~Prologue~
Amelia (Mia) Diana Varon
looked around the back stage area of the arena.
She knew he wasn’t going to be there that night...It sucked but she was
going to have to live without her husband around for a while...She was still in
the Indy circuit...While he’d gone through OVW and was already on WWE.
They’d been apart for a year trying to both make
it in to professional wrestling. She was
happy for him when he got the contract for OVW and he called her when he was
finally pulled into the BIG TIME of WWE.
Mia was still making it with her sister Lisa
Marie. The girls had recently been given
a developmental contract for OVW and tonight was to be their last night for the
Indy Circuit.
Lisa looked at her little sister and said, “I know
you miss him Mia...You’ll see him again soon...I promise...”
Mia smiled weakly as she looked at her older
sister and said, “Yea...I’ll see him again...but will he still want me?”
Mia and her husband had gotten married after about
6 months of dating in Feb of 2001, 3 months later in May of 2001 her husband
was signed to OVW...Mia was not yet 22, and her husband not yet 24 when they
married.
Her husband had suggested that they separate; just
to give off the appearance of being single...Now Mia was 23 and had been apart
from her husband for a year. They hadn’t
talked on the phone or in person for so long.
They lived in a nice house in their home town, and
communicated through yellow sticky notes, since they didn’t have the same days
off during the week. What sucked even
more was that they were never in the same state together.
Mia heard her ring name Diana being announced as
her entrance music started blasting through the speakers of yet another boring
arena...She couldn’t wait to get herself and Lisa to OVW in 2 weeks.
Chapter 1
- -1 Year Later- -
Mia and Lisa were walking into Madison Square
Garden in New York City. Lisa said, “I can’t
believe we’ve been here for 6 months and you haven’t even SEEN your
husband.” Mia said, “Lisa...We’re on
Raw...He’s on Smackdown...The two rosters don’t even travel together.”
Lisa said, “C’mon...He’s got to know...I mean shit...Who
wouldn’t know if someone new was on the roster on Raw or Smackdown...He’s been
with the company for nearly 2 years...It’s been 2 years since you’ve seen your
husband...Don’t you miss him some what?”
Mia said, “Lisa!
Stop...We decided to separate...we knew our careers were more important
at the time...I mean shit...Just stop...I miss my husband more then
anything...but what can I do about it?
Vince wants me on Raw...Not Smackdown.

Lisa watches as her little sister walked
away...The hurt in her eyes and the pain in her voice gave her away...She may
try to act like it’s no big deal...but not seeing your husband...The man you’re
going to spend the rest of you’re life with...2 years apart can be heart
wrenching. Lisa smiled softly as she
suddenly thought of a way to get Mia moved to Smackdown.
Mia stalked through the halls...Geez you’d think
that because she is an adult she could make her own decisions...Not with a
sister like nosey Lisa...Mia was 24 for Christ T Sakes...But was she able to
live her life? Nooooo...She had to have her sister
ask her every day of every month if she’d heard from her husband...Yea she
missed him like she couldn’t believe...but she’d learn to live with it...It was
a decision they made TOGETHER.
Lisa knocked on the door marked ‘Stephanie
McMahon’. A feminine voice said, “Enter
please.” Lisa walked in and Stephanie
was sitting behind her desk in a 2 piece business skirt suit...her brunette
hair in waves framing her face...Stephanie stood up and said, “Hey Lisa...What
can I do for you?” Lisa said, “Well...I
would like to take up about 10 minutes of your time...If you don’t mind?” Stephanie said, “Sure...I am actually free
for the next 30 minutes...so the time is yours.”
Lisa smiled as she closed and locked the
door...she walked over and pulled a picture out of her back pocket and leaned
over Stephanie’s desk and handed it to her...Stephanie looked at Lisa as she
sat down and took the picture from her and looked at it.
Stephanie said, “Is this who I really think it
is? You’re Sister Mia and Smackdown’s US
Champion?” Lisa smiled and nodded Steph
said, “But I didn’t even know that she knew...”
Lisa interrupted Steph’s sentence and said, “There’s a whole load a lot
of people don’t know. But that’s why I’m
here...I have a HUMUNGIS favor to ask of you Steph...As a woman...and a
girlfriend to a pro-wrestler.” Steph
said, “Explain everything then ask me the favor...I wanna know exactly what I’m
dealing with.”
Lisa nodded and said, “Well...The happy people you
see in the picture...Well...They are legally married...They were married on the
beach in Venice California...2 years ago in Feb of 2001. 3 Months after they were married in May of
2001, he was...as you know signed to OVW.
A year later he was moved to WWE, and we were moved to OVW...6 months
ago...The roster split...He was put on Smackdown and you brought Mia and I to
WWE and planted us on Raw...where we’ve been for the last 6
months...Stephanie...They haven’t seen each other in 2 years...When he got signed
to OVW they decided to separate until their careers took them where they wanted
to be...The last time he said anything to her was through this.”
Stephanie took the yellow sticky note from Lisa
and it read:

blue eyes. Married and not a word for 2
years...Stephanie said, “Let me guess the favor...You’re wondering if I can
arrange for them to see each other?”
Lisa said, “Actually I was thinking of something a little more permanent
then that...Is it possible to bring one of their Diva’s here and send Mia
there...For the last 2 years I’ve watched my little sister go through the pain
and heart ache of not seeing the man she wants to spend the rest of her life
with. I can’t look at her anymore. It kills me inside.”
Stephanie said, “I think it can be arranged.” Lisa said, “You’re a life saver
Stephanie...But can I request one more thing...Don’t tell her under any
circumstances that I was here...She’d absolutely KILL me...And please keep her
Smackdown debut a secret...I think him seeing her walking out to her entrance
music after two years...would be the BEST thing you could do...Because she used
to be his valet on the Indy Circuit...and then he was the one who also trained
her and me...She’s had the same entrance music since she started.”
Stephanie smiled and said, “No problem. I’m going to call Teddy Long and the writer’s
right now...She won’t have to work her match tonight...but she’s gonna have to
be on a plane tomorrow for Pennsylvania for her Smackdown debut.” Lisa said, “Thank you sooooo
much Stephanie...If I can get a smile on Mia’s face again...I can truly die a
happy big sister.”
Lisa left the office as she walked down the hallway
thinking...Life can ONLY get better for Mia.
Chapter 2
Mia walked up to the back doors of the Hershey,
Pennsylvania arena. She took a deep
breath and knew she needed to get straight to wardrobe...Once in the building
she slinked along the hallways without being seen...she walked right passed her
husband locker room door as she giggled and got to wardrobe and locked the
door.
Mia looked at herself in the mirror...she could
really do a lot of damage with this outfit on.
She had on black plastic pants with laces down the legs, with a matching
black plastic tank top with laces down the sides also. Plus she had on 2 inch spiked heeled, black
plastic knee high boots and the heel was clear.
Mia brushed her long waist length hair down straight around framing her
face and body.
Meanwhile out in the ring, John Cena was standing
with John Bradshaw Layfield and Michelle McCool. JBL said, “You’re nothing but a punk from the
streets, you know nothing about being a champion...and no matter how hard you
try Cena you’ll never wrestle on my level...I’ve got the gold...I’ve got the
life...and I’ve got the girls...Things you only wish you had.”
John shook his head as he said, “Yea you got the
gold...But I can always get that from you...And yea You’ve got the life...But
then again everyone has their own...And you’ve got the girl...And granted she
might be one of the trashiest girls and Divas wrestling...but I can always get
myself a Diva...Yo send me the Hottest looking Diva in the back.”
Suddenly, without warning the entire arena went
pitch black. A light came on under the
titan tron and several red lights from all over the
arena as a guitar cord rang through the speaker...The cord thinned out and it
was followed by bass hits and drums as a tall figured walked from behind the
curtain...all anyone could see was the shadow...Suddenly in blood red the name
Diana flashed across the titan tron and suddenly the
fans went insane.
John nearly dropped his mic...he was suddenly
recognizing the music and the name...It was his wife. Whom he hadn’t seen in 2
years.

John watched as his wife walked around JBL and

John pulled away and looked at his wife, his hand

then headed back to the hotel.
Upon arriving to the room...John looked
