Nashville, Tennessee
Dan Wilson: "You are looking live at a meeting called by SMW Commissioner Al Snow. Everyone on the roster other than Breakdown is there. Lets try to listen in."
Al Snow: "Gentlemen, we have a serious issue to deal with. I don't think I'm alone in saying that Breakdown is a threat to our well being. This guy is an indestructible force. We weren't prepared last time but tonight we are. Bull Buchanan, you demanded a match with him tonight. But everyone must unite in this battle. Our locker room divided will breakdown just like Breakdown said."
Monty Brown: "It's not going to happen. Breakdown will not be welcome here as long as the Alpha Male is alive!"
Al Snow: "Watch each other's backs. Stay united. If anyone does not want to wrestle tonight or would like to be moved to a lower developmental territory, speak now."
The room remains silent.
Snow: "OK then. The triangle tag team match is first. Head to the ring."
Triangle Match
Mike Sanders & Mark Jindrak vs. Fit Finley & Dave Taylor vs. Vicious and Malicious
Fit Finley and Mike Sanders started the match with a slow tempo. The pace favored Finley who grounded Sanders and went to work on his neck. Dave Taylor tagged in and Finley and Taylor cut off the ring and continued to wear Sanders down using quick tags. Sanders was only able to make a tag when Finley unwisely attempted a crossbody block. Ron Waterman got the tag. The first thing he did was suplex Above Average Mike Sanders. Finley tagged in Jindrak. Jindrak successfully landed from the top. The Real Deal Damian Steele came in and Vicious and Malicious double teamed Jindrak. Soon all three teams were going at it. Mike Sanders got revenge from all the torture he went through earlier when he nailed Taylor with a 4.0. Steele slammed Jindrak and then slammed Sanders onto him. Finley hit him from behind. Waterman suplexed Taylor and then rescued Steele from a tombstone piledriver. Waterman then held Sanders up for a vertical suplex while Steele climbed the ropes. After several seconds, Waterman suplexed him and then Steele landed with an elbowdrop. He covered Sanders and Finley broke it up. Waterman double clotheslined Taylor and Jindrak to the outside. He then press slammed Sanders to the outside on them while Finley and Damian Steele went at it. After Steele took him down Waterman put Finley in a camel clutch.
Dan Wilson: "There is no way they will get a submission out of Finley. Waterman will break his back before Fit Finley gives up."
As Wilson said that Damian Steele hooked the legs of Finley for a Boston crab. The two simultaneous submission holds were too much for Finley and he submitted.
Dan Wilson: "I am stunned. Vicious and Malicious. Their name describes it all. I truly believe that the camel clutch and Boston crab will lead Waterman and Steele back to the tag team titles."
S...O...L...U...T...I...O...N...The Solution is coming!...Sooner than you think.
Crazy Shane vs. Essa Rios
Coming off of one of SMW's most intense matches, Crazy Shane wrestled with an intensity that Essa Rios had trouble matching. Shane used several high flying moves on Rios. Everytime Rios tried to fight back, Crazy Shane would punch him continuously until Rios fell to the mat. He then would kick him until he set him up for a top rope legsweep. After absorbing the impact, both men were slow to their feet. Rios backed Shane into the corner and chopped at the Crazy Kid. He whipped him out of the corner but Shane reversed it. As Crazy Shane charged into the corner Rios dropkicked him out of nowhere. Rios then climbed to the first rope and moonsaulted onto Shane. He jumped up to the second rope and landed with another moonsault. He went all the way up top but was caught by Crazy Shane and fell downward, straddling the turnbuckle. Crazy Shane climbed up to the second rope, grabbed the neck of Rios and jumped off the ropes for a move he likes to call the Crazy Crunch neckbreaker. Essa Rios was not moving. However, instead of going for a pin, Shane hooked the legs for a sharpshooter. Essa Rios could not handle the pain and quickly tapped out.
Dan Wilson: "Crazy Shane is back on the right track. That sharpshooter of his makes him even more dangerous. Not only is he a master technician he is also...well...Crazy! He's out of his mind! He'll do anything to be a star. Standing by with Jennie Finch is Rob Conway."
Finch: "At Aggression IX, you walked out on your partners. Tonight, you face those two men, Paul Diamond and Michael Modest."
Rob Conway: "Ya know Jennie, I simply came to a realization. I realized that there is only one person worthy of being my partner and that is Nick Dinsmore."
Finch: "So he will be your partner tonight?"
Nick Dinsmore enters. Dinsmore: "Wow Jennie, nothing gets by you! Tonight, me and Rob are going to prove we are the new version of the Hart Foundation. We are the Future Foundation."
Conway: "Not only that, we are the best there is...the best there was...and the best there ever will be!"
Dan Wilson: "Ya know I'm really glad those two are back together. The Future Foundation is quite possibly the future of tag team wrestling. Folks, what you're looking at right now is security circling the ring. Breakdown is next."
Breakdown vs. Bull Buchanan
Bull Buchanan looked determined to get revenge. The impact that Breakdown had last time was evident on Buchanan's neck. He had bruises after the choke from Aggression IX. Buchanan punched Breakdown once the bell rang but he had little effect on the newest SMW giant. Buchanan bounced off the ropes and was floored by a devastating hooking clothesline. Buchanan got up and slammed Breakdown. For the first time, Breakdown was off his feet. The Bull dropped a legdrop and then began choking his opponent. Breakdown slapped Buchanan's ears and showed suprising quickness with a knee to the head and then got up with a nip up. Buchanan was slower to his feet and caught a dropkick right to the jaw. He got up again and thumbed Breakdown in the eye. Buchanan followed it up with a bearhug. Breakdown fought off the pain and broke up the move with a headbutt followed by a spinebuster. The match came to an end after Breakdown hit him with his finisher "In the End" which is also known as The Test Drive.
Dan Wilson: "Breakdown just beat Buchanan. He didn't even get any offense in. But this one isn't over. Someone stop this."
Breakdown wrapped his massive hands around the neck of Buchanan, choking him out. Soon after, Monty Brown came charging to the ring and nailed Breakdown in the back of the head with a chair. Breakdown turned around, smiling. Brown dropped the chair and walked into a choke of his own. However, Monty kicked him low. The referee called for the bell and the impromptu match was on.
Monty Brown vs. Breakdown
After a lowblow, Breakdown was doubled over in pain. The Alpha Male took advantage of the situation and DDT'd Breakdown. A lesser man would have stayed down but Breakdown got up. Brown picked up the chair but before he could use it, Breakdown punched it out of his hands. Brown punched at him and backed him in the corner. He Irish whipped him and then Monty charged him for a spear. He hooked the leg and got a two count. Brown lifted him to his feet but Breakdown lifted him for a chokeslam and press slammed him into a gutbuster. Breakdown powerbombed Monty Brown onto the chair. For the second time tonight, Breakdown used "In the End". Instead of going for a pin, Breakdown climbed the ropes and landed with a corkscrew swanton bomb for the win. After the match Breakdown grabbed the microphone.
Breakdown: "You just saw the Breaking Point from the top rope. But believe me, you haven't seen MY breaking point."
Backstage
Lance Cade: "Rip, don't worry about anything. I'm just here to make you the star that you...well, the star you've never been. I'm not going to humiliate you. After all, you do a pretty good job of that yourself.
Rip Rogers: "That's it. I quit. I don't need this."
Cade: "Rip, you're not a quitter. Yes, you're a loser, but not a quitter. Since you don't seem so responsive to training tonight, we are going to start slowly. First of all, what's with the pink tights?"
Rogers: "Brings out the twinkle in my eyes!"
Cade(looking puzzled): "Are you sure you're not gay?"
Rogers: "Actually, I've been thinking about that lately and..."
Cade(interrupting): "Whoa, WHOA. Stop! Don't ask, don't tell. Let's get back to business. First, the pink has got to go. From now on you are wearing these red tights."
Rogers looks at them. Rogers: "There's a problem. They say Cade. My name is Rip Rogers."
Cade: "Not anymore. From now on, you are known as Rip Cade."
Tag Team Title Match
Simon Diamond & Johnny Swinger vs. Spencer Hollywood & Lenny Lane
The tag team champions took yet another challenge, this time a brand new tag team. Hollywood and Lane did not work well together but their natural ability allowed them to put on a good match with Simon and Swinger. Swinger and Lane began the confrontation with Luscious Lenny getting the upper hand after an armbar and several clubbing forearms to the back of the head. However, Lane and Hollywood lacked continuity with their tags and allowed Swinger to slip out of the corner tagging in Diamond. Diamond came in and immediately took on both men. The pace would settle down and Diamond would come out on top. Diamond began the Simon series but it was too early in the match. On the third attempt at a suplex, Hollywood some how managed to hook in a tornado DDT. Both men slowly crawled to their corner. Lane tagged in first and charged across the ring, nailing Johnny Swinger. Simon Diamond rolled him up from behind for a two count. Lenny Lane got to his feet and stomped away at the champion. He then legdropped Diamond. Next he held up Simon and Hollywood came in. He attempted a superkick but Diamond ducked and Lane absorbed the blow. Swinger got the tag and took on both men. When he reached down to grab Lane, Hollywood came from behind and nailed him with a sleeperslam. Diamond came back in and all four men went at it. Swinger tossed Lane to the outside. Simon Diamond slammed Hollywood in the corner and backed into the far corner, clearly setting up for a big move. Swinger then used the slingshot in the corner to propel Hollywood towards a charging Simon Diamond, who nailed him with a clothesline. Swinger pinned him and once again Simon and Swinger were victorious.
Dan Wilson: "There you see the tag team champions making their way back to the locker room. Lets take a look at that move once again. Wow. A "swingshot" into a clothesline."
S...O...L...U...T...I...O...N
Dan Wilson: "SOLUTION again? Twice in one show?"
The lights go out. A fireworks display begins to light up the letters of SOLUTION. The lights turn on and a man is in the ring.
Dan Wilson: "That's...that's Steve Bradley. He must be the Solution!"
Steve Bradley: "Has this show sucked without me or what? Well, don't worry because I AM THE SOLUTION! I am the solution to all the problems in SMW. Lets face it, SMW is a shell of its former self. A murderer? Come on! But that's OK because I am the solution to that problem. Trust me, no one is going to die in SMW, unless the fans die of boredom after watching Crazy Shane pretend to be Jeff Hardy. The Solution to that problem is simple, learn how to wrestle. You see, that's what I do best, I am a wrestler. I'm here to wrestle. And starting at the next show you will realize that The Solution Steve Bradley is the real deal, not Damian Steele. The Solution has arrived and the shockwaves have already hit the wrestling world."
Shannon Moore vs. Christopher Daniels
This rivalry continued to heat up as Daniels and Moore locked up and slapped each other in the face. Immediately afterwards, they were throwing fists, with the Fallen Angel getting the advantage. He hooked in a side headlock and bulldogged Shannon Moore to the mat. The next few minutes would be on the mat. Christopher Daniels worked over the back and legs of Shannon Moore. Ultimately, Daniels locked in an STF. As the fans rallied behind Moore, he was able to reach out and grab the ropes. However, the damage was done. Next, Daniels hoisted him up but Shannon Moore slipped over his back and spun Daniels around. He kicked him in the gut and then nailed him with an x-factor facebuster. Shannon Moore then put Daniels in a surfboard and pulled back on Daniel's chin. Moore had to let go of the hold after the ref counted to two when his shoulders were on the mat. After some of the best mat wrestling in SMW history, the match evolved into a high flying encounter. It started out slowly with Shannon Moore hitting Daniels with a flying forearm. Next, he attempted a crossbody block but Daniels ducked it and Moore landed hard and rolled to the outside. The Fallen Angel became the flying angel when he jumped out on Shannon Moore with a suicide dive. He then sent Shannon Moore into the ring steps. The Sensational One was taking a severe beating. Daniels approached a battered Shannon Moore and was going to send him back into the ring but Moore hooked him up and nailed Daniels with a tornado DDT. He rolled Daniels back in and went up top for a blockbuster and nailed it. He covered him but Daniels kicked out at two. Feeling desperate, Moore tried to come off the ropes with a hurracanrana but Christopher Daniels held on and powerbombed Moore into the mat. He went for the pin but Moore kicked out. Now even Daniels was feeling desperate. The Fallen Angel quickly went to the outside, grabbed a chair and climbed the ropes. As Moore got up, he jumped down on him and hit him with a wicked chairshot. Daniels pinned him but without hooking the leg and Moore kicked out. Clearly, the ref should have disqualified Daniels but did not because everyone wanted a clearcut winner. Daniels went up top again with the chair and waited for Shannon Moore to rise to his feet. Once he did, he leaped down towards him. However, this time Shannon Moore dropkicked the chair directly into Daniels's face. He covered him and got the three count for the victory.
Dan Wilson: "After what Daniels did, he paid for using the chair. What an unbelievable match. I'm told it went over 29 minutes. Believe me, this battle is just heating up."
The Future Foundation: Rob Conway & Nick Dinsmore vs. Michael Modest & Paul Diamond
The Future Foundation is built to last. These two men finally reunited and wrestled as if they haven't missed a beat. Michael Modest and Paul Diamond were no match for them this week. The match ended when Dinsmore held Diamond up for a piledriver and Rob Conway came down from the middle rope, making it a spike piledriver. Dinsmore pinned him to get the duke.
Dan Wilson: "The Future Foundation makes short work out of Diamond and Modest. It won't be that simple for Loki in the main event, next."
Main Event
SMW Title Match
Loki vs. Guido Maritato
The effort these two men put on in this amazing match will have people talking for quite some time. Guido started the match by charging Loki and spearing him. Loki used a bodyscissors to regain control and chopped down on Guido. Guido escaped the hold by poking the champ in the eye and then stomped away at him, especially his arm. The Sicilian Shooter continued to work on the right arm by picking Loki up and using a shoulderbreaker on him. Loki would fight back with two headbutts, one to the head and then one to the kidneys. He then hit him with a neckbreaker and a series of kicks to the back of the head followed by a sitdown dropkick to the face. Guido hit him with a boot to the face as the champ charged him and then landed from the middle rope with a double axhandle. Once again, Loki took the challenger down, this time with a shining wizard. A spinkick found the mark for a two count. Right out of the pin attempt, Maritato put him in a code red armbar but Loki got to the ropes. Maritato continued to soften the arm, this time with an innovative move known as the shoulder stunner. Once again, Loki would not stay down. He was able to suplex Guido after a go behind but the pinfall was unsuccessful. Getting frustrated, the champion nailed him with several stiff kicks and chops over and over. Loki would not stop until Guido went down. He covered the Sicilian Shooter but once again he kicked out. Loki hoisted Guido up onto the top turnbuckle and went for the somersault shining wizard maneuver which put Guido away at Aggression IX. This time, Guido ducked down and Loki landed on the ringpost and fell towards the floor. However, Loki was caught in the ropes, by his arm! Guido immediately attacked by punching at the arm and adding even more pressure. He even stooped so low as to bite Loki. The referee helped Loki out of the ropes and he slowly got back in the ring. The right arm appeared to be lifeless. Guido grabbed the arm and pulled back on it driving Loki into the mat. Guido locked in the fujiwara armbar and Loki screamed in pain. The fans rose to their feet as they anticipated a title change. However, it would not happen. Crazy Shane slid into the ring and kicked Guido in the back of the head. The referee called for the bell.
Shane: "No one is taking that belt, but me!"
After realizing what had happened, Guido Maritato charged at Crazy Shane and they began to battle in the ring as a group of SMW officials tried to break it up.
Dan Wilson: "Crazy Shane just ruined this main event. It was a classic. I'm sure he would get his shot soon enough. Fans we're out of time. Goodnight."
As Dan Wilson was speaking, Keiji Sakoda slid into the ring. He attacked the champion with a roaring elbow which sent him back to the mat once again. The officials were preoccupied with Guido and Shane so Sakoda was able to lay into Loki with kicks that rival Loki's.
