todd and we've got two more guys looking to join them here".

"FIREFLY" BY BREAKING BENJAMIN COMES ON AND CHRIS PLATOON MAKES HIS WAY TO THE RING TO DECENT REACTION.

Grisham: "We are all familiar with the story behind this man, even us on the Rampage side of things. It's been an uphill climb to get to this point for Chris Platoon".

HTM: "And that makes him dangerous Todd, he knows what it's like to nearly lose everything and although Axl Irvin has been in the TWF a little bit longer, I give the edge to Platoon".

King of the Ring Tournament 2nd Round

Axl Irvin w/ Traci vs. Chris Platoon

The match started with a simple handshake before the two men locked up and Platoon took it into a hammerlock. He tried to ride Axl to the mat but Axl spun out of it and pushed Platoon into the ring ropes, punching him in the lower back with a forearm. He then grabbed him in a standing side headlock but Platoon used a backdrop suplex to counter before hitting the ropes and finding the mark with a kneedrop. He made the cover, grabbing the right leg and hooking it but Axl kicked out at 2. Platoon pulled Axl to his feet and whipped him to the ropes but Axl ducked a clothesline and smashed him with a double sledge to the chest. After a snap suplex, he pulled Platoon up and whipped him to the corner but Platoon sprung to the top rope and flipped off with a moonsault but Axl avoided him. Platoon landed on his feet but his right knee buckled and Axl smashed him with a clothesline. Seeing the injured limb, Axl decided to use his knew mentor's finisher, the figure four. But Platoon pushed out of it using his left foot and after connecting with a back elbow as Axl charged in, he tried to go for the "Last Chance". But the right leg gave out as he tried to push off and he went down to one knee before Axl recovered and lifted him up, hitting the "Axl Cutter" and just like that, it was over, putting a big smile on Traci's face.

Grisham: "Axl Irvin has advanced here with that Axl Cutter and ya gotta feel for Platoon, that knee does not look good".

HTM: "Hopefully for his sake, there's no ligament damage because he can't even put any weight on it".

AS "DO YOU CALL MY NAME" PLAYED, REFEREE CHARLES ROBINSON HELPED PLATOON TO HIS FEET AND UP THE RAMP AND THE CROWD APPLAUDED.

BACKSTAGE AREA......

JORDAN ROCKWELL IS SHOWN BACKSTAGE, TALKING TO RIC FLAIR AND VLAD THE IMPALER WHEN CHRISTIAN COMES UP. FLAIR AND VLAD LEAVE.

Christian: "Jordan, what's up man"?

Jordan Rockwell: "Not much, ready for our match tonight"?

Christian: "Oh yeah, we are gonna wipe the mat with those cheap versions of Brooks and Dunn, but that's what I wanted to talk to you about. I mean, you and I have been teaming together a lot, and I think we've done pretty well. So I was thinking, regardless of what happens in our match at King of the Ring, we gotta convince the guy who wins the PrimeTime tournament to choose the two of us, so we can prove that PrimeTime is the better brand"!

Rockwell: "Trust me man, there's nothing I'd like more than that. But let's take it one step at a time. Let's go out there and beat Cade and Murdoch first".

RETURN FROM BREAK.... BACKSTAGE.....

WHEN MAIN EVENT RETURNS, MEAN GENE OKERLUND IS STANDING WITH SONNY ONOO AND THE ORIENT EXPRESS, WHO HAVE THE TAG TEAM TITLES.

Mean Gene: "With me at this time is Sonny Onoo and the brand new TWF tag team champions, Kato and Tanaka. Sonny, you came to the TWF with a goal and in just a couple of months, you've achieved it".

Sonny Onoo: "We wanted to prove that this is the best tag team, anywhere! Heidenreich, Animal, don't you two......

JUST THEN, CRYSTAL CARMICHAEL COMES UP WITH JAMAL AND ROSEY.

Crystal Carmichael: "Oh no you didn't. Please tell me that you're not going to stand there and proclaim these two karate kids to be the best tag team in the TWF, cause my boys here done proved that".

Onoo: "Listen Lil Kim, I don't remember asking for your opinion. I......

AT THAT MOMENT, ONOO AND HIS CHAMPIONS SCRAMBLE AWAY AS JAMAL AND ROSEY ARE BLINDSIDED AND SAVAGELY ATTACKED BY LANCE CADE AND TREVOR MURDOCH, WHO LEAVE THEM LAYING.

Okerlund: "We need some help back here.... geez"!

IN THE RING, MARTY JANNETTY IS GETTING LOOSE AS HIS MUSIC PLAYS.

"THE NEXT EPISODE" BY DR. DRE HITS AND MATT CRUZ COMES OUT IN HIS ORANGE AND BLACK GEAR TO A HUGE RESPONSE.

Grisham: "We are back here on the main event and what the heck are Cade and Murdoch thinking?! They're a solid tag team Honky, but I don't think they want to make Jamal and Rosey mad"!

HTM: "And we will see them in the ring later in an inter-divisional match but right now, we've got King of the Ring tournament action on the Rampage side"!

Grisham: "Many considered it a huge upset when Marty Jannetty knocked Carney out of the ring and the question is, can he use that momentum to defeat the former NCAA wrestling champion"?

King of the Ring Tournament 2nd Round

Marty Jannetty vs. Matt Cruz

Cruz quickly took this match to the mat but Jannetty showed he could hang with him, escaping two holds. After ducking a clothesline, Jannetty struck with a superkick that snapped the Texas University product's head back and he covered him up, only to get a 2 count. Realizing it may be his only chance, Jannetty hit a jumping facebuster before going to the top rope. Cruz struggled to his feet as Jannetty positioned himself, flying off with a missile dropkick. But Cruz was able to avoid it and he grabbed both legs of the former Rocker and turned him over in the "Colorado Cloverleaf". Jannetty was about 2 feet from the ropes but Cruz had the hold cinched in and he had to tap out.

Match Time: 5:21

Grisham: "And that'll do it! Matt Cruz is one of Rampage's final four with a submission victory here"!

HTM: "And if he were to win, who do you think he'd select as his partners"?

"THE NEXT EPISODE" PLAYED AGAIN AS CRUZ WALKED UP THE RAMP, SLAPPING HANDS WITH MANY OF THE FANS.

Grisham: "Well that remains to be seen but his next obstacle is Jason Oliver, he's gonna have to worry about him first".

BACKSTAGE.....

AS THE CAMERAS GO BACKSTAGE, A SHINY GOLD TROPHY IS SHOWN SITTING INSIDE A GLASS CASE. AS THE CAMERA MOVES OUT, MICK FOLEY AND IDALIS ARE SHOWN ON EITHER SIDE OF THE CASE, ADMIRING IT.

Idalis: "So what is it Mick"?

Mick Foley: "Well no offense Idalis, but with you being on PrimeTime, you wouldn't know. Ya see, a couple years ago, TWF Rampage, then TWF RAW, was voted as the best show in the TWF. So I have decided to see if that still rings true".

Idalis: "What do you mean by that Mick"?

Foley: "Well, as you know, we have this huge inter-promotional six man tag team elimination match at King of the Ring. Well, I have decided, along with Shane-O-Mac, that the division that wins that match will not only leave with bragging rights, but with this trophy as well. Ya see, I want the superstars of Rampage to realize the ramifications of this match, as I know Shane does with his guys on PrimeTime. So we've upped the ante. As they say, to the winner goes the spoils".

FOLEY AND IDALIS TAKE ANOTHER LOOK AT THE TROPHY AS THE CAMERA ZOOMS IN ON IT BEFORE GOING BACK INSIDE THE ARENA.

Rampage vs. PrimeTime

Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch vs. Jordan Rockwell and Christian

The bell sounded and Rockwell stood across the ring from Cade before the two locked up. Rockwell powered him back to the corner but when referee Jose Mendez of Rampage tried to get a break, Cade got in a thumb to the eyes. After 2 hard right hands, he shot Rockwell to the ropes and lifted him up with a backbody drop. Murdoch came in off a tag and smashed the Universal champion with a running knee to the face before getting down on the mat and choking him with both hands. Murdoch then got up and spit in the direction of Christian who angrily tried to get into the ring but all it did was allow an illegal double team. Murdoch clapped his hands to simulate a tag as Cade came in, blasting Rockwell with a european uppercut. He then hit the ropes but Rockwell was waiting with a big time powerslam. That allowed him to get the tag to Christian who came in, hammering away the chest of Cade with some stiff knifedge chops. He then went and drilled Murdoch with a forearm that knocked him to the floor. Cade got up and put Christian down with a backdrop suplex but from the back came Jamal, Rosey and Crystal. Crystal got on the apron, distracting Mendez as the Rampage tag team champs put a hurting on Murdoch. Cade tried to leave the ring to help his partner but Christian caught him before he could with a lowblow which led to the "Un-Prettier" and he covered him as Mendez turned to make the 3 count.

Match Time: 4:09

AS WATERPROOF BLONDE's "JUST CLOSE YOUR EYES" PLAYED, CHRISTIAN CELEBRATED BUT ROCKWELL LOOKED ON, SEEMINGLY VERY WARY OF CHRISTIAN's FINISHING HOLD.

HTM: "Jamal and Rosey have cost Cade and Murdoch! This is a bunch of b.s."!

Grisham: "Well I'd like to say that Cade and Murdoch got a little taste of their own medicine but what about Rockwell, he seems a little on edge here".

HTM: "I think he just realized how devastating the Un-Prettier is and he knows that could be him at King of the Ring"!

Grisham: "Well in my opinion, it just strengthens the case that Christian made earlier. Regardless of what happens in the Universal title match, the guy who wins PrimeTime's tournament should pick these two"!

HTM: "Listen to this, a Rampage guy giving advice to PrimeTime".

COMMERCIAL BREAK.......

RETURN FROM BREAK.... BACKSTAGE.....

AS MAIN EVENT RETURNS FROM BREAK, MONEY MIKE IS SHOWN IN CONCESSIONS GETTING A BEVERAGE. JUST AS HE IS ABOUT TO TAKE A SIP, CHAOS WOLF COMES UP.

Chaos Wolf: "Brilliant video man, I think your campaign is an awesome idea and let me just say that you got my vote that King of the Ring should be Flair's last match".

BEFORE ANSWERING, MIKE TAKES A DRINK FROM THE CUP HE GRABBED.

Money Mike: "Chaos Wolf is it"?

Chaos Wolf: "Uh, yeah".

Money Mike: "Glad ya liked the video, just do me a favor and stay out of my way tonight".

MIKE CRUSHES THE PAPER CUP IN HIS HAND AND THROWS IT ON THE FLOOR BEFORE JUST WALKING AWAY.

BACK AT RINGSIDE, "I STAND ALONE" BY GODSMACK IS PLAYING AND MACKENZIE ROSE IS ENTERING THE RING.

Grisham: "You gotta be kidding me. He didn't even know the guys' name Honky".

HTM: "Well I think he'll know his name by the end of the night because they're in the main event, at Main Event".

THE CROWD COMES TO THEIR FEET AS "THE TIME IS NOW" HITS AND JOHN CENA COMES OUT IN A RED ATLANTA HAWKS JERSEY.

Grisham: "Boy that's clever Honky, almost as clever as some of the catchphrases this guy comes up with"!

HTM: "Well he's gonna need a lot more than catchphrases to get by Mackenzie Rose tonight"!

Grisham: "Well in my opinion, this is the most intriguing of all the tournament matches we've seen so far. On one side, you have the former World champion John Cena and on the other is a champion eighty seven times over in Mackenzie Rose"!

HTM: "There is no doubt this will be a great encounter Todd and this crowd can sense it"!

King of the Ring Tournament 2nd Round

John Cena vs. Mackenzie Rose

This match had the feel of a heavyweight title match as the two men met nose to nose in the center of the ring. Rose threw the first punch but Cena was waiting on it, blocking it and coming back with 2 right hands of his own but Rose then blocked a third and got in a stiff headbutt followed by a shuffle kick that put Cena down. Rose then hit the ropes, looking for a big legdrop but Cena rolled out of the way. He then hit the ropes himself and drilled Rose with a flying shoulderblock that knocked him out of the ring. Cena followed him out and played to the fans a little but that allowed Rose to rise up and drill him with a clothesline. From there, he loaded Rose onto his shoulders and rammed him head first into one of the steel turnposts. With referee Scott Martin's count at 7, Rose rolled Cena into the ring and got back in himself. After a walking sideslam, Rose could feel it and the crowd was shocked. He lifted Cena up for his reverse Razor's Edge that he calls the "Davidson Driver" but Cena had a planned counter and escaped. Rose threw a wild clothesline but Cena saw that coming too and he hoisted him onto his shoulders, dumping him with the "F-U" and quickly making the cover to pick up the 1.......2......3.

Match Time: 6:57

"THE TIME IS NOW" PLAYED THROUGHOUT THE ARENA AS CENA CELEBRATED THE WIN.

Grisham: "Rose never saw the F-U coming, he thought he had Cena on the ropes"!

HTM: "So did I, he was that close"!

ROSE GOT UP, SHAKING HIS HEAD AS CENA LEFT, HOLDING UP BOTH ARMS IN VICTORY.

Grisham: "Cena hit the F-U out of nowhere and that takes him to the semi-finals of Rampage's tournament where he will now meet Max Ogden"!

BACKSTAGE....

MEAN GENE IS IN THE BACK WITH HIGH OCTANE WHO HAS THE WORLD TITLE PROUDLY HANGING OVER HIS SHOULDER.

Mean Gene: "High Octane, tonight in an inter-promotional bout, you will face PrimeTime's Frankie Kazarian. Any chance that you might overlook him in thinking about facing Drew Blood at King of the Ring"?

High Octane: "Mean Gene, I've always been a guy who likes to let his actions speak for him, so I'm not gonna talk about what I'm gonna do to Kazarian tonight. But I am gonna say that at King of the Ring, I'm gonna prove that my win over Drew Blood at DoomsDay.... was no fluke".

Mean Gene: "Back to you guys at ringside".

A LOUD, ARABIC CHANT IS HEARD, LEADING INTO MUHAMMAD HASSAN's MUSIC AND HE COMES OUT WITH TIGER ALI SINGH TO SOME SERIOUS BOOS.

Grisham: "One second round match in the King of the Ring tournament still to be decided and it is on the PrimeTime side but let's talk a little bit about this trophy Mick Foley introduced Honky".

HTM: "It gives either Rampage or PrimeTime that much more incentive to win the match. You don't want the other guys to talk for who knows how long that they're better than you. So show some pride, put your differences behind you, get your three best guys and go win the damn trophy"!

LASHLEY's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO A PRETTY GOOD RESPONSE, LOOKING EXTREMELY FOCUSED.

Grisham: "Well said Honky and here's a guy who I think anyone would like to have on their side. Lashley has done nothing but impressed since his debut".

HTM: "No question Todd this guy is the real deal but he needs to get a little more experience under his belt, Hassan will not be easy to defeat".

King of the Ring Tournament 2nd Round

Muhammad Hassan w/ Tiger Ali Singh vs. Bobby Lashley

Hassan tried to devise a strategy on how to go at the massive Lashley but it didn't work. Lashley got him in his grasp and just pounded him to the mat, suplexing him all over the ring. After trapping Hassan's arms, he hit a big belly to belly suplex and Hassan rolled out of the ring to stop his momentum. Hassan got back in and threw a right hand but Lashley wasn't at all phased, firing back with one of his own. He then lifted Hassan up for the Dominator Drop but Hassan slipped off his shoulders and tried to hook him for a DDT but Lashley threw him across the ring with a release northern lights. Again, Hassan rolled outside the ring to regain his composure. He tried to come into the ring with a shoulder to the gut but Lashley moved and then knocked Hassan to the floor outside with a running knee. Finally, Lashley decided to go out with him and he picked Hassan up in a military press, throwing him back into the ring over the top rope! As Lashley attempted to climb back into the ring, Tiger Ali Singh got up and lowblowed him. Hassan then waited for him to get back in and when he did, he delivered his reverse STO takedown and rolled him over for the 1.......2.......3, Lashley's first TWF defeat.

Match Time: 8:08

Grisham: "Ah, I can't believe the referee didn't see that! Muhammad Hassan has actually slayed the dragon here"!

HTM: "It took a low blow but like you said, the referee didn't see it".

LASHLEY WAS OBVIOUSLY FRUSTRATED AS HASSAN WALKED UP THE RAMP WITH TIGER ALI SINGH AS THE CROWD BEGAN TO GET A BIT HOSTILE.

Grisham: "So now the PrimeTime final four looks like this. Rene Dupree, the French Phenom will battle the pale rider Mordecai and now, Muhammad Hassan will face Axl Irvin! I just have to wonder, should Hassan win, will there be anyone out there who wants to team with him"?

BACKSTAGE........

THE CAMERAS CUT TO THE BACK TO SHOW GENE OKERLUND STANDING WITH TED DIBIASE WHO IS HOLDING THE GLISTENING, BEAUTIFUL MILLION DOLLAR TITLE.

Mean Gene: "Okay Dibiase let's cut right to the chase. You heard Shelton Benjamin, the only way he will put the King of Cable title on the line against your Money Man is if you put that Million Dollar title on the line as well. So what's it gonna be"?

Ted Dibiase: "Gene this is simple, because Rob Conway and I want the King of Cable on PrimeTime, where it should be, I will put the Million Dollar title on the line! I've carried this thing with me forever and no matter how many people have tried to take it, look where it sits right now! I have all the confidence in Rob that at King of the Ring, that won't change"!

DIBIASE LETS OUT ONE OF HIS RECOGNIZABLE LAUGHS AS THE SHOT FADES TO BLACK.

COMMERCIAL BREAK.......

RETURN FROM BREAK..... BACKSTAGE.....

WHEN MAIN EVENT RETURNS, SHELTON BENJAMIN IS SITTING IN THE BACK WHEN MATT HARDY COMES UP. BENJAMIN GETS UP AND GETS IN HIS FACE.

Matt Hardy: "Listen man, I know you and I don't like each other. But I thought you should know that at King of the Ring, I'm gonna be rooting for you. Ya know why? Because as far as I'm concerned, you're on borrowed time as the King of Cable so in other words..... don't lose it to PrimeTime".

Shelton Benjamin: "Look Matt, whether you're rooting for me or not, I could really care less. Remember when I won Kurt Angle's gold medals? Well, I'm gonna add that Million Dollar title to my collection next".

BACK AT RINGSIDE, FRANKIE KAZARIAN IS IN THE RING LOOKING ON WHEN THE SOUND OF A LOUD, REVVING ENGINE IS HEARD AND "DOWN WITH THE SICKNESS" BY DISTURBED KICKS UP AND HIGH OCTANE COMES OUT WITH THE WORLD TITLE RAISED HIGH TO A HUGE POP.

Grisham: "In just about five days, this man will step into the ring to defend that title against the man he won it from, Drew Blood in a thirty minute iron man match and Honky, everyone's asking so I gotta ask you, was it a fluke at DoomsDay"?

HTM: "I am of that opinion. Everyone has a lucky match in them and High Octane had his at the right time. But in a thirty minute iron man match, I predict Drew Blood to win by a couple of falls"!

Grisham: "That's a bold prediction to say the least but tonight, Octane's challenge is in the form of PrimeTime's Frankie Kazarian"!

Non-Title: Rampage vs. PrimeTime

World champ "High Octane" Damion West vs. Frankie Kazarian

From the opening bell, Octane really looked on top of his game, using arm drags and and some fast moves to get the advantage, letting Kazarian get in little offense. But after the champ dropped his head too early off an irish whip, Kazarian made him pay by sticking him into the mat with a DDT. From there, he went to the top rope and flew off but High Octane took him right out of the air with his "Head on Collision" to get the 1......2......3.

Match Time: 6:59

Grisham: "There it is, the Head on Collision! Is that in the future of Drew Blood"?!

HTM: "You gotta remember Todd that it's thirty minutes, it's gonna take more than one of those to win it"!

"DOWN WITH THE SICKNESS" PLAYED AND OCTANE CELEBRATED BY HOLDING HIS TITLE UP ON ONE OF THE TURNBUCKLES FOR THE CHEERING CROWD.

Grisham: "Well call me a believer. I know how good Drew Blood is, but I can promise you that High Octane will bring his A game to the King of the Ring"!

BACKSTAGE......

TRAVIS WAKEMAN IS SHOWN WALKING BACKSTAGE WHEN JOHN CENA COMES UP FROM BEHIND.

John Cena: "Yo Wakeman!

WAKEMAN TURNS TO SEE HIM WALKING UP.

Be ready man. If I win that tournament, you're one of my partners".

CENA AND WAKEMAN SHAKE HANDS, THEN KNOCK FISTS.

Travis Wakeman: "I'll be ready".

"WOOOOOOO" IS HEARD WHICH LEADS INTO THE MUSIC OF RIC FLAIR AND HE COMES OUT TO A STANDING OVATION ALONG WITH VLAD THE IMPALER.

Grisham: "It's that time fans, you've been waiting! It's time for the Maaaaain event"!

HTM: "And we have been waiting all night for this one as it will feature two of the one on one matchups that we will witness at King of the Ring".

"IN THE END" BY LINKIN PARK HITS AND OUT COMES CHAOS WOLF WITH CHAE, BOTH SMILING AS THEY LOOKED AT VLAD.

Grisham: "Well you talk about cocky, look at this guy. He and Vlad the Impaler will go one on one at King of the Ring in an Iron Circle match and I'll tell ya Honky, Vlad could lay down a big punk card having already beat this guy in a stretcher match"!

THE HORSEMEN THEME HITS AND MONEY MIKE COMES OUT WITH STEPHANIE McMAHON TO A MIXED RESPONSE.

HTM: "That one will be a great match but the one I'm looking forward to is the one between Ric Flair and this guy! After sixty years as a wrestler, Ric Flair will finally have his last match"!

Grisham: "Oh it hasn't been that long and you know it! I don't know too much about your claim of it being his last match either"!

HTM: "Wait a minute, these guys aren't wasting any time"!

Money Mike and Chaos Wolf w/ Stephanie McMahon and Chae vs. Ric Flair and Vlad the Impaler

Refereee Mike Enos asked for the bell to start the match as Vlad and Chaos Wolf exchanged shots. After getting the best of it, Vlad backed up and charged at him with a forearm but Chaos backdropped him out of the ring, less than 1 minute into the match. Immediately, Mike jumped down and was all over Vlad. Flair came over to help his partner, smashing Mike with his trademark knifedge chops when Chaos Wolf came flying over the top rope right onto Vlad! The 4 men continued to brawl and Enos called for the bell, ruling it a double count out. But as Chaos Wolf and Vlad continued brawling up the ramp, Money Mike grabbed one of the tv monitors from the announce position and rammed it into the head of Flair! As the fans poured on the boos, he delivered the "Money Pit" on the floor!

Grisham: "Oh my God! I think we're gonna need some help for Flair"!

HTM: "It's over Ric..... it's over"!
