There will be alot more here over time. Hopefully i'll be able to get both photos and some sort mpegs of some of the sparring sessions (which get a little on the rough side at times.)

Here are some action shots of us taken this past weekend on the 17th of Feb 2002.

Grant giving a demonstration of a take down that goes straight into the guard position. Kev is the one on the ground and Nathan is the one watching on.

Kev takes Nathan down to the ground while we practiced the different forms of takedowns.

Same as the above only with Me taking Tim down to the floor.

Grant shows us an armbar takedown, unfortunatly he used me as the demonstration dummy.

Our newest member, the Lovely Anne-Marie, who is quite camera shy and we had to take this photo without her knowing. Well i wasn't going to put it up here but her mother encouraged me to, so here it is. 8)
The second photo i took right after training the other day, sure as hell gave her a surprise when i whipped out the camera (i'm sure i'm gonna suffer for putting this one up, oh well bring it on Anne-Marie.)
