Ryan Harlow was one of the most beloved figures from the high school era, and possibly one of the best all-around people I have met in my life. Ryan has an outstanding image and personality bar none, and has accomplished just about every conceivable recognition at Elm Grove, Parkway, and Tech. Ryan was a standout in baseball and football, and was voted Mr. Elm Grove in 1999 back in his junior high days.
The child of two military standouts, Harlow was born for success. I didn't meet him until my junior high days at Elm Grove, where he was one of the most popular students at the school. He always enjoyed spending time with friends, and was always there when I needed someone to speak to.
Ryan remained a close friend through the High School Era, and to this day. He is currently attending La. Tech, and I still keep in touch with him on a regular basis. There is no doubt Ryan has earned his place as one of the elite High School era friends I have.
