He was once the owner of GCW. He began his career as the Commissioner of GBW (EHWA) at the first Backyard Face-Off (as "The Mastermind" Steven Bell). He won the Intercontinental title from Suicidal Eclipse in his first ever match (a ladder match no less.)

Over time he eventually bought GCW from the owner (and former GCW superstar) Wallace. After he tried to start a new fed with the enemy IWA (called SWA) he brought GCW V.3 into existence. But then the new mysterious owner bought him out and Steven Bell reverted into The Madman.

He has since shown mystical powers and unusual strength and abilities. At GCW Just Unstoppable, he had his last match wrestling against his former partners, Adam Michaels & Airbourne. He unfortunately lost the match with Airbourne gaining the pin on Adam Michaels. After the match, he said his farewell and stated that GCW could move on without him.
