Monday Night Brawl was live for the first time ever in Grand Forks, North Dakota. After the Brawl intro on Spike Tv, The TrevorTron showed Titan in his new executive office along with Angelica sitting on his lap. As Titan tried to convince her to kiss him “Red Hot” Rikki Cook just walked in. Titan didn’t seem to please about his moment being ruined but seemed interested in one of Cook’s ideas. Their was a few mentions of a brand split and how much they both hate Polar and how he thinks he owns the company. Titan said he had a plan to make Monday Night Brawl the best damn show in sports entertainemnt history. They talked some more with the camera going back to ringside.
Anck Su Namun was the special referee for the tag team hardcore match involving Drako and Jax taking on Grunge and Mysery. Grunge was without Chastity thanks to Anck’s actions last Thursday. Many questioned if Anck would call the match right down the middle since on Carnage Anck defeated Grunge to become the first ever woman to hold the SIW Hardcore championship. Drako and Grunge beat the hell out of each other with anything they could find. The former Damage Inc members took their fight all the way into the crowd with Jax and Mysery right behind. Drako Grunge hit Drako with a Grunganator and went for the pin but Anck turned around and checked on Jax and Mysery. As Grunge approached her, She kicked him in the testicles but then saw on the TrevorTron, H-Bomb in her locker room beating the hell out of Regina. Anck left to go backstage and senior referee Sam Carter took over officiating. The match ended when Jax nailed Mysery with the Damage Control to get the pin fall
Backstage, Anck jumped H-Bomb and the two divas started throwing each other around in the locker room. SIW Security had to step in and break it up. Titan then told H that he was booking her and Olivia to take on Anck and Regina next week on Brawl. He then gave them all the night off.
Former SIW Lightweight Champion Davyd North made his long awaited return on Monday Night Brawl. He took on another former SIW Lightweight champion The Z-Man. North showed no ring rust at all and took Z-man to school. Z-Man missed a closeline and North capitalized with a Series of Suplex's. He went for the pin but Z-Man kicked out. North sent him to the corner but then was greeted with a boot to the face as he charged him. Z-Man then hit a spine buster and went for his finisher. He leaped off the top rope for the Wet Dream but he fell asleep in mid air and North got up and hit The Northern Style to get the pin fall for his return victory. At the end of the match, North and Terror Soule got into a stare down. The two competitors will fight at Assault 2005 on January 30.
Titan came to ringside and told everyone that as promised he had a surprise for everyone. He then called out the former and first ever SIW Women’s champion Latesha. She got a huge ovation and gave Titan a hug and a kiss on the cheek. Latesha talked to the crowd and then addressed the Diva’s in the Diva Rumble at Assault 2005. She said no matter what she will be involved in that match. Latesha and Titan were then cut off by “The Incredible” Ian Bishop. Ian said he was sick of Russel’s cheap attacks. He then mentioned that Trevor gave Titan the chance to book a match of his choice at Assault and that he wanted him to book him and Russel. Titan jokingly said he had Metalgod against Dallas Nash planned but he said since Ian insisted, he agreed, and then booked them in a stretcher match live on PPV.
The next match was a servant match between Mike Valens and VeX. The loser would become their opponent’s servant for two weeks. Titan booked the match after the two had a personal backstage altercation. VeX and Mike Valens were having a great back and forth match with great counters and reversals but then “Primetime” Ryan Johnson ruined the whole damn thing. He rushed to ringside with the same sledgehammer VeX had last week on Carnage and nailed VeX right to his skull. VeX had to get medical attention as the referee called the match a DQ in VeX’s favor. Johnson was scheduled to take on Enigma and his Rated X teammate Johnny Ringo with the SIW North American championship on the line later in the night. Valens can thank Ryan for becoming VeX’s servant for two weeks.
Greg Banks tried to get a few word from the SIW North American champion about what happen with VeX and Ryan but Enigma refused to talk to him. Saydst then slammed the locker room door in his face. I-9 then appeared from behind of him and gave him a wegdie. Greg screamed like a girl and sounded just like Christina York getting her nipples pinched.
Dallas Nash was seen lurking around in the backstage looking for someone. He saw Greg on the floor holding his ass from the pain and then he ran into the SIW European champion “Red Hot” Rikki Cook. Dallas Nash demanded a title shot. Rikki said he agreed to give him one….in the year 2089.
The SIW Tag Team championship was on the line after a commercial break in a brutal TLC match. Bad Breed, Phillip Arceneaux and Brandon Clayborne took on the current champs, the odd pairing of Glenn Kirby and Rated X’s Jonathan Rico. Bad Breed rushed to ringside with ladders and got the match underway immediately. Phillip threw the ladder in Rico face as Brandon rammed his ladder in Kirby ribs. Bad Breed used it all, they got the tables and the chairs in the ring but eventually Kirby and Rico started using the weapons to their advantage also. Kirby put the ladder over his head and spun around hitting Bad Breed and Rico in their heads. Kirby tried to climb the ladder to get the titles but Phillip drop kicked the ladder and Kirby fell to the canvas. Later in the match Rico then hit Phillip with The Sun Set and then tried to set up Brandon on a table but Kirby got up and decided to hit Rico with the Thug Bug but Rico moved and Kirby nailed Brandon instead. Rico climbed the ladder to retrieve their titles. Kirby grabbed his title and he and Rico got into a scrap. Bad Breed jumped in also until Titan came out. He made two statements, the first, since Kirby and Rico couldn’t get along, he booked them in a match for the tag titles next Monday. The winner gets to choose a new partner of their choice. He also declared Bad Breed are still the #1 contenders.
A video package was shown for SIW’s newest star Phoenix Walken. Look for this sensational athlete to debut on Brawl next week as he takes on Slick Willy Seaman. After the footage , a commercial for Assault 2005 was aired. Jimmy Hayden and Travis Dunns hyped up all the great matches for this historical event live on PPV.
Ringo and Primetime were backstage sneaking up on Saydst. They used saran wrap on her face and suffocated her. Then they double teamed Enigma before their big match for the SIW North American championship. Enigma was left on the floor bleeding from his head. Paramedics rushed to the scene when Primetime and Ringo made their entrance. Enigma refused to forfeit his match and went to ringside despite nurse Jenny Kox telling him that he was in no condition. Saydst was also taken out by paramedics. Not only did they weaken Enigma before their match, but apparently the SIW World Champion Matt Uzi sent them a $200 000 check to give Enigma the beating of his life.
Ringo and Ryan attacked Enigma and doubled teamed him throughout the whole match. Enigma was in critical condition before the match even began. Ringo and Ryan agreed to rock, paper and scissors after they take out Enigma and they got their chance after Ryan hit the Primetime Plunge. Ringo whipped Enigma to the ropes and the champ got tangled by his throat. Ringo punched him in the head as he was suffocating but then, after hesitating a bit, Ryan rolled up Ringo from behind with a handful of tights to get the win. Primetime grabbed the belt out of the referee’s hands and walked backstage with Ringo looking on in the ring as Brawl came to an end.
