Greg Banks decided that if Carnage can have a top five matches show then so can he. On Brawl, Jimmy Hayden and Katie Mysfit reviewed their favorite five matches of 2005. Also announced was Liana Lewis’s contract signing which is reported to be worth 12 million for one year. Before the show started, Drako and the SIW Champion Grunge decided to come down to ringside and announce their favorite match of 2005. Drako called for footage on the Trevortron which showed Grunge defeat Duane Doogan in a Steel Cage match to win the SIW Championship. They were interrupted by Team Corporate 2006 led by Ragin’ Craig Arnold and Jill. Craig announced that Greg Banks had just booked a match between him and Grunge next week on Brawl for the SIW Championship. Jill then grabbed the mic and asked the fans to shut up and show some respect to the next SIW Champion. Drako and Grunge climbed out of the ring and headed up the ramp but security was close by and prevented a fight from happening
Match #5
Matt Uzi vs Angel – Guitar Solo Challenge
May 2, 2005
When Matt Uzi challenged his arch rival to a guitar solo challenge, everyone thought he at least knew the basics of playing the guitar. Well it’s safe to say that Uzi made a jackass out of himself and the current SIW Heavyweight champion just blew him away. Uzi got jealous of course and locked Angel in his own judgment sharpshooter after loosing his temper because he’s a sore loser..

Match #4
Olivia & Angelica Hunt vs. Khristian Call & Ian Bishop
April 11, 2005
Early in the year, a tag team tournament was organized which featured many divas participating. Olivia & Angie won this match to move on to Full Force only to suffer a heartbreaking loss to the SIW World Tag Team Champions at the time. The champs O.C. however were presented with quite a hard challenge and almost lost the belts to the persistent divas.
GM Greg Banks came to the ring wearing a Liana Lewis Sucks t-shirt and announced that there was a certain superstar that had a problem with him bringing back Dallas Nash. The fans started booing when they heard Nash’s name. He said C-Mac is suing the SIW because apparently there’s an imaginary contract lying around. Banks said when C-Mac won the loser leaves the SIW match there was no contract signed, it was just his word which means shit he reminded everyone. Banks said that C-Mac has ties to the mob and has committed a federal offence by forging signatures. Banks then called out Nash and shook his hand as he entered in the ring. Banks asked him if he ever signed a contract and he said no. Banks brought up the fact that C-Mac’s manager Vince Aprali has been missing because he was busy forging documents and selling cocaine. C-Mac eventually had enough and rushed to the ring to beat them down but it didn’t take long for team corporate 2006 to come out and help their boss Banks. Craig, Nash and Blain held C-Mac and let Banks nail him with punches in his face. Zach Blain leveled C-Mac with the Punishment Driver as team corporate walked away leaving C-Mac unconscious in the middle of the ring.
Match #3
Xtina vs Liana Lewis – Ladder Match for the SIW Women’s Championship
May 29, 2005 – Rampage PPV
Although Rampage is strictly a Carnage pay per view now, in 2005 it featured two Monday Night Brawl divas competing in a diva ladder match for the SIW Women’s title. Liana Lewis and Xtina delivered perhaps one of the best matches of their career. The Rampage DVD is worth the buy just for this innovative and historic match. Hopefully we’ll see more classic matches from these two talented divas in 2006.
Jack Kent found the SIW Women’s Champion Xtina backstage talking to Regina Todd. Kent congratulated her on getting honors for performing the third best match on Brawl. Xtina said she doesn’t care about the past but what she does care about is the present and at the present time Hannah Parks was going to get a surprise on Brawl. Regina said that Hannah is weak and she will end up like Alora, scared and lost. They promised to play a prank on Hannah before the end of the night. Xtina and Regina walked away obviously both up to no good.
Match #2
Greg Banks vs Primetime Ryan Johnson for the SIW Championship
August 22, 2005
On this very night in August, Greg Banks did the impossible and became the SIW Champion. Not the best of matches but definitely a match that stood out in 2005. Primetime and the rest of Rated X were fired not long after by the CEO for losing the main championship to an untrained general manager. The belt was then put on the line in a twenty man battle royal at the Red Alert pay per view.
Former SIW Heavyweight Champion Matt Uzi is currently writing an autobiography about his life and career. The controversial book will be published by TJDE Publishing Inc. and will be released sometime in 2006. Contact TJDE Management for all publishing inquiries.
Greg Banks came out to ringside once again, this time for Liana Lewis’s contract signing. The former SIW Women’s Champion came out to mixed crowd reaction. Banks said that the deal he made a few weeks ago was if she could beat the women’s champ Xtina and Regina in a handicap match he would grant her the contract she’s been demanding. Liana was happy and looked relieved to put all this behind her since she indeed won the match. Banks said that the only problem was…..he lied. Liana was shocked and extremely upset that she was lied to again. Liana rammed the table into Greg’s ribs and then pulled him over and nailed him with a neck breaker. Liana then placed him on the table and hit him with DDT smashing the table in the process. As Liana continued her assault she was interrupted by TJD who made a surprise appearance. TJD said he made a resolution on new years. He promised himself not to take any shit from anybody and said they should be ashamed of themselves. He then announced that this issue was going to end at Assault. He said at pay per view, Liana Lewis and Greg Banks will get the chance to rip each other apart in a match. Liana demanded it be a barbed wire cage match so she can take him out without any interference. TJD loved the idea but mentioned if Greg wins, Liana is fired but if he loses then Liana will get her money and she has the word of the CEO. Until then, she will compete in an open contract.
This Wednesday on War, Monday Night Brawl will be live in Tempe, Arizona. Dallas Nash returns to action as he takes on the SIW Champion Grunge in a non title match. Also in action is the SIW World Tag Team Champions Natedawg & Harkie as they take on Ragin’ Craig Arnold & Zach Blain and the SIW European Champion C-Mac as he takes on Maurice Bad.
Hannah was working out in her locker room and decided to get a drink. As she walked out of her room, Xtina and Regina were standing outside waiting and holding two cans of paint. Regina dumped her can of red paint over Hannah's head and Xtina splashed her with the blue paint. Hannah grabbed a nearby steel pipe and chased them but they managed to escape.
Match #1
20 Man Battle Royal for the SIW Championship
September 11, 2005 – Red Alert
On September 11, the SIW Championship was up for grabs in a classic 20 man battle royal featuring his top stars. Of course we all know how Duane Doogan won with the assistance of a masked intruder who was revealed to be non other that TJD the following nigh on Brawl. All the controversy aside, it was probably the best battle royal the SIW has seen up to date.
