SMW REPORT It was a great night of action for Smoky Mountain Wrestling. Let me start by saying that we love this new concept for Uprising. It gives us a chance to showcase our talent in front of TWF officials but we also get to watch firsthand what they have to offer. Lord Vincent Valentin' and Kid Dynamo may be wearing a TWF jersey before the end of the year. Valentin' is the hottest guy in SMW right now and by defeating Spencer Hollywood tonight, it showed that he can compete out of the lightheavyweight division as well. Dynamo handed Randy Orton his first loss but the TWF is still very high on Orton. We also like the combination of Brock Lesnar and Shelton Benjamin. Both men were amatuer wrestlers at the University of Minnesota and they could bring a lot as a team. What is the connection between Big Dog and Psycho Killah? Also, even though he lost tonight, Low-Ki is gonna make some noise here in SMW. He is as talented as anyone here and at only 21 years of age, he's gonna turn some heads. I still think both Ron Waterman and Rico Constantino will get big time contracts sometime this year. Constantino compares himself to Shawn Michaels and with his UFC background, Waterman would be a good fit in the TWF's hardcore division. We need to make some changes in our tag team division. With major organizations, namely the TWF, short on quality teams, this would be a good time for us to show them some prospects. Look for SMW to either go out and get a team or two or form teams from the current roster. As mentioned earlier, we love the new Uprising show. It gives us more exposure and a chance to show what we've been working so hard for. On a final note, even though it's long over due, I'd like to take this time to remember the late, great Terry Gordy who passed away last month. He was very involved with the development of SMW and our deepest condolences go out to his family. We'll see you all next time!
