Just before the holidays and a huge impending blizzard in the New York area, the TWF held Main Event on NBC for the fifth time in 2010. That is the most episodes the show has ran since 2006. The event got started off with Uprising, which again showcased the superstars obtained in the New Superstar Package.

Tyler Reks vs. Manny Martinez (invitee)

From Spanish Harlem, New York, Martinez was looking to impress in this one but he ran into a buzzsaw. After getting in some quick offense on Reks, Martinez missed a dropkick off the middle turnbuckle and Reks then smashed him with a clothesline. After pounding on Martinez for a couple more minutes, Reks put him away with his Burning Hammer maneuver.

Vance Archer vs. "Superstar" Dickie Rodz (invitee)

Dickie Rodz came into this match and seemed to have a very flamboyant personality. But the man across the ring was ready to knock the smirk off his face. Archer was caught off guard when he came in like a house of fire. Rodz got in some quick strike right hands before dropkicking Archer. He then ran the ropes and launched himself at Archer but was caught in mid air and dumped with a fallaway slam. Archer drilled Rodz with a running kick to the face. Rodz got up and was still trying to fight back but Archer grabbed him and drove him into the mat with his reverse DDT drop. He then rolled Rodz over and got the win.

Justin Gabriel vs. Tony Burma (invitee)

Burma surprisingly gave Gabriel fits in this one, getting in plenty of offense and even getting a 2 count after a jumping enziguri. Gabriel got to his feet and Burma shot him to the corner. He came in and lifted Gabriel to the top rope and was looking for a superplex. But after some shots to the rib cage, Gabriel shoved Burma to the mat. He then came off with his 450 splash which is nothing less than a thing of beauty and that put Burma away.

Cayden Cole vs. Chris Forza (invitee)

This was a great exhibition for the skills of Cole. Forza provided a very formidable opponent in a back and forth, 7 minute match. The match changed when Cole was able to reverse an irish whip and drill Forza with a flying knee that caught him in the side of the head. Cole went to work from there and a tornado DDT had Forza in a lot of trouble. He set Forza up for a superkick but Forza ducked, only for Cole to come back with a flying wheel kick that was right on the money. A vicious reverse STO came next and Forza was covered for a 3 count.

MAIN EVENT GOES LIVE

Scott Hudson: "We are live here on NBC, interrupting regular programming to bring you TWF's Main Event! Hello fans, I'm Scott Hudson alongside Rampage's Jerry "The King" Lawler and this pre-DoomsDay edition of the Main Event promises to be exciting".

Jerry Lawler: "Oh does it ever! We have learned that according to Carney's wishes, Jordan Rockwell will face Matt Morgan in an Extreme Rules match"!

A PROMO GRAPHIC IS SHOWN WITH JORDAN ROCKWELL ON ONE SIDE AND MATT MORGAN ACROSS ON THE OTHER.

Hudson: "We are also scheduled to be joined by the TWF World champion Jason Oliver and who knows what will happen then".

"HELP I'M ALIVE" BY METRIC COMES ON AND KAYLA KARTER STEPS OUT TO MOSTLY ALL BOOS.

Lawler: "And we're starting things off with the divas"!

Hudson: "I figured you'd like that... Kayla Karter is getting a big chance here tonight against the current Women's champion".

Lawler: "Kayla Karter has been turning heads on Rampage.... and not just for the reason you'd think".

"TEARS DON'T FALL" BY BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE COMES ON AND GINA CARANO COMES OUT TO AN AMAZING RESPONSE. SHE IS DRESSED IN A RED AND BLUE OUTFIT AND SHE HAS ON A BUFFALO BILLS JERSEY ALONG WITH THE WOMEN's TITLE IN HAND.

Hudson: "Wow.... this woman is so loved by the people".

Lawler: "She's really becoming one of the biggest divas we've ever seen here in the TWF..... every city we go to, Gina has a major following"!

Hudson: "This match will not be for the title but it will sure catapult Ms. Karter if she can pull it off".

Non-Title Match

Kayla Karter vs. Women's Champion: Gina Carano

After the bell sounded, Gina took off the Bills jersey and threw it to the crowd, starting a mad dash for the souvenir. But this allowed Karter to get in a sneak attack on her. Karter nailed Gina with some hard forearms before sending her to the ropes but when she came back, Gina countered with a Thesz Press. After rifling several punches into the side of Karter's head, Gina waited for her to get up and tried to get a single leg. But Karter escaped and dropped the Women's champ with a nasty push kick. She then got down on the mat and showed some great mat work of her own, nearly negotiating a triangle choke on the MMA crossover star. But Gina had a counter and after slipping free, she kicked Karter right in the ribs. Back on the feet, Gina began plastering Karter with kicks to the body but finally, Karter caught one of the kicks and picked Gina up, dropping her over the top rope. Gina tried to recover but Karter smoked her with the "Kay Kick" and covered her for a quick 3 count.

Lawler: "Oh! She got her"!

Hudson: "A bit of a surprising finish to this one here as Kayla Karter has handed Carano a rare defeat and King, you gotta believe that puts her in line for a title shot".

Sheamus: "What would I do if I were king? I think the better question is, what wouldn't I do? Ya see, I seem to be on good terms with The Empire, so the world of the TWF will belong to Sheamus in 2011...... starting with me becoming king"!

Dolph Ziggler: "So you want to know what kind of king Dolph Ziggler would make, huh? There is no doubt that I have the best combination of skill and class of anyone that is in the tournament. I mean seriously, would that crown look good on my head or what? Whether the TWF is ready for it or not..... King Dolph is a name you better get used to saying".

THE SHOT RETURNS TO THE ARENA AND CAMERAS SHOW JASON OLIVER IS IN THE PRIVATE SUITE OF THE EMPIRE. HE IS IN STREET CLOTHES AND HAS THE WORLD TITLE OVER HIS SHOULDER.

Money Mike: "You don't have to compete tonight..... you don't have a contractual match until DoomsDay".

Jason Oliver: "But that's just the thing.... I have to compete tonight. Do you know how long I've had to live with people knocking me because I've never successfully defended a title? I brought my gear.... you find me an opponent.... and I'll put the title on the line.... tonight".

Money Mike: "Have it your way.... you better go get ready".

Non-Title Match

Gregory Helms w/ Velvet Sky vs. Lightheavyweight Champion: Silver Wolf

Helms was trying to ride his recent win streak to put him in position for a title shot. To this point, Silver Wolf has been very tough. Helms' quickness was a huge asset early and he was able to wear Silver Wolf out who had to expend a lot of energy to keep up. Helms went for a springboard body press but Silver Wolf brilliantly countered into a gutbuster across his knees. He then pulled Helms up, right into a stiff clothesline. After 2 big elbow drops, Silver Wolf looked ready to put Helms away. That's when Velvet Sky felt she needed to interject herself. She got up on the apron and began to do what she does best with her body, but Silver Wolf barely paid her any attention. She was very surprised by this but she provided enough of a distraction for Helms to get up and push Silver Wolf across the ring. He slammed right into Velvet and knocked her to the floor, hard. Helms then grabbed Silver Wolf and delivered a falling reverse DDT. He quickly went into the cover, but only got a 2 count. Helms backed up and measured Silver Wolf, charging across the ring and connecting with a terrific shining wizard. Helms made another cover but he made a crucial mistake of failing to hook a leg. Referee Charles Robinson got a long 2 count before Silver Wolf put his right foot on the bottom rope. Helms was very upset and seemed to be ready to strike Robinson. But he turned his focus back to the Lightheavyweight champ and threw a right hand. But Silver Wolf blocked it and fired back with 2 hands to the throat before smashing his chest with multiple knifedge chops. He then went for a suplex but Helms countered that and pushed Silver Wolf away before connecting with a flying heel kick. He then hit the ropes but ran right into the waiting hands of Silver Wolf, who lifted him above his head and threw him to the mat with a double chokebomb. He made the cover and got the 3 count.

AS SILVER WOLF LEFT THE RING WITH HIS TITLE, TRAINERS WERE DOWN AT RINGSIDE TO CHECK ON VELVET SKY.

Hudson: "Silver Wolf has won this match but the bigger story might be the health of Velvet Sky.... she took a nasty fall".

Lawler: "That she did..... it looked like she rolled an ankle or something".

Hudson: "Unfortunate situation, especially if it's a serious injury but on the other side of things.... Silver Wolf is really starting to make a name for himself here".

BACKSTAGE......

MONICA AND EDDIE SAINT JAMES ARE SHOWN IN THE BACK.

Monica: "It was awful.... just disgusting being around those two. The Empire should have fired them both"!

Eddie Saint James: "I promise you, Mark Henry and Chaos Wolf will pay for their sins. Tonight, I want you to stay back here, just tonight. At DoomsDay..... we will have vengeance".

The camera cuts to a hospital room. Sitting in the bed of this room, is none other than Richard Ramsley, who looks much worse for wear. His midsection is wrapped, and his right hand appears to be in a light cast. Sitting at the side of his bed is a meal tray, with an opened carton of orange juice, and a half eaten hamburger. Ramsley himself is dully flipping through channels on the room's television. He sighs before putting down the remote and running his non-wrapped hand through his messy hair. Suddenly, a knock is heard at the door.

Nurse's voice: "Mr. Ramsley? You have a visitor".........

Richard Ramsley: (Angrily) "Troy again? Look, Troy, I told you what I need from you, why the hell aren't you off doing it"?

Male voice: "It's not Troy"........

Ramsley's face looks confused, as the sound of the door creaking open can be heard. His face quickly turns to a serious one.

Ramsley: "Interesting... I have to admit, you're about the last person I expected to see".

The camera pulls out to reveal none other than CM Punk. He's wearing a Misfit's hoodie and a pair of blue jeans.

CM Punk: "Yeah, well, what can I say? I figured after how bad you got your ass beat at Anarchy Rulz, you could use some cheering up".

Ramsley: "If you really wanted to cheer me up, you should have sent someone who at least had a match at the Pay-Per-View".

Punk smirks, looks down, and puts his hand on his chin. He takes in a deep breath, and takes a seat in the chair next to Ramsley's bed. He takes the remote from Ramsley, turns off the TV, and throws the remote onto a small end table.

CM Punk: "I think you landed on your head a little harder than you thought, Ramsley. Or did you forget that, unlike you, I've actually won championship gold"?

Ramsley: "Well, Punk, I'm glad that in the time you've spent getting nothing done on Rampage so far, you've been able to work on your stand-up routine. Now, tell me, is there an actual reason you're here, or do you really have nothing better to do than come over here and bust my balls"?

CM Punk: "Actually, there is something I wanted to talk to you about, Ramsley. It's about that little offer of yours".

Ramsley: "Coming around then, huh"?

CM Punk: "Not quite. Like I said, we need to talk".

Ramsley: "I'm listening"........

CM Punk: "I just wanted to let you in on a little secret. Thing is, I don't NEED you. I don't NEED your little group. I'm perfectly capable of not only taking care of myself, but excelling on my own. If anything, YOU need me".

Ramsley: "That's an interesting theory, Punk. Problem is, it's a load of garbage. Listen, I'm not saying you have to be my lackey. That's not how I work. Troy? Me and him, we're in this together. Do we like each other? Heh... let's just say we don't want to rip each other's throats out, and leave it at that. We're visionaries, Punk. We're tired of seeing people get special treatment. We're better than all of them... I deserve those opportunities. Troy deserves those opportunities... YOU deserve those opportunities. All I'm offering you is a chance to get them. We get enough steam... we hurt enough people in our way... and pretty soon, the "Empire", or whatever the hell Wakeman and Mike want to call themselves, are going to have to take notice. Personally, I don't care what you do. Stick with me and Troy, go it on your own, it's inconsequential. I'm going to get what I deserve with..... or without you".

Punk quickly scratches the back of his neck, and stands up.

CM Punk: "Yeah, well, I'm outta here. You should be more careful, Ramsley. With the way you like to spout out those speeches, your jaw's going to be the next bone you break".

Ramsley just smirks and shakes his head. The sound of the door opening and shutting is heard as Ramsley quickly lays down and the camera fades to black.

I would try to use it to pad my resume, for sure, but I wouldn't be like Dolph Ziggler of Ken Doll is sure to be where they use it to make themselves seem more important. See, I'd be a king not of the people, but for the people".

THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE RING WHERE THE BOOGEYSAINTS ARE AND "I WILL BE HEARD" BY HATEBREED IS PLAYING.

Hudson: "We are back live here on major network television for TWF's Main Event and as we here from the men who will participate in the King of the Ring tournament at DoomsDay, we also have a lot going on here tonight in Buffalo".

Lawler: "We just found out that Jason Oliver has himself asked to defend the TWF World title tonight and right now, we'll get a small preview of the tag team title unification match at DoomsDay"!

Hudson: "We also have a year ending battle royal coming up shortly but you said it, one half of each of the teams that will compete in the historic title unification match will go at it here".

"REMEMBER THE NAME" BY FORT MINOR COMES ON AND CHAOS WOLF COMES OUT ALONG WITH MARK HENRY. THEY EACH HAVE THEIR TAG TEAM TITLE BELTS WITH THEM.

Hudson: "We heard earlier from Monica who was actually taken against her will by these guys here and we found out that the reason why was because they actually wanted the titles unified".

Lawler: "And I think even more than that, they want to be the team that finally defeats the BoogeySaints because to date.... no one has done it".

Hudson: "Monica will be in the back tonight but I'm sure she will be in the corner of her team at DoomsDay".

The Boogeyman w/ Eddie Saint James vs. Chaos Wolf w/ Mark Henry

These two men wasted no time going at it. The Boogeyman began to get the best of Wolf after trading punches, slowing him down with 2 kicks to the abdomen. But after ducking a clothesline off an irish whip, he nailed a flying clothesline of his own. He then got Boogeyman up and delivered a swinging neckbreaker. Still seething over the abduction of Monica, The Saint actually got into the ring but Mark Henry was quick to do the same. Henry ran at The Saint but he went flying over the top rope to the floor when Saint James lowbridged the top rope. He then went to the outside of the ring and began brawling with the World's Strongest Man. In the ring, Boogeyman was able to catch Wolf with a powerslam before getting him up and sending him to the corner. But when he went for his flying Boogey Splash, Wolf moved out of the way and then rolled him up, getting a lot of leverage and earning a 3 count.

REFEREE MARTY ELIAS RAISED THE ARM OF CHAOS WOLF IN VICTORY WHILE HENRY AND THE SAINT CONTINUED TO GO AT IT OUTSIDE THE RING. BUT JUST THEN, MONICA CAME RUNNING OUT FROM THE BACK AND SHE SLID INTO THE RING. SHE POSITIONED HERSELF FOR A LOW BLOW BUT WOLF SENSED IT AND TURNED AROUND TO SEE HER. HIS EYES GOT AS BIG AS SAUCERS AS HE GRABBED HER BY THE HAIR. BUT BEFORE HE COULD DO ANYTHING, SAINT JAMES HAD COME TO THAT SIDE OF THE RING AND HE GRABBED ONE OF MONICA's LEGS, PULLING HER OUT OF THE RING TO SPARE HER WHATEVER CHAOS WOLF HAD IN MIND.

Lawler: "Get her out of there...... man, what's wrong with these guys"?!

Hudson: "I'll tell ya..... this situation has become very heated.... very quickly"!

Lawler: "Sorry to interrupt, Scott, but we've got something going on in the back...... do we have a camera back there"?

A CAMERA IN THE BACK PICKS UP A BRAWL THAT HAS BROKEN OUT BETWEEN CHRIS TIRPAK AND AXL IRVIN. SEVERAL REFEREES AND TWF AGENTS ARE IN THE MIDDLE, DOING THEIR BEST TO PULL THE TWO MEN APART. AXL IRVIN CAN BE HEARD YELLING "WHAT THE HELL IS YOUR PROBLEM" AS THE SHOW GOES TO ANOTHER BREAK.

John Morrison: "To be honest, I don't even need a crown or a royal robe..... I just want to be known as the best in this business. Some of the greatest TWF superstars of all time have won the King of the Ring tournament and it would definitely be my crowning achievement to this point".

BACKSTAGE AREA......

Jordan Rockwell is shown backstage taping up as the fans cheer when Lena Yada approaches.

Lena Yada: "Excuse me, Jordan...... a lot of people are wondering what you meant by your comments to Travis Wakeman on this past PrimeTime".

Jordan Rockwell: "Yeah I kind of figured, but to be perfectly honest, out of what little respect that I have for Wakeman that for now at least will stay between me and him, all I have to say is I gave Carney the chance to pick what I would be doing tonight and he made his decision. Tonight, Matt Morgan, you and I.... under extreme rules! Well fact is, I can honestly say I really feel for you Matt, because despite all that you've done, the bottom line is you really have no idea about the real story but unfortunately, I have to go through you to get to Carney...... and I say, so be it".

Lena Yada: "What about the stipulation for DoomsDay"?

Jordan Rockwell: "Well as for that, Carney tonight I want to tell you face to face, but I know you won't come alone so tell you what, so you have assurance that you will be safe, please feel free to have TWF security escort you to the ring, but know this...... if I see one Empire member then you won't find out until DoomsDay"!

Rockwell walks off as the shot goes back to the ring..........

THE EMPIRE THEME SONG HITS AND MATT MORGAN COMES OUT TO THE RING. HE IS WEARING BLUE JEANS AND A BLACK MUSCLE SHIRT.

Hudson: "So it appears that Rockwell has made his decision concerning DoomsDay but first, he's gotta face this guy".

Lawler: "And I can promise you that if Matt Morgan has anything to say about it, Rockwell won't even get to DoomsDay"!

Hudson: "This match will be contested under extreme rules which basically means there are none"!

"SAVE ME" BY BURN HALO COMES ON AND JORDAN ROCKWELL COMES OUT, LOOKING MORE THAN READY TO FIGHT.

Lawler: "And here comes public enemy number one in the minds of The Empire"!

Hudson: "Carney selected this match at the price of Rockwell being able to select the match they will compete in at DoomsDay.... and that could be anything"!

Extreme Rules

Matt Morgan vs. Jordan Rockwell

Rockwell got into the ring and Morgan wasted no time jumping on the attack. After several hard shots to the back, Morgan pulled Rockwell up and tried to pull him into a clothesline but Rockwell ducked and hooked onto his waist, throwing him over his head with a german suplex. Rockwell was all fired up and when Morgan got up, he pulled his shirt over his head and began to lay in some haymakers. He then hit the ropes and connected with a Hart Attack style clothesline before popping Morgan with a few more stiff punches. He then grabbed one of the legs of the big man but Morgan used his other leg to push Rockwell away. He got up and Rockwell ran in but was caught with the Boss Man Slam. Morgan then took the shirt off his back and used it to choke the 'Franchise'. Rockwell seemed to be fading fast and there was nothing referee Mike Chioda could do about the choke. Morgan stood up with Rockwell and actually picked him up over his shoulders, hanging him. The crowd looked on in discomfort as Rockwell tried to fight free and finally, he did. Rockwell then took Morgan down with a chop block before delivering a flying bulldog. Rockwell then left the ring and grabbed a steel chair, bringing it in. He began to smash the frame of Morgan many times before hitting the ropes and jumping with the chair, driving it into the head of Morgan. Just then, Carney came running out from the back but Rockwell saw him. He was daring him to come into the ring and as Carney inched closer, Rockwell took a swing with the chair. Carney ran over and grabbed one end of the chair and he and Rockwell were struggling for it. Slowly, Morgan got up behind the action. Rockwell was able to shake the chair away from Carney but when he turned around, with the chair held up, Morgan pushed it right into his face with the Carbon Footprint and made the cover for the win.

Match Time: 8:47

Hudson: "Oh what a shot! Did he bust him open with that"?!

Lawler: "Down goes Rockwell again! I gotta say, I never get sick of seeing that! Oh it's gotta be good to be part of The Empire"!

Hudson: "Why don't you go join them then"?!

IN THE RING, ROCKWELL HAS THE HOUSE MIC AND HE IS SITTING IN THE SAME CHAIR THAT WAS JUST KICKED INTO HIS FACE.

Jordan Rockwell: "Carney...... get back out here! Now"!

Lawler: "This guy just won't lie down, will he"?

CARNEY COMES BACK OUT AND HE IS SURROUNDED BY MEMBERS OF SECURITY.

rockwell: see now that wasn't so hard was it? Carney: "Just get to the point and tell me what the match is going to be".

Jordan Rockwell: "First things first, I would like to thank TWF security for escorting Carney to the ring, but gentlemen, your services are no longer needed, so please feel free to leave".

Carney has a look on his face as if security won't listen, but all of the sudden, the security actually turns around and walks away which causes Carney to turn around in shock as the fans cheered.

Carney: "Hey get back here! Where the hell do...........

Carney seemed to realize the situation he was in and turned around only to get tackled by Rockwell who automatically starting reigning down on him with right hands. He then he got up and grabbed hold of the chair he was sitting on and closed it up as he waited for Carney to get up. Rockwell then rared back and smashed Carney over the head with the chair, busting him open.

Rockwell tosses the chair down and picks up the mic and actually lays down next to Carney.

Jordan Rockwell: "Now that we're both comfortable, let's talk DoomsDay, shall we? I searched far and wide for the right match for us to have fun in and I think I found exactly that the right match is..... so all I have to say is this.......

Rockwell points up to the pyrotechnics guy and gives him a thumbs up and all of a sudden the ring is surrounded by a wall of flames.

You, me, Inferno match"!

Hudson: "An Inferno match"!

Lawler: "He can't do that"!

Hudson: "What do you mean he can't do that?! Carney signed a blank check..... Rockwell seems ready to cash it"!

ROCKWELL STANDS UP AND LOOKS DOWN ON A BLOODIED CARNEY AS "SAVE ME" HITS AND THE SHOT FADES OUT.

Money Mike: "I'd suggest you take a step or two back".

MONEY MIKE WALKS AWAY AND ORTON SEEMS SECONDS AWAY FROM STRIKING HIM.

KEN DOLL AND LACEY VON ERICH ARE SHOWN.

Ken Doll: "I mean, can you imagine what a great king I would make? Not only are the two of us trendsetters in the world of fashion.... but we could force everyone else out there to conform to the way we live our lives".

Lacey Von Erich (excitedly): "Oh yeah.... and along with being Malibu Lacey or Stunning in the Spotlight Lacey or all the others...... I could be..... Queen Lacey".

Ken Doll: "Yeah.... I like the sound of that".

THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE RING WHICH IS FILLED WITH SUPERSTARS. "VOICES" BY REV THEORY COMES ON AND RANDY ORTON COMES OUT TO A MIXED RESPONSE.

Hudson: "Fifteen superstars will compete here in what is being called the battle to end 2010 and what a group we have in that ring"!

Lawler: "J.J. Ramplin, RVD, Chris Masters, Chris Jericho.... not to mention Orton"!

Hudson: "This will be a great way to cap the year for one of these guys and there we go.... the battle is underway".

Battle to End 2010

The battle royal got underway and it was one big brawl. Interestingly, Cody Rhodes and Ted Dibiase joined up and went at Randy Orton, nearly making him the first elimination. Colt Cabana and Rob Storm fought with Vladimir Kozlov while Chris Masters and Kaval squared off. J.J. Ramplin was able to come from behind and dump Masters out. Jack Swagger came over and tried to do the same to Kaval but Kaval fought him off and kicked him in the face. Rhodes and Dibiase kept working on Orton but Orton seemed to snap and fought them both off. After grabbing Rhodes and throwing him out of the ring, Orton dodged and oncoming Kozlov and eliminated him as well. Mr. Kennedy and Edge both became big factors in the match, getting in several shots on the competition but it was still Orton making the most noise. Colt Cabana and Ramplin teamed up to eliminate Rob Storm. But Jack Swagger came up and clotheslined Cabana out of the ring and Orton threw The Ram out.

Edge and Kennedy began to go back and forth with each other as Kaval came off the top rope, being caught in mid air by Swagger. The 'All American American' threw Kaval out of the ring. Meanwhile, across the ring, Orton was taken out by Chris Jericho! Ezekiel Jackson made his presence known, putting Edge and Kennedy down with clotheslines. He then slammed into Jericho and smashed RVD with a clothesline. But out of nowhere, Dibiase nailed a dropkick that knocked Jackson out of the ring. Dibiase began to celebrate the elimination when he was grabbed from behind and tossed out by Kennedy.

Jericho, Kennedy, Swagger, Edge and RVD were the final participants in the battle royal. Jericho began to trade shots with RVD and Edge did the same with Kennedy. Swagger stood observing the action. After a thumb to the eye, Jericho went for the "Codebreaker" on RVD but RVD blocked it. Jericho got up and Swagger surprised him, throwing him over the top rope. RVD threw a jumping spin kick but Swagger caught him and tried to dump him out of the ring, only to see RVD land on the apron. RVD then blocked a right hand from Swagger and drove his shoulder into his abdomen, allowing Kennedy to come up and get Swagger onto his shoulders, showing his strength but Swagger elbowed Kennedy right in the jaw and upon getting free from his clutches, he clotheslined him out. Edge charged across the ring with a spear on Swagger before going for one on RVD. RVD leapfrogged to avoid it and then threw a superkick. But Edge caught his foot and spun him around into the Edge-O-Matic. Swagger slowly got to his feet and Edge clotheslined him out of the ring. RVD and Edge stood as the final two men in the match and Edge again went for the spear. But when RVD moved out of the way, Edge barrelled into the corner. RVD went to the top rope, but Edge grabbed his foot to prevent him from taking flight. He then yanked him to the mat by his foot and went to the top rope himself. But RVD showed the quickness he has made a career on, bouncing up, springing to the ring ropes and catching Edge with a kick to the face that knocked him off the turnbuckle and to the floor. RVD threw up both arms in victory.

"ONE OF A KIND" BY BREAKING POINT PLAYED AND THE CROWD LOUDLY POPPED.

Hudson: "RVD..... RVD is the last man standing"!

Lawler: "That was an excellent battle royal, Hudson! That's how you close out a year"!

Hudson: "2010 has not been especially remarkable for Rob Van Dam, but this could be a huge launching pad into 2011"!

SEBASTIAN CAIN IS SHOWN IN THE BACK STANDING IN FRONT OF THE KING OF THE RING LOGO.

Sebastian Cain: "What would I do if I were king? Well history shows that at least the last two former kings went on to become and currently are the TWF and Universal Champions... and I like those odds".

A COMMERCIAL FOR SUBWAY IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY AN NBC PROGRAMMING AD FOR "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE".

RETURN FROM BREAK....... EMPIRE SUITE......

WHEN MAIN EVENT RETURNS, CAYDEN COLE IS STANDING INSIDE THE EMPIRE SUITE OPPOSITE TRAVIS WAKEMAN AND TRISH STRATUS.

Travis Wakeman: "I can understand what you're sayin'...... what do you think, sweets"?

Trish Stratus: "I like your presentation, Cayden. I can call you Cayden, right? Actually, don't answer that.... I'll call you whatever I want. But I like it. You want yourself and the rest of the New Superstar Package a chance to showcase what you bring to the TWF".

Travis Wakeman: "So here it is..... at DoomsDay, it will be Cayden Cole versus Tyler Reks versus Vance Archer versus Justin Gabriel".

Cayden Cole: "That's what I wanted to hear".

Travis Wakeman: "Tables..... Ladders..... and Chairs".

Cayden Cole (smiling): "Thank you, sir".

COLE WALKS OUT OF THE SUITE JUST AS MONEY MIKE WALKS IN. MIKE AND COLE EXCHANGE GLARES BEFORE THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE RING.

A TABLE HAS BEEN SET UP AND STEPHANIE McMAHON IS IN THE RING HOLDING A CLIPBOARD. BOOS ARE LOUDLY REVERBERATING AROUND THE BUILDING.

Stephanie McMahon: "Can I have your attention please? I said CAN I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION!

THE CROWD BOOS EVEN LOUDER.

At DoomsDay, Joe Corey will defend the TWF Universal championship against John Cena. I have already obtained the signature of John Cena, but I would like to ask him to come out here as I will be getting the signature of The Show. So would.......

"THE TIME IS NOW" COMES ON AND JOHN CENA COMES OUT TO A VERY POSITIVE CHEER.

Hudson: "Listen to the reaction for the challenger"!

Lawler: "If he's already signed the contract, why would......

Hudson: "Hey, there's Corey"!

FROM BEHIND, JOE COREY HITS CENA IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD WITH HIS TITLE BELT. HE THEN PICKS CENA UP AND DELIVERS THE "SHOWSTOPPER" RIGHT ON THE ENTRANCE RAMP. THE CROWD BOOS AS COREY GETS UP AND HEADS TO THE RING.

Hudson: "What the hell is this about?! It's supposed to be a contract signing.... not an ambush"!

Lawler: "John Cena just ate steel"!

COREY GETS INTO THE RING AND STEPH HANDS HIM THE CLIPBOARD AND A PEN. HE AFFIXES HIS NAME TO THE DOOMSDAY CONTRACT AND THEN HANDS IT BACK TO STEPHANIE. "AMAZING" BY KANYE WEST PLAYS AND COREY AND STEPHANIE EXCHANGE A SMILE.

Hudson: "I don't like this.... I don't like this at all! The Empire is supposed to be the governing board of the TWF and they are clearly.... clearly playing favorites"!

Lawler: "And speaking of favorites, Corey has to be a heavy favorite in that match at DoomsDay based on the fact that John Cena has never beaten him"!

TROY GAFGEN IS SHOWN IN FRONT OF THE KING OF THE RING BACKDROP.

Troy Gafgen: "Why would I make a great king? Because I am one of a kind. No one is like me. I would rule the way I know how to rule... with an iron fist. I would... rule in a just way to prove that I am capable of doing things on my own. Many people seem to think I am in Ramsley's shadow... but once I win the King of The Ring tourney... I will show you what I am capable of".

"FLY FROM THE INSIDE" BY SHINEDOWN HITS AND JASON OLIVER COMES OUT TO MAJOR BOOS.

Hudson: "We have a couple of announcements to pass on here as we have been told that Kevin Thorn's speech on what kind of king he would make will not be on the show tonight as he and Ariel want to deliver their own coronation at DoomsDay.... if that's not cocky I don't know what is"!

Lawler: "Cocky or confident? Well listen to this one..... Chris Tirpak and Axl Irvin have signed on to face each other at DoomsDay for the King of Cable title"!

Hudson: "DoomsDay is where this man will defend the TWF World title that you see there around his waist against Matt Cruz. We understand that Cruz suffered damage to his cornea but he should be ready to go for DoomsDay. However, he is not here tonight".

Lawler: "Well wherever he is, I hope he's watching closely as Jason Oliver will be defending the World title right now"!

Hudson: "And we don't even know who his opponent is"........

"THE REALEST" BY YOUNG JEEZY COMES ON AND AXL IRVIN COMES OUT TO A BIG POP WITH THE KING OF CABLE TITLE AROUND HIS WAIST.

Lawler: "Axl Irvin"!

Hudson: "Axl Irvin was involved in an all out brawl earlier tonight and now he has a chance to be World champion"!

Lawler: "The stigma of never successful title defenses has stuck with Oliver for a long time but he'll have to beat another champion to get rid of that tonight"!

TWF World Title Match

Challenger: Axl Irvin vs. Jason Oliver

After getting a look at the belt, Axl stared across the ring at Oliver before the two men locked up. Oliver grabbed a leg but suffered 3 downward elbows to the back of the head. Axl then struck with some right hands before whipping Oliver to the ropes. He went for a clothesline but Oliver cleverly went for a crucifix. Axl was able to counter into a Samoan drop and a cover got him a 2 count. Oliver got to his feet and Axl back him into the corner. He went for an irish whip but Oliver double reversed and threw Axl into the same corner, delivering a hard elbow against the chin. He then slipped behind him and seemed to be looking for a rear naked choke but Axl backed him into the corner and then flung him over his head. Axl locked in a dragon sleeper but Oliver squirmed free before he had it in tight. The two locked up again and Axl got in a knee to the midsection before running the ropes. Oliver was able to drop to a knee and grab Axl's leg. He put him down with a back footsweep and then had him in position for the Sharpshooter. But Axl came up with a great counter, grabbing the head of Oliver and turning him into a small package for the 1.............2..........., but Oliver was up. Axl quickly moved in and grabbed him for the "Axl Cutter" but Oliver held onto his arm to block it and then pulled him right into a kick which he followed up with the "Claymore". Oliver scurried over to the fallen King of Cable and got the 3 count.

Lawler: "He got him! I want to hear it.... I want to hear Jason Oliver get some credit now"!

Hudson: "A very good win for Oliver and he has now successfully defended that title, that's got to give him some confidence heading into DoomsDay".

Lawler: "Wait a minute..... is that Maria"?

Hudson: "Well we knew Matt Cruz wasn't in attendance tonight but it appears Maria is here".

MARIA GOT INTO THE RING AND WALKED RIGHT UP TO OLIVER, ATTEMPTING TO SLAP HIM. BUT OLIVER GRABBED HER HAND AND PULLED HER IN, DIPPING HER DOWN AND PLANTING A HUGE KISS ON HER! HE THEN JUST DROPPED HER TO THE MAT AS "FLY FROM THE INSIDE" CAME ON AGAIN. OLIVER LOOKED DOWN AT MARIA WHO WIPED HER LIPS IN DISGUST BEFORE HE LEFT THE RING.

Hudson: "You have to be kidding me..... what is this guy's deal"?!

Lawler: "Oh boy.... I like Jason Oliver even more after that.... that was great"!

Hudson: "Fans we hope you join us for DoomsDay on Pay-Per-View..... wow"!
