Dan Wilson: "Fans, as you join us now, we take you backstage where apparently an attack has taken place.

(Shannon Moore is shown laying unconscious on the floor of his lockerroom.)

We do not know what has happened or who executed this vile act but once officials figure things out, we will update you. This clearly puts our tag team title match tonight in jeopardy."

Paul Diamond vs. Simon Diamond

This match exhibited quality technical ability by both men. The men who share the same surname used a ground attack early in the match, but soon after Diamond and Diamond were trading punches. Paul Diamond was able to duck one wild punch and used a dropkick to send Simon crashing to the mat. Paul Diamond then toyed with his opponent only to be hit suddenly with a brain buster by Simon Diamond. Simon Diamond calls that move the "Simonizer" and used it brilliantly to get the win.

Interviewer: "Standing by with me is SMW Commissioner Al Snow. Al, any update on the condition of Sensational Shannon Moore"?

Al Snow: "Shannon has been taken to a local hospital. We don't know his exact status, but what I do know is that Shannon Moore will be unable to compete here tonight. I am hoping that he has a speedy recovery, we certainly need him here in SMW".

Interviewer: "Ok, thank you very much. Dan, I guess our tag team title match tonight has been cancelled".

Snow: "Hold on, let me interrupt you. Our fans will never be short changed. Tonight there will be a tag team title match with a suitable replacement for Shannon Moore".

As Al Snow finished his thought, The Alpha Male Monty Brown approached Snow. They faced off nose to nose for about 10 seconds but did no exchange any words.

Dan Wilson: "Wow, what a volatile situation that is! Al Snow and The Alpha Male one on one later tonight"!

Mark Jindrak and Mike Sanders vs. Rob Conway and Nick Dinsmore

"Above Average" Mike Sanders and Rob Conway set the tone for this violent tag team encounter. It is clear that the tag team division is very strong and these two teams are very hungry for the titles. Sanders hit Conway with a clothesline to send him to the outside. Sanders began to showboat in the ring but that ended when Dinsmore entered the ring and hit Sanders from behind with a dropkick. Meanwhile, Jindrak left the apron and sent Rob Conway crashing into the ring post. Jindrak and Dinsmore eventually tagged in and went at it. Dinsmore took control with a shoulder block followed by a leg drop. Sensing victory, Conway entered the ring and they executed their impressive finisher, The Hart Attack Clothesline. However, as the referee sent Conway back to the outside, Mike Sanders got revenge for Dinsmore's earlier sneak attack and hit him with the "4.0". He rolled Jindrak on top and got the 1, 2, 3.

Interviewer: "Bull Buchanan, you have requested a match tonight with Maven. Why?"

Bull Buchanan: "Ya see, t's real simple. I've beaten Bobby Eaton. I've beaten Paul Diamond. It is no secret that I hate the SMW trainers. Well, Al Snow your day to meet me in the ring will come, but since you are busy tonight, I am going to take it out on your boy Maven".

The Patriot vs. Lenny Lane

Coming off of last show's inspiring victory, The Patriot seemed even more motivated. However, Luscious Lenny Lane used his high flying ability to take The Patriot down. Lane's flying cross body block sent Patriot down to the mat but Lane could only get a two count. He followed it up with a standing dropkick and a body slam. Patriot fought back with a series of forearms and chops. The Luscious one countered with a clothesline. When The Patriot got up, Lane attempted a kick to the midsection but Patriot caught it, spun his opponent around and then hit an Atomic Bomb for the victory.

Bull Buchanan vs. Maven

Maven could not handle Buchanan in this encounter. Bull's determination lately is making him unstoppable. Maven did get in a beautiful dropkick but it hardly fazed Buchanan. Buchanan hoisted Maven onto his shoulders and hit a death valley driver for the 1, 2, 3.

Dan Wilson: "Not a great showing for Maven tonight. Bull Buchanan gets it done again. Note to everyone in the lockerroom, this Bull is hungry. Stay out of his way. Fans up next is the Gauntlet match".

Gauntlet Match

Participants: Spencer Hollywood, Michael Modest, RC Haas, Rip Rogers, Keiji Sakoda, and Damian Steele

The rules for this match were simple. Two men began in the ring. A wrestler could be eliminated by a pinfall, submission, disqualification or a countout. Once one competitor is eliminated, the next competitor will enter the ring. The winner is the last man standing. The match began with Spencer Hollywood and Keiji Sakoda. Both men were aware of the fact that if they were to win this match, they would have to run the entire gauntlet. However, both combatants had different strategies for advancing in the match. It was clear that Spencer Hollywood wanted to conserve his energy and take a slow pace while Keiji Sakoda was looking for the quick kill. Sakoda's strategy paid off early on but he could not put away Hollywood. Sakoda's frustration was evident and after he missed Spencer Hollywood with a top rope moonsault, Hollywood recovered and hit him with a superkick to eliminate Keiji Sakoda. The third competitor was Damian Steele. Although we have not seen Steele in quite some time, he looked tremendous. He took advantage of the physically drained Hollywood by using fast paced moves such as a hurracanrana, cross body blocks and flying forearms. The end of this encounter would come when Steele attempted a German suplex. Hollywood blocked the move and did a quick go behind. Afterwards he locked in a sleeperhold. Spencer Hollywood hoisted Steele up in the air and dropped him down to the mat with his version of a sleeperslam. Hollywood covered him, hooked the leg and got the three count. Next up was Michael Modest. Once again, the odds were against Spencer Hollywood. He had already been in the ring for fourteen minutes. Modest took it right to him but Hollywood would not back down. Modest sent Hollywood to the outside with a clothesline. He followed this up with a baseball slide. Modest remained on the outside. He charged his dazed opponent but Hollywood suprised everyone with a drop toe hold which sent Modest crashing into the ring steps. The battle continued around ringside while the referee counted to ten and signaled for the bell.

Ring announcer: "The referee has ruled that both men are eliminated from the match as a result of a double countout".

Dan Wilson: "The reaction of this crowd can tell you that no one likes this decision. Both men are eliminated but they are still going at it in the aisle".

While Hollywood and Modest traded punches and security attempted to restore order. The fifth competitor, RC Haas came to the ring. The crowd and Haas were still distracted by the battle on the outside. However, attention would return to the ring when a fan from the crowd entered the ring. He hit Haas from behind with a dropkick. He slid to the outside to get a chair. He set Haas up in the corner and after a running start, jumped off the chair and sent himself crashing into RC Haas. Haas laid on the mat and the attacker climbed the ropes and hit an impressive 450 splash.

Wilson: "I know who that is, it is Crazy Shane. The guy is notorious for his daredevil style. He isn't known too well in this area but mark my words, he will be very shortly. Hell, he has already impressed the fans here today."

Security returned to the ring to get Crazy Shane, but he escaped through the crowd. Medical officials, the referees and Bobby Eaton ruled that RC Haas was in no condition to continue and he was helped to the back.

Dan Wilson: "RC Haas can't compete. There is only one competitor left. Oh no! Say it isn't so. This is going to make me sick."

With that, "The Man of 1000 Victories" Rip Rogers arrogantly strutted to ring. He carried a sign into the ring which read 3-0. He ordered the referee to raise his hand in victory and then returned to the lockerroom.

SMW Title Match

Christopher Daniels vs. Johnny Swinger

Johnny Swinger was accompanied to the ring by Simon Diamond and it didn't take him long to interfere. Diamond tripped Daniels but the ref saw it and ordered Diamond to return to the dressing room. With it now one on one, the advantage returned to The Fallen Angel. Swinger was taken down to the mat and Daniels began to work on the left leg. When he attempted a figure four leg lock, Swinger pushed him off and sent Daniels crashing shoulder first into the ring post. Swinger limped over to him and hit him with a swinging neck breaker. The crowd rose, expecting a new champion but Daniels kicked out after a two count. A shocked Johnny Swinger picked Daniels up and hit him with another neckbreaker. He went for the pin but Daniels kicked out again. Swinger rolled Daniels to the apron. He was going to attempt a dangerous neckbreaker off the apron and onto the concrete floor. Daniels blocked the move and backdropped The King of Swing into the ring. He then propelled himself over the top rope onto Swinger. The Fallen Angel quickly pounced on his opponent and locked in an ankle lock submission. Johnny Swinger immediately tapped out, giving Christopher Daniels the victory.

Wilson: "The SMW champion cannot be stopped. I challenge anyone, ANYWHERE to step in the ring with this man. But fans, it is very possible that the next man to face The Fallen Angel will be Monty Brown".

Al Snow vs. Monty Brown

The SMW Commissioner was out for revenge. Al Snow had not been in the ring for quite some time but his intensity overshadowed his lack of recent ring action. These two men tied up in the center of the ring and Al Snow was actually able to send Monty Brown to the mat. Brown looked impressed but he quickly got up and speared Snow. Brown proceeded to pound Snow with punches to the midsection. Next Brown attempted to finish the Commissioner off with an Alpha Bomb. However, Snow slid down Brown's back for a sunset flip. Brown kicked out at 1. He got up and Snow met him with a superkick which did not knock Brown down. Then Snow backed up and speared Brown. Snow went for a Snowplow but Monty blocked it and hit the Commish with an Alpha Bomb. To embarrass his fallen opponent he pinned Al Snow with only one finger.

Dan Wilson: "Monty Brown, successful once gain. Even Al Snow can't argue that this guy is ready. Speaking of ready, everyone in this building is ready for our main event".

Tag Team Title Match

Champions: Dave Taylor and Fit Finley vs. Essa Rios and a Mystery Partner

The tag team champions and Essa Rios had made their way to the ring. It was now time to find out who Shannon Moore's replacement was. Out came Loki.

Dan Wilson: "Are you kidding me? Loki is about to benefit from his crime. I have no doubt that he was the man behind Shannon Moore's attack"!

As Loki entered the ring, Rios pushed him. Loki pushed him back. The tag team partners then began to punch at each other. Finley and Taylor attacked Rios from behind. They double teamed him for several minutes. Rios would not give up the match though. Finally, he was able to take Finley down with a dropkick to the knee. He turned to Loki for a tag, but he jumped off the apron and refused to tag. Rios would have to endure even more punishment. Dave Taylor locked in an STF but Rios would not submit. After two minutes, Taylor let go and tagged Finley. Finley scooped Rios up and executed a textbook tombstone piledriver. He went for the pin but Loki came in and broke it up. Loki entered the ring and seemed to ask Finley to back off. He picked up Rios and slammed him. In an unprecedented move, Loki was helping his opponents wear down his partner. Or so they thought. Finley slowly turned around after showboating for the crowd. He walked into a spin kick. Loki dropkicked Taylor and then hit Finley with a shining wizard. Loki placed Rios on top of him for the 1, 2 ,3.

Wilson: "We have new tag team champions! Loki and Essa Rios are our tag team champions! I can't believe I just said that but I did! Can these two men co-exist? Only time will tell. Fans we hope you enjoyed the show. Please join us for SMW Aggression V"!
