This is the story of three women who share a birthday, and who haven’t
seen each other in 19
years. They decide to get together on their 40th birthdays.
All three women, Leslie Headrick,
Madison Appleby, and Ellie Abbott, are all taking stock of their lives,
and thinking about the
choices they have made. They are given an opportunity to go back
in time, and relive a
three-week period of their lives. When they return to their present
life, they will be given a
choice: choose the life they have lived, or choose the life they
wish they had.
I give this book 2 ½ stars. While it was well written,
the ending was completely predictable.
