The first Monday Night Brawl of 2005 got under way with a brand new General Manager in Titan. Trevor was also back and held a short meeting with Titan and Polar in the giant’s new office. Polar was relieved of his duties as Commissioner and named interim General Manager of Carnage till further notice. Titan’s first move as General Manager was calling two former SIW superstars and made sure they signed their contracts to be able to appear on his show next Monday.

Before the first match for the SIW Women’s championship, Angelica and Oliva were in a locker room talking about their match. Olivia went into her duffle bag and realized there was a pit viper coiled up on her women’s title. Anck Su Namun had struck again before the big match. Moments later in the ring, Olivia defended her title against Regina, Anck and Angelica in a Fatal Four Way match. Anck had the match won after delivering the Vicious Toxicity and was seconds from becoming the new SIW Women’s championship until Grunge and Chastity rushed to ringside. Chastity distracted the referee while Grunge leveled Anck with the Grunganator. Olivia quickly covered Anck to retain her SIW Women’s championship.

Titan was chilling in his new office checking out nude pics of Angelica on www.nude-wrestling-chicks.com as his new Samsung i600 Smartphone rang. It was the SIW World Champion Matt Uzi congratulating him on his promotion and also told him he couldn't make it to Brawl and that he was off for a month filming his new movie Blackout 2© at Universal Studios.

The ongoing European Title situation took another twist on Brawl. Cook was seconds from taping out to Terror's boston crab, Soule completely lost it when he saw Rikki had the Tron crew put up pictures of his fallen brother on the TrevorTron. A bunch of male asylum nurses stormed the ring and as Terror fought them off, Cook struck him down with the European title. Out cold, Terror was strapped up in a straight jacket and escorted out of the arena to a local mental institution, as Cook retained his belt via a no contest decision by senior referee Sam Carter. Rikki seemed very pleased with the result of the match as well as Terror being taken away. However Rikki can't celebrate for too long as Terror is expected to be released within the next 24 hours.

After a commercial break, Titan came to ringside and announced that his goal in 2005 was to make Monday Night Brawl the best damn wrestling show on earth. He thanked Trevor and the rest of the people that voted him to be GM. He then announced that next week on Brawl, we are all going to see a Triple Threat match for the SIW North American champion and the SIW Tag Team titles will be on the line as well. He booked Enigma to fight Primetime and Johnny Ringo and also said that Bad Breed would take on Glenn Kirby and Jonathan Rico in a TLC match. He also made the VeX-Valens match a Servant match. The loser becomes his opponents servant for two weeks

The Renegade’s protégé, “The Incredible” Ian Bishop took on former SIW European champion Russel McPiledriverton in a brutal thumbtack match. Recently, Renegade's been training Bishop to be hardcore just like him. Russel laid out a bag of thumbtacks and hit Bishop with Missle Drop Kick and then slammed his head into the tacks several times. Bishop was bleeding bad midway through the match but dodged a closeline and hit Russel with a Tiger Bomb leaving Russel with thousands of thumbtacks in his back to win the match. At the end of the match, Ian was celebrating but from behind, Russel pulled him off the top rope and nailed him with the Perfect Piledriver on the thumbtacks leaving both of them motionless in the middle of the ring.

Greg Banks got a few words from Bad Breed about their match later in the night. The seemed focused and ready to defeat Rated X’s Rico and Ringo. Banks also hyped up their match for next Monday as Rico and Ringo appeared. Both teams got into a stare down but security arrived before anything could come of the confrontation.

A video promo for former SIW Lightweight champion Davyd North was shown on the TrevorTron. This remarkable athlete will return to the ring next Monday to take on another former SIW Lightweight champion The Z-Man. Davyd North was last seen in the now dismantled t.W.o (Trevor’s World Order).

The #1 contender for the world championship, Brian Cross took on Primetime Ryan Johnson. Last week, Ringo walked away from his match with Cross stating that Cross was too good for him and that he couldn’t beat a #1 contender. This week, Ringo took on commentary as Primetime dominated most of the match and hit Cross with a Running Face Buster. He quickly finished him off with the Primetime Plunge. Before Ryan could pin him, Ringo got up from his seat and threw in a white towel. The referee awarded the match to Cross. Ringo said that Cross was too good to be beaten. Ringo helped Primetime backstage who faked an injury he said he received from Inferno’s greatness.

The SIW presented a promotional segment for Assault 2005. It hyped up the diva rumble match and the main event. Another match was added as well, “Hot Fudge” Sinflair was booked to defend his SIW Lightweight championship against Davyd North. Assault 2005 will be on PPV live from the New Orleans Arena in Louisiana.

An ambulance backed up onto the entrance ramp as Johnny Ringo and one half of the SIW Tag team champions Jonathan Rico jumped out from the back. Out of nowhere Bad Breed beat the hell out of them with chains wrapped around their fists. Ringo and Rico managed to get under the ring and pull out a sledge hammer and a cop stick. Ringo missed Phillip’s head and busted the back window of the ambulance but Rico nailed Brandon right in the ribs with the cop stick. Phillip hit Ringo with a closeline and threw him off the ramp and then hit Rico with a pump handle back breaker. Bad Breed looked at their beaten up opponents and decided it was time to stuff them in the ambulance to get the win. They picked up Rico but at the sound of the horn. Rico jumped out of the way and the ambulance went into reverse hitting Bad Beed to the ground. Phillip and Brandon where in critical condition as we saw Uzi and Primetime jump out from the Ambulance. Uzi on the driver’s side lied to everyone, he said he wouldn’t be at Brawl. Rated X started kicking down Bad Breed and then went to stuff them in the vehicle. Before they could close the doors, Enigma, VeX, Kirby, Renegade, and Brian Cross came to the rescue. Enigma and Renegade went after the champ as Enigma hit Uzi with a DDT on the windshield and VeX hung Primetime off the ramp using one of Bad Breed's chains. Inferno and Kirby double teamed Rico and Ringo nailing them with double DDT's on the ramp. Brawl ended when the Deadly Alliance and Super Patriots overpowered RX and locked all four members of Rated X in the back of the Ambulance.
