4/10- Welcome to the 2nd edition of ICW News. With only 3 days left until "The Brawl At The Backstop," we have alot to talk about. So without further ado, lets get started!...ICW CEO Joshua Wayne announced today the signing of CBW Star VIPER. VIPER is fresh off the heels of a victory over "THE FUTURE" ADAM ANTHONY this past week at CBW's "Sunday Slam." One has to wonder whether or not ANTHONY still harbors hard feelings...The venue for "The Brawl At The Backstop" has been changed. Instead of it being at The Cross Creek Athletic Field, "Brawl" will now be held at the ICW's permanent home, the ICW Arena. Tickets to this event are free, so e-mail deadman10783@aol.com to reserve yours...The 1st round match in the ICW World Heavyweight Title tournament between SYCK and STITCH has been changed to a Hardcore Match. This match will still be part of the tournament, but with both men being such accomplished hardcore wrestlers, the folks on the ICW Creative Team have decided to switch it up. That is definitely going to be one hell of a match...Well, thats all for now. With ICW back up and running, we have alot to talk about, so let's get started! First, ICW CEO Joshua Wayne announced this week the signing of HoPWF Star SYCK. SYCK is well accomplished in professional wrestling, having wrestled such stars as OBG, The Grungers, and others. He has also managed former WWF Superstar King Kong Bundy. SYCK brings a no-games attitude to ICW. He will be making his debut at "The Brawl at the Backstop" on April 13, LIVE from the Cross Creek Athletic Field in Hagerstown, MD. Look for SYCK to make a tremendous impact in the up and coming weeks.****************Well, there is no more "Porn Star" Davis Dong or "Mr. One Night Stand" Adam Anthony. After close considerations with the ICW Creative Team, both men have opted for a gimmick change. Davis Dong's new name will be D-DAY, and the former "Mr. One Night Stand" will now be known as "THE FUTURE" ADAM ANTHONY. Both men felt the old gimmicks were outdated, so it will be interesting to see how the new ones play out.***************Several CBW stars will be making their ICW debuts at "The Brawl at the Backstop." Former CBW Champion "Prime Time" Mike Noland, Mark Brown, and CBW Newcomer J-Rod will all be making their ICW debuts this Sunday.************CBW Star STITCH will also be returning to ICW this weekend. Some of you may remember him as BONE, from his first stint in ICW.
