Well, its officialy the new start of IWA. After two years (almost exactly) of Nick Spivey runnin the show, the reigns have switched hands...so now i find myself sitting here, not as TAJ Escobar, but as Josh...wondering, whyd i take over?
Well the answer is simple, i still have the passion for IWA, i know it may sound corny. But i joined the IWA in August of 2001, thats a long time to be in one federation, most guys come and go after two or three months. But through all the changes of the roster...i've been here. Yea i've joined other fed, but IWA has been somewhat of a home base, if you will. But latley, i was asking myself why i was still in IWA.
It seemed that everyone, including Nick, had become dis-enchanted with IWA. RPing had hit and all time low, results where late, and it seemed like no one cared. It seemed like people where just to recive a list of matches every week, and maybe....just MAYBE a few people would RP.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I for one am fed up with the bullshit. When i first joined IWA, there was this little thing called, competition...did ya get that....COMP-E-TI-TION! Now it's like, I can open up a card on friday, and tell you who the winners are gonna be right there. It didnt used to be like that....
So im asking people not as Owner TAJ Escobar....but as Josh, that guy you've been in the fed with and talked to for a while, lets make this fun again. New ownership, new start...Remember why we all got into this...lets all work together and make IWA a great fed, once again.
