But after countering the "Book End", The Rock hit Booker with the "Rock Bottom" as the crowd helped count the 3. Weapon R vs. Frank Dukes Jerry Lynn was supposed to be Dukes' original opponent but was a last minute scratch due to a sore back. So Weapon R, who lost to the Red Dragon at "Night of Champions", had a perfect oppurtunity to show he's still one of the best lightheavyweights in the world. And that's exactly what he did as he put WCW 2's current lightweight champ out with his "Shanghai Drop". Both men kicked out of one another's finishing moves as the crowd came to their feet. The action went to the outside where Nails pulled a devastating "Nail Driver" on the steel entrance ramp to score the victory as the crowd chanted "HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! for minutes. Travis Wakeman vs. Tommy Dreamer 2 of the top athletes in wrestling went at it here in a great match. Dreamer controlled Wakeman and dictated the flow of the match. But after a brief momentum swing by Wakeman, Dreamer lowblowed him which went undetected by referee Mike Kiotta and delivered the "Dream Cutter" to walk away victorious. Main Event "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and Triple H vs. The Prophecy The alliance had a hell of a time against the newly crowned WCW tag team champs as the fans were treated to a tremendous match. The action was non stop as the four men battled all over the arena. Demon and Death got some strong offensive moves going and things looked bleak for the alliance. But the match broke out of control and referee Earl Hebner had action all around him. Outside the ring, Austin nailed the monster Death with the steel ring steps and in the ring, Triple H caught The Demon with a facebuster on the knee as he put his head down too early off an irish whip and The Game delivered The Pedigree to get the 1-2-3. ALL IN ALL A GREAT SHOW WHICH THE CROWD ENJOYED. THERE WERE SEVERAL CONFRONTATIONS BETWEEN PAUL HEYMAN AND JERRY LAWLER DURING THE BROADCAST WHICH JIM ROSS TRIED TO REFEREE. THE TWF SHOWED WHO WAS THE SUPERIOR IN THE FED WARS AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO OUR JULY EVENT. NEXT TWF/WCW2 EVENT BACK FOR MORE "THE INVASION BEGINS"
