This thriller is brought to you by James Patterson, the author who has given us Alex Cross in Kiss the Girls.  In this New York Times Bestseller, we meet Inspector Lindsay Boxer who works for the San Francisco Police Department.  She is after a serial killer who preys on newlywed couples, all the while dealing with a potentially fatal disease.  She enlists the help of three female friends, who come together as the “Women's Murder Club.”  She is also given a new partner to investigate this crime…one Captain Christopher Raleigh, who ignites feelings of passion from the beginning.

James Patterson does not disappoint in this new character.  I didn't figure out who the killer was until near the ending.  It is a book that will keep you on the edge of your seat until the end, and will take you on a roller coaster of emotion and in trying to ID the killer.

I give this book 4 out of 5 stars.  You have mystery, intrigue, and passion.  I will warn you that it is not for the squeamish, as the details of the murders are very graphic.  This is definitely a must read for anyone who likes to read about crime. It is out in paperback, and well worth the $7.99.
