The next match was hyped as a Brawl vs Carnage match as Ragin’ Craig takes on new SIW Hardcore Champion Terror Soule. Craig plays footage from last years Global Warning in Australia where him and Zach Blain won the tag team titles. He’s cut off by Terror Soule who runs to the ring and all hell breaks loose. Late in the match, Terror Soule is busted wide open after Craig levels him with a ladder to his skull. Ragin’ Craig goes to execute the Rage Factor on top of the ladder but then footage is shown on the Trevortron and we see C-Mac and Vince Aprali hanging outside of Craig’s home where Jill is with the new baby. Craig panics and is not focusing on the match. All of a sudden, Terror rolls him up from behind and gets a pin fall using a hand full of tights.
After his match, Ragin’ Craig leaves his belongings at the arena and exits the arena in a limo to go to the airport to go back home
"The Living Dead" Duane Doogan cuts a promo in dark area backstage and tells Gateman his dreams of becoming a two time champion are going to come to an end tonight at Global Warning. The self proclaimed “Wrestling God” Adrian Hannibal Quake makes his debut on pay per view accompanied by Heaven Lee and takes on Tony Viction who surprises everyone by having Olivia Danger in his corner. Quake is impressive in his first match and uses his speed to dominate. Quake climbs the top rope to deliver the 360 Stunner but Olivia nails him with a low blow. As Heaven and Olivia battle on the outside, Quake counters a superplex and throws Viction down to the canvas and then delivers the 360 Stunner. Viction kicks out of a pin attempt but then falls victim to Quake’s finisher the “A” which is a devastating single arm facebuster landing backward in an A formation and pins him to get the huge win in his debut. After the match, the fans start chanting “we want tables” but Olivia and Viction manage to escape thru the crowd.

In one of the most anticipated matches of the night, Vex successfully defended the SIW North American championship against Mike London. Mike had the match possibly won after delivering the Spinal Trauma but his cockiness may have got the best of him. Instead of going for a pin, Mike climbs the turnbuckles for a high risk maneuver but Vex gets up and drops him with The Flat Line off the top rope and pins him to retain.
A video package is shown for the next pay per view Red Alert on September 24, 2006. Don’t miss all the top Monday Night Brawl superstars live from the Scotiabank Place in Ottawa, Ontario!
Gateman and Doogan battle in a historic match for the SIW Heavyweight Championship in the main event. Doogan made a spectacular entrance along with a lightning show but Gateman shows no intimidation and attacks Doogan before the bell rings. Doogan hits Gateman with a big boot and then delivers an elbow off the top rope. Doogan continues to dominate but as he goes for a corner splash, Gateman moves and the referee is knocked down in the process. As Doogan nails Gateman with the DooganDT, one of the creatures of the night takes off his hood and it’s none other than Gavin Payne who climbs in the ring and then kicks Doogan in the mid section and delivers the Knock Out. Gateman uses the little energy he has left to cover Doogan and gets the upset win to become a two time champion. After the match, Gavin and Gateman shake hands but then out of nowhere Doogan sits up and then smoke fills the arena. Gateman grabs a steel chair and Gavin takes the ring bell but as the smoke settles Doogan is nowhere to be found.
