Black boots and knee pads. Hands taped in white to the wrist. Out of Ring Clothing: Jeans and t-shirts. Usually dirty and faded. Gimmick/Personality Background/Bio: Born in a blue-collar family in a burned-out industrial town, Steve Justice had a normal childhood. While in college he studied Muy Thai Kickboxing, the source of many of his crushing kicks and knee smashes. After earning an English degree but no steady job, he drifted into the UK to fight in a Muy Thai tournament (and it's been rumored to fight in illegal street fights). While not successful in the tournament, he met a British wrestling promoter who was impressed by his fighting abilities in and out of the ring. Given the nick-name "Mr. Intensity" for his quiet but explosive fighting, he was trained and brought into the SFW promotion. Before even debuting, he was noticed in training camp to be a fast learner and a person who was both agile and solid on the mat. A bidding war errupted between factions in SFW for his services that ended when Justice went to The Kliq. With his good friend Malice, King of Xtreme, they had many wild brawls together and against one another. But while The Kliq collected belts, Steve got lost in the shuffle. After a deadly Japanese Death Match for the SFW intercontinental title which took both Justice and the champion to the limit, Steve gained some scars on his hands and shoulder and was out with a concussion after a close defeat. In the rematch though, Justice was served as he won his 1st Intercontinental Title with help from his trademark kendo stick. Due to lack of funds however, SFW closed and Justice was on hiatus for years working the Independants in the UK and Canada. Rumors were he had several disputes with SFW management and talent over their business practices, both in the ring and out. This combined with an alleged alcohol/property destruction problem led many promoters to blackball Steve...until now. Being given a tryout with the high-profile ECHO organization, Steve is now looking to prove that he isn't the choke artist he's been labelled as. Steve has come to ECHO to make sure his own brand of Justice prevails! All of the house lights dim to bathe the aisle in an eerie red glow. Steve Justice comes out onto the ramp clutching his kendo stick as always in his red satin robe with his hood drawn up. He throws his head back as a burst of red flares shoot into the air. He throws the robe onto the ramp and rolls under the bottom rope while threatening to club a fan in the front row. After a brief argument, he hands the cane to the referee who gives it to the ring attendant. Justice slaps himself in the face a little and cracks his neck, burning a hole in his opponent. Specific Gimmick/Personality: His gimmick is he doesn't have a gimmick. He's the enforcer for hire or the loan wolf who makes his opponents fear his suplexes and kendo stick. Very intelligent and sneaky in the ring. Loves to talk trash to a downed opponent as well as rile the crowd to near-rioting. He feeds off of the crowds hatred of him. He loves to be hated! Other than that, he isn't the most charismatic and would rather do his talking in the ring. Can't stand cocky pretty boys or self-styled 'legends'. Throws off his opponent due to being left-handed sometimes. (ie: he throws haymakers/clotheslines with his left arm). Knows how to use his ever-present kendo stick to even the odds from his time in the martial arts. Has a short fuse and will throw referees around and/or get DQ'd if he gets frustrated.
