Basic Info: Kevin Borden was originally both the RWF and EBWF Chairman but, after leading a revolt in the RWF, he was fired from that position. Then, a wrestler of his choosing lost a match to a wrestler of the EBWF Commissioner's choosing, causing Borden to lose his job as the EBWF Chairman as well. After being dormant for months, Borden resurfaced in the EBWF with a suprise and a new title. After announcing that he had bought a controling share of EBWF stock, he then told everyone that he was hired by the Board to be the EBWF Director of Authority. Borden basically lives to create trouble for Commissioner Caine but, now with his new job, also finds himself creating trouble for the EBWF Owner, Alexis King as well, under the guise that he's just "following procedure". His decisions affect both people that are sided with him and against him so nobody really knows where Borden's alliegance lies. The only thing that is for sure is the fact that Borden, with the help of his Moral Majority, will be looking to make a major impact in the EBWF.
