SMW AGGRESSION

SMW AGGRESSION

(Footage of last week’s tournament matches is shown.  The footage then shows Max Ogden defending his championship against Matt Stryker.  The video ends with a slow motion shot of Max Ogden holding up the SMW Championship.  When the video ends, President Joe Corey is shown sitting at his desk.)

Joe Corey:  Welcome ladies and gentlemen to this week’s edition of SMW Aggression.  With Max Ogden’s victory last week, that means that the Max Ogden Challenge will continue tonight.  At this time, we will find out who tonight’s challenger is.  (Corey turns the tumbler and removes a ball)  Tonight, Max Ogden will defend the SMW Championship against a former 2-time SMW Tag Team Champion when he faces…Jake Diamond!

(“Warrior” hits and the opening video for Aggression plays.  It is followed by a big pyro display.)

Dan Wilson:  Hello folks, I am Dan Wilson alongside James Robinson.  We just heard that Max Ogden will defend the SMW Championship against Jake Diamond tonight, but that’s not all.

James Robinson:  That’s right Dan, because tonight, Recon Rage and Violent P will clash to see who will face Xavier next week to determine who the #1 Contender for Scars & Stripes.  But before we get to that, we have two Quarterfinal matches in our Television Championship Contender Tournament, so let’s get to the ring.

SMW Television #1 Contender Quarterfinal Match

Matt Stryker vs. Chris Cage

Matt Stryker came into this match looking to cast off the defeat he suffered against Max Ogden last week.  After an opening flurry by Stryker, Cage starts to mount an offensive.  He uses his speed to keep Stryker on the defensive, but a clothesline from the top rope is avoided by Stryker and the tide switched.  A running powerslam later, Stryker was in the finals.

Winner:  Matt Stryker

James Robinson:  Well, after a tough loss to Max Ogden last week, Matt Stryker had bounced back and will move on to next week’s Semifinal match.

Dan Wilson:  And we will find out who he will be facing a little later on, but before that we have a debut here on Aggression, and he is standing by out back right now.

(Backstage, “Mr. Charisma” Cameron Walter is shown in his locker room.)

Cameron Walters:  My name is “Mr. Charisma” Cameron Walter, and I am simply the most charismatic person alive today.  I don’t care about any of you fans, I only care about wrestling.  I am awesome on the mic, and I can back it all up in the ring.  Tonight, I am going to destroy Shane Starr.  I am going to use him to display my SO awesome talents, and I am going to finish him off with the “Charmismanator”.  Why am I so cocky about myself?  That’s easy, it’s because I’m just simply charismatic.

Commercial Break

(TWF Rampage presents Anarchy Rulz, only on Pay-Per-View)

Shane Starr vs. “Mr. Charisma” Cameron Walter

“Mr. Charisma” runs at Starr right at the sound of the bell, and it proved to be a rookie mistake, because Starr sidestepped him and sent him to the corner.  Starr connected with a clothesline that sent Walter to the mat.  Starr tries to keep it going with a hurricanranna, but Walter counters it with a sit-down powerbomb.  “Mr. Charisma” then starts to go on the offensive, hitting some clotheslines, a spinning heel kick, and a missile dropkick.  Walter then goes to bodyslam Starr, but it is countered and Starr goes for a bodyslam of his own.  Walter rolls out of that, grabs Starr’s head from behind, and pulls him down to the mat.  With Starr down near the corner, “Mr. Charisma” climbs to the top rope and connects with “The Charismanator”, Walter’s version of the Shooting Star Press.  The referee then registers the three count and the rookie gets the win.

Winner:  “Mr. Charisma” Cameron Walter

Dan Wilson:  What a debut by “Mr. Charisma” Cameron Walter.  If this first match is any indication, then he is set to have one hell of a career.

(Backstage, Scott Norton barges into President Corey’s office.)

Joe Corey:  Umm, can I help you?

Scott Norton:  As a matter of fact, yes you can.  How about instead of drawing a name out of that tumbler next week, you give me a shot at Max Ogden and the SMW Championship.

Corey:  Scott, you know I can’t do that.  For one thing, Max hasn’t even had his match yet tonight.  For all we know, we may not be having an SMW Championship match next week.  Also, these challengers are to be random, it’s in the agreement I made with Stephanie McMahon.

Norton:  To be honest with you, I couldn’t care less about your agreement.  I am tired of being held down here.  I want a title shot, or else.

Corey:  Or else?  Don’t go threatening me Norton.  You want a title shot so bad, I have a way you can get one.  You interested?

Norton:  I’m in, who am I facing?

Corey:  Well, that’s the thing, you don’t know him.  He is making his SMW debut right here, next week, against you.  If you win, then that #1 Contenders match for the Television Champoionship at Scars and Stripes will become a Three Way Dance.  However, if you lose, then you are out of SMW, forever.  Now get out of my office.

(Norton doesn’t know what to think as he walks into the hallway.)

Commercial Break

(Kanye West’s “Late Registration”, in stores this month)

(Backstage, Jake Diamond is shown shadow boxing when his partner, Dylan Page, walks in.)

Dylan Page:  Big night tonight.  You ready Jake?

Jake Diamond:  I was born ready.  As much as I have loved holding the tag belts with you twice, I got into this business to be THE champion.  After tonight, that dream will become a reality.

Page:  Well, good luck man.  And don’t worry about Satan’s Son getting involved.  I’ll be back here, and I’ll be ready for him.

Diamond:  Thanks man, I appreciate it.

(Back at ringside)

Dan Wilson:  Well, its’ good to see that Jake Diamond is ready for his chance tonight.  Not only that, but Dylan Page is gonna be waiting in the wings to make sure that the match stays clear of interference from Satan’s Son.

James Robinson:  And speaking of Satan’s Son, he is onl his way to the ring for his quarterfinal match with Christian York.

SMW Television #1 Contender Quarterfinal Match

Satan’s Son vs. Christian York

Christian York goes into this match looking to start his singles career after the breakup of his team with Joey Matthews last week.  However, he got the unfortunate luck of starting it against one of the hottest competitors in SMW.  After about five minutes of back and forth action, Satan’s Son hit the Downward Spiral out of nowhere for the victory.

Winner:  Satan’s Son

James Robinson:  Another win for Satan’s Son, who is on quite a roll lately here in SMW.

Dan Wilson:  I have to agree with you James.  He is now gonna move on to face Matt Stryker next week in the semifinals.

Robinson:  Don’t go anywhere folks, because when we get back, it will be Recon Rage vs. Violent P to see who will face Xavier next week.

Commercial Break

(Pick up Madden 2006, in stores this August)

(The scene opens in a Tailor Shop, where a dark haired bloke is getting fitted for a suit.)

Tailor:  This is one of my finest suits.  Are you going somewhere special?

Man:  Indeed, I have to look my best for my SMW debut next week on Aggression, where I will make the biggest impact in all of sports entertainment.

(The tailor finishes fitting the suit and starts walking over to the till to ring up the sale.)

Man:  In fact, I feel like a warm-up!

(The man turns and knocks the tailor out cold with a left hook.)

Man:  Hey dude, thanks for the suit.

(The man turns and walks out of the shop as the name JJ “The Ram” Ramplin appears on the screen.)

Dan Wilson:  Well, if all of the hype surrounding JJ Ramplin is true, it seems like we have another rising star about to shine here in SMW.

James Robinson:  We will see next week when he takes on Scott “Flash” Norton.  And believe me, it will not be an easy task, because for Norton, everything is on the line.  Wait…excuse me one second.   Folks, we are gonna go to the back, we are being told there is a commotion back there.

(Backstage, Dylan Page is shown laying face down and a group of EMTs are trying to check on him before they put him on a stretcher.  In the background, a group of wrestlers are shown looking on, one of which was Satan’s Son, who had a big smile on his face.)

Commercial Break

(Sin City, coming to DVD and PSP on August 16)

(Joe Diano and Chad Collyer are shown walking through the backstage area.  When they go to turn around a corner, “Mr. Charisma” Cameron Walter bumps into Diano.)

“Mr. Charisma”:  Hey, why don’t you watch where the hell you are going?

Joe Diano:  Excuse me?  Last time I checked, people walked on the right side of a hallway in this country.  Maybe you need to realize where you are and fall in line.

“Mr. Charisma”:  And what is that supposed to mean?

Diano:  It means that for someone who is only here for their first night, you aren’t endearing yourself to anyone in this locker room.  Respect is not just given around here, it is earned, and it is one thing you have not earned here yet.

“Mr. Charisma”:  Are you serious?  You are going to talk to me about earning respect.  You have been a wrestler for what, a week?  Just because you got that title on your shoulder, that doesn’t make you a God.  I am tired of people like you who think you are owed something.  It’s time for all of that to end.

(Cameron Walters walks away, and Collyer and Diano just keep walking, amazed at the disrespect that was shown to them.)

Dan Wilson:  Can you believe this guy, he thinks that he is owed something, and it is only his first night here.

James Robinson:  Another person who entered SMW the same way was the man who is making his way to the ring, Violent P.  Let’s go down to the ring.

SMW Championship #1 Contender Semifinal Match

Recon Rage vs. Violent P

Both of these men know what it is like to lose to Max Ogden at an SMW supershow, and they both are looking to get the chance to reverse their luck in that situation.  This match was full of hard hitting action, and at many times during the match the two would both be down on the mat.  All it took was one mistake for this match to be decided.  After only getting a two count after a DDT, Recon Rage got into the face of the referee.  It was then that Violent P connected hit a low blow on Rage, and then he followed it up with the Pedigree for the win.

Winner:  Violent P

Dan Wilson:  A big win for Violent P, who will go on to face Xavier next week.  The winner of that match will then face Max Ogden, or whoever the SMW Champion is, at Scars and Stripes.

James Robinson:  And after the way that Violent P lost at Reincarnation, you know that he is going to want a rematch.

(Backstage, Satan’s Son is shown entering President Corey’s office.)

Satan’s Son:  Hey boss, you like how I handled that situation tonight?

Joe Corey:  Yeah, nice win.  Good luck next week when you face Matt Stryker.

Satan’s Son:  That’s not what I meant.  Didn’t you see what happened to Dylan Page before?

Corey:  That was you?

Satan’s Son:  Of course.  Now There won’t be anyone to stop me from making sure that Max holds onto that title tonight.

Corey:  Ok, I guess I didn’t make this clear last week, and that is my fault.  What I forgot to mention was that there is to be no interference in any of these title matches.  Not only will that person be fired from SMW, but they will have no chance of entering the TWF at any time in the future as well.  Max is going to have to do this alone.  Now, if you would excuse me, I have something to finish up before the night is over.

(Satan’s Son leaves the office, and he is noticeably angered by Corey’s statement.)

Commercial Break

(Dukes of Hazzard, in theatres August 5th)

Dan Wilson:  Welcome back folks, we are moments away from our SMW Championship match.  Jake Diamond is one match away from accomplishing a lifelong dream, and all that stands in his way is Max Ogden, who must win in order to stay here in SMW.

James Robinson:  But before we get to that, don’t forget what is in store for all of you next week.  We will see the two semifinal matches in the tournament to find out who will face Mariner for the SMW Television Championship at Scars and Stripes.  Those matches will see Mr. Vain vs. “The Submissions Man” Ted Huntsman and Satan’s Son vs. Matt Stryker.  We will see the debut of JJ “The Ram” Ramplin when he faces Scott “Flash” Norton.  If Norton wins, be will be added to the final match of the Television Title tournament at Scars and Stripes.  If he loses, then he is out of SMW forever.

Wilson:  And don’t forget that Xavier will take on Violent P to determine who will face the SMW Champion at Scars and Stripes.  However, it is now time to get to the ring because it is main event time.

SMW Championship Match

Jake Diamond vs. Max Ogden

Jake Diamond charges at Max Ogden and starts connecting with a succession of right hands.  He sends the champion into the ropes, but his clothesline is ducked and Ogden connects with a dropkick to the knee of the challenger.  Ogden then applies the figure-four to Diamond, and it seemed like the title was safe for Ogden until Jake reached the ropes.  Max went for the figure-four again, but this time Diamond kicked Ogden off of him and into the corner.  Diamond then goes for it all and sets up for the Catatonic, but Ogden is able to land on his feet and hits the “Train Wreck” out of nowhere and successfully defends his title.

Winner, and STILL SMW Champion:  Max Ogden

James Robinson:  Another successful title defense by Max Ogden.  Ever since his back was put against the wall, he has sure shown the world that be deserves to be the SMW Champion.

Dan Wilson:  That he has James, but we will have to see what happens next week, because he will have another title defense.  See you all next week folks.
