The Annual SIW Awards were held at the first Monday Nigh Brawl of 2006. Members from both brands were in attendance along with several celebrities. The ceremony started with TJD coming out to address the crowd. He thanked all the fans for a great 2005 and guaranteed that the SIW will exceed all expectations once again in 2006. TJD ended his speech by thanking all the superstars that stuck with him through the good times and the bad and said their loyalty will not go unnoticed. He said all the superstars in attendance were winners and got the show started by calling out internet wrestling critic Dave Meltzer from The Wrestling Observer.
Best Finisher
Meltzer shook the CEO’s hand and remarked TJD had a strong grip. Meltzer said as a wrestling analyst, he has seen several devastating finishing maneuvers in his time. In 2005 lots of SIW stars had great finishers but he announced that the winner of the Best Finisher in 2005 was Ian Bishop’s Cyclone. Bishop accepted the award accompanied by Brandon Gateman. Bishop thanked the people on his list and said on Carnage, everyone is going to see the first Cyclone of 2006 which will be the last thing fans see before he becomes the new SIW Heavyweight champion. He looked at Angel and told him he was going to kick his ass like he’s never felt before.
Runner-ups: Metalgod’s Godbomb and Matt Uzi’s Uzi Piledriver

Hottest Diva Award
General Manager Titan and former SIW Women’s Champion Katie Mysfit walked on stage to give out the award for the hottest diva in 2005. Katie said she should win but she didn’t dress slutty enough during the year and the award should be called the Biggest Slut of 2005. Before making the announcement, you had Liana Lewis, Hannah and Xtina getting up at the same time to accept the award. Titan told them to sit down because Carnage has the hottest divas and the winner was his own employee, “The Sexy Slayer” Envy. Titan and Katie had to hold back the Brawl trio but they still managed to get a few shots in at the Sexy Slayer. Envy fought back and then all hell broke loose when Regina, Jill, Fire Fox and Heaven Lee joined in the fight. Security had to rush the stage to break up this immense and embarrassing catfight.
Runner-ups: Liana Lewis and Xtina
Former SIW Heavyweight Champion Matt Uzi is currently writing an autobiography about his life and career. The controversial book will be published by TJDE Publishing Inc. and will be released sometime in 2006. Contact TJDE Management for all publishing inquiries.
Gimme The Mic Award
Talk show host Rikki Lake was in the building to give out the Gimme The Mic award which goes to the top trash talker in the SIW. The fans were surprisingly happy to see her and started “Rikki Lake” chants. She said that the award was a tie between “The Greatest One” Matt Uzi and former SIW Women’s champion Liana Lewis. Matt Uzi was wheeled onto the stage by Jaffar in his wheel chair but Liana grabbed the mic first. Liana explained that she won the award because she knows that to survive in the SIW you have to speak your mind and stick up for yourself. Jaffar then made a smart ass remark stating that if she was so good she would be women’s champ and then handed the mic to Uzi. Matt told her “her kind” of people only say motherfucker and other gangsta shit. Uzi called his trash talking poetry and called her promos simply..trash. Liana flipped out and started choking Uzi and then Jaffar jumped on her back. Rikki Lake was escorted off the stage out of harms way while security were on duty once again.
Runner-ups: Ian Bishop and Xtina
After a commercial break, Jack Kent interviewed Dave Meltzer and asked his opinion on the current state of the SIW. Dave said he has nothing but positive remarks about the company and in 2006, a lot of the new guys will make their mark. He said Carnage was established based on current stars but Monday Night Brawl had future stars in Maurice Bad, Shawn Orka, C-Mac, Metal Moses, Jed Snyder, Harkie, Natedawg and many others. Former SIW Hardcore Champion A.B.A was also in attendance sitting at Doogan's table but there is no word for an SIW return.
Tag Team Of The Year
Chief of Security Polar presented the award for the tag team of the year. Polar said he’s a former world tag team champion and he knows how strong the tag competition can be in the SIW. Polar said although there were many great teams in 2005, the winners were the current SIW Tag Team Champions A.B.P. Klubber and Sylk said that they plan on going into some singles competition in 2006 but the team will never break up. They plan on being SIW Tag Team Champions for a long time and not even Titan on Trevor can do anything about it.
Runner-ups: Angel Authority and the Dead Pool
This Wednesday on War, Monday Night Brawl will be live in Ogden, Utah. World Tag Team Champions Natedawg & Harkie will take on Chad Cruise & Eclipse for the belts while the main event will feature a six man tag match between Damage Inc. & C-Mac as they take on Ragin’ Craig, Shawn Orka & Maurice Bad.
Manager Of The Year
Senior referee Sam Carter made an appearance to present the award for manager of the year. Carter said refereeing is his life but if he could have chosen another career, he would have been a manager for an SIW superstar. The winner for manager of the year is Heaven Lee. She managed two superstars to championships and even got in the ring when it was needed. Did we mention she’s also a former SIW Lightweight champion? Jaffar stood up and wanted to take the award from her because he believes that he should have won and he didn’t because he wasn’t even nominated. Jaffar said women belong in the kitchen not in the wrestling business. Heaven Lee responded by knocking him out with the award getting a good pop from the crowd in the same time.
Runner-ups: Drako and Vince Aprali
Tell Me I just didn’t See That! Award
SIW nurse Jenny Kox was chosen to present the Tell Me I just didn’t See That! Award. Jenny said giving a wink that she should win the award but we can’t always get what we want and nothing is as it seems sometimes. The award went to Ian Bishop for the time he pulled out a gun on Duane Doogan backstage on Brawl which led to his move over to Carnage. Bishop accepted his award and told Kox to leave it on the table and he’ll get it when Kox leaves the stage because he didn’t want to be too close to her/him. Bishop said Kox really should get the award but no one deserves it more than the “Indestructible” one. Bishop said his thanks and said that he has many more surprises up his sleeve for the next year.
Runner-ups:
Metalgod God Bombs NuTz through two flaming tables
Bishop almost runs over a pregnant Hannah Parks
Couple Of The Year
The fans went nuts when Tom Arnold presented the award for couple of the year. Tom said he’s had some bad relationships in the past and he won’t mention any names but whispered “fat ass” under his breath. He said in 2005 there was one couple that staid together until one of them was fired for no reason, Liana Lewis and Glenn Kirby. Liana was forced to get the award alone and said it was unfortunate that it had to end the way it did and wishes nothing but the best for the Authority of Atlanta. As Liana walked off the stage, we heard someone yelling Tom’s name. Armani Stylez' was stumbling through the isles trying to get on stage while James Airington distracted security from stopping Armani. Both James were clearly drunk as Armani got on stage with an open bottle of champagne in his hand and said he next award was for James for being an absolute beauty, getting pre-"juiced" with him before the award show and Liana Lewis should get an award for biggest bitch. Security sat James down and headed for the stage but Stylez said he had something to say, Arnold said it was cool. Armani said he was an extra in Carpool. Great movie, huge success. But when he gave Tom his resume, Tom pretty much spit on the ground he walked on. Armani called him a fat ex-wife screwing, no talent, son of a bitch. Tom called him a drunken loser and all of a sudden Rosanne appeared from behind and they double closelined Armani off the stage making him crash into Bozzman’s table. Airington jumped on stage but was too drunk and fell over. Rosanne jumped on top of him and started punching him. Security pulled her off but she managed to escape and hit Airington with an elbow drop. As Rosanne and Tom were pulled off the stage, Bozzman blamed Armani for ruining his suit and then locked him in the Bozzinator
Runner-ups: Ian Bishop & Hannah Parks, TJD & Kim

Female Competitor of the Year
The Renegade took the stage and said that nobody cares if Maurice Bad or Jaffar think women don’t belong in wrestling because Maurice Bad doesn’t even belong in wrestling. Renegade said that the divas in the SIW were tougher than Maurice Bad but there can only be one top female competitor in 2005. The winner of the award was the current SIW Women’s Champion Xtina. During her speech, she said that everyone thought Liana was unbeatable and that no one could break her record. Xtina said that all changed when she became a two time SIW women’s Champion. Xtina said that she will break her record and go on to be the greatest SIW diva of all time and prove that Liana isn’t worth the money she’s asking for.
Runner-ups: Liana Lewis and Envy
Greg Banks interrupted the awards to address a few issues. He said that as a man of his word, next week on Brawl, he will give Liana and offer letter to work full time on his brand which didn’t sit well with the crowd because weeks earlier TJD said he needed the money for charity purposes. Banks then named the competitors that will be representing Team Brawl in the Assault Rumble.

Male Competitor of the Year
For the first time in five years, former SIW Champion and hall of famer Ninja appeared on SIW programming. Ninja said it was good to be back even if it’s only for one night. He said that the award for top male competitor could go to many people on both Brawl and Carnage. Ninja said that the competitors of today were bigger, faster and more focused than they were in his time but they would all go down if they received the Ninja Edge. Fans chanted “One more match” but Ninja said that after his kidney failure, he was told to never fight again so he told Uzi and Titan they are lucky bastards. The winner of the award was none other than former SIW Champion Duane Doogan. A man that had everyone believing he was taking over the SIW only to find out he was conspiring with TJD to steal the SIW Championship which they did. Matt Uzi was pissed that he didn’t win the award and told Jaffar that they were leaving early. As they headed out of the building, Ninja told him not the let the door hit him in the ass on his way out. Doogan said he appreciated the award and explained that he was better than any SIW legend because unlike them, it only took him a year to make an impact. The show ended as guys like Angel and some of the younger guys paid their respect to the “Asian Assassin” Ninja
