Note:You can access Hidden Palace Zone with a game genie but it is screwed up because the graphics were removed. It Also goes to Oil Ocean Zone after Act 2.
On the Beta ROM it runs perfectly except there is a master emerald that you can't get past without debug. There is a Tails' monitor and if you hit it Tails' stops following you.
Wood Zone (Removed)
Plays prefectly at the start, there are no badniks, there is an impassable gap.

Lava Doesn't hurt Sonic.
Neo Green Hill (Renamed Aquatic Ruin)
No boss in Aquatic Ruin. Pretty much the same.
No enemies, a ball that kills Sonic.
Genocide City and Death Egg have no background, floor, objects, music etc. There are 2 Death Egg acts.
There is no Special Stage, Wing Fortress or Sky Chase.
