The Inter-County Title is the oldest in the business. It was formed in april 2003, before any main events had even taken place. It was decided that, as there was no fair way of just giving the title to one superstar, there would be a tournament to decide who would be the first EVER Inter-County Champion and this tournament was to be the first ever IMAW main event, titled 'Mayday Massacre'. Many sickening, bloody fights have taken place for this prestigious title and those who have come out on top have done deservedly so.
